Should Have A Story Mode... Where at the start your at a school and a scout comes to the school coz your in the uk's schools final and your have to play good to get noticed and if u get ova 60% on the match u get scouted to a team but you dont get to pick wat team it is like on every otha fifa game its a random pick by the game and it is always a bottom leage team and u grow like that and more u play u can get signed and so on but like i sed u shouldnt b aloud to pick what team u go to coz dats just not realalitic at all...and make it so u can go on 4eva unlike be a pro where u can only do 4 years witch is pants tbh be a pro ant realalistic enuff...

My Idea's
1) maybe some indoor tournaments and WM and also U-21 ?
2) Better Scout options so you can seek after fast or good tacklers
3) In be-a-pro you should have more options? where is the private life and all that stuff?

Why is it that when the ball is in the air, especially when bouncing that players tend to slow down and wait for it even when commanded to run. Airborne balls I believe needs to be attacked more at which point the timing and execution of a players run would be critical in him beating an opposing defender are being beaten by the bounce of the ball.

Hiy guys my names marty and im a avid fifa fan and football fanatic. I have bought every fifa since 95 and tried many other footie games but none come close to fifa. Fifa 09 is great but was confused that you cant change the weather for each game or day/night settings. This is something i would definately put back on the game settings especialy in manager mode. The things i would like to see in the worlds best footie game would be more things to do in manager mode post & pre match press conferance, more interaction with team & individual players and your board. I think the parading of new transfer signings would be a nice idea as well as more celebrations when you win a cup. More real stadiums with the option to play your final in the stadium of your choice. As far as gameplay goes the only things i could say could improve would be more realism in the fans, a few more phrases from the commentators(he's in here, what a hit, great tackle, ......to smash it, great ball etc) more personality in players eg greedy players shooting and missing instead of playing in a team mate bein ranted at by his mate. The option to DIVE this used to be on a mega drive version and thought it was fun i know its cheating but it happens(drogba,ronaldo etc) and it will wind up your mates lol. Some wrong refereeing decisions could make things interesting especially if there press interviews after game. Considering how far the Fifa series has come blowing away the competition i dont think the things i mentioned would be hard to put in the game for the genius at EA. Hope some of these happen and pease, please put in the new black & gold liverpool away strip for 09/10. Good luck guys cant wait FIFA10.

being a fifa fan i suggest sorting out the crowd uve done well on the pitch get them sorted have better comentary because all i hear is the same annoying comenntarys over and over...... you should be able to choose how players react to fowls and when substitutes are taken place have a good look at the managers see what there doing like in a real match....these are only ideas but i think it wud make the game alot better also sort out the lightin pro evo is starin to look pretty good (hint hint)

i like how players get better and worse depending on their real life season, a good feature
i would like to see quick free kicks though, and possibly gerrard or torres on the cover for once
and having managers on the sideline would be quite good, makes it seem more realistic and they could get angry with decisions

also, please, please allow reverse angle on cameras (i.e if you are a winger you can switch so the camera is on the other side of the pitch)

more than anything else I want multiplayer arena!

here are a few additions I Think are long overdue for the series.

- saving replays locally. Sometimes I would like to show my friends and family my best shots or something crazy that happened during a game, and don't want to have to have them huddle around me on my pc to do that. Also sometimes if i happen to lose my connection or the EA servers are down, I cant save a replay at all. I can't imagine all the people that don't have an internet connection and can never save a replay due to that. A replay saver similar to tiger woods would be great where you can save countless shots locally , and not just 5, as well as they can be longer than 30 seconds. Hell, while were at it, it would be nice to save entire games locally, but I would settle for just a replay saver equal to the tiger woods one.

- A more realistic Referee and linesmen. The ref and linesmen as they are right now aren't that bad, but there are a few improvements that could make the game alot better, such as, occasionally giving the forward some lean on offsides calls, and occasional yellow cards for people continually fouling with just the A button. right now, no matter how many times you foul someone with jostling with the A button, a yellow card is NEVER given. only when you slide tackle. Handballs wouldn't be A bad addition either provided they aren't happening every 30 seconds or abused by people online.

