In Fifa 06-08 you where allowed to join the match if you want to on 'Sim match' now you can't i want that back as in career mode when i was losing i wanted to join the game but i couldn't. Also training sessions which you are able to see how your team is doing in career mode it would be good.
eg, I was playing as El shwarray for Arsenal and then I didn't get game time but then i asked for a loan and the media speculated that there was a bust up between a.venger and I.
Sometimes they put realistic targets to be achieved within the next few games but then not enough game play and in the end we end up suffering as a result.
When teams are negotiating with you as a player, they must give you an idea of what they want or why they want you and how they see you jell with the team.
Just as much as teams press on you towards the final whistle when you're leading by one goal, teams should also have the intelligence to try and keep the ball if your chasing the game by maybe playing around a bit with it or going to the corner like in real life situations.

2. GET THE TURKISH/ARGENTINE LEAGUE BACK IN THE GAME, I can only assume there is a license reason they were left out and the Saudi league made it in????
3. Get the license for the Champions/Europa League. For goodness sakes EA, Konami can even get it...what the hell is preventing the "officially licensed game of the entire world" from getting that license. I mean seriously, how have you not acquired the UEFA rights by now...this is getting piss poor gentleman. I mean come on, you can get the Capital One Cup but not UEFA?????? Why don't you use all the nickel and dime profits you take from us buying rights to the Creation Centre and other in game add-ons and use that to buy the UEFA license.
4. More cut scenes to add to the 'authenticity'...more coach animations(show the 4th official getting an earful after a bad call) First fix the bugs you have now(my coach is always gray haired and gray suit, even when i select otherwise..XBOX360). Also, when a player is booked or there is a malicious challenge, could you create a cut scene or at least zoom the camera in on the action? Simply watching the referee run over to a player from the "tele cam POV" isn't very exciting. This is definitely a new feature request and I understand it can't be done overnight. It would really add spice to the game though.
5. KEEP THE CREATION CENTRE AND GAME ADD-ONS IN SYNC!!!! For example, in Fifa 13, the boots are in the game but not in CC, then you have unlockable boots in the game that you can get for 'free' from the CC. I mean c'mon this has gotten so back asswards you can't even justify charging consumers for it anymore. Make a decision for FIFA 14, you are either going to go with unlockable in-game boots/jerseys, or you are going to use them in the CC MAKE A CHOICE!!!
6. No World Cup???? I thought FIFA(which sponsors your damn game) is the controlling body of the Word Cup. Why do you keep calling these side tournaments "XXXXX Champhionships"??? Why can you not call them World Cup?? African Cup of Nations? YOU HAVE THE RIGHTS TO EVERYTHING FIFA!!! WHY DO I HAVE GENERIC EVERYTHING WHEN IT COMES TO NATIONAL LEVEL ITEMS????? Perhaps you should move out of Canada and base yourselves in England where football dominates instead of hockey. Common sense boys.....I should mention that I bought your independent game FIFA World Cup 2010 South Africa, so putting an in game world cup in FIFA won't stop me from buying your independent releases I LOVE FIFA!!!!
7. Make newly created players eligible in the Free Agent market for Careers already in progress. Everytime I create a new player, whether in game or on CC, I have to restart my career in order to update my player list for that career. As I type this, i'm not sure if in game creations make it, but I know for a fact that CC players don't. I hope you understand what i'm asking here....the Free Agent list should be a dynamic list throughout all modes in the game.
8. Creation Centre "Profanity" setting. GET RID OF IT OR FIX IT!!!!! I cannot name a player Bebeto??? Serious?? I have a cousin last name Haas but I can't create him because his name "contains profanity." Dumbest problem you guys could have. Fix it gal dammit!!
9. EA GAMEFACE implementation. Can you guys not contact the Tiger Woods department at EA and use their technology to allow us to create ourselves in FIFA? Everytime I log in to CC I see the scrolling banner "4 million players created, 7 million tournaments created" People are clearly using the Creation Centre, so I'd like to see the implementation of EA GAMEFACE technology in the Creation Centre. In all reality there is no good reason to create 'yourself' if the faces provided to us by EA look nothing remotely close to 'yourself'.
