Here is my proposal for the next version of FIFA ...

1) Spectator mode - it would be really cool if you could look at your friends' online games, if those inviting you to it. There could you choose from different angles, etc.

2) Holland - I really miss Holland's real team. No fictional players. So I think you should obtain the license for holland

3) Online Clubs statistics - The statistics on online clubs should be a little more detailed. You could see how many goals, Assist, played games you have, etc.

4) Throw-ins - when to take a throw-in, they would be much better if the game is not stopped, the screen becomes black, and then the throw can be made, so the players do not start in the right place when the throw-in will be taken. It would have been much more realistic if someone knocks out the ball to drop, then a player run away and get the ball and then throw the ball.

5 - When you start a new online club, i don't think the statistics will be going on. I think it will be begin from 0 again.

6 - The manager and also the bench (and maybe the assistant manager) should be shown on the touchline.

make the opposing cpu players make smart runs and do stepovers, quick change in pace(like kaka an messi ), and elastica and etc to beat your player

When i first bought fifa 09 for ps2, i honestly thought theyd given me fifa 08. when you compare the two there is none, if little change. the ps3 version promised a lot, but none of the proposed features appeared on ps2. so i think that fifa 10 should have:

- more realistic commentary, have specific commentary for specific competitions
- better cut scenes, for example, when a team wins the fa cup or champions league, you see them celebrating (the whole team, not just the eleven that finished the game) and lifting the cup
- manager mode, when you agree a sponsor, you can choose to have the sponsor or your shirt or not. and a stadium creator is an absolute must, more money=better stadiums
- better rest of world teams, zenit st petersburg won the uefa and super cup, so why arent they there?
- substitutions - if a player is injured, a medic comes over to him and treats him. if its serious a stretcher will take him off the pitch. if its just a knock then the medic will walk with him. the medic can also treat him even if no substitution is neccesary. you should also be able to determine the injury through the cut scene
- crowd - they just look like carboard cut outs jumping up and down. they should only stand up and celebrat if they score, or when the final whistle blows. maybe cut scenes of certain fans reacting to an event in the game e.g. an opposition goal or a bad tackle (mr portsmouth fc would be ace as well!)
-stadiums - and finally, (im using man city as an example) there home ground on fifa is oval style. but maybe, if you play in that stadium at home with city, it says 'welcome to eastlands' on the commentary. this could also work with ibrox, or villa park.

es ist vielleicht noch sehr früh über fifa 10 zu reden aber mir war langweilig und habe mal eine wunschliste gemacht, da mit ja fifa 09 immer noch nicht wirklich richtig gefallen hat...auf einer skala von 1 bis 10 würde ich fifa 08 eine 7,5 geben, aber es fehlt halt noch viel...

-das Spiel muss einfach noch viel flüssiger werden, oft rennen die Spieler einfach an dem Ball vorbei und beachten ihn gar nicht…die Kombinationen müssen noch originalgetreuer sein

-ich wünsche mir viel mehr stadien, z. B. auch Weserstadion, Santiago Bernabeu, Volkswagenarena oder wie die heißt, das neue Stadion von Hoffenheim und und und…dazu wäre die jeweilige Tormusik geil!!!, man sollte die Stadien auch mal vorm spiel von außen sehen können, die allianzarena dann z.B rot leuchtend


-der karrieremodus sollte noch viiieeel umfangreicher sein, von fifa 08 zu fifa 09 gab es kaum eine veränderung…es sollte mehr verschiedene verletzungen geben, (kreuzbandriss , Innenbandriss, knöchelbruch, schien und wadenbeinbruch, armbruch, muskelfaserriss, mittelfußbruch, jochbeinbruch oder nasenbeinbruch (vielleicht auch mal MIT blut), Syndesmodebandriss und und und…und verletzungen wie ausgerenkter finger BITTE weglassen), der transfermarkt sollte noch realistischer sein, was mich aufgeregt hat war z. B habe ich mal Demba Ba ein bestimmtes Gehalt geboten, es war das höchste was man bieten konnte und dann stand da er ist mit dem gehalt nicht zufrieden solche sachen sind sch****!
Man sollte mit der mannschaft trainieren können mit verschiedenen trainingseinheiten man sollte auch gespräche führen können und und und, pressekonferenzen, mehr interviews mit mehr antwortmöglichkeiten…
Dazu finde ich sollte es am anfang einer saison wenn ich in spanien oder italien beginne einen offenen transfermarkt geben, dann sollen sie eben ein par freundschaftsspiele einfügen