- more than 2 announcers. just like in real life, when you watch your favorite team each week or so, there are different commentators for each game. you could have it where one game is martin and andy, and the next game is clyde and the other guy (sorry forgot his name atm hehe). I think this would keep the commentary fresh and make a overall better presentation to the game.


These are a couple of suggestions I personally feel the game needs for fifa10, so please if there are anyone from the development team reading this, make it happen. especially the replay saver. Thanks for reading.

one thing I noticed is that the faces of certain players are poorly designed e.g. cristiano ronaldo, Wayne Rooney. A more nice and notdifficult trick system for the pc

24. make the league more realistic through the season in manger mode, you always end up getting man utd and liverpool finishing 10th or 12th and some one like fulham or wigan finishing 3rd or 2nd. SORT IT OUT.
25. also make results more realistic in manager mode, you always end up getting a team like chelsea losin to west brom 3-0 .
26. also make the transfers more realistic, everytime i go on it you always see chelsea selling petr cech, or arsenal selling fabregas, it just wouldn't happen. Also if you are a big club and you want to sell a player for say 20 million, have it so that big european clubs offer like ac milan, barcelona , liverpool etc. not teams like wolves or falkirk who clearly dont have the money.
27. before each game when you chose what strip you want to wear, be able to mix n match the shorts and socks e.g sometimes man utd will wear their red shirt with black shorts n socks, or they wear an all wehite away kit.

There should be the scottish first, second and third division so there is a relegation threat if you are managing a team from the spl. There should be more stadiums, there should be little mistakes by the ref to make the match more exciting and life like. A champions league tournament and europa league and the world cup.

........ if you are a lower league team and you draw a premiership side in the F.A cup, then the premier league team should put out a reserve side with some young players in.
7. have all carling cup matches at night, except for the final. Have all european games at night.
8. Have poper trophy presentations.
9. on fifa 09 if you are promoted to the premier league you qualify for the uefa cup, that should be taken off, it;'s not realistic.
10. Be able to select what weather you can play in before each game in manager mode.
11. during the transfer window in manager mode, be able to loan players even if they arn't on the loan list, e.g if you are a lower league club you can offer to loan some young players from arsenal or manu.
12. Add more realistic stadiums e.g. Santiago bernabeu, city of manchester stadium, white hart lane, hampden park, britannia stadium, estadio de luz, dragao.
13. Have more proper football chants, e.g. delilah for stoke city( voted loudest fans in premiership).
14. Have rory delaps long throw ins.
15. Bring back where your players get caled up for international duty, but dont do it while you have a league match to play,.
16. Be able to upgrade your stadium like on lma manager.
17.have it so that if your team is playing badly e.g if your 3-0 down with 10 mins to go, have a camera shot of fans leaving the statdium, have the commentaters respond to this.
18.show different players reactions when they are subbed e.g. some will clap to the crowd as they go off, some will walk off down the tunnell in a mood.
19. If you are doing well during manager mode with your team, then you get job offers during the season.
20. At the end of a season if you have done well with a team from a lower division e.g got port vale promoted to league 1, then you get job offers from other clubs in higherr divisions and from abroad.
21. Add more leagues, russian league, ukrainian league, argentina league.
22. Be able to edit your kit at the end of the season if you want.
23. Have more international teams with licensed kits, e.g wales, ivory coast, egypt.

you should be able to select the squad for the reserve team so you keep everyone in the whole squad fresh and sharp and put players who are cumin bk from injury in the reserve team

1. have handbal like on ps2.
2. if it is a local derby game e.g arsenal v spurs, or a big league game like man u v liverpool, then the crowd cheer louder.
3. If you a championship team and you get promoted to premiership, then you should be rewarded like 20 or 30 million so it is more realistic.
4. have the play-off final at wembley, for championship, league 1 and 2.

i think you should bring bk the indoor pitch (5 a side) to fifa 10, it was fantastic in fifa 98 world to the world cup it would be a great addition to the game, just for abit of fun between too mates :D

