Improvements that need to be made for FIFA 16:
1. EA servers
2. Goalkeeping AI (especially movement and decision-making)
3. Player models (face, physique)
4. Shooting mechanism (still unrealistic and arcade-ish despite improvement from FIFA 14 to 15; also finesse shots need overhaul and should always be in favour of the stronger foot of the player)
5. Defending AI (defenders should be able to bully faster players more easily)

6. Passing mechanism (no more "magnet effect" in favour of the defenders)
7. Crossing mechanism
8. Jumping chest control button should be included (to allow better control and choice making during attacking long ball sequences)
9. More dynamic bench (reaction of staff and substitutes based on refereeing calls)
10. CPU team AI to be more realistic on legendary mode (not over-exaggerated passing, dribbling and the like regardless of team quality).

I only care about the Season's mode (not the FUT version) and the exhibition and competition mode. Please fix online gaming. Thank you. =)

***Flashback cards and Challenges***

Being able to use a higher rated Ronaldinho at Barcelona would be a dream or even a lower rated Cristiano Ronaldo at Man Utd. Challenges where the player is truly rewarded for playing games. Instead of getting 500 coins so that your that one step closer out of over 6000 games to getting that Ronaldo, you play games or challenges so that you can unlock new players to make the game more challenging and entertaining. This is something which is implemented in Madden which if I'm not mistaken is made by EA, so why not add this to FIFA 16?

***More Realistic Career Mode***

Where you have training sessions so you can train on specific attributes so that your not just a player with every stat as the same, so that your player is unique and suited to your play style. Coming on off the bench instead of simulating the whole game. Agreeing contracts with clubs so that your not benched every game if you got that transfer to Man Utd and they just don't play you. Retired players becoming managers. When managing a team, you have your own staff and have control over your youth academy, training facilities, stadium extensions, individual player training and team interaction.

A decent career mode would be nice where I could do my managers appearance like I Would do making a player, being able to alter kits even it's just being able to swap logos e.g. English championship badge to the premier league badge and same with the numbers on the players shirt, having at least the option to change the colour or put stripes or something on the kits so at least they'll look different each season and being able to make an alternate kit if your team only has 2, build your teams stadium bigger during the career, a better press conference FIFA 2005 used to have a decent press conference where you got to actually answer questions from press and fans you should bring something like that back, do something about contracts it's annoying when your constantly getting players in transfer window who have to be crucial first team players when they're only good enough to be squad rotation players they won't come and players seem to ask constantly for more money and the expect a bigger role so they never want to sign either. League objectives could be a bit more reasonable and believable, making sure there's no bugs like after a win a season and I've won everything you go into my career and most of your stats are gone and its says you didn't win the league it's not anything major but annoying.

They need more countries in the game. Such as Croatia, Canada, Ukraine, Nigeria, Ghana, Iran, Costa Rica, Montenegro, Morocco. Also improve the career mode, it used to great like back in fifa 08 when you could choose how you interacted with players and could do charity events etc. Plus EA is a big company with ton of money you should be able to buy UEFA champions league rights from them. Also I think if in UT you can have informs we should have out of forms. Out forms would be a way of getting your favorite players cheap. Say for example Hazard plays poorly so EA puts out 84 rated super cheap Hazard now Chelsea fans can get Hazard but not blow the bank on coins.

I understand EA and Xbox marketing and such with Legend cards. But PS4 players feel left out so to strike a balance between Xbox marketing and keeping PS4 players happy give playstation different legends. Such as Maradona, Zidane, Cruyff, Ferenc Puskas, Gerd Muller, Ronaldo phenomeno, Michel Platini. So if we want to play with Gianfranco Zola we would need to switch to Xbox but PS4 players still get some cool legends

I think fifa should do a referee mode, that would be fun. Also with career mode with pro I think it would be good to do like a story mode like in nba 2k15 that would be brilliant. Also on career mode I think If your pro is great I should be selected for like the ballon'dor

