Be a pro
1) have contracts, with expire dates.
2) talk to the coach
3) practice with your own player (free kicks etc)
4) be able to challenge the free kick/penalty taker, to become the .../...
5) pls pls pls finally fix the accomplishments issues.
6) often the pass % is incorrectly processed
7) contact your agent if you have an eye on a certain club
8) new players hardly get up to high ratings, so the current players stay active until 38 or so. No talent ever gets to be a star.
9) when you create a player, you should be able to adjust the stats a bit
10) you can’t create a CM
11) your match stats should not influence the team as much as it does now.


Be a manager:
1) as stated by others, there should be a 2nd squad so you can train yr youngsters better
2) hire yr own technical team (assistant trainer, medical etc)
3) schedule training ets
4) be able to adjust yr tactics more specifically

General
1) add the managers (with their fav way to play etc)
2) in rl they transfer to different clubs all the time
3) AI managers are really really terrible player buyers. they just buy strikers. even if the team plays with one striker, they feel it is necessary to have 8 strikers. and one left back. They should strive to have a leveled out team, try to have a certain rating at all positions.
4) the AI of managers for tactics are terrible
5) see all stats of a player of played matches (pass%, shot%. tackl% etc)
6) a club should be rated to their latest success, so if you are promoted to a new league players should be liking your team more to join.
7) more supporters interaction
8) add more general stadiums
9) supporters should have big banners of a player when he is really in form
10) on rival matches, set crowd reactions to 11 (out of 10). Let them have massive amount of flags, banners, fireworks and smoke when players enter the pitch.

I Play Career mode and before i say anything i would like to say i very much enjoy the game and think the gameplay is brilliant.The changes i would like to see in Career mode would be,,,,,,,,,

1. Kit editor- I know this would be a rather big change and would take work but it would give each new season a new feel. (can get mundane and very samey). Even if it was previous jerserys (not unlike classic kits).

2.The commentary-A bit of revelence to previous seasons and the game itself...The mistakes they make can be laughable.

3.Would like to see more Stadiums and LEAGUES.

1) in fifa 11 and the previous versions there was a system of sponsorship, and upgrading your coaches, ground etc. i dont know why they let go of this i really did like that system. i would like these features back in the game.
2) players are getting more and more expensive and in fifa 15 this thing really bugs me that we cannot buy more of these expensive players, for example man utd had a budget of some 50 million but in reality they can actually spend upto 150. so more starting budgets for the teams in career mode.

Before everything.
REMOVE THE SCRIPT AND THE “WEAK” MINUTES (2, 25, 33, 45 – 47, 55, 67, 90)
1st. Fix every gameplay glitches
2nd. Make a realistic defense behavior
3rd. Make a realistic rhythm of the matches
4th. Fix the goalkeepers awareness (like when they don’t take the ball before it get out)
5th. Improve the controls quality when a player is a massive player (Iniesta, Isco, Pastore, etc.)

And in conclusion. Make a realistic game where the tactic awareness is better than running and zig zagging and where someone who plays better win over a dumbs*** who only plays on pace with LBY/L1 triangle at every pass.


- Add the possibility to hear the soundtrack during the matches should be cool ^^

- Add a kit maker with the real brand templates, the different kind of sponsoring, a logo creator too, so for example, everyone can have his own logo + kits on FUT.

- Add some legendary teams for the Kick Off, Competitions and Career Modes
(Real Madrid with Zidane, Ronaldo, Figo, R. Carlos, etc. )

