Fans submitted over 4,000 ideas so far for the future version EA Sports FIFA game at FIFPlay.com.
FIFA 13 Wishlist page (www.fifplay.com/fifa-13-wishlist) at FIFPlay has received a huge number of suggestions for FIFA 13 submitted by FIFA 12 fans. They do not only want to see the features such as more leagues, more teams, classic players, women’s football and youth football in FIFA 13 but also want to be a referee on the pitch and be a spectator watching a match in the stadium.
FIFPlay FIFA 13 Wishlist opened after launch of FIFA 12 Demo on 13 September 2011 and received over 4,200 comments until today. Last year, FIFA 12 wishlist (www.fifplay.com/fifa-12-wishlist) has received more than 24,000 submissions.
this ie what i would like to see in fifa 13
– goalkeeper shirts that don`t clash with opponents outfield shirts
-better celebrations
– teams that win trophies or league titles collect them from the stands or podium not just on the pitch like in fifa 12
– be able to edit team kits and logos
– subs warming up on the touch line
– be able to edit leagues (ie; put a prem team in div 2)
– pitches wear with weather
– players get dirty kits in bad weather
– all stadiums to have the same weather and day and night games ( unlike fifa 12)
– physios and medics attending injured players
– managers in technical areas
– all clubs to have there own stadium

and can be real managers like in carrer mode i choose a team and the manager with real face and all of this manager like mourinho, guardiola, mano menezes, tito, muricy ramalho, alex ferguson, andre vilas boas, vitor pereira, jorje jesus and much more to choose please do that.
1) Increase the financial details of manager mode, including such things as sponsors, ticket prices, club memberships, apparel sales, media money, etc. Having transfer budget added for performance is nice, but ultimately all these little things are tied into winning, prestige, global appeal, etc. The financial aspect of the mode seem a little shallow.
2) This leads into the board being a little irrational. Upfront, the manager knows their board is driven by some combination of profit and winning games (likely the latter for the former). This means the board should not be happy or upset about arbitrary goals set upfront, but (for example) if a certain goal is not met, they should be MORE than happy to have a dividend paid to owners from your transfer budget or otherwise receive income. Point is, the board – and overall success in the mode – is ultimately a function of money, and not stars or manager prestige. Like any company, revenue growth and trends, expansion of new markets (by having multinational star players?) and cost reduction makes bosses happy or pissed.
3) Teams should be able to modified on a yearly basis to emulate real club growth. This means building new stadiums, new sponsorship / media deals, new jerseys, going public, etc. A small town team can eventually turn into Man U, but keeping them in a tiny stadium with no goof ball alternate jerseys / sponsors is not realistic. Revenue and prestige should be a function of real revenue generators.
4) Modify player cosmetics mid career. Why not?
5) Manage a national team CONCURRENTLY with your club. Why not be able to accept national team jobs in the off season, pick (or get hired by) a country squad and play friendlies and the World Cup? EA – you can still make the World Cup a revenue generator – make the whole ability to manage a national team along side a club PDLC and then the whole WC series (semi-series) becomes a yearly revenue maker instead of a once every four years thing. Email me and we can work out royalties.
6) Fans need to be managed too – and their content or discontent should drive attendance and ancillary revenue. If you sell a fan favorite, they should be pissed! If you buy a sexy young player, they should be thrilled. The court of public opinion needs to drive club decisions too, not just player moral, etc.

ok all good features im sure but one thing that really needs fixing is this stupid impact engine, for one im fed up of players running into each other even when they dont have the ball, what makes it worse is if they are on the same team, plz for the love of god fix that first. also i have noticed that ppl are able to use the impact engine to block a run but no free kick is given im sure in a real game that is obstruction.

– In Career Mode, no transfers should be allowed until the January so teams stay the same as they are in real-life at least for the first few months of being a Manager.

