- The likes of Grimsby Town, Bristol Rovers, Kidderminster, Wrexham, Macclesfieldfield, Chester, Halifax, Barnet and Lincoln are just a few of the English teams that have fell to the Conference League despite spells higher in the league system. Grimsby were in the second tier just 13 years ago. It seems ludicrous that these sleeping giants of English football are not included. It is only in FIFA 15 that you can play as Luton again, despite their status as a huge team in years gone by. The top conference teams are very well supported and it would add an extra level of difficulty to a career mode. It would also make the loan system better.
- Alternatively, what about creating a pool of teams in each country that could appear in career mode? For example, the top Conference teams would have their name and badge in the game, but their players would be generated if they got promoted to the Football League. They could serve as FA Cup opponents as well. This system could work in France, Germany and any other countries which would benefit from a second division.
- Dynamic draws: pick the names out when the cup is drawn.
- Chairman Mode: You need to balance the books, by performing well and buying and selling. Perhaps this could see you take a tiny club from a sunday league to the top leagues.
- Pundit Mode: You will be assigned to a game. Good commentary and accurate predictions will help to see your reputation rise. You can interview players and managers.
- Simulated Career Mode: Effectively, the game simulates many years quickly with no detailed calculations based on the player and gives you the results. You can stop the simulation whenever you want and look back at past years.
- Allow more created players. I often change a League 2 team (usually Morecambe for the shrimp badge) into a team of young talented players. This takes up nearly all of my 30 slots. If I want a few more players, I'm stuck!
- Add the top clubs from each major country not currently represented, over the next few years. This means all of the major names can appear, but you do so efficiently. I mean, no offence, but Mersin isn't most people's first choice of club, and I'm certain that more people have heard of Grimsby than Mersin.
- Make Gibraltar or San Marino manageable, as a real challenge for people who think World Class is too easy.
1) Referees on 2 player mode are extremely lenient on penalties. I've actually had the opposition player kick my player in the head, kung fu style in the box and had nothing for it.
2) PES do this and I can't understand why FIFA doesn't do it. We'd like to use our Career mode team in these leagues.
3) If we use Brazil and play chelsea and they have Ramires or Oscar suspended or injured, they game actually crashes. I know that we would be using the same player, but come on.

Create a FIFA equivalent of UEFA Champions League.
More characteristic player movement and individualistic preferences.
Actual fights, I hate it when the CPU pulls my shirt when I am about to score. ;)
Create Suite for teams, i.e, our created clubs have specific chants, specific clothes etc.
Remeberance days of legends, e.g. Ferenc Puskás.
We need to play with the EA Sports team, the guys that actually make the game, we need you in a fictional team just like the first FIFA.
Top rankings of players in different respects, e.g. fastest players, best 'high flyers(most agile players), best keepers, etc.
Leagues that were not included to be included(Middle East leagues for example)
Remember, it's going to be 20 years, we need the whole world to celebrate!!!

Also to get rid of coin glitches and people buying coins you could add an add-on, and that add on will allow you to buy coins so instead of fifa points you could replace it by adding fia coins.

Also you should have more transfers in the be a pro career. If you start at a low league team then you want the team to get better as you go up the leagues rather than just keeping the same people.
You also need to introduce more 2nd divisions.rather than just have 1 league in a country add the lower league too.