-ich verstehe nicht ganz, ea hat geprahlt dass es verschiedenes wetter gibt, aber bei mir im karrieremodus hat es noch NIE geregnet oder geschneit…..nur ganz seltem mal in einem freundschaftsspiel aber da muss ich dazu sagen dass dann der rasen so unecht aussieht, was auch bescheuert ist ist wenn ich in stuttgart spiele gibt es NUR bewölkt und in berlin gibt’s keine nacht

-die KI sollte nochmal kräftig überarbeitet werden, oft stellen sich die spieler einfach zu blöd an…auf welktklasse z.B. machen meine spieler oft genau das immer was ich nicht möchte und das ist meist auch das dumme


-man sollte man einstellen dass man auch in der 1. saison im karrieremodus CL spielen kann…also einfach die 32 teams die cl spielen in der nächsten saison dann auch in fifa so einfügen

-warum rennen die spieler im karrieremodus mit kurzem tshirt rum??? Und das im tiefen winter? Wo es normalerweise schneit?? Das sollte man auch mal endlich ändern…dass die spieler auf langarm wechseln können MIT handschuhen oder dass die halt mal andere schuhe anziehen….und und und…


-die freistöße sollen authentischer wirken

-es soll mehr passieren auf dem platz! Es sollen auch mal tore fallen nach situationen wo man es eher für unmöglich hält…sprich TRAUMTORE, die gibt es einfach zu selten und auch freistoßtore…


-die reporter sollen auch mal besser werden, es kann doch nicht sein dass die in der 70 minute sagen (das ist mein ernst) wir freuen uns auf dieses spiel jetzt geht es endlich los ^^ bekloppt

-der schiri soll nicht immer ins spielgeschehen reinlaufen und den ball abfälschen

-apropos abfälschen, es fallen in der realität häufig tore nach abgefälschten schüssen, bei fifa zu 1 %

-die trikotnummern sollte man wieder ändern können

-die spieler sollen mal einfach energischer zum ball gehen und richtig kämpfen auch wenn die kaputt sind die sollen fighten…

-es sollte ein tor der woche geben, ein tor des monats und ein tor der saison, dazu eine top 11 des spieltages und der saison (aber bitte realistisch denn ich habe mal mit demba ba glaube ich wars 30 tore gemacht und der war nicht in der top11 der saison)

-die tricks sollten noch effektiver sein

-mehr nike schuhe

-und warum haben die gegner immer mehr spiele auf dem konto während einer saison als ich???

I've just also thought of these things...

Throw ins reflect momentum and so whole of opposition defence might not be back etc. This kind of thing needs more variety.

Also AI should not change the speed of players depending on the difficulty setting. This means that at times the game feels sluggish and becomes extremely frustrating.

Arena Mode should have more than one player if playing with a friend. For example, one on one with a defender.

Manager Mode to go day by day, particularly in transfer period as opposed to going from match to match.

- Goalkeepers who are left footed/left handed such as Cech should not punt the ball with their right foot /throw with their right hand.
- In Manager Mode, some serious thought should be given to the transfers and team management and how things develop over time. I find that the starting line ups of other teams will not change a great deal, save for maybe one or two players if others have been bought. An example is when I was managing Roma. I bought Drogba from Chelsea, and Anelka had retired. Chelsea didn't look to replace him or sign in another striker, they just had Kalou. I personally think this is unrealistic. In addition, I noticed that Chelsea had signed Frank Ribery, which pleased me as I thought it was quite a realistic signing, yet he was on the bench, and has been there for a good three years! Another example is that, when managing Manchester United, I sold Ronaldo (Blackburn), Tevez (West Brom), Berbatov, Hargreaves (both Portsmouth) Carrick (Derby) and Nani (Everton), and since selling them I have seen through the 'Player Stats' screen that not one of them has played one game for their new clubs, which is infuriating! These kind of things really need changing for Fifa 10.

- Kit editor in Manager Mode with real life sponsors.
- Stadium editor, so that when you invest in your stadium manager, you get a bigger stadium. Perhaps even the possibility to build your own using different templates.
- Create a Club.
- All players to have realistic, real life boots, especially in more prominent leagues. Including young, made up players introduced into Manager Mode.
- Possibility to upgrade created players not just through Manager Mode/Be a Pro, so that they are not always stuck at around 67/68 overall.
- More weather conditions for stadiums. Including one where the stadium gets darker to reflect, for example, late afternoon winter matches at Old Trafford. And also the possibility to change the weather in Manager Mode. I am sick of having to quit and go to Exhibition and change it each time.
- Weather conditions to reflect players choice of gloves/underarmour etc. For example, so that, if pre match I choose time of year as winter/nightime, then certain players will wear gloves, whereas if I choose summer/nightime then they won't.