It will be great if physical criteria of all characters could be maintain in gaming live. Only wear customisation.
A more reactive gameplay in live , more leagues like ukrainian or russian league... it will be great.

some stadiums need more detail - like anfield. the crowds are miles away from the pitch on 09 and in real life the crowds right next to the pitch. i think it needs to be harder to break teams down. fifa 09 is that easy i have resorted back to fifa 08. the goals look better on fifa 08 too. defo get european matches on a night and a couple of league games a season on a night like games in hand. edit kit number on manager mode needs to come back.

i think there should be more emphasis on transfers, example if your striker is on form bigger teams coming in and trying to sign him. add more international teams example no serbia in fifa 09, vidic. also maybe different levels of manager mode, easy- start of with a good team and large money, moderate- mid table teams with a bit of money. Hard- lowly ranked team no money. be realistic about injuries and lenght of times of injury. player- manager interaction, favourite players, unhappy subs etc.

You put all the adidas boots that are out yet only one style of vapors, one style of nike touch (the ones Fabregas wears) and one style of T90, yet you usually include F50s in a range of different colours. All im saying is just add more nike boots and gear. Also missing is that in Edit Player, you should be able tonot only make a player wear long and short sleeves but long sleeve skins (like Rooney is wearing on the cover of FIFA 09) aswell as elbow length, like C.Ronaldo does in real life.

I think these are the five modifies that must be improved:

1) players must be similar to real. Most of all in body: shoulders larges or small, legs great or thin ecc. like in pes... so you can know baptista and vucinic from totti, del piero from zanetti, ecc...

2) More responsive press: increase speed to make full the bar of pass, cross... so it will be more difficult, but you don't have to wait 5 - 6 tens of second, only 2 for a long sweet pass (a lob).

3) Strokes: there's too much Bernoulli effect: strokes goes too high

4) Manager mode: transfers!! and we would like to see cups from the first season.

5) Editor: I want to create a team of me and my friends without save point in some characteristics...

Serie A (all teams licensed)
personal movemets for some best players, as Del Piero, C. Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Rooney, Amauri.

-Make own team (logo,kits) and pick up players without club to the own club, or make new ones.

- the Representation team and the reservers would be two different teams.

Hello. I think you really should put Finnish National League ( Veikkausliiga ) in Fifa10. I know it maybe sounds crazy but there are lot of football and Fifa game fans in Finland. If somebody from Fifa creation team is reading these messages. Im very thankful that i got this change to gave this idea to you. And thanks is you read this message.

These are a lot of ideas and improvements that I would like to see in the next FIFA and a lot of other people would too!