-More financial take overs or even just companies or brands trying to buy the club you're running because i like to play in the lower leagues and bring them to the top
-What i hated the most is when staring manager mode, and want to sign top free agents players must of them are already signed, make them wait for the opening of the transfer windows. Also that you can sign free agents had every time not only in the transfer windows
-Make or introduce youth system u21 teams and more, u21 tournaments
- As someone from South-America I would love to see the copa libertadores or even CONCACAF Champions League because that is the reason why most of my friends also buy PES because the have copa libertadores and CONCACAF Champions League, also the AFC Champions League. My suggestion is to bring back the Brazilian League in order to get back the brazilian gamers besides that this is a competitive league, full of good players. It was a bad decision of EA to forgot this league: they lost market and we, players of all world, lost good players in our team; annother suggerstion is to EA drop the regulation of the UT market! I understand their idea to punish the players who make the market unfair, but, in order to do that, who have paid the consequences was the fair ones instead of the guilty ones...
1. More national teams: in spite of being fake in PES but when I see my national team in a game I'll definitely play it.
2. More editing options: Some people may found editing is boring and time consuming, but that will allow you to have a lot of fun by creating stadiums, creating players accurately ...
3. Bring Creation Center back: It was fun and easy.
4. More Leagues: There are many leagues proving their worth being in FIFA like the Brazilian, Ukrainian, Japanese(will be hard to be licensed), Algerian, and other African and Asian leagues that we lack.
5. Improved Career Mode: Career Mode is a great way for having fun but it becomes boring over time so what to do is add more options in Career mode:-
a. Manager mode:
- Scouting players is very good but needs development, not all players are shown i.e If you are looking for a winger who is pacey, First team quality and is 18-30 and your scout is excellent you will hardly get CR7 in your reports.
- Why can't I sim and decide the speed of simulating and when my team is preforming poorly I can Sub a player or even play the match and continue it?
- Players have their lives too, but FIFA is not showing that, We don't want The Sims but we want Career Mode to be as good as "or better" than 2k sports' NBA which you can decide your own life. Players can be robbed, get into trouble and they have their personalities in and out of the field.
- Adding youth team and Leagues aka U21. Simply a great way for developing players and keeping reverse players in form.
- Even the pre season is boring.. Just let us chose who we want to face and let the amount of substitutes open so we can test players.. One last thing add the option to join a pre season tournament and tours.
- Financial Accuracy: Man Utd is known for being one of the richest clubs in the world and still FIFA give them 34-40M when they have atleast 120M (Just an example). Not to forget the price of players let it depends on the age and the ratings.
- Players developments: Just let the growth not just depends on his CPU potential but his form and play in the pitch.
- Youth scouts: They can go any where in the world, can't they? Most Clubs have more than 20 scouts. Why can we just have 3? Not just that but they give us the wrong players regardless their exp. and judgment.
- Kit changing: It is silly that 30 years have passed and sill a club's jersey hasn't change or a promoted club still carry League 2 badge
- Generate Free Agent player: From different countries and put some diamonds there
*: add the option of fully customizing the manager and give us real managers in the pitch not just names.
b. Player Mode: The same as Manger Mode and add some more player customizations for the players and allow sponsor to come asking for you to wear their shoes and advertise for some amount of money that you can hire a personal trainer from or some clothes for the press conference or maybe for some donation that helps raising your name and give you chance for playing for big clubs.
- The achievement system is so unfair. Some challenges are hard to do and sill you are playing good and non of your stats are coming up, maybe EA will need to rebuild the growing system here. When we are done from creating the virtual player just ask what position he is and his playing style after that just give us some growth points that we can spend on what stats we want such as pace, shooting, passing, body, skills and so on then generate the stats.
*:You can buy boats, wrist bands, celebrations and traits from the money you get
>> Add the FIFA ceremonies or at least inform us who is the best striker..etc
6. Classic teams and TOTY: Who doesn't want to replay 2002 world cup final or maybe play as 2007 Milan against the 2014 TOTY or the 2011 Inter Milan.
I don't have anything against the gameplay, it is the best in many years just fix some minor issues and fix your servers.
CAREER MODE:
1. Managers would have the opportunity to create, expand or innovate stadiums with the teams budget.
2. An option to update/change your team kits at the end of every season
3. Ability to gain deals from kit manufacturers such as Nike, Adidas and more and shirt sponsors such as Fly Emirates, Samsung etc.
4. Like billionaires investing in clubs, sponsorship deals should also be included as another source of gaining money quicker. (Like the previous FIFA instalments)
5. Youth Academy matches which you are able to either watch or play them. With the addition of youth league, domestic cup and continental cups.
6. More football chants to make the game more lively and fun.
7. FIFA Annual Awards Ceremony e.g. FIFA Ballon D'or, FIFA XI, Best Manager, FIFA Puskás Award, and FIFA Fair Play Award. Playing as manager, made good profit with the team first season, player should be able to invest its profit into expanding the teams arena, bigger stadium, should be able to increase ticket prices, should be able to invest money to create more training accomodations (to school more youth players). Should be able to sent players back to 2nd team (in case of non-performing). Should be able to contract assistant coaches. Should be able to epxand their merchandise business.
After a game, a reporter should interview key players with mulitple choice answers, given by player.

I would like the makers of the game to consider the inclusion of the player-manager mode on the next fifa .This is becoming more common with teams these days.
COMPLAINT REGARDING THE MANAGER MODE:
Some time ago I started a manager mode with the belgian team club brugge. In three seasons I have won the league 3 times and the Champions League 2 times and the copa belgique 2 times.Despite all of this when i go into a job application with any big club I get rejected always.I hope that in the next fifa that job applications for a big club would depend maximum on a single seasons performance or a long win streak.

-Every player in real life has a story, so EA should add a story to career mode for your player to go through, similar to what 2K Sports does to their NBA 2K games. This is probably late to ask for, because FIFA 16 is far through development, but I would like to see EA add this in future games.
-Add the World Cup to Career mode. I was watching a streamer play his career mode, and the year was 2018 on the game. Expecting the World Cup to go into effect, it was completely skipped. It would be nice to play more international games in career mode, and adding the World Cup is a great start.
GENERAL WISHES:
-Scripting. The scripting is absolute bulls***, excuse my language, but I see it every day on FIFA 15 now. It seems like the opponent will increase by two extra difficulty levels that don't exist and become impossible to stop, and then score to tie the game. Or passes that I perform in the first half will work fine, but in the second half the passes become out of control and will be given away to the opponent. These are things I would like to see eliminated in future installments of FIFA.
-Licensing. This is a minor one, but it would be nice to see EA license the MLS stadiums for FIFA 16. MLS is growing here in the United States and it should get attention in FIFA like the Premier League did for FIFA 15. Playing as the expansion club New York City FC under the beautiful lights of Yankee Stadium in FIFA would be awesome.
ULTIMATE TEAM:
-Ban coin sellers without getting rid of trading. This may be a negative one for some people, but Ultimate Team is supposed to be challenging, working your way up to make the best team possible by winning and selling players to get coin profit, not buying coins and having a great team the day the game is released.
-Make a "Create your own Stadium" and "Create your own Badge" card. I had inspiration for this idea from MattHDGamer on YouTube, so credit goes to him. These cards should be very rare/expensive, but it can be really fun if you could customize these to make your club stand out from the others that you play against.
CONCLUSION: FIFA can have a really bright future, but only if EA listens to the fans. We play the game the most, so we know what is right and what is wrong in the game. If EA listens to the fans, we can be able to enjoy an unbelievable football video game experience.
