- Stadium Editor. (Like Fifa Manager)
- Sponsor System like old Fifa's, but not three sponsors to choose from there should be plenty of them.
- In-game Player editor&creator. (From hair to weight. Not only boots.)
- More scouts to choose from not 5 per week. And more detailed&realistic scouting system. (Spend 30M$ to 3 scouts all they can find are 2-3 good players.)
- As manager, more interactions with our players like giving them warnings, cutting their wages, more interactions with press and rival manager not only when we asked but also when we want to.
- In-game Fair play reaction, decisions and objection to referees must be in our hand not in AI.
- More detailed Contract negotiation, transfer negotiation with other clubs.
- Player Training facilities and schedules must be in our hands.

1. The price caps were a good idea , but they need to be in FIFA 16 from the start
2. Cap the amount of coins that an account can have ... Maybe twice the current highest price cap (I mean current at that time in FIFA 16)
3. Starting price caps to be within reason , DO NOT go by the prices from FIFA 15 they are seriously messed up ... ................Ronaldo and Messi should NOT cost more then 500k MAX
4. Reward players for playing the game , could be something simple, like 5 gold UN-tradeable packs when ................finishing a season regardless of where you finish . might even be premium packs for winning the title ................(again UN-tradeable).
5.Allow players to reset their seasons , once I win Div.1 I would like the option of starting over. Once a player ................wins Div.1 give him the option of starting over with maybe some coins in the bank (100k - 500k)... or ................some packs (30 - 50) packs untradeable or not...
6. More loyalty bonuses .... Like if a player has 100+ games for your club he gets a "mini" legend status within ...............the club giving him an orange chemistry line with any other player that also has 100+ games ... If a ...............player has 500+ games he gets "legend" status and a green line with any other 500+ game player

1. Youth teams and reserve teams- even if you can't play these games they just give your players game time to improve or prove themselves worthy as the loan system isn't very good.
2. Relationship bad or good- what I mean by this is that you should be able to build relationships with the players so if you manage another team they would be more likely to follow you. Or players having hatred for certain clubs and refusing to go to that club. Also refusing to sell to a rival club.
3. Options to extend your capacity, training facilities and overall revenue to improve your clubs status and finances.
4. Training regimes so you can get your team in cohesion with the type of football you want to play.
5. Arranging your own friendlies, refusing to let players go on international duty and world club cup.
In match play is great I just feel the reactions towards decisions are all the same so temperament should affect reactions. Also wrong offsides and decisions overall to add controversy. Sending off players for over reacting also. Tactical know how should have more of an affect than pure pace.
* Have a set team each game, made up players or not, you should be able to build a team, bring in players as you go up divisions which are a higher level and have your own unique team, this way if players are poor for a game or two or mkre you can transfer them with other pro clubs teams or just set them to the bench and play someone elss. I think this would be brilliant, it would really give each team depth and make gamers happy with their team knowing they can switch players round if things are frustrating! And you can build a nice team you're happy with playing to your style, just like manager mode.
* secondly to be able to create a badge and kit in pro clubs, just real simple kits, with a badge on the kit you make, maybe a sponsor.
Completely forgot this obvious one, when you’re captain in pro clubs, you have the captains arm band! Really want Pro clubs to have more depth added to it make it more fun less frustrating it’s a great game mode! My favourite to be honest would be good also if you’re able to push your playee to have his own unique style rather than be one of hundreds simular, if that’s possible.

On the last day of the league season you can choose to watch other games so when the ball goes out of play and a goal has been scored in that match iit will show you the goal, it will then bring you back to your game.
Multiplayer career mode, this allows you to play a career mode with your friends with multiple teams as long as your both online.
New leagues: Ukrainian, Any african league, Japanese, Chinese, Brazilian again,
I really want to have the J-League and the 3rd German League ! :)
Also a nic eidea would be to bring back the virtual pro so you can play your character in diferent stuations and you don´t need to create always a new one
-> you´re more motivated to push one character up to the limit than three or four characters

4) Tuning of the passing-system only by attacking in the last third. If you doesn`t play whith full of manuell controlling - the deadly pass goes obviously to the player who is running offside.

1. The option to expand stadiums with clubs revenue. This adds a new dimension to Career mode , at least for teams which do not have their real life stadiums.
2.Real managers on the sidelines.
3.Complete statistics from all the seasons.
4.Ballon D'OR, with award presentation animation.
5.Trophy cabinet.
6.Other teams offer player + cash for your players.
7.Bringing back training mode.
8.Creating you own teams with custom crest, kits and stadiums. A create stadium mode if possible or more stadiums to choose from.
9.Leagues like Scottish second division. I think they have only 10 teams. Because of Rangers.
10.Crystal Palace cheerleaders "the crystals" maybe! Champions League license.
11.Real life youth academies of Manchester United and Barcelona and other teams which do have a strong youth academy.