I love the gameplay, but here are a few more thoughts...

- At free kicks, where there is a chance for a shot on goal and you bring in a second player, but want to play it with the original player, have the ability to make the second player dummy over it etc. Free kicks like this should be more inventive. Also, curl needs to be more realistic. Outside of the boot shots from set pieces never work, as they hardly curl at all. Also drilled shots are not effective enough without this kind of curl.
- Tackling/Cards need to be more consistent. They seem to be a bit random at times.
- Players going up for corners. Possibly the ability to choose who is in the box and where, so as to work out real life corner moves. I don't feel like corners are an attacking threat, but they should be. At the moment you just bang it in and hope it goes to a tall guy! So for example at Man Utd, I would like to have Vidic and Ferdinand coming up for corners, certain set pieces and one or two midfielders dropping back to cover.
- More variety/more realistic cut scenes. I hate to say it but from what I've seen Pro Evo do kind of have the edge here.
- Celebrations is a fantastic new feature, but it always seems to cut out very quickly! I would like more time before it cuts out, or the ability to choose when it cuts out.

Final thoughts that spring to mind as I write this!
- If I have a player sent off then it would be good to have some 10 man formations to choose from.
- Crowd noises to be a bit more varied, for example, when scoring a crucial goal, when there's a bad tackle on a home team player, (and then booing the player who committed the tackle when he only receives a warning and from then on whenever he has the ball)/ when there is a near miss etc/ penalty claims turned down/ handball.
- Should occasionally be handball.
- Man Utd players to come out of tunnel in corner like real life.
- Proper Champions League Mode
- Realistic team of the season at the end of each season in Manager Mode.
- In Manager Mode, create a manager and see him along the touchline. Also see players on the bench in cut scenes, or the manager sending players to warm up.
- Realistic physios coming onto pitch for injured player. Instant report on players condition.
- In Be a Pro, don't have moments/ long periods of time when you don't get plus points for ANYTHING. You just get minus points.
- In Manager Mode have more competitive transfer offers for your players. Also factor in how much the player wants to go to the different clubs that are interested in him. Hear about transfer interest in your players before the transfer season. Also create interest in a player you may want to sign and get his reaction. Could make the whole experience of signing/selling players a lot more exciting.
- Realistic scoreboards that aren't just blank the whole time. Particularly in smaller stadiums.

All in all, Fifa 09 was a fantastic improvement on Fifa 08, which was also a great game, but now let's have Fifa 10 improving even more!

Please include:
-better create player mode. Like the wristtape. Some players have tape from the beginning of the shoe and up a little bit. (like C.Ronaldo). More colors and styles on the boots.
- The arena play should have more then one player to control.

Please include:
- Create team / edit team
- Dutch Jupiler league
- Russian Superleague
- More stadiums like De Kuip (Feyenoord), Ibrox (Rangers) etc.
- Maybe include South-Amercian Coppa
- More realistic transferfees

responses of players are poor too...
and so is the cursor changing.

I think a "dive" button would improve the realism in the game a lot more. So if you press the dive button,
it will be a fifty-fifty chance of a free kick being awarded for you or against you. Different players will be
better at diving than others eg. Cristiano Ronaldo will be a good diver, but Pepe Reina would not be a
good diver. It should be in a skill in the player bio section.

I love to watch the UEFA champions league and UEFA cup so I would recommend both of those.
PES has the UEFA champions league so I would highly advise you introduce to FIFA otherwise it will
not be as popular as PES.

In league mode if there are four or more real people playing you should be able to watch the other teams play their match.
Also the replays after you score should be longer it never shows the last main play before the goal you score.
The team you create in manager mode should be able to play your mates manager mode team online.
More realistic in the sense Drogba should not be getting pushed off the ball by Robinho.
Punish players that exit early online.
Custom stadiums where you can expand or upgrade them.
Shirt nummbers where you should be able to chose what numbers the players should be wearing.

hows about on ps2 wen u load the game u can play around with a player like on Xbox 360/ps3 bcoz u cant


also on manager mode wen ur players get picked for international duties u should b able to play with one of those players in that international game....

i think in the next fifa there should be an option of practicing with the team, also the cpu offense and defence can approve kind of getting bored with those 6-0 victories also more stadiums should be made, the tackling and the ball retreaval is to easy for the cpu and some fouls should be called like hand balls and any contact.

