  1. EA fix career mode standings…its so unrealistic when Man City is 10th and Tottenham is in relegation zone. I was playing career mode with Arsenal and in my first season Newcastle was in champions league spot, and chelsea, liverpool, city didnt make it. You need to fix that as soon as possible!

  2. You have made a massive mistake, you have put the football club Torino as a team that qualified for the group stages of the Europa league when actually it was the Wolves Fc who qualified, can you fifa please change this?

  3. FIFA 20 hmmmm, I actually like the game. Better than 19, i think skill moves are still over powered and very difficult to stop.

    The AI movement especially in defending could be better also with the keeper.

    Passing seems a bit sluggish in how the balls moves along the ground.

    I play normal online mode and the over powered pressing from opposition seems to have improved a lot as it killed FIFA 19 for me.

    EA please don’t change too much in your patches regarding general game play, just small minor things.

    I agree make Champions league and other Tournaments available online and keep the cups open longer.

  4. Can’t believe it, the in game play is soooooo slow, but the worst of the worst is why are The Wolves not competing in the europa cup…?
    Can fifa fix this with an update please?

  5. Ea should really focus on players and leagues across the Americas more, instead if just focusing on European leagues. I love the champions league, but I also love the BBVA liga mx and other American tournaments and leagues, such as the copa libertadores and concacaf champions league. These non European leagues and tournaments should be given more thought. Ea has a huge market in the Americas and it’s time for them to think about our leagues as well. Also player ratings are horrible for some teams in Mexico. They should also be looked at.

  6. Fifa 20 is the worst Fifa version i have ever played. The man marking is so terrible and the new free kick and penalty system is very bad. the overall gameplay is so bad that i feel like the game needs you to control all eleven players at once but we can only control one. the graphics are good and rest everything is good to but the in-game difficulties like defending, passing , dribbling, freekick and penalty system needs much improvement. I have been playing Fifa since Fifa 2005 and was never this frustrated before.

Wow EA I didn’t think you could f*** up Fifa even more than last year and the year before that Play career mode is even worse than it has ever been at least it was decent in fifa 19 Volta story mode is super short The game play wow I have never Been so Pissed that Dribbling is So bad Passing is so un accurate , free kick were good as it was before nobody asked for A change literally nobody Why buy Fifa At this point when ea only cares about Their money instead of customer Satisfaction.   8. I’m really enjoying fifa 20 but I’m concerned it will get patched because of all the people complaining and it will be made worse just like fifa 19 was. I thought fifa 19 was good until it got patched and then it was terrible.
    Please don’t listen to all the people complaining about the game. They will be a small minority of people. Remember that most people especially ones who enjoy the game will not give feedback. Don’t ruin this game with updates like fifa 19 was ruined.
    Only update I would suggest is to allow fut matches to be played at daytime instead of only night time and maybe change the player switching issue.
    A lot of people are complaining about the defending and the rebounds from tackles and keeper saves. I think this is good because it makes the game more open and enjoyable. I think the game is really good. Please don’t change the gameplay.

  14. Bugs: In my career mode, this random player on my team stands in the background of every screen. Then, when I start the match he is on the pitch, just stood there, not part of the game but in the way.

    Create a Player: I understand the need to freshen things up, and I am all in favor for running styles and celebrations. However, making a player now takes me 30 minutes because of how you now change their appearance. Sometimes, more isn’t better. For years I’ve hoped for features that enable me to determine traits, preferred positions so I’m not limited in my Career mode, and also simply a Center mid option. These are seemingly simple things never included. Yet somehow now I’ve got to pick a present face and hope there’s one relatively similar to what I actually look like. And there’s less hairstyles (though I’m all for the mixed gender ones).

    Career: I can never get past the third year of any career because it gets stupid. The stamina doesn’t recover after a day, so good players can’t play as often as they actually can, and the opposition always puts out a weak team. I’d love the season stats to reflect similarly to real life. The cpu golden boot winners regularly sit in the teens. Ridiculous. And the generated transfers??? Teams don’t go out and improve their weaknesses. It makes for really silly squads after 3 years.

    Gameplay: Defending has always been difficult. I understand, but then why do the computer defenders on the other teams seem to be all Bobby Moore and Van Dijk? Meanwhile my players are not making any movements unless I personally move them, which again, is so difficult to control. I want a game that requires some strategy and FOOTBALL. Save all the 0 defending and skill move through the whole defense to VOLTA.

    Also create a club would be great. Miss that.

  15. Dumb as s***… No AI defence and for average and bad players who dont want to spend 8 hours a day its now pointless to play. Ai defence was at least for me something that helped. And now basically every game is a loss. I might concider refund. If you are a good player turn off your AI defence but for noobs as me, let it be… It was a help for a win…

    I think ea want only the ppl who spend big money on packs to stay in the game.

