drogba should no score 30 goals in 19 matches and and the top 4 teams in the league should not finish 10th
heres some things id like to see.
1.I hate in 09 when you see d players walking onto the pitch before the game, they're all the proper height for example Peter Crouch is taller than the rest of the Portsmouth squad, but then if he scores and u watch him celebrate and a another obviusly smaller player is celebrating with him thery're somehow d same size, it just annoys me. they should change that, also the bild of individual players should be better relative to they're own size.
2.would like to see like in Euro 2008(i know its UEFA) game it would cut to the managers after a goal or whatever etc. . . . . . . and also would like to see the subs bench and subs warming up.
3. different commentators for different leagues and european games and cup games etc. . .
4.you should be able to change the color of the teams socks and shorts(i know thats a bit OCD)
5.younger players should look realistic and be able to have an impact on the squad over the season.
6.Man U players(cos im a man u supporter) should come onto the pitch from the West stand side, cos thats where they enter from instead of from the middle of the ground in the game which is stupid, and the same should apply for all other clubs relative to where they enter from especially the bigger clubs cos we see them on TV week in week out.
7.real Referees instead of "Darren Hedges" and whoever else.

Better goal keepers. More effective dribbling and tricks, most of the dribbling techniques dont even fool defenders. Ability to keep free kicks low along the ground to go under the wall. More alternative uniforms (socks and shorts). More effictive heading, its like impossible to get accurate driven headers from outside 8 yards. Handballs.
Also. Possibly wishful thinking, but the amazing cristiano ronaldo knuckle ball free kick...
And create your own club with its own pronunciation capabilities. Take it to the next level. Graphics are great.. More statistics in managing

better free kicks i preferd the fifa 05 style
- Rework the freekick system - very hard to score with (I can win 10-nil having unlocked the harder mode on PC version easily, but i can barely get a free kick in)
- Freekick (goalkeeper) - allow the goalkeeper to tell the wall to move, move the goalkeeper for the shot, etc (just like in real life).
-Created Team Kits and Logos - kits should have licensed maker designs (designs used by Adidas, Nike, Reebok, etc) that you can select under the kit makers name to make it more like an actual kit, also there should be better colour and pattern design options (less primative...) - Logo design should have a lot more options, that draw similarities to current crest shapes and the design of the interior.
- Stamina - more realistic. a player should be able to make a big run... be out of breath and after taking a moment to have a breather considerably recover to be able to make another run, instead of an almost steadily decreasing stamina bar...
- More major leagues included - more team and competition licenses required for realism
- Players in smaller leagues - eg. czech or danish leagues - players with stand out stats who might be cherry picked for larger teams (barce or man u) just like it is in real life, rather than all the players in the leagues having similarly average or low stats... which isnt the case.
- World Cup\National team mode - selecting national squad (screen showing all players available for selection etc - this also means more national team licenses
- Champions League and Uefa cup entrants far more accurate - lower teams qualifying for champions league is extremely unrealistic and rarely if ever occurs in real life (this also takes away from a feeling of achievement by just beating lowly teams, rather than the actual best
- Ability to view progress of other leagues and team standings
- More freedom to arrange friendlies
- AFC Champions League - Must be included + K-League, J-League, A-league etc (and without ridiculously low stats as these teams are capable of upsets against top european sides...)
- Allow diving to win penalties and free kicks (a diving button - may result in yellow if obvious)
- Yellow cards as a result of the player doing a number of fouls (continued fouling yellow)
- Less straight reds (doesn't happen very often)
- Add reserve and youth team to pick players from to join main side (for manager mode)
- Stadium editor/designer - for created teams and increasing capacity of existing teams who have high attendance from good fixture results
- Stats of best players in a team should be more evident (eg. Torres and Gerrard are a lot better and consistant than some of the other players so their stats should be considerably higher to show a significant difference when these players have the ball)
- Slower play - the gameplay is very "end to end" which teams cannot maintain for an entire game... sometimes there is just passing around in defence or midfield until players open up... this should be more apparant (winning will seem more rewarding with this style of play due to ridiculous amounts of goals being scored being harder to come by - games against top teams will be very tight)
- Team plays - If possible... there should be things that you can do such as maybe a player hitting the ball of his chest at the front of the penalty box and then a player right next to him can shoot it at goal before it hits the ground... etc. Or even just laying off the ball for another player to run in and take a shot in a style that would seem as though it was practiced rather than just finding a small way through to which the game might excute something along-the-lines-of = More realistic team tactics.

