Add refree career just as player career and add VAR so you can decide

My wishlist :

Career mode:
Adding Twitter-based social media menu of the game mode similar to the Journey in Career mode in which we would be able to gain followers and popularity.
Creating relationships such as friendships and
Rivals with other players from the same team or different teams.
Being able to actually use the wages the players receive to either buy new items or houses or cars as a decorative gesture of the player growth.

My wishlist:

- create a female player in Pro Clubs Mode
- women´s leagues (NWSL, FA WSL, Frauen Bundesliga,...)
- female player in Career Mode
- add US commentary (Jenn Hildreth and Aly Wagner)
- add Portuguese commentary (from Portugal)
- Brazilian League (Fully Licensed)

Career Mode Request
- allow managers to ‘resign’ from the club they manage and be provided a random list of available positions.
- manager movement between clubs needs to be improved. If my team is successful I only get offered a handful of top jobs. But sometimes I want to go to the club that’s just been relegated.

I have three ideas and I hope that you can make these ideas in FIFA 21
The first idea
Is to have a refree career like the player career and the journey
The second idea
It is that the VAR technology is applied in regular matches and in the refree career
The third idea is that I will be there after winning any championship or title, there will be celebrations inside the locker room for players and the coach inside the career mode and also in the player career the player celebrates with his colleagues inside the dressing room
And I hope that my ideas will be present in the game, and if I become in the game, I will be very happy, thanks, respect and appreciation for ea sports and the FIFA game, which have always enjoyed us with their wonderful play.

1) A brand new engine. If Unreal Engine is really coming then that’s brilliant.
2) Expanded Leagues, Cups & National teams library. The traditional top 5 leagues all need to have 3 tiers of football minimum for proper career modes and depth. England needs the Vanarama National, North and South leagues as well, the added depth is sorely needed. Netherlands, Portugal and Brazil also need 2nd divisions, in Brazil’s case a proper license for the first as well. Also, both Eastern Europe and Africa need more national teams there’s barely any.
3) Changing the UI. The box menus have been around far far too long. Adding a new texture and changing the players on the menus every year for a decade is cheap. It needs to look very very different.
4) Career Mode Part One. For starters, as in the previous point, UI. Its all boxes and its boring, I want to have an office and be the manager, I want to PHYSICALLY go to training, team drills, individual sessions, I want to have conversations with players, other managers, the media and have 10+ options on what I can say in each instance, then have that impact my career. Also, stats, I want to see who is scoring goals, getting clean sheets and who’s passing is accurate in other leagues. I want those stats to carry over next season for scouting so I know who I want to buy or loan. That applies to my own players too, a player comparison option as well.
5) Career Mode Part Two. Contracts/Transfer Negotiations, Player Rosters & Youth Academies. I can’t explain this any quicker than this: Football Manager. The roster at your disposal in the market and within the club extending down to the U18s is elite. At clubs particularly in the top 5 leagues, and even more so in European spots where there is the UEFA Youth League, why aren’t there real life players (not regens)? Also contracts, make it more complex, including multiple players in a deal or having different clauses in a contract like relegation release clauses or different release clauses if domestic or foreign clubs want the player.
6) Career Mode Part Three. Staff, Kits & Sponsors. We all get sick of the kits being the same, allowing clubs to have a ‘4th kit’ that you can design all by yourself would be class, I don’t care if the sponsor is different to the other 2 or 3 kits just give us 1 kit we can design and change each season.
7) Volta. Multiplayer for starters, how EA missed that one is beyond me.
8) Stadiums. We always want more stadiums and tbh this is the one I think we’ll get most. The top 5 leagues need fully licensed stadiums for me, all teams in UEFA competitions too, beyond that MLS and selected stadiums across the world also.
9) FUT. As usual, more ways to earn coins. I’ve always said I’d like to be rewarded for things I do while playing the football match, challenges if you will. While that has been implemented to a degree with SBCs are the Season Pass I’d like my match reward at the end not to just be ‘350 coins’ I’d like it to be more in depth and more rewarding. So if I win 1-0 with a tap in and then win 5-0 with a player scoring a hattrick I expect significantly more coins not just an extra 100, more like a couple of thousand at least.
10) Classic Teams. The first 9 i’ve mentioned are all things that are important to seriously make the game better, but this is more a fantasy for me. It would be something to use in custom tournaments and potentially online friendlies (not FUT). So a collection of classic teams over the years like Manchester United 1968 or 1999, Barcelona 2009 or 2011, Bayern Munich 1973-74, Spain 2008-12 or Brazil 1958-62. A league filled with historic teams would be a dream.