    Last fifa I buy.

  16. absolutely horrendous…worst EVER. VOLTA is SHOCKINGLY POOR all stadiums are called san siro in the friendly cups or molton road if u mk dons in career mode. takes so long for the gane to respond to button presses, says u missed tackles u never even made….i am a Def mid amd EVERY game (according to post match stats)i missed a tackle even without making a tackle. This was a complete waste of £75 and i dont know if i will buy fifa 21. I played some bad fifa games before but this is the worst game i have ever played and that is not just comparing to other fifa games

HI the Difference i saw from fifa19 to fifa20 is the game play and the defenders how they defend the game the difference is between 19 to 20 that the defenses is so bad on 20 are very poor when a true ball is sent from the other team the attacker is very fast from the defender and ive the attacker go trough the defender with the ball

  18. The gameplay vs AI is probably the best its been in years ill give you that. But im playing against youth teams every single round which totally ruins career mode. This has to be fixed. In the save Man City is 20th placed with 0 wins for gods sake.. just fix it.

    1. My friend got FIFA 20 today and like every year since about 2009 we sat down to start our co op career mode. Chose West ham,signed a few playets, played the opening game of the season and man city only fielded one first team player! The rest were youth and randoms ive never heard of. At the end of our first eleven games spurs were bottom of the league,man city in 14th Chelsea in 16th and the top 4 were man utd, Leicester,Newcastle and Norwich. Totally unrealistic and he paid for premium edition as well. FIX IT NOW EA!

  19. When editing real players, they automatically lose the ability to play in multiple positions. So a player who is listed as CM/CDM/CAM will default to CAM or CDM likewise a player who can play ST/LW will default to only one or the other.

    On fifa 19, as long as you didn’t edit the players position this wouldn’t happen but on fifa 20it automatically defaults players to 1 set position.

    Really needs fixing.

  20. First game of the season as Leicester v Wolves and they play their kids. Neves, Moutinho and then literally the rest were youngsters I’ve never heard of?

    Absolutely stupid. Completely put me off career. It’s not a one off. Started one as Norwich and the same happened with Liverpool.

    Needs patching.

    1. Teams playing their young players instead of the main starters in any premier league game is a joke this need to be fixed right away ! I need to start a season but it’s too unrealistic! Harry Kane started the season on the bench !!!!!

  21. PASSING! Absolutely none of my passes go anywhere near where I’m intending, everything gets intercepted and it’s ruining the game. Like FIFA 19 was bad but this is beyond bad it’s unplayable.

  23. I also want give you one suggestion. It is that Fifa mobile 20 match graphics is not so good.Fifa mobile 19 match graphics is better than Fifa mobile 20 match graphics.

  24. Ea needs a change on Eden Hazards new white,blue and gold mercurial. Next Juventus in fifa 20 (Piemonte Calcio) needs to get updated to Juventus again.EA must patch Juventus to an update patch in fifa 20 just like It was patched to PES 2019. CR7 face must be updated with his side cut.Lulaku must also be updated his skin texture must be as light as he is.Samba King Naymar JR should have the face he has (Mohawk) the brown one. Im not sure if he has it in the demo but he must surely have it in the official game

  25. Its Fifa 19 .. with slightly better graphics! Gameplay is still awful. I’ll wait for the full overhaul whenever that happens! Fifa 19 really was the nail in the coffin for me. Loyal for the last 20 years .. but sadly that has now come to an end. I understand that re-writing code for games is a nightmare, hence why there is little improvement. I would suggest taking a year out to develop new systems etc but then that would be silly. It really is a cash cow now …. bring back its heart because it doesn’t beat without it.

  26. In the age of modern football when no touch dribbling and body feints are taking the world by storm EA suddenly decides to remove the no touch dribbling controls. That too to accommodate the sick set up touch when people will use it to dribble past rather than actually setting up for a more accurate cross or shot.
    No more shoulder drops from Messi which is his signature dribbling style. I feel it is the most used skill in real life. Feeling really sad. 🙁

  31. I can’t help but feel like the Fifa series has suffered a downgrade this year, purely based on gameplay that relates to the actual real game.
    Off the ball movement is none existent, when kick off is taken, both teams just stand still for seconds.
    The way the players move in this game leads me to believe that the staff at EA Sports have never actually sat down and watched a game of professional football. Players do not move as clunky as this. In Sunday league, sure, but not in the professional game.
    I find this particularly disappointing due to the fact that ball movement is almost perfect, except from the variety of passes. Again, if you watch a game of football, you will see a high variety of passing techniques.
    From 2004 the gameplay has improved ten fold, but I feel like this years addition falls short of the mark. EA need to stop trying to please competitive players who will no doubt complain about every change possible, and start moving towards gameplay that will satisfy actual football fans