certain players of his(our) choice would be asked to join and there the questions are
asked and answered
7. Boot creation with the correct brand eg nike
8. Training session with the manager getting involved and being able to either customize the training or go with the default and also see injuries during the training session but this should be and option just like a match with visual sim quick sim or play match
9. Team mascots and the kids holdin the players hands as they give each other gifts

2. there should be two kinds of manager mode e.g one like there is the know, and one were you get a starting fund to buy players for a brand new team what you make the strips and that for.
3, i would also like to see yur created player to stay at the same overall you have him at in manager mode, so you can play "kick-off" matchs with him just as good
1.Arena: make it to where you can change the weather on the arena, and you should be able to pick the stadium for arena.
2. Climate Reaction: on manager mode and tournamate mode the climate changes during the season and
the players react to it like in winter they wear gloves and long sleeves, and in the summer they wear short
sleeves, but not everybody because that wouldn't look realistic
3.Dive Button: I think there should be a dive button, but you can only use it when there is a chance for a
direct freekick or a penalty, and if you don't time it right than you get a yellow card.
4.Celebration: I think when you do a celebration, you shouldn't show the little video part when they do a
completely different celebration.
5.Freekicks: do remember on 08 when you press rb and shoot it you could curve it a little bit, like what
Cristiano Ronaldo does, make it to where you can do that. Also, make it to where you can move the wall,

could pick any and be whoever is avalable, and you could change who you are every game

something I miss from fifa 08 is that we could change the formation and/or lineup before the game without changing our whole set up...
more manager mode options (put in more manager mode scenarios like charity events and such)
in ultimate team it is too difficult to see the numbers ( too many colors) having the cards makes it confusing
possibly change ultimate team to be more like manager mode where there are salary and other things. also let you team be able to join leagues.

Last i think it would be nice to have a practice/training option where you actually have 2 whole teams playing. There you could practice set pieces and other things that you can't do in the arena and want to get better at before you play a game.

