Career:
a) Manager Mode : I don't want the something like a social life, Instead, the manager's job should be made more comprehensive. have things like, giving a pep talk should boost them up, or an angry talk should make the players more aggressive?.
b) Player Career : It's fine, more or less, just allow the player to negotiate contract n stuff.
Misc:
a) Make the cut-scenes between matches, skippable. It's very annoying to see the players faces for so long during substitutions.
b) Stick to the kind of music you had in the earlier FIFAs, 05-09 had brilliant tracks. more tracks like that.
c) Instead of having a whole career mode as a referee, keep "play the ref" kinda minigame, while the match loads. Show cutscenes of random fouls, and ask the player to judge?
d) Better youth system.

2. Being able to upgrade stadium. It sucks to start with a 3rd division English team and end up in the top of Europe still playing in a stadium with a capacity of 3000 people.
3. Another nice thing would be team rating in career mode. I'm a PSV Eindhoven fan so I always start career mode with them. After a couple of years I get huge problems trying to keep my best players because they would rather play for Real Madrid or Barcelona even though I have won Champion's League 5 times in a row. Therefore it would be nice with a team and coach ranking making your team or yourself as a coach more attractive for better players.
4. More options to store Formations, Squads and Tactics. Sometimes I wanna try some of my younger, worse rated young players in friendly matches. It would be nice if I could save Squad linked to a certain Formation and Custom Tactic that would maybe suite my new squad rotation.
5. I would like to go back to the system of having Sponsor money and Stadium entrance money in addition to only getting money from winning tournaments. It would make it more realistic.
6. I also liked the old systems where you could increase level of your staff. Having good youth trainers is at least just as important in real football teams as having a good scout. In current game you just try to get the best scouts possible and send them out and hope for good prospects. How they turn out in your youth teams is sometimes too random imo.
7. If stadium upgrades was added, I would like to one day also see some kind of downloadable program on the side of PC version of FIFA for a certain price, where ppl can easily design their own stadiums for the game. Ofc there would have to be some kind of system to restrict ppl from being able to design real life stadiums that EA Sports doesn't have Copyright on.

another thing we should have much more of a variety of free-kick styles that we can choose from. the average weight size should be a bit smaller because it is too exaggerated.
we should have a monthly updates on boots, kits players, balls, etc so that they are all updated, like PES no offence. also we should be able to have the option of the size of Ankle Tape; Ronaldo’s type and more. The game should have the Nike, Adidas, under armour, umbro base-layers, and you should put in Nike field player and other Nike,UNDER ARMOR, PUMA AND Adidas gloves.
when you are in the arena the player should be in the clubs training kit (training jacket, shorts white training socks and boots).
Also on the game the football boots don’t look that real, the colour doesn’t even match the colour of the boots in real life for example the blue Nike vapors are too light blue when they should be turquoise if anything. and for the adizeros you should have both leather and synthetic versions. and you need to make the sole-plate of all boots MORE REALISTIC. please add Brazil’s real official kit as well :)

1.Off-track commentary
The commentary team usually goes off-track and is not in connection with what is currently happening live in the match.
2. Improved textures
The game engine and physics are really the best in the industry but the textures are sometimes borderline cartoonish, which holds the Fifa series from being a perfect game. The textures need to improve (face, crowd, pitch, etc)to augment the reality.
3. Player transfer options
The counter-offer was a welcome addition for incoming transfer offers but these need to be fine-tuned. There should be options for loan and permanent transfers at the end of the loan period, the swap deals must allow more than one player plus cash deals and finally there should be buy-out clauses or goal / medal clauses in the contracts of star players: for instance if Neymar is transferred to Barcelona, Santos should obtain x% remuneration.
4. Managers
There should be licensed managers represented in the game (similar as players) to crank up the realism.
5. Avoid repetitive animations / cinematics
The animations / cinematics for player injuries, goal celebrations, substitutions and red cards are too repetitive. We need more variety to improve the gaming experience.
6. Dynamic crowds
The crowd is Fifa 13 and before are too static on the sound and visual fronts. The crowd need to boo referees for poor decisions, players who are playing violently and players who have ‘betrayed’ a team and playing for a rival team now.
7. Quick tactics and substitutions
There should be pre-determined schemas / templates for different game scenarios for each team, which should be accessible from the new touchpads in the next gen console game controllers.
Examples:
Scenario A: There are only 15 mins left in the match and it is a stalemate. The team must change formation from 4-4-2 to 4-3-3 to snatch the winning goal – the default substitution must be to take out a midfielder and send out a support striker.
Scenario B: It’s a direct elimination cup match and the team is winning by 1-0, we need players who can help the team to hold on to the thin margin and cut down opposition counter-attacks. We can thus pre-program to send in a solid defensive midfielder to hold the line in defence.
8. Improved commentary
The commentary team should agree to disagree to improve the overall experience – one commentator should defend a penalty decision while the other can say the exact opposite.
9. Native 1080p resolution
The current 720p resolution is really ugly at times – the game needs to be in native full hd 1080p resolution.
10. Custom soundtrack
The game should allow users to select mp3s from their local hard drive (pc and console) since the existing soundtrack is too limited.