1. Multiple player Career Mode
2. Realistic AI ability, i.e if a player has pace say of 85 and he goes past a defender like mertesacker who has pace of about 28, then he should not be able to catch the striker, but on fifa not only does he catch him up he then just puts a foot in and takes the ball of him
3. faster player reactions, why does it take human controlled players longer to recover from taking a shot or making a tackle or a block compared to ai controlled players
4.More realistic characters of the defensive players, players like pepe and ramos are well known to be quite aggressive and sometimes rash in the tackle, and yet on the game they don't even make tackles, tackling is still part of the game, but fifa or should i say EA Sports seem to think, that nobody tackles, they just put a foot in and come away with the ball
5. Our own players should improve alot better and quicker, you always have to buy players from other clubs to get the best youngsters, no matter how good your scouts or staff are, you could bring a youngster through the ranks and have him score 30+ goals but the improvement wont be half has good has a computer controlled player
6 Young Academy Players of 15 should not be demanding game time, having just been promoted to the main squad
7.We should be able to use more than one player in transfers if you ain't got the money, why cant we use 2 or 3 players
8.Being able to re-train players, for new positions
9.Training, to imporove certain players skills which you want to improve them, just like the arena before you start a game, you should be able to choose 3 maybe 4 players a week, and then choose certain tasks, like goalkeeping, tackling, heading passing shooting, crossing
10. Better transfer system, the amount of players i've lost because i've upped the value to a stupid price, but then the computer team comes back in and says we've agreed to meet your demands and go ahead with the deal, we should still be able to say no, i mean i lost inigo martinez to sunderland for £55m, and i was Liverppol, why would the player want to leave the champions and join a team near the bottom of the league, and where the hell would sunderland get £55m to spend on one player anyway
11. this is a major one for me, I think it should be far more harder to play against the likes of Man Utd,Chelsea Arsenal City Spurs,Real Barca Bayern, and well all the big clubs, but on fifa it's totally the opposite, i can beat these teams 6 or 7 nil all the time, but when you play against the poorer teams, they pass the ball around like barca, defend like chelsea, and cause you alot more problems, this needs to be fixed, in my career mode in the 4th season, QPR are 2nd in the League,with west ham 3rd, Forrest 4th, and Watford 5th, Man Utd are 13th, City 10th, Chelsea 9th and Arsenal 14th, it's just stupid

UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE/EUROPA LEAGUE. MORE REALISTIC

I think they need to add a few small things to make the game better.

Number 1, change the create a player. I love to create players, teams and everything on fifa. It makes it so much more cool and immersive. But Why can't I customise the skill moves for my player without changing his dribbling all together. Or if I think that hazard deserves 5 Star skills why can't I change it. The funny thing is if you made Messi he would have 5 star skill moves even though he doesn't. It is just broken and easily changed.

Number 2, Career mode, Have the players change more. I am talking about positions, skill moves, weak foot. Lets take Gareth Bale, he used to play left back, now he plays right wing. Why because he wanted to play there and the manager let him until he was so comfortable in the position. Also during some seasons player can skill more than in others, that should affect skill moves.

Number 3, Dream team, Have an option offline where you can create your dream teams with all the current players. To then play against a friend with his favourite team. Sort of like ultimate team but less money being spent and offline.

Number 4, Have older players, I am talking about including in the rest of the world a few teams like. "Brazil All-Stars" With Kaka, Robinho, Ronaldinho, Roberto Carlos and more. Or even "Barcelona 2006" Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Iniesta. Or others like that. It would make football fans who love the older generations love Fifa more.

Number 5, Add the Brazilian league back

Number 6, Make you be able to start your my player career from anywhere in your career. Meaning you could be higher rated and older when you start it instead of being 70 rated and 18 or 19 years old. It is really stupid how much EA restricts us. Just LET US CHOOSE OPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!

Make the career mode like the nba career mode so u can customise your player and have cutscenes etc. Wager mode in UT. Lucky Spin in UT

1) in the career mode there should be an option of what area of the players game you could train for e.g. ibrahimovic is reaching the age of 35 and you don't want him to lose his pace as quick as he would so you could train his physical stats

I think that as a manager you should be able to do construction on stadiums and build better facilities.
In player career you should be able to play in different position such as if you play as a RM but like scoring goals you could become a RW or CF.

Medicals before signing a player to see if they're injury prone.... Press conferences before and after the games... Overall to be a realistic assessment of a player e.g. Diaby should be in the 60s considering he hasn't played for so long! But players like bellerin is so low?.... When a player retires we see them waving to the fans when it's their last match.... New signings being introduced to fans and team mates AND also in the conference holding their shirt.... Managers being sent off during a match... Stadiums for ALL teams because I get sick of playing at the same stadium in leagues 1-2 and championship, it's just boring.... Loaning system to be fixed e.g. Why loan my player and not play him? Also why can't we see how he is doing in the lower leagues, I want to see if he is scoring or even playing.... More slots for the youth set up... Make the promotion/relegation/championship battles near the end of the season more interesting.... Make the commentators say different things and not the same old boring stuff every match.... The foam spray for free kicks.... Wind.... Mascots.... Real chants... Boo'ing ex players.... Fans throwing things on the pitch.... Diving.... Ceremonies for getting awards e.g. Golden boots, player of the season....