FIFA 16 NEEDS - 1) handballs to actually work on occasion. The most blatant hand balls are not given at present.
2) red cards are only really given if it's the last man taking out your player, but any tackles from behind or blatant goal scoring opportunities even if not the last man then a red card should be given.
3) the ability to fall to the ground when tackled should be included as often when playing and running through towards goal, the opposition player will hack at your player with 2 or 3 slide tackles from the side and behind which will imbalance your/my player so he looses the ball and the chance is then gone!, I did think Fifa wouldnt include this as it may be considered cheating/diving but as they've already included the ability for your defensive wall in a free kick to creep forward (a form of cheating) then why not include the ability to fall under a large aray of challenges and if it's a clear dive then the player can subsequently be booked.
4) strikers need better movement, the amount of times I've had a midfielder bursting into the oppositions half on the attack to then find he's ran past my forward(s) is ridiculous and not realistic, forwards would generally 99% of the time try to create an angle for a pass or at least follow up any shot taken by the midfielder, this currently does not happen as the strikers are 15 yards behind the play (this definitely needs adreessing.

- make it possible for a player to get individual training of specific skills in career mode

- make the linesmens off-side dessicions more realistic. they never make a wrong call, thats not realistic

- make it possible to create your own team, customize your own kits,logos,players.

- when you play a career as a player, you should be able to interact with the mannager, so you can ask for different positions on the pitch, higher sallery, scoring bonusses etc.

- make it possible to dive, complain to the reffery, etc. It makes the game more realistic.

- make the keeper skills more realistic. I have never ever seen a keeper fumble, not catch the ball in the penalty erea and not hit the ball if he tries to punch it away. thats not realistic at all. the keeper should sometimes make mistakes.

- And please make it possible to stop running after the ball. examples: 1)if the ball is on its way out for a goal kick, you should be able to make the deffender stop up and let it go out 2)if you pass the ball, and you realise that the recieving player is in an off-side position, you should be able to stop, so a non off-side player could get a scoring opportunity.

I would be very happy to see incredible changes in the next FIFA like these:

– Especially in careers; the game should not just be limited to simple games, he must be a bit of everything, even before the match (the dynamic chainring announcing the game, the key players, the form of the players, in short possible statistics) result in the entry of players at the stadium (we must live it !!!) and finally the cameras should not only be concentrated in the field, for example: when the ball scrolls off to the sideline, the camera can take close Plan of supporters with a little more vivacity and emotion as we have seen on the great World Cup FIFA 14 Brazil

I know maybe some of these legends are not in the game because of licensing issues but some of my suggestions for FIFA 16 are Maradona, Zidane, Dida, Cafu, ronaldinho if he retires this year and please put in DEL PIERO.

I would like if sound setting will be calibrated for each gameplay camera setting. example for be a pro crowd camera setting chants level should should be louder than broadcast camera setting. It sound effects of player kicking the ball makes the game more fun!

I would be great if the audio will be calibrated for each gameplay camera angle.
example
1. on pro camera angle setting the crowd will sound louder than when set to broadcast camera angle.
2.on sideline camera angle player call would be set louder than tele broadcast

I've been playing FIFA for many years (since 03). I personally love the game, specially manager mode, but i think you could fix & add some things to improve it, as sometimes the game gets monotonous and even boring.

Manager Mode:

- Training: At least add a mode in which you can take some drills, kind of the ones you take before a game (to improve stats) or even have training games to try new tactics, as we only have 2-3 preseason games

- Youth System: I don't care if you create a youth team or don't, but at least make the generated players be a bit more realistic, and ffs make them grow in physicals.. it's stupid having an 82 rated winger with 55 pace.

- Press Cnf/Sponsorship: bring back what you did in 07-08.. i'm not talking about changing kit's sponsors, just create some random ones to give you a bit of extra $ each season (obviously FCB won't get the same offers as Rochdale). About Press Conf: bring back the old system or just remove them, they are pointless currently.