17. When you start a career and choose your settings you should be able to choose the transfer window activity – low, normal or high.

19. In arena mode you should be able to select from 0 to 11 CPU players.
20. More fouls in the gameplay – like when a player wnats to get the oppossition player and not the ball.

Have some injuries that are severe require players to be carried off on a strecher.
In Career Mode there should be an option where you can buy loaned players on your team at the beginning of the season. Ex-(Bojan-AC Milan, Cristian Zapata-AC Milan) Instead of them staying on your team till their contracts expire.
Fix te glitch for contract extensions in Career Mode. Ex: I extened Mattia De Sciglios contract for AC Milan five years and his contract said -5 Years 0 Months. This meant that he became a free agent and couldn’t negotiate a new contract with him for another five years.
Don’t make older players ratings decline ad fast at they did.
Being able to change the captians armband if they are subbed off. Ex: Xavi reciving the armband for Barcelona if Puyol is subbed off instead of the player that came on for Puyol.
Have the option in Career mode to buy players but keep them on loan at their original clun for the remainder of the season. Ex: Wilifried Zaha was purchased from Mamchester United then loaned back to Crystal Palace.
Put managers in real life in fifa 14 like jose mourinho, arsen wenger tito vilanova, etc…and their managerial movements and expressions on the touch line…getting up sitting back down ….in career mode which i play the most i like the idea of being jose mourinho better than being a fake customizable manager with my own name

Manager mode has become a bit boring. Bring back the option to enhance the coaching and marketing staff. Allow clubs to choose which stadium they want to extend to (have them ordered by price). Stop making the scouts random. If I choose an English team and want an Irish scout and I have the money then allow for a simple choice between nationalities and price ranges.

2) Add the world cup and other international trophies in the game.
3) Don't allow people to begin their manager mode career wit a reputed team. You should start from some very small, unnoticed team, get recognition for your work, and climb up the ladder, possibly get transferred to a better team.
3) Even in Player mode, when you have created your player, you should start off in some small club and then gain recognition, transfers.
4) Press conferences would be nice.
5) Show the manager and the bench during the game and show their reactions too.
6) Let your budget be affected by the sale of jerseys of your club's players and all other regular incomes to make it more realistic. This should be a plus of transferring famous players into your team in manager mode.
7) More distinction in the style, ability of players based on their rating. Also, players should be able to develop each of their ability through training and stuff even in manager mode.

- The afro is very annoying maybe tone it down a bit

- More authentic celebrations/ slower speeds
- A lot more variety in commentary/ less patronization, and exaggeration

- More emphasis on stamina

1.In the field: only desire goals nets with more dynamic and be more stretched, such as FIFA09, they were perfect, and it was pleasing to see how they moved when the ball went. An option to change the design of the network (stripes, colors, shapes). Also I would very much like the idea that there was the possibility of combining kits (to change color socks or pants). Celebrations mountain with all staff / players (especially when you win in penalty shoot-outs)
2. As for atmosphere in the stands: I find it weird playing at San Siro (or stages) and see the fans behind the goal did not run to the railing, as long as Ac Milan or Inter goal mark in real life , especially if they are important goals. Therefore, avalanches and clumping in goals, especially if the stadium is like a cage (I mean fences behind the goal). But the presence of flags in the railings behind the goal at San Siro, AS IN REAL LIFE AS IT APPEARED ALSO IN FIFA FOR PS2; please watch a AC Milan-Inter derby and will know what I mean. Much flares environment, typhus and smoke, fog effect certainly other weather conditions could be fog (in almost all European leagues least in English because there is never flares in Premier).
3. That the game include the ability to unlock disappeared selections of soccer from Eastern Europe (East Germany, Yugoslavia, USSR, Czechoslovakia ...)
I know there are many users asking for further improvements to the game and you will understand what they can because you can not satisfy all needs and "meet" every wish, but I hope some of my suggestions and ideas be attended and hopefully carried out along with other of my colleagues.

2. Make the ball physics different. eg If the goalkeeper blocks the ball hit low and to the far corner, it bounces the same way every time! Make the ball bounce to different places when the keeper blocks it.
3. Update player ratings more. For example, Christian Benteke from Aston Villa, should be at least an 82 overall. That guys is beast! And I'm not even a Villa fan. You have him rated a 73. He's one of the best strikers in the Premier League.
1. Add more english lower tier leagues, the football conference etc.

