anyway.............lets see manager mode be like that of fifa manager series. lets see refs + linesmen (sorry 'referees assistants') on the pitch and able to accidently get in the way of passes etc.
I'd luv to see a fans invasion of the pitch wen ur team is promoted. Or the goalposts destroyed by the fans wen relegated (accredit this behaviour to the brummie fans hu'v jus gone down. Bless).
How about impact relevant injuries as well?
Also don't make Kaka and Eto'o free agents - that'd never happen! (until they're 47).

Gameplay needs to be improved as ball still seems a tad sticky and goals are quite similar sometimes, i also felt a little cheated with the depth of the 360 version of 08 as things seemed to repeat frequently.
One factor that i think should be resolved is that more development time seems to be spent on gimmicky tricks rather than solid gameplay.

I have been playin fifa games since I can remember so read this, havent got enough time for an essay unfortunatly, but for starters I think that there should be more player's real-life faces, I dont know if I'm the only one who feels like this...but if I really like a particular player and are in Career, go to buy him and discover it hasn't got his player-face it ruins it for me and I would probably end up signing a totally unknown player mainly due to the fact that it hasn't got the player-face, It really just takes the realism and fun out of it for me, ANYONE FEEL THE SAME WAY? Please comment.

I have always felt that the little things can make a big difference in a game. Here are some of my suggestions. Make the crowds more realistic. They should know when it is a rivalry game like Arsenal vs Man U. or Celtic vs Rangers. These crowds should be more hostile and passionate about their clubs. More chants from the crowd as the game progresses. When playing an exhibition game, you should be able to choose which stadium you want to play it in, not just get stuck with the home field. An earlier post mentioned you should have different commentators and that would be great. Have one set of commentators for one game and a differnt set for another. On Manager Mode, be able to manage an international club as you progress and lead them through World Cup Qualifying, Euro Cup, International Friendlies etc. When you play a cup, make the final a neutral field because it adds suspense to the game and no home field advantage. More leagues and more stadiums. Each league should have a couple of stadiums represented for the league so they dont play in a generic field.

MAKE A BETTER CROWD! PLEASE!

Add a option to choose what to do when been e.g Red carded or even a bad tackle, You shuld be able to choose to go up to the ref and argue or back down and continue with the match. You should also make the sennding offs or when been ingured more detailed, e.g ; it should show the player beening taken off the pitch and taken away and show the player get pissed off when he is booked and thenn walking down the tunnel and shown the reaction of his teams mates.

AND CHANGE THE CROWD PLZ!

THEY ARE BORING!

U shuld introduce a couple of things:

-When internet up dates happens it shuld effect offline mode aswell.
-Improve manager mode
-Add one on one battles
-add international caerrer and mange
- use master league (from pro evo 2008) to help

i frgot 2 menshun that u should study up clubs songs so that the crowds sing them loudly at home and boo when the away team scores, also fights between players and most importantly, in manager mode Being in a confrence Cing things thru the managers eyes and given options on wat 2 say, like in the darkness.

1) i think that every stadium should be included ( its kinda unfair how bigger clubs are the only 1s with stadiums recreated in the game).
2) The dribbling needs DRASTIC improvements, because lower league players like junior agogo have been given about a 55 for dribbling when they could stand a chance in the premiership.
3) Manager mode should have more addaed in, like create a club with limited money, also create a stadium by buying a new stand, or enlarging a stand instead of upgrading stadium manager.
4) More commentators with more variety and knowledge of player names.
5) cost in xp for a player to be able to learn a new trick (e.g. 50 xp to learn a step - over.)
6) create a team onnext gen, this is what made 07 so good.
7) more constant squad file updates.

The financial side of the game should be more realistic,with multi million pound deals coming to your favourite club,sponsors falling over themselves to be associated with your club,the worlds finest up and coming tallented players offered to your club through agents,being able to control the youth development of the club,and every aspect of the game should be fully adjustable through a comprehensive data base,maybe its time for fifa 09 and fifa manager 09 to be merged into one game.
And add ons to be able to play in your real stadium.

Do something special with the croud,the fans in the stadium should look and react like real fans in a real stadium.

When winning trophy's a more realistic celebration plus being able to watch your team receive their medals plus lift the real trophy's they win,rather than just see a group photo and a message flash up on the screen your team has won the FA Cup.

See them walking up the stairs of wembley and lifting the trophy.

See your team lifting the premier league trophy like in real life.

Different Euro Cup Finals at different venue's rather than the same one every season.

And to top FIFA 09 of , being able to select the NATIONAL TEAMS example,ENGLAND and being able to play and control them as you do your own team.

And play every quilifier with your national team for The EURO championships plus world cup and try to win those touraments,obviously every 2 years.

If everything i have said here was made possible in FIFA 09,the game would be the best on the market.

in manager mode you should be invited to coach the an international team,
set training schedule,
have pre-match training
and be able to see the officials and make them get it wrong sometimes

i think it should be more like a managers games aswell as a all the normal game type. eg dsign own stadium etc

Make sure all of the boots are available to unlock so you can edit a player and then give that player any boot. Also it would really good if you could include Mizunos boots and other football boot brands, obviously Nike and Adidas but other makes aswell

UNBIASED PLAYER RATINGS IS A MUST. lampard does a lot of interception and hels the defence a lot for chelsea and u cannot give him 60 for tackling and 72 for strength.. he is 6' and weighs 14 stones.. u give a DIVER, cristiano 84 strength attribute and lampard 72 which is ATROCIOUS

Two very important things.. Strong cente-halves SHOULD come up for set plays.. you have liliputians and wingers in the box for corners and free kicks and big defenders like Terry, Gallas ,Vidic and Laursen(villa) are staying back which is ridiculous.. Also some players are too underrated.. Lampard is chelseas' best player and every season he does more than gerrard.. u saw who played better even when they went head to head in the Champions league semis. in '07 lampard was 89 and gerrard was 87 which is fine. but last year gerrard was 88 and lampard was only 85(in central midfield only 81.. WTF????) fabregas is a wonderful passer but he is a very poor shooter and finisher.. Gerrard over hits his balls often and is not consistent.. and lampard is the best finisher and shot taker from midfield and is the best short passer along with pirlo so u have to concentrate on little details.. cristiano scored a lot of goals but 90% of his goals were mere tap ins into open goals and he is NOT A WINGER. plays upfront and rooney plays in the wings. scholes is still man utds' engine. Vidic is a better defender than Rio, especially aerially. players like Ballack and Drogba are big time players with a lot of motivation. arsenal have had a very good season and it should be respected and also chelsea have made a great comeback and should be respected very much. man utd have had a full squad for most season but head to head seem to come short of chelsea. we'll see in moscow anyways. but two important things are BIG DEFENDERS COMING UP FOR SET PLAYS and INFLUENTIAL PLAYERS SHOULD BE RATED MORE.. lampards' short passing and fabregas' short passing are one of the best in the league and should be well rated

Make individual techniques for example ronaldo step overs rooney determination chase ever ball down, more photo fit players, realistic fans, give lower clubs more credit instead of having all the same stadium.....

Be a Pro should be more in depth like start of in a low team and train to get better and to earn a spot in 1st team and the player should get interviews and should have good cutscens. when the commentatery should say the created player last name. Well done on FIFA 08