I think the manage mode should be increased from 16 years to alteast 20 or 26. And there should be a way to bring up uknown players but the bright -talented in those late years.
And Fifa should add some kind a profile to it, which tell us when a player retires how many times the player appeared for the club, how many goals he scored - like stats.
FIFA 09 DEFENCE SUCKED ASS!!! anyone who played 07 08 would tell you the 09 defence was crap. And it was far to easier to score even in World Class mode with a youth club player.
Loans should not be as closed - as in if I loaned out a CB and say all my CBs some how got injured, I would be able to recall the CB I loaned out back into the squad.
Manager's should be allowed to say - if there is international friendly - who they would allow to go and participate, cuz you never know the next match you might play might be a vital one.
AND EA SHOULD NOT BE CHEAP ABOUT PS2 VERSIONS either, cuz we pay 30 bucks for the game so we except new things. like if the manager is doing well in a small club he should get offers from bigger clubs. tHEy should mix up the music more 07 music was awesome 08 was Even more awesome 09 was a disappointment beside the SONG victory by the sporanos the other track were boring!!!!!

hey im josh and i think there should be the world cup in it so you can play with your own countrie and lead them to glory but also there should be more leagues.

Fifa 09 was a fantastic achievement and absolutely brilliant to play. However i noticed that while playing as a lower league club, improving the stadium manager did nothing to the actual appearance of the stadium. The different stages should be shown as you invest more money. Also the variety in lower league stadiums was minimal.
Another improvement id like to see would be to be able to chose stadiums or different areas for the arena. With 09 it was a random selection of different pitches. I still found the game brilliant however! Definitely 10/10

Mebe u could make the manager mode a bit more realistic cos i dont think a noob manager can just straight up buy the biggest club in the world, make it so that u have to build urself up from smaller leagues to the big time with man u :D

also mebe u could do the same with be a pro, so u could create ur own player and work urself up from like the bottom to the top teams and be able to change clubs and stuff like that so u can actually be living like a soccer player!

Please could you incorperate a freekick challenge and some other challenge types like trick run (were you make a run doing skills according to the computer).

In Fifa 10, there should be more international teams in the game. There should be teams of India, Japan, China.
Improve Penalty shootout and make it easier to shoot.
In the Tournament mode there should be a Uefa Champions League and Uefa Cup Tournament.

Hi, I'm a big fan of FIFA and i think on the next FIFA the goalkeepers should have a better AI system and also real goalkeeper jerseys. Another thing that always seems to bother me about FIFA is that the refs are not good enough aylt making decsions. Linesmen and referees should have stats eg harshness, vision.

I want the comentators to say all names, not only the famous players. It would have been great to have a traing ground as all the other fifa games.

I would like either the practice mode to be brought back to work on set piece situations or in arena when you set up for a freekick have a wall there because getting the ball over the wall and into goal is the hard part. its easy to put a free kick on target in the arena but a game is something else

while the game is loading you should get a choice if you want to be a plyer or a keeper and pick were you want play

The players should have full 360° movement. It is annoying how the players have to continuously run in such sharp motions with the 8 point turning system.

i think it would be cool if you could design maybe 2 plays that could be triggered by a button combination... when i used to play in school or recreational leauges, we would sometimes have a midfielder make a switch run with the wing on occasion to throw the other team off for a play or conversely a striker and wing switch... not sure how it could be designed in... i do understand that you can make a run in the game but to design a specific run or play would be awesome! possibly for set pieces or free kicks as well.

I suppose I will mention the requisite "Fix gameplay issues." Weather, kit numbers, etc. Now, for my own personal wants: create-a-club has to return, but with better crest and kit choices, as well as sock and short choices. Maybe have so many basic designs from real brands and then edit them. A few more options in terms of created player accessories would be nice, especially for keepers (more gloves/colours). And I still think classic teams would be cool.

