Just a little suggestion for 2010. It'd be cool if you could get long sleeves rolled up in the creation zone! Cheers
2) When choosing sponsers in MM, the sponsers logo appears on the clubs jersey
3) Better crowd graphics - If small team beats a big team, fans run onto pitch to celebrate with players.... if team is loosing near fulltime, fans can be seen leaving

And I miss that the center backs stays at their own half when it is offensive corners and free kicks.
1. TEAMS AND LEAGUES: Get rid of the Norwegian, Polish, danish, Austrian, Swiss, Swedish and Irish leagues, they are a waste of space as Most people never play them except people from that country. Just put the best teams from them leagues in rest of the world. Then replace those leagues with the Argentine, Romanian, Greek, Ukrainian, Chinese and Saudi Leagues. also have a section for the 16 best club teams in africa, aswell as a rest of south america section containing 22 south american teams from what would be the 8 countries in CONMEBOL without a league in the game, so we can do the copa libertadores. Same goes for Asia and north america, just these will have less teams in their respective section, except the japanese teams will have to be unlicensed ofcourse. Add Waitakere united in so we can do a proper club world cup. If you cant get licenses for a club, have a club editor to edit their name and logo.
2. MANAGER MODE: I would like to see chanting from fans, say if i was LF Scolari and Chelsea were 13th in the table, I would here chants from the chelsea fans like: 'Scolari Out' etc. This means you would have to use the commentry surname thingy like in create a player on PS3. I would like to see more depth like outside the ground the fans wanting me out and stuff. plus if I was managing chelsea and they're in 13th position I would want to see banners saying 'scolari out' etc. (By the way, I have nothing against Scolari, Im just using him as an example). PLease put the commentary surname bruce in in create a player, my mate was well annoyed whne he couldnt have his surname in 09, despite the fact that there is an alex bruce at ipswich.

3. TOURNEMENTS. Please dont use the name ECC or EFA, use proper names like European Champions Cup and European Challenge Cup (UEFA CL and EL respectively). Plus please get licensing for the copa libertadores so we can do it with either an argentine or brazilian team in manger mode. see my previous post for the teams thingy on that. an African Champions Clubs Cup and Asian Champions Cup to use unlicensed names would be good aswell. Replays in the FA cup would be good aswell.
Overall im impressed the way they made FIFA09.... Just needs little touch up like improving on creating players (eg putting your own face via photo) and please add the Russian Super League, heaps of people been asking for this for long time, i might recall since 2006 and you still havent done it so..... and last thing ... realism ...theres hardly any fouls from CPU's
would like a trainnig ground, and in manager mode have players say they want to join your team in the papers. and maybe fans throwing stuff on the pitch then ya playing bad
and way more real stadiums not just 15 new generics.

why dont you make referees on field be on every platform?
you need the hyundai A-League stadiums like bluetongue stadium/central coast stadium,members eqauty stadium,sydney football stadium, suncorp stadium and energy stadium in newcastle
Also. After every season add 5 or so players to the your team that come up through the youth or reservers and decide if they shall be kep or sold for money!
Please put in the search by nationality feature in transfer market!
CPU Players hardly foul. All players to have their own styles of play and emotion change depending on how their game is going (eg. Rooney feels he was fouled and nothing given resulting in Rooney becoming more aggressive for a short period or until the next time play stops)
Referees and linesmen to make the occasional wrong desisions

In career mode bring in a 'Goal of the Week/Month' and a 'Goal of the Season' option. Each week you submit any 1 of the goals you scored (Week) and the end of the month submit a maximum of (Month). Computer generates other goals and rates goals based on speed, skill, distance, power, angle, difficulty etc etc (Also run a 'Goal of the Month' friendly competition online where players can upload their saved goals and other users can vote on their favourite each month with points awarded in a league)
In 'Manager Mode' have the option to play as your current clubs manager (eg. Sir Alex Furguson = Manchester United)

In 'Be A Pro' mode (offline) have side games of 'training' your player like in the real world (maybe train a set number of days a week based upon your fixture schedule.
Players to actually use the tunnel that is located in the stadium you are playing in (eg Old Trafford = Corner, Stamford Bridge = Centre by dugout)
A 'Make Your Own Rules' option (can't change rules in Manager Mode or once a season has started) chosing Red card ban length, yellow card match ban length and required number of cards, offside on or off etc etc.
Option to 'retaliate' in an aggressive manor or friendly manor when fouled or commited a foul
Depending on the momentum of the game the crowd responds. In derby or rival (max of 3) games the game is more 'heated' depending on the game play ie harsh tackles turns both teams more aggressive resulting in teams being more prone to commit fouls and become booked or sent off.
In Manager Mode if you feel your player was unfairly sent off you can appeal the ban but at a small cost, but if you fail to win your appeal you lose 1 of 3 of your seasonal appeals per season. Lose 3 appeals in a row and the club gets fined.
Put your face on a created player using camera options
Finally, in Manager Mode, at all major football award ceremonies across the world have an animated video of players collecting their awards!

Firts, I've say I love Play FIFA 09 in my Xbox 360, it's the most soccer's beautifull game ever made! But, this game has some things I suppouse, the Fifa's makers have to do in the next game:
1 - The south american's leagues (argentinian, uruguaian AND OTHERS HAVE to be in the next game!) or put the better teams of the south american in a separated group called Rest of The American! I Have a list:

This is a List from the best teams of south america or, in FIFA 2010! But, if you don't want to do this, I think you have to put a Edit Mode Like we saw in PES 2009, When you have Some Blank Teams where you can Put a Create a Simbol or Import a image from a Device using the USB Connections (Pen Drive), create the uniform A and B to the Team and the Goalkeepers to! I Think you have to put 20 or 30 Blank teams to edit! This is suggestion, but I think you have to consider!
Of Course, you Guys have to put the Brazilian League 2009!
2 - The field Ambiental!! This is so important: 'cause the soccer is a big party, with Flags, those big pipe coils like we do when we go to a stadium here in south america, some fire works in the sky, the crowd from the people in the stadium, those smokes with colors..
2 A - In the field: this 09's version is a good example! But, like you can see, we have the players subs beanchs, but there's no one there! You have to put the coach, like we saw in FIFA 2001, remeber? and, the subs!
You have to continue with the great work!
2 - In the Fifa 09, I saw a big mistake, You can put 12 players on the bench but you only can do 3 substitutes!!! This is NOT GOOD!

Weather, it should rain, snow, be hot, cold... it's nonsense that it's either sunny or overcast
The climatic conditions should have an influence on the performance of the player
Manager Mode should have far more depth -- just because you have the money does not mean that a player should automatically sign for you
You should be able to 'dive' to try and win penalties / free kicks
Your stadium appearance should alter according to the level (1-10) of your stadium manager
Should get offered national coach positions IF you get to a certain level / status

2. Players should react to the climates and wear gloves during winter and short sleeves etc during the summer.
3. When a player goes down injured and has to come off, the medics carry him away.
4. I think it´s not necessary an option to change the assistance of the pass or the shooting for example. The way the ball reach the goal depends the position that you hit the ball, the samething to the pass and crossing.

6. They should celebrate more when the players finish a tourmant or league.