Seen as nearly everyone has said hte same thing i am going to talk abuot Be a pro,
1. Be a pro should be longer than 4 years
2.In Be a pro it should be more realistic like being subbed off well not playing well and not always starting matchs
3. In be a pro, could recieve instructions from manager eg: If your playing CDM, you have to man mark a player
4. In all game play, the other players should me make intelligent runs
5. Hand ball situations is a MUST!!!... but it should be fair eg: depending on what part of the arm it hits
6. Realistic player growth
7. Arguments with players when a terrible tackle has been made
8. When scoring an equaliser or a late winner against a rival team or in a cup final there should be a team celebration eg: everyone jumping on the goal scorer
9. When the ball goes out for a throw-in the players should not have moved a great deal between the ball going out and when the throw on is being taken
10. Certain players ( Mainly skillful ones) should have different ways of touching the ball down
Injuries should last Longer e.g 2-3 months and the players overall should lower 1 or 2 overall points.
A new attribute should be added called temperment where e.g Wayne Rooney would have a bad temperment and would complain or retaliate when he is fouled or fouls a player making him get booked. As Rooney plays more consecutive games without recieving a yellow card, his temperment get better. You should decide whether to enable this feature on game settings.
World Cup's & Euro's should be involed in manager mode.
You should be able to manage a International Country as well as a club on manager mode.
Official trophies names, Like UEFA Champions League, Carling Cup UEFA Cup, unlike ECC & EFA.
More Stadiums With official names.
You Should be able to see your team lift the trophies you win with a quick showing of the team recieve the medals.
Better player facial expressions.
Ensure that All European and Carling cup games are played at night as are FA Cup replays.
Include FA Cup replays
Vary weather in all leagues e.g rain, snow, sun, overcast, night, day like in the kick off game mode.
unsure that majority of English, Dutch and Italian league Games are played during the day and all other leagues play the majority of their games at night.
Add at Least 5 official national referee's for top leagues e.g England would have Mike Riley and Howard Webb etc...
Throw ins should be an attribute e.g Rory Delap would be 90 at throw ins.
Enable us to edit kit numbers for players normally & on manager mode like previous FIFA's.
When a player is injured on the floor the opposing team should kick it out, however you get the choice to.
When a player gets injured on the pitch, they should either hobble off or you should get to see the medical team come on and strecher him off.
Add more celebrations.
Players should get injured more frequently like in training.
Your Coaches should give you a very brief monthly report of who's been the best three players in training and who has been the worst.
More life case scenarios such as two players aren't getting along or a player returns late from holidays in which you get the option to deducte him a week's wages which may raise/lower his morale or his teams depending on the teams reactions.
No team should play two gmes on the same day.
Make the fans more realistic by adding more songs, better graphics, friendly taunts like cheering every time your team makes a consecutive pass, lowering the opposing team performance & making fans more regionalised e.g Fans in south america would have flares, Europeans would have scarfs & Africans would have instruments. All instruments should be heard.
In be a pro you should be able start games on the bench, by cars
& houses etc giving an certain impression to the fans & media, get a girlfriend, Change boots & hairstyle, have a longer period of teams, cup games, world cup and Euro games, make best friends within a team, train (can be simmed) & have offers made to you by other teams during seasons. Also on Be a Pro, there should be a new game mode where you come off the bench and do a warm up. While you warm up, there should be a sort of mini game where you have to tap the buttons required in rhythmical kind of way. This should last for about a minute. This should determine how much energy you get as you enter to game as a pro. if you do well you get an energy boost, if you you do badly, your energy will be lowered.
In any game, when you should be able to send a player to warm up or come on straight away. Whether he warms up or doesn't should determine his possibilities of getting an injury or/& energy levels. This should be a setting that could be enabled and disabled. You should be able to see players warm up in every single match type.
While playing, you should be able to see players how have just come off in the team shirt and the rest of the substitues in the team tracksuits as well as the assistant manager and the manger from the original team Similar to UEFA Euro 2008. You should also be able to create your own manager (appearance, clothing) on manager mode. Since this could be done, a few extra default celebrations coming from the bench would be great.
Updates
You should be able to import the new overall from adidas live season into your manager mode save for every player but your teams. You should also be able to get a boot update every 3 months or so which enables us to edit players using more new football boots as well as the current football boots.
Before kick off, the commentator should say his predictions and say which player he thinks will be the biggest threat today or who should we look out for e.g the Russian Andrei Arshavin is on top form so expect him to be on the score sheet today.
You should be able to create your own stadium and name it for say £50 million.
You should add a new game mode to manager mode where you start a team from scratch (but you can choose what league you want to join) and at the very start, you get a budget of £80 million to buy at least 18 players as well as creating your own stadium, stadium name & kits (you can use other official kits as a template).
Add more realistic looking player faces as well as current.
Add Russian, Ukrainian, Japanese, Romainian & Argentinian Leagues PLEEAASSE

And Finally, you should have a little coin toss at the start of the game (which could be disabled at settings) where you could choose heads or tails & see players shake hands & joke around a little with known players e.g Beckham and Owen having sharing a funny joke.
I know what you're thinking FIFA. It's too mush but I've should a bundle of huge FIFA and Pro Evolution Soccer & They've told me that buying this game would be an absolute must from the moment it comes out. I think that if you add half of theses ideas at least especially the basic ideas that FIFA 10 will be the best game. Please read this carefully and use some ideas. from the biggest Fifa Fan since fifa 96 aged 4 now aged 17.

An option to play the game without having to watch cut-scenes when the ball is dead. A free flowing football game like the old International Superstar Soccer series.