Hi im Rob. i think in the new fifa we should be able to control the gk it was alot of fun trying to save the ball on ur own then let the computer do it.

i think fifa 10 shud have:

* better whether conditions so like when its raining and the players does a slide tackle they shud have mud on them.
* more premership teams stadiums
* and i agree wiv astonusvilla about the anger meter so wen the players get angry wiv the ref they argue and stuff.
* also i wud like to see stuff like wen there is a corner players are holding on 2 each others shirt.
* also i wud like to see wen the players injured they go off a bit more realistic.
* u shud be able to see the manager and subs on the bench and wen there is a sub made the players shud be interact wiv each ova and also the manager.
* i think there shud be handball situation because on fifa 09 u can see the ball hit the players arms.

regardless if yall include russian and argentinian leagues i'll by me a ps3.
also i feel there is not enough national teams from south america and africa. and i noticed a very strange thing china national team is always in the game but countries like japan and iran are not. must be disappointing for fans there.

when it comes to rest of world... al-ahly, etoile du sahel, colo-colo, ldu quito, shaktar, dnamo kiev, cluj, dinamo bucharest, steaua, gamba osaka, dinamo zagreb and maybe some more teams should be included.

ofcourse russian and argentinian leagues. the geek league would be very nice. france's national (3rd division) shouldn't be a problem as most of those teams have already been in previous fifas as part of ligue 2.

when it comes to gameplay its all good, but i noticed when you unlock the legends team there is no players like mardona, pele, zidane, platini and many others. maybe you guys could make two classic teams, that could trade players and play versus each other. that would be really cool.

but all hat is extra all thats deperatly needed is i think russian and argentinian leagues.
(unlike czech, korean, polish, mls and some others)

oh yeah another genius idea i came up with ^-^

it would probably make sense to combine fifa 10 and fifa world cup, so it all would be in one ultimate game. maybe it won’t come out till after the world cup but that’s fine.

fifa 09 is to easy on 08 i just just about stay in top 3 with man utd on pro difficulty but on 09 i am currently 2 point behind chelsea after 25 games with a game in hand on world class difficulty, and the achievements on 360 are really easy
at least do score ... goals, score 5 headers , 5 of the woodwork 5 of evrything. even ea have produced my 2 current favorite games fifa 09 and dead space is great very gory but great :P

and fifa games no offense do have the worst music in them cant you do certain music for certain countrys because the foreign music is rubbish and if you put more music from the country your in , the first thing i do wen i buy the game si go strit to ea trax if nothing i like then i turn them all off, need for speed games have gd music why cant fifa ??

in the season have training in be a ro and manager and players can get knocks in training and in be a pro you hae to go to the gym and that it will be so more realistic and everyone will feel like a professional player and what they do

*MORE INTERNATIONAL TEAMS.

*MANAGER MODE WITH OWN TEAM. FOR EXAMPLE: CREATE A TEAM FROM SCRATCH, INCLUDING KIT AND KIT COLOUR, ALSO MAYBE ADD CREATE A STADIUM, AND ALLOW UPGRADES TO THE STADIUM. ALSO BE ABLE TO EXPORT THE TEAM TO PLAY WITH ONLINE FRIENDS OR JUST AT KICK OFF.

This is a bit hard explain so bare with me. Basically I have discovered something frustrating on fifa which I don't think many would see including the creator of the fifa franchise.

I keep a track of 1000s of players on there, even if i never end up signing them. Basically when u start career manager mode, apart from teams in whatever division ur team is in a player disapears and is never seen again in each of your opponents squad

for example if manchester united fifa squad is 36 out of a limit of 42, as soon as u set up ur manager mode its 35, which ever particular player it is i check if he was released for free, he wasn't and thats it he is disapeared

It happens to every single team apart from u or ur opponents in the same division as u thankfully

but on the last game fifa 08 it happened to ur team which pissed me right off because i liked to have big squad

basically on fifa 09 if u select a team squad which ur not going to be on manager mode and is not in same division whoever doesn make the starting 11 or subs bench, then someone in the reserves disapears and can never be seen on there ever

i kno i might sound sad but it shouldn be happening the creator of this game should get it bloody right

the way i found to avoid players i like that dun play for me but play for opponents i like,
u go to settings and change the amount of subs to 12 and have a 23 man squad for manager mode

who ever is reading this epspecially playstian 3 players check out ur opponent squads and see what im talkin about

save ur career mode, go out of it and compare the size of for example man utd squad in and out of career mode

player like denilson, middlesborough left back andy taylor disapear can disapear and maybe there players u look to sign in the future

who ever creates fifa, if u are reading this please get the bloody game right


fifa has to drastically change

Make classic teams available more options allows the game to stay fresh for longer instead of playing with the same teams all the time.
Classic country and club teams I fell would be a great addition

plz have a better AI fir players and do something that we can defend better in 2player
the game is very busy and players are very close to gether fix this problm in fifa10

plz plz please add iran league and national team