I want to see in FIFA 16:
1) Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, Dynamo Kyiv, Metallist Kharkiv, Chernomorets Odessa, Karpaty Lviv
2) Ukrainian national team
3) More stadiums from other leagues (Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Neteherlands, Portugal, Turkey, Ukraine Poland, Russia)
4) Licensed UEFA tropheys: Champions League, Europa League, Europa Super Cup
5) more realistic gameplay
6) and the abbility to rule the club in the career mode. Add more details into the career mode like to built stadium, to control entrance price, add football hooligans fiers into the tribune and smogg,
and one more IMPORTANT detail add into the career mode " Rating of the coefficient of national association" it means if you play creer mode for club from weak national league and depending on your achievments in the eurotournaments in the NEXT season your national league would delegate MORE clubs in the eurotournaments (and some other leagues would LOOSE positions and will delegate less clubs) so it would add the FINANCIAL DYNAMICS into the leagues. National League wich has been rise in this rating of the coefficient of national assosiation would ATTRACKT more sponsors for its clubs and more moneys. And as a result the transfers of other clubs from YOUR league would be louder and louder and struggle will increase.
For example:
i play for FC Malme in the Sweddish National League (at the beggining the national team delegate 1 club from qualification into the Euro Trophy 2 clubs to the Euro League)
Then i won for 3 times uefa euro trophy so in my league and in my clubb i attrackt more rich sponsors and now my national league should delegate 3 clubs into the uefa champions league 2 clubs euro league.
So it would add the financial dynamics and interst for playing in weak leagues to make them more stronger

Nutmegs is a must. Eg: standing with the ball near the linline, we should be allowed too turn ad flick the ball thru the legs of the aposing playeR.
Also another thing too ad would be nice if we could take penalties but camera is from the players eyes and visa versa with the keeper while saving.
like the world cup game you should be able to have dates in your calender when you can practice shooting dribbling passing and have team training matches. etc.so you can boost up your players or player (if your doing player career mode)
2.scouting (this is aimed for player career mode)
teams that are interested in your player or teams your player is interested in should send scouts to come and watch you in games and you manger would inform you with an email and they way to know if the scout is interested in you is there should be a bar under your players name and if it is rising that means the scout is thinking of given you and offer and if it rises to the top the scout should tell you his interested but he wants to see one more match from you.
3.meetings
you should be able to have meetings with players (if doing manger career mode) and mangers (if doing player career mode)to ask if you want more play time or loans or transfers .
4.social media(aimed for player career mode)
your player should have a phone and they should be able to use twitter,facebook ,instagram etc. to see if fans are starting to like them or if fans from other teams want to see him at a different club.
5.ceremonies
you should have ceremonies for winning golden boot player of the year and you should be able to win the ballon d'or as well
6.subbing (aimed for player career mode)
if your not starting a match you should be allowed to be on the bench and get subbed on and if your on the reserves you should be allowed to watch the match from the team stands.
7.B team/nike academy(aimed for both career modes)
if your player is not get starts at his team he should have a choice to ask the manger to play for the B team until the manger decides to start him in games. Also player career mode should start with your player playing his last game at nike academy and then going on to play for the team you have chosen to start your career mode with.
8.presenting player(aimed for player career mode)
like in real life when a player goes to a new team there present them self in front of the fans by doing skills so your player should be able do this but only when the have 5 star skills. .
Finally i want to point out you shuld equally make the ps4 and Xbox 1 version the same quality and HDness as the ps3 and xbox 360 ones.
New commentaries.English commentary is so BORING!
Also to be able to choose the equipment for each part, choose the shirt, shorts and socks separately.

One last thing i forgot to add, is that you guys shouldd change the spanish commentators to pablo Ramirez and jesus bracamontes. They make the real life soccer matches very interesting with their commentary. For the english language, it should be roy hudson, he is eothout a doubt the best commentator in the world.
Make creating a player more personal, by adding things like play style, are they a fox in the box, a dummy runner, etc, also running styles, and kick styles for pens and free kick and also running style.
For the more physical editing please, please, please add better hairstyles, and facial hair types the things on there have been on there for years now it's next Gen now no excuses.
And for gamplay add a bigger variety of passes, turns, and the way they control the ball, especially given some of the situations you get into.
1. Make the counter actions against players of AI more realistic.
Currently AI player can run from left to right side of the pitch surrounded by
3-4 opponents without loosing the ball.
2. Too many stupid collisions between players
3. Faults look fake and not realistic. Too many wrong penalties!
4. Off-Side faults are often fake.
Gamer should be given the possibility to control the running actions of his
players.
5. Very often the gamer has the feeling he is playing against more than 11
opponents. He has only one attacker against 7 surrounding opponent
defenders and has only 2-3 defenders against many more attackers.
It's often not clear where the rest of the team is on the pitch and what
the remaining passive players are doing!
6. Players near the ball show often passive behaviour.
7. The realism of the game is much more important than the number of

8. Currently PES 15 is much more realistic than FIFA 15
-Have up-to-date cleats.
-Get official license to Champions League.
-Have 4,000 XP limited instead of 2,000 XP.
-Add Owner mode (Have total control of the team and financial, deal with ticket prices, food stand prices, update the stadium, help Manager deal with transferring players, etc)
-Add more leagues.
-Add more items to the FIFA Catalogue (Soccer Balls, cleats, career boost, financial takeovers, etc)
-Add more celebrations moves.
I vote for [Cristiano Ronaldo] to be on the cover of FIFA 16 considering he won the Ballon D'or (Player of Year). Please and Thank you.