More creation modes (stadium, teams, boots etc.)
Make cup competitions such as Champions League at night
Have realistic weather with the seasons in MM
More boots and colours (I have never seen all red T90’s before?)
Improved celebrations. Make them so you can interact with your teammates; sprinting and sliding with all your teammates piling on top of you when you score a last minute winner.
Nut-meg players.
Players don’t run past the ball when it’s bouncing and then slow down and have to turn to gain possession. This is annoying in 1 on 1’s with the keeper as defenders get time to catch up.
International duty for players in MM.
5 a side games.
Maybe have multiplayer arena, so when you play with more than 1 player, they don’t sit there waiting for the game to load while player 1 gets to have fun in the arena (if that makes sense).
The ability to add a defender and walls in arena mode to practice tricks against actual defenders and not the goalkeeper who just dives on the ball and so you can practice getting the ball over the wall and into the goal.
Realistic home crowd cheering e.g. booing when they don’t like something (e.g. player getting a red card), whistling at the opposition, cheering when something good happens (e.g. player makes a good tackle).
Stadiums actually change when you upgrade them in MM.
Save replays to HDD.
Make it so players who play 1 game in a whole season and get a rating of 10 don’t get player of the season in MM. If my team dominates and wins the league I’m lucky to get 1 player in the team of the season!!
Players being able to take low shots along the ground so you aren’t constantly kicking at arm height for the keeper to save.
Change it so players don’t try and header the ball at goal from 15 yards when it’s a perfect volley opportunity.
My players seem to stumble 5 metres every time they get tackled which gets quite annoying and they fall over a lot for stupid reasons like going to tackle some one then running into the back of them and falling over.
Players don’t stop moving when they shoot and score like when they do a chip shot and just stop moving completely. It will make it look cooler as it flows into the celebration.
Sponsorships in BAP. Boots sponsors etc.
BAP player customisation so you can change there boots or hair style etc.
Hand ball rule.
Easier to score long range goals with skilful players, the keeper always seems to save them.
Players are more aggressive in derby matches and the crowd is as well.
Crowds chant and sing more. For example, YNWA at Anfield.
Fix up the advantage rule. I always seem to get advantage in the worst positions where a free kick would be more suitable.
Able to curl and swerve the ball more with open play shots.
Goalkeeper can fumble ball when catching it from a corner kick.
Teams such as Toronto FC buy players like Fabregas and Messi, this is highly unrealistic on many levels.
Improve offsides, assistant referees can make a mistake and call it onside when it is tight.
Strikers don’t stand in offside positions. This annoys me if they get to a pass which wasn’t intended for them and it’s called offside.
Teammates try to dodge your shots instead of running in front it and standing there as if nothing happened.
More substitution animations.
A lot of people seem to want the Russian league, Greek league and Argentinean league and I wouldn’t mind it either.

I’m sure there are more ideas locked away in my head that I can’t currently think of but PLEASE consider adding these things into FIFA 10.

i think that fifa 09 is tops but you need to sort out...
1) One MAJOR ISSUE! It always happens to me and can sometimes ruin my chances of scoring a goal. I do not know why but occasionally when I play a through ball, the player running onto it starts sprinting but then when they get 10 or so yards near it they just start side-stepping! This is seriously annoying and one issue EA should resolve.

2) There should me more stadiums, I mean Real Madrid are a big club but they do not play at the "El Bombastico".

3) Russian League

4) Why make Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi, and other players on manager mode ridiculously hard to buy after just one season on manager mode.

5) World cup tournament

6) I have the PSP version of FIFA 08 and the manager mode is so much more involved than FIFA 09 on the PS3. You can choose what your manager looks like, have to make squad changed due to international break, transfers (you can ask for more money, where as on the PS3 you only have the choice of accepting and rejecting).

7) More international teams

8) Make top scorers more realistic... I am playing with Valencia in La Liga, and there have only been 4 games played, and "Negredo" who-ever that is has, scored 20 goals! That is 5 a game!

9) Sevilla for some reason are really hard to beat on world class, aswell as manchester united, real madrid and barcelona. It's not just about them being good, but whenever i play it seems like the computer is against me as in another game i would score from 8 yards out, but whenever i play these teams and i have been for 4 seasons now, DAVID VILLA hits the post! Thats not realistic...

10) Manager animation would be awesome, to see fergie, benitiez, and all the other managers have side line rants

I really agree with 6195 Adam, black football nets more player emotions for big games small things like that really make it more realistic I think the game play is ok and doesnt need amending.

Different football nets. Also different coloured netting eg Black alot of teams have changed there netting to black. different pitch types. To be also able to change players appearence eg: hair style. more premiership football stadiums. Being able to have a choice of playing in sun snow rain and cloudy and day or night. More police for big derby games like manchester derby. and more player emotions for big games. there just my thoughts I think the general game play was ok on 09 much improved.

let the players take off their shirts if they score a crucial goal

the graphics must be more appropriate especially star players and it should be more hard to play u should also develop auto skills for beginers and develop the training part there should be training play for dribbling and skill of kicking

also, the player's ability to stay onside needs addressing, as players are caught offside all too often.

and there are also many strikers and midfielders in the game which can grow their OVR to more than 95++ like Pato, Vela, Rooney etc... but the center back with the highest OVR is micah richards, but its only at 93... so i suggest more center backs with higher OVR, or at least they can grow to that OVR lvl