10. Stadium effects. While flares are not 'legal' they are still seen in Italy and elsewhere. Also, in South America, there is always confetti of some sort on the field. Also, in England, if it's snowing show the snow piles up against the edges of the seats, show real snow accumulation don't just add a 'white mist' to the pitch and call it snow.

11. Let's make the Referee(s) role larger in the game. Expand the pool of referees in the game, in FIFA 13 if you play 10 games it seems as though you only have 3 different referees. Also, in South American leagues, give the Referee his little white spray paint can, now that's 'authentic'
12. Player injuries(in game). A player suffers a broken ankle, yet the cut scene shows him walking off the field 'slowly'. Really?? where is my stretcher team or ambulance cart? I consider myself a FIFA fanatic. To me, if there is a player injury, create that cut scene that shows the player being attended to by trainers(spray the muscle relaxer, stretch him out, show teammates taking a drink etc), then I can quick get up and go pee.
13. When a player gets 'beat' or 'dicked' by a trick move can you guys make the crowd go "OOOOOOOOOOO"? Also, could you possibly make the defender fall over or trip? Seems like you should be able to create that motion capture....
14. My last wish is 'against the rules' but people still do it in real life so it should be in the game. I would like to see the celebration where a player takes off his jersey. There are certain goals scored in life that can only be expressed by this celebration. Sure, yellow card him when the game restarts, but who cares!!! If you are worried about showing 'skin' then simply give him a undershirt for the sake of the cut scene.
2)different pitch styles , like arsenal Madrid etc have a smooth surface as most top teams have but say if you play in a cup and have to go to a lower team ground , the pitch can be muddy and slushy etc so the ball bobbles and its a challenge to play there.
3)more creation , e.g boots , balls , nets , and kits so you can change every season!
4)crowd more louder , you here shouts if you did something wrong , groans etc!
5) more leagues in , like conference , and conference north/south etc

AN ALLROUND MORE REALISTIC APPROACH AND LESS REPETATIVE CAREER MODE
-Champions league as online tournament in good old days.
-Retired legendary players to Ultimate team. Example Jari Litmanen, Van der sar, REAL Ronaldo, Eric Cantona, Hiquita, Roger Milla, Pele and so on. Few players from many country and their club could be team where they were most impressive in their career.
-Also more national teams and leagues.
-Rest of world teams from different countries. Everyone of them are from Greece, Argentina, South Afrika and one from Turkey. There should be like 1-2 best team from national teams leagues.
-Online career like NHL has be a gm connected.
When a game starts it needs to be more realistic by showing an arial view of the stadium and the side walling of the stadium to allow players to see what the stadium looks like from above ad from the side.
There should be a pop up like there is for ball possession and shots taken for the managers ideas on for E.g. a player that is performing poorly and a suggestion of whom to replace the player with.
weather during the game should be changed whilst playing just like in real life situations from sunny to overcast and mayb even slight rain.
• improve physical engine by making differences in pressure en collisions. I don't want to collide as hard against my own players as I do against my opponent players. I real matches I don't see any player collide against a teammate and especially against the referee. That guy is standing constantly in my way. So: opponent players high collision risk, own players low collision risk and referee non!
• Improve AI near the side of the field. A lot of times my players walking the ball over het sideline in thigh situations. They don't think enough about letting the ball go out for a trow in. So add more blocking and shielding the ball.
• Improve AI of defenders. Especially in corner situation when the ball is kicked back, al lot of time my last defenders are out of position and wanting to set incoming attackers offside near the middleline instead of waiting for more defenders to come back.
• cut the in between scenes when making a substitution if possible. (loading time?) Its very annoying after playing a couple of weeks. Otherwise improve it by making more variations of scenes.
• Ad option of turning of replays. Same as above very annoying.
Graphics
• Ad more facial expression. (spitting, crying, blowing, pain, anger) Could been add in replays too make them less boring.
Career
• Make youth important by getting them loaned out easier. If got 25 young players who do nothing right know. Other clubs are not interested.
• introduce staff people. By hiring them, potential players will develop better. Same as the scout system right now.
• More transfer activity going own.
• players, at least young players should learn other positions by training or by playing time.
• Introduce sponsors to gain more income. Brands and sponsors should been integrated in the gameplay by playing in your own sponsored outfit and advertisements aside of the field.