  32. Sorry but how on god’s green earth!!!!!!! is kaka’s icon card only 91. That’s hilariously insulting, Pirlo 92 though ? how have you come to that verdict! kaka’s rating needs revising !!! because that’s actually ridiculous, he was a better player then pirlo! and i’m a big Pirlo fan prilo hasnt even been in a top 3 ballon dor ranking and kaka has won it not only that but against the 2 greatest players in the history of the game as well. im just struggling to see where youve got this rating from. i don’t even need to get into hes accolades or his abilities. its so blatant that you’ve messed up with this one! Extremely glad hes introduced into the game but then for him to have a rating like that is so bad! has to be an 93!! has to be! in his prime hes literally top 5 best cam’s As good as Zidane was as well i think 95 would of been more fair. i don’t agree with him being as good as R9 but i do agree with him being slightly better then Ronaldinho, but those ratings for those players can be dealt with because your in and around the correct ratings but kaka really does need improving.

  33. Please for the variety of the game, make a game section like fifa manager back in 2013 – where we can build up entire clubs, redo/upgrade stadiums, training grounds, control economy a lot more and so on. Tons of club features to make ( and still be manager of course )

  34. please bring back the good old fifa 11. Players need a better fluid gameplay. Gameplay looks horrible in 20.I thought fifa would get better with time but it got worst. 17 was good. but after 18 it just dont feel good. Graphics is good but if game play aint then nothing matters. fix the game play..its not only me but almost every fifa player wants to see and experince a better ralistic fluid gameplay. I hope you consider my comment as a priority. Thankyou!

  35. Gameplay feels great. Something was off on fifa 19, this one seems back to normal. Computer doesn’t seem overly perfect on certain difficulties. Volta is fin. Career mode had welcome changes but still lacking some things. Overall good improvement

    shooting
    new team morale (press conferences) in career mode

    Bad:

    static ai makes it hard to find passes in certain formations (4-2-3-1)
    a lot of scrambles in the box, clearing the ball is incredibly difficult for some reason (especially from crosses)
    passing seems to be very buggy (passes don’t match up with the input)

    Additions (please!)

    real world avatars for managers in career mode (why can’t I play as Guardiola or Klopp?)
    fully changeable kits in career mode (i.e. ability to change clashing shorts or socks. Man Utd have a change of black shorts and white socks IRL)

  37. Pros:
    Enjoy the new features to career mode press conferences and post match interview
    Volta football is fantastic
    Shooting is better and looks better… attackers seem to make better decisions on how to finish based on controller input.
    Pace seems to have been corrected. In Fifa 19, slow defenders could always catch speedy attackers
    Stadium Atmosphere is improved in certain stadia

    Cons:
    Passing feels different… often what i inputted into the controller did not reflect in the direction or outcome of the pass, leading to possession given up
    Tackling felt more difficult… felt like some tackles would take the ball but would somehow still end up with the attacker.. Could also use more varied animations for tackling
    Off the ball movement is significantly less from AI, meaning user controlled player has less passing options, and doesn’t feel realistic.

    To Add:
    Add control one player mode back into kick off
    Add an agent in the career mode menus. This could add a new layer of realism when playing career mode e.g. when a user wants to change club in manager career, he can choose the clubs he would like to join and the agent can then come back with offers (similar to how the transfer system works now).
    Similarly, in player career, players could navigate to agent in the menus to find interested clubs and and choose offers that they like. Clubs can then negotiate and then the player can be notified in messages when they have reached an agreement for transfer. Players should also be allowed to become free agents and choose another club

Hello ea I first like to thank you for letting me experience the fifa20 beta I played it and most of it u enjoyed apart from a few things in the vota mode story where some time when doing training drills the game would freeze or not work great but overall very enjoyable experience I look forward to playing fifa20

  40. I find it harder to score and easier to get penalized. Which aren’t bad things. I do find that defenders seem to be a bit to good at intercepting passes. Definitely more challenging to play offense and defense, feels more realistic in that way.

  41. Loving fifa 20 beta only bad thing is the inability to choose an a real manager avatar for your selected team in manager mode example I can’t just have a Ole Gunnar Solskjær avatar when I pick Manchester United even though he will be on FIFA 20 I don’t get it

  42. Career Mode Bugs:
    Four players glitched to 99 overall (and one player to 2 OVR).
    The manager inbox auto-opened without any messages consistently.
    Scouting players using the GTN occasionally caused an error and closed the application.
    Post-Match conference at the end of the season did not make sense.