More celebrations with variation depending on importance e.g. Massive brawl/shirt waving/running into crowd for important goals and last-minute goals … and … just a small high five when scoring a fifth when its 5-0
A must to Career Mode:
1. Be able to modify the appearance of the players (sleeves, socks, shoes, hair, beard), is strange playing five seasons with the players always same kind.
2. Be able again to choose the club rivals in the preseason. I want to choose it, not make non sense games predetermined.
3. Improve the system of wages and renewal of the players. It is not yet very real.
4. National team matches must follow an organized schedule (calls for Qualification, Eurocup, Copa America, FIFA World Cup, Olympic Games, friendlies etc.). The real as possible.
5. To be able to command national teams.
6. The Career Mode with two modes: in one I can choose the club that I want, and another I need to do like a real trainer career, beginning with small clubs, and then attract the attention of bigger clubs and national teams.
7. Add FIFA Club World Cup.
8. Be able to control junior teams (like U19, U17) from my club, to organize my future pupils. It would be greatest if, for example, with investments on junior teams, each more comes a certain number of superb players (potential to be overall 70+, 80+, for ex.). Would be interessant let us choose the name, nationality and other stuffs of the young players also.
9. Transfers: Improve it. See players like a Gerrard beind sold from Liverpool to another is at least strange.
10. Add the real formula of Champions League, Europa League and Copa Libertadores.
11. I want to have the possibility to fix the tag of my own players.
12. Improve the sponsor system (more varieties). Club budget could be more realistic.
13. Managers from other clubs could be treated as players, and being fired, sold, hired.
14. Following 13rd, when a club for example fires his trainer, it could make a work proposal for me, even if I already have a club. And I must be free to switch of club during the season, and continue where it left off with another club.
15. If I got fired, I must simulate the rounds until some proposal comes to me, and not the season just ends and starts the next.

the only thing i would add to this would be:
1- a scout that would look for players from other teams that you might want to buy, either young or older players.
2- have players want to move back to their home countries near the end of their careers
3- be able to change youth player’s positions, instead of just having cm, you can make them a CAM or a CDM if it fits the formation you play better since they would grow up in your system they’d play a position that you’d have on your team
I do like 8 I 100% agree but I reckon a reserve grade too to keep morale not dropping to the players on the way up that you can’t quite find space for.
Also starting your own club starting extremely low hiring medical staff players manager the lot and starting with a certain budget to build it up from nothing.

7. Players, managers & staff on bench.
8. Players warm up during matches.
9. In career mode when choosing to be manager you should
be able to stay as the current manager or create your own.
10. Smaller stadiums get expanded depending on promotion.
11. Fans to be, sound & look more realistic.
12. In career mode CPU managers should get sacked, resign, retire
or become manager of a different club. For instance in 2025 alex ferguson
wont be man utd manager will he!!!??
13. Players with coaching badges should be able to become managers.
14. Team captain to lift trophys when won.

You lot are overlooking the main things that need to be resolved… forget manager/career mode.. if you like that buy football manager! the most important thing they need to sort out is the game engine, theres far too much pressure on the ball, when playing against cpu the ai just runs round in circles and backwards with the ball which becomes incredibely boring, through balls at the moment are a joke, you finally get one of your payers make a run and attempt the through ball and 90% of the time just goes straight to the defender… complete joke, game also needs more skill moves to learn and make them more effective im sick of defenders latching on to me and sticking to my player after ive just passed them with a skill move, make the games more open and exciting like world cup 2010, fifa 12 gets very boring, also update the crowd and make the atmosphere in the game more realistic for example louder more realistic crowd chants, for example if you see teams like sporting cp on the tv you notice guys with megaphones in the crowd, beating drums and stadium announcers that scream gooooaaaaalllll when you score! please incorperate this into the game! also spanish commentary needs to come back, and add some new leagues, Greek, Ukraine, Argentine, and Possibly Some more south american teams and Some more asian teams From middle east would be great.. lets not have another fifa 12 on our hands
I think there are a lot of things needed to be done.
Firstly, there needs to be more national teams, Ghana etc.
Every prem club at least should have their own staduim, however it would be nice if everyone could have their own, but this could be very hard to do.
I disagree there should be an owner mode. This would just be a less interesting version of Manager Mode. If you made Manager mode your own team (you invent your club’s kit, badge, name etc) then that would be fantsastic. However, I still think you should be able to manage a real club, but you have start of at a small club, as you are not good enough for a team like Man U or Man City. Then you earn manager levels and then you can move to a bigger club.
In manager mode, you should be able to set the price of a player you want to sell, but there should be a guide. Offers should come in a bit lower, increasing over time.
I also think referees should get some decisions wrong, more like real life. For example, goals that have crossed the line by practically nothing should occasionally not be given. Also, off-sides and fouls should occasionally be wrongly given. However, I think the wrong decisions should be equally balanced between the two sides.
I think there should be a dive button too.
Penalties should be easier to take also.
If you could do all this then it would get 10/10 reviews from IGN.
The Penalties are fine, if you go any easier there is no chance that anyone will ever miss
They should make manager mode more like master league in pes 12 and add more African teams like Ivory coast and Ghana and take out teams like Hungary and Slovaki (no offense) becuase We barely play
with them