New Career Modes: women's my player and manager, national team manager, referee and club owner
Things to fix:
My Manager: scan your face, create your own club, create kits every season, arrange friendlies, having social media ( instagram, Facebook, tweeter, etc.), realistic euro, European nations league, American nations league, AFC national cup, African cup, club world cup, AFC champions league and copa libertatores, also having the ability to send an e-mail at a national team that you want to be its manager, being at the drafts of your team in UCL, UEL,FA cup etc., talk to players at the locker room before the match, at halftime and at the end, finally take some things from pes 2020 my manager
My player: make it like NBA 2k20 and scan your face

Generally: club creator, boots creator, fix the player faces ( someone has in real life is white and in FIFA 20 black wtf), downloading teams, nations and leagues and use them at career mode, more commentators speaking different languages like Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Greek, German etc, at custom tournament create trophy and logo of tournament, put icons xi, legendary teams xi like barca 2009 and Greece 2004, classic xi, world xi, s.america, n.America, Europe, Asia and Africa all star teams, update faces more often like in pes 2020, var for red card, goal or penalty, have Volta tournament, put beach soccer and at kick off mode in first at do it without time

1) add greek language like old times 1995-2002.

2) add greek commentor like christos sotirakopoulos or many others.

3) stadiums for the biggest greek teams ( olympiakos , panathinaikos , aek athens , paok thesalonica )

1. Portuguese Commentator - From portugal

2. Portuguese Stadiums - Top 3 team to start with Benfica, Porto and Sporting Lisbon

4. Individual Awards - Ballond'or, Fifa world player of the year, Fifa Golden boot, Fifa manager of the year - can been won on career mode.

5. Trophy room with all the awards you win on the game - something like NBA 2k

(1) FIFA World club cup
(2) Scan your real face to look realistic in game
(3) New Engine
(4) Create your own club
(5) change cutscenes on trophy presentation

One factor that could make fifa player career mode a whole lot fun is that the player should be able to do something with the money earned. An alternate Sims styled lifestyle where player can buy stuff like cars villas, improve lifestyle, run a life outside stadium etc. with the money earned. That would make the player signing offers more interesting.

I think fifa 21 can include the legendary teams for kick-off mode. For eg. Arsenal 2003-04, barcelona 2009-10,etc.

I think there should be a stadium creator in fifa. and why isn't allianz arena not in fifa?? it is one of the coolest stadiums. PLEASE please add this to fifa 21. instead of just randomly generating the groups for fifa tournaments we should be able to watch the draw for the tournaments if we want to. that would be very cool. because sometimes if you go to the news section in career mode you can see snippets for the draw.it would be much cooler if you could actually watch the DRAW

I want fut draft more expencive because i want after we made our fut draft we can take the team or if you refuse you sell 5 player from the team.

I feel more detail to career mode can be added just like say GTA. Open game in the world.
You start the game like - A young lad grows from his collage soccer team to local district to a state or city team.
He has to manage his living. Earn money so he can feed him self, buy a house or property, buy a car and drive around the city to fulfill his needs. Start a family and manage then goes on training gets offer from clubs, accept it. Shift and move to other countries and cities. I am sure this cannot be added in fifa 21 but surely can be added in fifa 22.

No trasction fee on the tranfers FUT market
Better rewards from packs when bought with fifa points
Less Redicouls prices on the FUT tranfermarket so we can all get good players
fix defending so players have to actualy defend manualy

1. My idea is to add Muslim women's national teams to FIFA 21 (with hijab).
2. Fifa 21 must also add the hand touch error.

Pls remove classic defend from fifa make it so you defend your self it is so op when you try to dribble the player thats uses classic defending its gone take the ball so easy.

I'd love the ability to access previous legends/icons in career mode. For example if you win the champions league you get the option to pick from previous champs lge winners (Gerrard, Zidane, Ronaldo, Keane etc) and get them at 18/19.
Also same option if you win the premiership get a premierleague legend.
And you could only have 2 of these legends per career

You should put teams with similar wins and losses to play against eachother and same team level because It’s not fair for a player to have a gold team and to be vs a team of the season full team.

TO EA, how come there is no volts on Fifa 20 on Nintendo switch? in Fifa 21 on the switch,can you put in volta mode?

I think it would be amazing to have a co-op career mode. It will be like a normal career mode but you can play career mode with a friend online with you both being able to control what you do. You could also play the games together as well. I think that would be really cool.

I would also love the National League to get added.