    Will there be any different ways of changing club this year? For example at the end of the season.

  44. Will the career I started in the closed beta be available when the full game is released? For example, I started a player career and have gotten almost through the first full season. Was hoping I’ll still be able to play that same career when the full game comes out. Thanks!

  45. I’ve been playing career mode on fifa since 2010 and before that pes from 2003, here’s a few suggestions to improve the content of the career mode.
    Please remove all the useless computer generated players that no team would want and wouldn’t make it into a village team. These just take up space that could be used to improve the content or game play.
    You could have the option of recycling retired players with the stats that they would have had when they were 16,perhaps as free agents or scattered across the game in different teams around the world so you have to search for them. Maybe with a different game face in the menu.
    Sort out the fixture congestion in career when you are playing 4 or 5 games per week and sometimes 2 on the same day,at the same time in different places or countries .
    As you progress up the divisions different stadiums could be made available to upgrade your team. (Bigger stadium =more money per match).
    You could earn money instead of points which could be spent on stadium upgrades,transfers or improvements to staff which would affect fitness, moral, speed players return from injury etc. (As in fifa 10).
    There’s many free agents in the database, these could be fed into the game as the seasons progress. Also change the selection of free agents available when you start a career as many of them have been available for many years,and the majority of them you wouldn’t want . Each season have some good free agents available in the summer as is happening in the football world at the moment.
    When other teams buy or loan players can they be used and not just fill space while they continue to use an ageing squad. Especially if they have contacted you to buy/loan them.
    New cut scenes for transfers and moral are ok for 2 or 3 times but then are skipped .
    Have the stats available for players for as long as they remain with your team, which could be for years.
    A trophy cabinet would be good.
    I have found that after 6 or 7 seasons you have more money than you know what to do with and no one worth buying as they are all too old. At the moment I have over £500 million and nothing to spend it on as I have a brilliant first team and a second team of younger players (who are mostly 80 plus rated). If you had to divide it between stadium, staff etc it would provide a more realistic game.
    Add the ability to give players commentary names when they don’t have one.
    I’m sure there’s other things but that’ll do for now.

  47. EA please make champions league playable online with different players and not only with AI. Also make the cup matches open 24hrs a day sometimes when the cup window opens you don’t get a chance to play due to certain reasons then you have to wait 10 days for the cup window to open please look into this. One more thing in kick off matches different modes which was included in Fifa 19 if all modes are available in Fifa 20 as well it would be amazing if we could play it online with different skilled level players and not only with friends or AI it will be more competitive. Please please request you to make these changes.

  48. I have been lucky enough to play the fifa 20 beta as I was awarded a code, and just like the past 3 years of Fifa, I have felt like I’m playing an arcade football game. The creators of Fifa need to actually watch a football match to understand how a football game works. There’s so much wrong with the game it’s actually frustrating to play. Just to list a few;
    -every interception is perfectly controlled (even when a full power driven shot is intercepted from 5 yards away).
    -there is not a single loose ball in any game. I understand RL football matches have a ton and it would be boring if playing as a game but even adding a few just to make the game seem real would be beneficial.
    -rebounds happen too often. It’s like ea have linked the ball to be directed straight to a teammate in the box. Every game I have played on the beta I have conceded a rebound goal (and scored a load too). This needs to change.
    -my 99 pace striker getting caught up by a 75 pace defender when running through on goal. This happens too much and although it’s beneficial when defending id rather the game be more realistic.
    -it’s too easy to pass the ball round players. On many occasions I can predict where my opponent is going to pass it and I still cannot defend against it. Attacking should be just as hard as defending.
    Ea need to realise that although Fifa is a game, it’s based on real life and it would be a lot more enjoyable if it felt like I was playing proper football.

  49. I love what you’ve done with career mode and actually love the flow of the gameplay its so realistic and as close to a real game as I’ve seen yet from a Fifa product! Please don’t mess around with the speed I’m playing on Slow gameplay and it’s perfect! Press conferences are great as are the player talks, maybe making it a little more challenging could be worth a look! I love the level of ultimate difficulty in career mode this time around it is great, the AI have actually switched up tactics against me to break me down or start causing me issues I hadn’t had to deal with previously…. Nice touch!

  50. The gameplay is good. the best part seems to be VOLTA FOOTBALL. The accuracy for aiming at goals seems pretty less I feel but we might learn it over time.
    The tackles have improved and I like new real feel tackle style.
    I would say the passing lags at times and is delayed.
    The touches are also abrupt at times losing control over the ball.
    the overall graphics and ultimate team are amazing.

    Volta football with online friends is something I’m looking forward to in the full version.