- It would be fantastic if you could change players main position, or at least "teach them" a new one, i've seen many CM that have Winger stats, changing their position could make them have a better ovr

-Transfers: more options when it comes to deals, CPU asking for a player in exchange of money and one of theirs... Also in contracts, being able to negotiate the amount a player you are buying/loaning is gonna get paid.. if i sign in a player from BPL being a League 1 team, the player should expect to be paid less.

- Free Agents: Make CPU teams bid for them, and make their wages lower! They are looking for a job and asking for 8.000 a week? 750 and as he improves he will be paid more.

Finally, during in-game, make the refs better ffs!! Nobody can stand Ian F***ing Lowcroft. Fix handballs and in Legendary fix the opponents sliding tackle, they never miss one and its frustrating sometimes.

When a player breaks his ankle, he probably shouldn't be seen walking off the pitch and giving his ankle a twist as he gets subbed. There should be appropriate cut scenes for serious injuries.

Also someone said earlier about player running styles. Certain players like Raheem Sterling have a distinctive way of running and these could be copied.

It would be nice to make some changes to kits, or even just away kit colours as the seasons go by in career mode so it feels more fresh.

Also I'm not a fan of the risk of losing your job after losing a couple of games. Maybe if your team isn't performing you should risk losing your biggest players to clubs who are regularly finishing ahead of you. It seems at the moment that after losing a few games on the row the players lose form and it's hard to get it back.

Someone also said earlier about young players in B teams. I like the idea of bringing new young players into the club but they tend to progress quite slow unless theyre instantly amazing. There needs to be more young Wayne Rooneys and Raheem Sterlings who you can sign and who are instantly first team quality.

Lastly, when you win a trophy the cut scene only shows the players who were on the pitch at the end of the game.You should be able to see your whole team and manager celebrating as well.

Career Mode Bug Fixes

1) Your damn transfer money carries over into the next season - whats the point of tournament prize money if it doesn't carry over?
2) Get proper job offers if you are doing a great job - bring fan appreciation and manager rating back
3) More comprehensive upgrade of staff - enabling better growth of players. Or upgrading your stadium again to earn more revenue
4) Proper negotiation with free agents - they don't play for a team but some players will accept no less than 8,000 pounds a week - makes no sense
5) Big teams rest players in smaller games - I was playing as Accrington Stanley against Man City in the 2nd round of the league cup and they play their full strength team....
6) Take Ian Lowcroft out of the game - worst faggot referee ever

Add legends to every console and better servers. Pack luck is higher so the worse players can get better players. Players are cheaper on the market and their is a bronze, silver and gold totw each week so that their is a bigger range of players.
You can create your own stadium to play in from scratch.

EA needs to increase the amount of customizable options and improve the diversity of career mode, it becomes very repetative too quickly - some examples would be:

- get rid of the big emphasis on "skill drills/games" and implement team training sessions. be able to work different aspects of the game with passing drills, shooting drills, free kicks, small sided scrimmages, keeper drills, etc. have it as an option on days between games to help add a different aspect of play. the arena mode where its just you vs the goalie with that s***ty camera angle doesn't help when yer playing the game from a completely different camera angle (unless yer playing be a pro or whatever). i'm not saying it should be taken out, but having the option to practice with your team in different areas would be a great feature that used to be in the game but no longer is i believe.

- more involvement with the players and fans. when a player emails you with an issue, be able to respond or bring them into your office to discuss the situation. for the fans, i think there should be a rating of sorts on how the fans like you as a manager (or player) which fluctuates depending on performance.

- bring back the option to create your own team. customize the kits, logo, even the stadium. be able to place into leagues for career mode by swapping out another team. also with the stadium aspect, actually building and customizing your own would be great, also building perhaps on your relation with the fans.

- make the budget more in depth. along with the custom stadium idea mentioned before, be able to set ticket prices and depending on your teams popularity with the fans among other things, it will determine the attendance, which will affect your budget. it could potentially make decisions such as signing a player or not more thought provoking.

and now for a FIFA rant: even if i am playing away against a 2 star team on legendary, players with an average 60 acceleration/sprint speed rating should never be able to catch players with acceleration/sprint speed ratings of 20+