No offence, but your game is not realistic enough . You have too many restrictions, some are just ridiculous and stupid. You add restrictions that make the game Unrealistic and dont add Realistic Restrictions.

Eg. WHY RESTRICT THE GOALKEEPER TO HOLDING THE BALL IN THE BOX??

INSTEAD, GIVE THE GOALKEEPER A RED CARD IF HE TOUCHES THE BALL OUTSIDE THE BOX. JUST LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO ALLISON.

And please remove the feature of not letting men and women play together.... I mean, its a game, it should be fun.

Add A BE THE REFEREE CAREER MODE(And just a be the Ref mode) oh and since you guys LOVE RESTRICTIONS, please dont add Restrictions here.

EG You red carded a player for no reason. YOU ARE THE REF YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONTROL THE GAME HOWEVER YOU WANT.

Pay more attention to Career mode, cause I feel like you dont put any effort in that.

Instead stay with the same team after first season manager can leave the team after the first season. For example you perform well in your manager career mode and lead the team win the UEFA championship league and domestic league, other teams can approach you and hopefully they can have you become their manager for upcoming season. Number 2, before the match and after the match, the medias can interview the players. After the match, teammates will present the trophy of man of the match to the teammates who earn it. Number 3. Instead of captain lift the trophy, why not have the official present the trophy to the captain before the captain lifting it. Number 4. Please improve the weather. For best example, slowly from day turn to dawn and from dawn to dark.

Suggestion for fifa 21:

Create your own stadium option. Since not all the teams stadiums are featured on the game, which I feel is frustrating, why not create an option where you can create your own ground for the team who's stadiums are not on the game? Use the generic stands that were used to make fifas own stadiums to design your own grounds. That would save time on creating every clubs stadium and its somthing players would potentially enjoy doing.

Dear Ea sports, The change I want to be in Fifa 21 will be to add the option to create and edit the Stadium. We have to create our own Stadium.

And also playing type with no fan/or any viewer in a
stadium.
And as in the real world sometimes if misconduct or conflict between fans and abandoning of matches.(remark if it is made in switch it means if it can be turned on or off perhaps)
this happen when there is not fair judgement or something else.

I have a great idea which is create league which has classic teams for example real madrid with their best players like raul and ronaldo ; barcalona ronaldinho etoo. For other teams also. It is a very Creative idea. Thanks

Have a career mode called challenge mode. Where instead of starting career from scratch you join mid season where your new club is currently unbeaten, or in a relegation battle, or currently have loads of injuries you have to manage.

Career mode:

- Introduce women's football into career mode e.g. have a women's super league option

- Retain club stats in career. For example; you would have the top scorers and then see players added to that list as they score more goals since you took over the club.

- Deadline day interviews outside the club training ground/stadium.

- Team training sessions/practice matches during pre-season.

- Be able to upgrade/design new kits in career mode as you progress through the seasons.

- Update the top goalscorer record in career mode. For example Kane scored 38 and the next season Jesus had scored 28 and commentary said he was close to breaking the record and showed stats for 32 goals.

- Be more realistic on career mode manager job statuses. If Many City finish 12th change their manager as Pep definitely wouldn't still be in a job.

- Introduce U21 football into International manager jobs so you can select and develop the next generation of talent without having to buy everyone to your club.

- On pitch interviews at the end of finals.

- More realistic game management situations. In the Champions league the opposition tend to play relative to the current game situation even if they are losing by an away goal. It would be good to have them go all out attack to try and win rather than sit off and play for a draw to make it more realistic.

- VAR needs to be in FIFA 21 as its now a big part of football.

I want so badly a referee mode in fifa. Just to be an referee and play as a referee career. This will be the most good simulator for that

1) Expand upon the career mode press conferences by giving more options to say and talk about rather than the same repetitive scenarios and questions. Let us use the current manager of teams, ie if you play as Chelsea you can either create a manager or use frank lampard instead as these managers are already in the game and being used.

2) instead of updating older players with star heads the wonder kids and next generation players need to be the first to be scanned so that there can be players throughout the whole cm that will have real faces.

3) add in a whole team training scenario to the player training and be able to train almost all individual stats.

4) don’t make the youth objectives in cm so hard ie don’t make it so you have to have someone with higher potential than a player you have in a certain position as if you have players with a 92 potential for instance it’s very hard to complete this objective.

5) make transfer prices realistic and performance related, have players reject the transfer based on your status as a club, A billionaire takeover should give you a very high transfer budget rather than just adding 50mil or so. Make players who demand a transfer listing be put on there without you having to do so, so that you have no control over it as it’s your fault the want to leave.