In summary FIFA if you don't start fixing all these points A LOT of people will start turning to PES because they actually listen to their buyers and they actually care about us... All you do is care about UT because that brings all the money... But I'm so sure if you care about the whole game you'll get more people on the game.

Here are the things I believe EA should consider for FIFA 16 Career Mode:
1. Be able to upgrade your team kits in career mode each season
2. Be able to upgrade your stadium's capacity and edit the cost of season tickets
3. Have the official UEFA licenced product for the champions and Europa league
4. Be able to create your own manager look in career mode
5. Be able to transform a player's position, for example change a CB into a CDM
6. Implement real managers into the game such as Van Gaal, Brendan Rodgers etc.
7. Be able to give more detailed pre and post match interviews
8. Be able to send messages to your players, like informing them of their significance to the club your managing
9. Have a longer pre-season of six games and be able to make at least six subs within each pre-season game
10. Give more attention to the hair of players like, Bale now has long hair with a band, rent has an Afro etc.
11. Be able to change your sponsor for your club
12. Have a better and realer variety of GK gloves used in real life such as Nike
13. Improve the realism of the nets in FIFA as the are too thick and loose; they need to be thinner and tighter.

Fifa need the Ascenso Mx League (Mexican Second Division) because we cannot play the famous Copa MX (Mexican Cup) without it.

I currently like the feature of all the EPL stadiums but I would like to see a few official Championship grounds such as Hillsborough, Elland Road, Pride Park, The City Ground, ie English Giants. Also, still feel career mode is severly lacking interest. A lot can be learned from Football Manager, doesn't have to in so much depth, but more options would be great. Crowd animations are still very predictable, and the commentary is awful. Add Gary Neville to the roster and you have immediately improved the situation. Have a look at NBA 2K15 for how in game interaction between fans, commentary and team performance actually operates.
As for more teams, a scattering of non-league in ROTW would be amazing, or even adding the conference league to add a dimension to the career mode.
Finally, the ability to be able to celebrate in the fans/take off shirt, at the price of a booking would be a nice feature. The emotion of the game would be shown exquisitely with that, and the punishment feature would add realism. There is nothing like a last minute goal...

fifa16 commentary should be made more lively and enthusiastic. fifa06, 07 and 08 commentary by Clive Tyldesley and Andy Gray were very enthusiastic and you could actually feel the ecstasy behind scoring a goal. this has been missing from game after the commentators changed. fifa16 should be made to contain more ''real life football'' commentary.
also, the player hand movements should be improved..

To me you should be able to create the managers face and clothes. As many others said managers should be able to reply the players. Addaptable training sessions. Youth team or an academy. And as hard it may sound, you should create youth national team tournaments.

Some of these things must be included/improved:

1. Manager mode: make it more interesting and interactive . players must have theibbr own likeness and relation with other players and teams . manager must b
able to contact to its players. Manager should be able to arrange a training sessions , as it used to be in previous versions of fifa . interaction between olayer and manager should be increased.

2. include Indian super league . it is attrctng most attntions of viewers. Its has broken many records of trp so i guess it must be included. Being an indian i would wish to have at. And not only me all the indian fifa fans want it very badly.

3. Don't know why they stopped allowing us to create own teams . as it was in previous versions of fifa.

- Some kind of return match. E.g. Chelsea - MU: first match on Stamford Bridge, second on Old Trafford

Online Seasons:
- Re-match function. You played nice match with someone ask him for fast rematch but outside of seasons.

1.Fifa16 career mode should be way better, we the gamer should be able to update our player we want if there doing good. Like if we buy young players we should be to update them with SPs. 2.people want to play for hours make career more fun, make players have tweeter, Instagram, if there having a good season. Make the fans talk more, make players have more motions. 3.manager's should be able to reply to the players. Players should have more relationship with his fans and other players..

My fifa 16 wishlist Please make it Come true

1)There should be ball celebrations like placing it in the player's shirt to act pregnant, picking it up should have it's own command, and even the ability to run up and kick the ball back in the net after scoring.
2)There should be players in ultimate team with the special ability to play more than just one position due to the fact that many players in the real world can eg. Ashley Young can play a defensive role and an attacking role as a defender and a left midfielder/wing.
3) When a player is substituted off if they had scored previously can there be a standing ovation from the crowds and also a replay of their goal.
4) Managers should be linked with real world managers and should have all their characteristics
5) Commentators should be more diverse eg. If I was playing in the Serie A it would be nice to hear Italian commentators.