In Manager Career Mode if you start with a bad npower league 2 team and they have a bad stadium and facilites but you build them up and move them up the tiers to the npower league 1 and npower championship, etc. you should be able to have the decision to spend some of your transfer budget on a new stadium or upgrading and renovating your current stadium.
3. Make the crowd more realistic. I like the way it is going just make the fans 3D.
4. FIFA world cup for clubs? UEFA Champions Champion plays CONCACAF Champion and other nations league champions.
5. As players get older they actually look older. I dont know if this is possible but it would be pretty cool

These are my wishes:
1.In career mode, there should be licensed Champions League.We all have been waiting for this!
2.In career mode, there should be academy really good in random teams, becaus usually top players come there.
3.Better connection with EA.
4. Make career mode more exciting, becaus if i play for a month than i just throw the game away, becaus its boring.
5. I always wanted one thing and it is that end of the every season there will be promugated the best goalkeeper, best defender, best midfielder, best attacker and the best manager, that would be awsome!!!
6.In fifa 13 i see that when new nike or adidas boots come out, than fifa will update it, but i think you should keep doing it becaus its fantastic work! But fifa14 can put the old nike and adidas boots in, like in 2011 the pruple mercurials which were cool.

8. In career mode there should be more player compatisions etc. like Player of the Euro, Defender of the Euro and goalkeeper and attacker and midfielder.

10. There should be like a referee career mode, that would be awsome, you run with a referee on the pitch and you give cards.

13.There should be real comments after the game if ur a player or a manager, you comment the game how was it, should you blame the referee or players.
14. More realistic Fans.Some fans can run over the pitch! and hug Messi or a star in the club.
15.Show the manager more in the game, becaus he is useless in the game, he is just standing there, the manager could give some tips, or some times sit down.

In career mode you should make ur manager look like what ever you like.Like a create a player but "create a manager".And it will stand on the pitch.And in KickOff the managers like Jose Mourinho, Sir Alex Fergusen,Pep Guardiola, Arsene Wenger should be like they look in the game and stand on the Managers box.
16.Make the cameras better, like in PES, if the reply comes in champions league or in Premier league, than the logo arrives for like 3 seconds, or something like that.

18.We dont like that in the career mode the old players will get like -7 overalls in one season, thats stupid, if the are in great form they should stay in the same overall or go iven up!
19. In career mode if you have like 10 players than you can make a team, etc. ur in barcelona than its Barcelona Academy, than you can play with the academy team in academy touraments, against other academy teams and all.
20.The goalkeepers should have their own abilitys too, etc. Messi is complete forward, and he is speedster,tHAN goalkeeper should be complete goalkeeper, and he has long throw, reflex, jumper, corner saver, penalty saver, 1vs1 saver.
21.Create ur own stadium, that could be very very very exciting!
22.The youth academy players should have cooler haircuts and younger faces.The youngsters should grow more, like in fifa13 i got a player form academy he was 63 and in 1 season he was 67, in fifa 14 there should be like 63 and in 1 season 71.But if you catch a very good and talented player in you youth academy he should start in ur team overalled like 70.
23.Player some times goes to talk with the manager to listen what the manager has to say about the gameplay and tips.
24.Top clubs want more 16-25 players than 25-35.
25. If in the career mode you make a new contract with a player than it should be in the news ect. Xavi made a new contract with Fc Barcelona.
26.Make other club problems like manager wants to leave and more.
27.Make more drama in career mode like Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave form Real Madrid.
28. In career mode you can practise with ur team anytime. Like you practise with ur team on the pitch, dribblings,passing,crossing,FreeKicks,CornerKicks,Jogging,Speeding,GoalKeeping exercises,Stretching and in strething there comes injurys.

3)Be able to have points deducted on career mode and possible liquidation.
4)In-Game money/coin system for pro clubs, win games = money, use money to buy/loan virtual pros from other clubs, but when you start a club you can have 3 virtual pros in your club at once, always use money to buy better CPU players and stadiums.
5)A little game mode, 1 v 1 online arena with friends.
6)Better EA servers (Sorry I had to).
7)Pro clubs career mode, E.G. My club is called **** AFC, So we can select a league like in FUT and work our way to the top
8)Better atmosphere and commentary, it feels dull when you score a 90th min goal and the commentary says "its now 2-1".
9)Community place, E.G. share custom made kits, be able to loan career mode players from one and another if you are in the same season.
10)Just referring to #4, you can have 2 pro clubs if you wish, as in you can have original clubs (Basic online league) or have the league which I explained in #4.
11)Blue Square Bet premier or more international leagues.
12)Be able to give half-time team talks.
13)Press conferences in detail, not just one question/topic.
14)Better detail managers
15)Bring back Player-Manager with your VP, that's the only reason I played it.
16)When playing Player career, the CPU won't pass, F*** around in my own box, play bad balls 99% of the time, and just unrealistic, I watched Sligo rovers v Real Madrid three times to test, 1 ended 0-0, 2-0 to Sligo and 1-0 to RM.
