two most annoying things about fifa-
1) when you cant buy a player beacuse there are't enough players on the team!!! what is that all about?????
2) when your pressing the tackle button for instance but win it back without actually making the tackle so your tackle press carries over into you having possession and you just boot the ball into the stands (if that makes sense)

fifa 09 should show other scores from other games

* There should be more Uefa Cup spots in Euroupe. For instance, if a team wins the FA Cup they should get a Uefa Cup spot ( like if Portsmouth or Cardiff win in the final ). Also when a team wins the Carling Cup ( instead of calling it the English League Cup call it the Carling Cup ). Plus the Fair Play and the Intertoto Cup spots. Like this Barclays Premier League Season (2007-2008 ) how when the UEFA Fair Play League Cup spot went to England and Fulham got the spot because Manchester City lost 8-1 to Middlesboro and they won their last match. Also, the Intertoto Cup spot goes to the team 1 place out of the Uefa Cup spot(s) in their respective domestic leagues. And the winner goes to the Uefa Cup first round. Also the two teams that got automatically promated to the BPL ( Barclays Premier League ) from the Coca-Cola Championship should not get Uefa Cup spots just because they got automatically promoted. Finally, if both teams that are in the FA Cup Final and already assured Uefa Champions League, Uefa Cup, or Intertoto Cup football ( soccer ) next season; a extra Uefa Cup spot is given which is given to the 7th place team and the the Intertot Cup spot then goes to the 8th placed team ( at the end of the season ). I think to make the game interesting for longer, the manager mode should be revamped adding alot more realism for example....T.V rights payments, Actual league and competition prize money instead of a sponsorship payout. more detailed player contracts.....maybe include more tv press like graphical interviews, public statements etc. Another good feature to add would be when improving your stadium you should be able to see it increase in size as fifa 08 on ps3 and xbox 360 it did not do this, also it may be nice to build a stadium or add to your current stadium instead of reciving a brand new one. I also feel when in manager mode as a players we should feel like manangers for example being able to give individual instructions to players, or getting aproached by clubs instead of waiting till the end of our contract. To improve the match day aspects i feel the atomosphere needs to be bigger, louder cheers when goals are scored, more songs etc, also i feel the graphics of the crowd should be worked on alot, make it so we can see supporters wearing the clubs replica shirts and lets see them stand up when their favourite team scores. Also when we see the cut scenes befor the match give a tour of some of the fans so we can see them lookin like individuals. My final i'l say because i dont want to ramble is show more fan involvment when goals are scored for example; when the player celebrates he could run over to the crowd and give them "5" and stuff ot just cut scenes of the crowd cheering up close and stuff, its little things like that which make the match day atosphere more interetsting. oh yeah do something about the commentry its dull and repetitive

1) Be a pro mode in season mode for example go one player and move clubs freely and make your own desicions as well as playing as that player during matches.

2) Have internationals during the season mode , The maneger should have a choice to let his players go and even play as them in internationals.

3) Maneger should get his own salary and be able have more features

4) there should be training sesions before matshes

Training camp during pre-season! and scouts should be able to rrecomend players that are pro, like if arsene needed a new striker, he goes to his scout and asks him: could you recommend a striker for me? and then the scout aither go and watch a striker or just look at statistics!

One problem I have observed with the EA Sports FIFA games over the years is that players don't check to the ball. When passing to a player, I would like them (at my command) to "come to" the ball. Pro Evo and the Winning Eleven series have this, why not FIFA? Unless of course, FIFA wants to be "in the middle" of the competition for football games. I hope these comments are ACTUALLY considered, rather than just building hype for the FIFA 09 game.

i have been a great fan of the fifa series, and has for most of their releases renovated the football games. but lately the great graphics just makes it feel superficial, with a lack of gameplay, and well francly the sensation of playing football. the fifa games has everything up to a certain point: the layout of the game, more or less all the teams in the world, camera views and the graphics. but that is just not enough. it lacks the feeling of controling and individual that is without obvious gameplay restraints, that the moves that you make are somewhat limited, in the sense that you can for instance make a an abnormal pass with the side of your foot or when there is a player behind you and you get a pass, and then you make the ball rotate and goes around your opponent and then you retrieve the ball by running around on the opposite side. its the feeling of smoothness that is important. perhaps my advice would be to use professionel football players and people who know a lot about football to comment the game while its being made. and as well look at footages of certain individuals and retrieve something unique that only that player can perform. looking forward to the next edition

Honduras should be put as an international team since they have been playing so good that their ranking keeps going up. Also they have many players playing in big clubs in foreign countries. Please put them on the game!!!

if you are a top quality manager other teams should try and poach you, what about just playing thourgh a season as one player includeing training as well, and on final days the commentator should actually say sumthing about it being a final.. come on ea sports lets have 09 the best ever game!!

fifa should have better grapics from psp to x box.many other games have well batter graphics. also many players like bacary sagna ,adebayor,messi,fabregas,belletiandn more players are under rated. and you should be able to unlock videos and on the psp you should still be able to edit or crate a pla\yer like pro everlution soccer does.and  there shoud be more stadiums like upton park,craven cottage and viccarage road .a choice to create  your own kit in manerger mode  for  £ 5 million  .  ther should also be press comferences live. you should also be able to see your tam lift the cup and newspapers should be more realistic . also the scoreboard shound have the intals of the clubs name like aston villa (AV) and if the team is only one word ,write the first 3 letters of the team name. you can also have vissble officals and refs.and the crowd could be more vissibe,sing real songs for the home side and chant when someone dosnt hit the target. and import fifa maneger into fifa 09 maneger mode.from the greatest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that there should be a picture of Febregas and Nani at the fromnt with Fabregas smiling and Nani in the middle of his celebration and there should be amzing tricks and the seasons last for however long and better scouting adn make new players ot join roster when the otheres retire.

why dont you put the scottish first division on the game it is boring if you go teams fighting at the bottom if they are only going to stay in the league anyway.

You should be allowed to play a career as a player, like you start your career playing for a team like Accrington stanley and work your way up to a team like Barcelona. And in player career mode you should be allowed to have training sessions.

On manager mode make countries want you to be thier manager when you get to 10 prestige level. and have a referee season mode on it where you start off in a lower division and work yourself up by new whistles etc.

get rid of estadio de las artes for every team team whos stadium isnt on there or change it because it crap and i hate how far away the fans are, dont know why its just a crap stadium! put all premiership stadiums on there and birminghams lol (im a blue nose u see) have rain n snow! bring back indoor matches like fifa 96 (god that makes me feel old) faster gameplay, easier to get in the player of the season, i scored 63 goals with martin palermo n he was not in there that would never be the case! easier to buy kits n boots n balls before the next fifsa comes out! stop it from freezing! harder shots like pro evo(excuse the french) lino's n ref's visible during play! make the nets smaller cos the are massive ok yeah they r at wembley but at most grounds the ball dont take an hour to hit the net after crossing the line! i think thats it haha