6) for player customisation and create a player, get rid of the tape option as no players use it anymore, instead replace in with cut socks at the ankle like real players do and add an assortment of old boots into the game through the ea store ie some classic Adidas predators,f50, adipure, Nike mercurials, magistas, tiempos, Umbro abd so on, boots that are iconic from years past that have changed the game. Add an option to have different shirt sleeves or to wear gloves dependant on the weather like pes has had for years rather than having to wear short sleeves in all weather or gloves all year round.

7) probably the most important to me, improve the skill moves that can be used in the game, you shouldn’t be able to do all the skills and the defender know exactly what your doing and counter everything you do.

8) improved title winning animations such as champions league going up into the stands to collect the trophy the same with World Cup, try to recreate what is actually done in real life rather than the same boring animation over and over again.

you should ask for the club president so you can change some of the sponsors and crest for FIFA 21

Improve the goalkeapers , dont make the game depend on the speed and dribble only and improve the icons that are bad in the game and make the player good like in real life if he has bad skills or weak foot , and fix the kick_off glitch , and improve ea servers , make the game play compatible with all the players like bad icons in fifa and bad high rated cards in fifa.

MY FIFA21 WISHLIST:

- team creator
- league creator (including league structure creator: tier1, tier2, tier3 for example)
- team badge creator
- kit creator
- stadium creator ( similar to the "AO Tennis"-game)

-ehmm... the player creator already exists in fifa -

so with all these new features you would be able to rebuild football leagues from the past or create/improve current football leagues. for instance: I would recreate my version of east-german premier football division called "DDR-Oberliga" (1949-1990). I own all the statistic stuff i need (season-guides etc) to do that.

the current 29 generic stadiums are the same since (probably) fifa 10
so it is getting quite boring to see the same generic stadiums every new season...

1) It would be nice to have a clean sheet counter on goalkeepers instead of goals and assists.
2) It would be cool if it would show your goals and assists with a player in squad battles and in champs/rivals

Only one thing, please the controls in online mode must be standarized no let change the controls in a middle of the game

1.I personally don't agree on how there is no women soccer leagues such as women Liverpool,City ect.

2.Games should start in the tunnel

FIFA 21 should have the teams that were dominant in their time. Could have 1999 Man Utd or 2005 Liverpool. Or 09/10 Inter under Jose. Since y’all are sponsored by UCL now, how about have the winners of UCL from the 1980s all the way to 2019s? I think that would spice up the game.

1. As a player in Career, Howcome we cant have an option to set Our Morale(Level of Happiness) And not be able to Force a way out of The club Like The players do in Manager Career. We should also be able to communicate to the Manager and say things such As.

Ive been playing well so I would like to play In the next game....

And complain if you are not playing enough.

Instead of Just Select ing an option... Make Press conference REAL. MAKE IT REALISTIC PLEASE

5. As a manager, make it possible to JUST WATCH THE TEAM PLAY. BECAUSE MANAGERS DON'T PLAY ON THE PITCH, DO THEY?
But I'm not saying remove the feature to play as the team.

Add a be the ref Mode... With NO RESTRICTIONS.... BECAUSE YOUR GAME HAS TOO MANY RESTRICTIONS....

If a player takes their shirt off make the ref CARD THEM

When other clubs want your player in manager career mode.. How come, they ONLY offer money, They should also OFFER PLAYERS occasionally

2. In player Career mode, Dont make the Player Contract A WHOLE LIFETIME. YOUR CONTRACT SHOULD BE A NUMBER OF YEARS LIKE IN MANGER CAREER MODE. PLEASE ALSO MAKE THE CONTRACT IN PLAYER CAREER MODE THE SAME AS IN MANAGER CAREER MODE. Y’know like Team roles, contract length and so on please

Btw. Your game has TOO MANY RESTRICTIONS.
EG. Please let Men and Women play together

To have a customisation part for editing teams kits or add another kit by us without changing team's sponser

1)Stadium Creator/Team Creator/League Creator/Trophy Creator/ability to create and or import jerseys and club crests

2)Ability to edit Career mode in the edit/customization section (ex: editing the Champions League spots per league, editing team budgets, ability to turn off cinematic scenes and press conferences in Master League, ability to edit regen default names and appearance per country, etc.)

3)Players to have a less harsh decrease in stats as they age in career mode (ex: There should still be players who are 33-36 years of age and have 88 acceleration and sprint speed)

4)Ability to edit the menu layout and colors, and import our own music