• There must be more difference between low rated teams and high rated teams. A lot of times low rated teams make impossible goals which only could been scored by world top players. Very unrealistic!
• When the game is near the end and the opponent is losing he will gain a extreme boost and the whole team is gonna give extreme pressure without making any mistake (even low rated teams). Suddenly the losing team is turned into a superteam. (scripted) Its very unrealistic and unfair. In real soccer this could been possible but this will result into more mistakes and gapes.
• Introduce Champions league and Euro cup. (come on fifa, you got the money)
• Being coach off a international team improves nothing. Its just playing games with a anonymous team. Can't see player improvements ec. , blablalba. Its suckes! Make it more interesting or quit it.
• Management mode should been improved with more tactical options. I want to gain control over multiple players and how they walk in certain situations. (not only standard situations.) A lot of time my striker is walking near the midfield. Even if I commanded him to stay deep. I want to have more control over there positions.
• fix the favorite list. In fifa 12 it worked perfectly. Now I get constant messages of team who are interested in a player I was interested in seasons way back. To get these players rid of your list, you have to do this all manual. 1 by 1....by 1....by 1.....by 1......by 1.........................by 1......
Everything else Perfect.
1. Mud stains when a player slides on grass.
2. referee mode because it would be ausome.
3.when in manager career you stand on sideline controlling manager.
4.a way of designing your own hairstyle because I can never get the right one.
5( and finally). Bring virtual pro back from fifa 12!
Also, given that ultimate team is called ultimate team, I think the chemistry system should be changed to allow an 'ultimate team'. Why cant I have Błaszczykowski in midfield next to Carrick? time and time again, players have moved leagues and adapted to playing with other players who arent from their nation or previous league.
Instead, I think chemistry should be based around team balance, time spent playing with the players around them (within the game) and, yes, initially if theyre in the same club league etc. but in order to balance the market and enable a lot more variety in teams, players from elsewhere should be able to mould into the team and adapt to the players around them after time

Turkish league!
1. Licensed UCL, Serie A and Camp Nou.
2. In FIFA13 Career mode transfers we can offer a player along with cash but we should also recieve offers like that from other clubs and we should be able to ask for players in Counter offers. Also other clubs should be able to do such player + Cash trades, So that our managed clubs don't seem like recieving special treatment.
3. There must be a buy out clause added in Player contracts and wage cut system as well. Also playing as a pro we should be able to negotiate wage with the clubs who come with transfer offers.
4. Youth leagues for better youth development.
5. Performance of tired players should be affected by fatigue.
6. Crowd shouldn't celebrate goal by away team as loudly as they celebrate home goals.
7. At the end of the season there should be sponsorship offers for next season kits. We should be able to change kits for next season as in real world.
8. The clubs we manage in career mode should also be able to get rich owners as other clubs get. Also our club should be able to get better sponsership deals as we progress. e.g. If a team progresses from third division to first it should get a better sponser as in real world.
9. League Badges should change accordingly as new season starts in career mode. e.g. In FIFA 13 Man City wears golden badge through out career mode and newly promoted clubs don't get EPL badges.
10. We should be able to select Pre season teams. Club World Cup should be added.
Fix Rangers players stats E.G. Lee mcculloch's stamina is not so bad that he needs to be taken off at half time and put David Templeton back in the squad
Make better more realistic celebrations such as scoring a goal in the final of a cup match and kissing the badge and take your top off when you score which would result in a booking/second booking if already booked and customise messages on the thermal underneath the top. And fix the glitch of when you win a league they are celebrating as though they survived relegation instead of them getting the trophy.
In Career mode after the season ends allow the player to create a new kit for the season instead of having the same kit four seasons later that frustrates me.
Finally fix the fan animations (make them more realistic and do true celebrations when they score such as rangers fans doing the bouncy and other clubs such as adding ultras back in like earlier fifas with flares and make the fans look as though they are actually waving their flags instead of a floating stick! and if the team is at home make it more hostile to the away team such as the old firm for example and the home team should have louder chants and boo the away team finally if it is a cup final make it more a party atmosphere with Tifo such as big banners being passed along in a stand and proper celebrations when a team wins the cup such as more emotions and like Drogba scoring the penalty to win the UCL in his last match for Chelsea in front of the opposite fans be allowed to control that player and celebrate the goal