When someone sends you a transfer request on Career Mode and the Money is too low you think you should be able to write in the amount of money you want for that players
e.g. You might be selling Lescott for £10,000,000 but then Arsenal want to buy him for £8,500,000. Thats £1,500,00 million less. So you should be able to write the amount you want for him
You Should be able to be the ref in the Football match or a Commontater. In order to be a Commontator the is a Microphone or Hedset aquirred. To be a Red you use the Xbox/PS3/PS2/PC/MAC/Wii Contolls to give Freekicks, Penaltys Yloow and Red Cards.
More National teams like Serbia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Guam and More.
What also would be good if all players had a realistic face. And if you have a Xbox 360 Kinect when you make a player or a Virtual Pro you can take a PICTURE OF YOUR FACE and use that as a realistic Picture.
All this would make a Fifa way better than PES.

Give the ability to create teams and leagues! add the ability to play a career national teams (the ability to invite new players into the camp of the team, to hold friendly matches and take part in the championships of Europe and the world)! Add Africa (South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana …), Asia (China, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Iran …) and South American leagues (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay)!
why do all you people go on about “manger mode”? so many other more important things that need to be sorted out in the game. if you want to be a manger play football manger
A type of owner mode: You still play, but depending on your win/loss and how well known the club is, it makes or loses money. As the owner, you can own multiple clubs, buy and sell clubs, and make money. It can be online and have leaderboards where you compete against your friends for who has the most clubs, best players, most money, etc.
Also, have only a few: youth leagues where you can create a player and see if they are good enough to make it into the professional leagues and are scouted by club’s scouts sent by managers.
ALso, I know this is already in FIFA Street, but I would like to see a FUTSAL mode in FIFA 13

Mannager mode transfers need to improve. The whole thing is very prodictable and repetitive
I feel so strongly about this also it is very repetitive I have been a loyal fifa fan for years now and everytime a new fifa comes out the Manager mode is always prefictable players are to easy to get it should be more relistic clubs reps should go to agents set up meeting just make it abit more realistic and the new growth system is the worst ive seen on fifa yet fifa 10 and 11 growth system is better, it makes more sense to make a player improve based on the training he is getting and his current form another thing fifa have taken out “player training” only a handfull of players actually improve alot of players just dont carry on improving which is ridiculous even if you play them. I have much more to say about manager mode I could go on for days.

have (carrer mode) (player, player manager, manager) trainig. you can either do the training or you could either do the trainig or sim it.(and you could improve overall during trainig).
carrer mode (player mode) if/when the manager changes your position you are informed so you would know the new position that you are in.

The difficulty varies more from mode to mode than from level to level.
if all this can be done on a game like this on ps2 why not on Fifa 13 on the Xbox and Ps3.

No NO are YOU kidding? Im not starting an argument but the game became so MUCH MORE entertaining when RONALDINHO played the way he did, i never really used to watch the La Liga until that happened, Now i watch the brazilian league just to see NEYMAR.
If it can be done on the field it should be incorporated into the game.
Im not saying the crazy stuff because thats for the street i agree , but things like the no look pass, the step over and push the ball forward, th cuts and fakes that REALLY heppen all the time that actually BEAT players would be really great!
