Players should aslo feel more individual as although I am a Man city fan and hate him, I must sya C ronaldo is the best player in the world, yet on FIFA 08, he's rubbish to play as as tricks are too unpredictable and even when you play against him on legendary, he hardly does any skill which is far from what happens in real life.

Fifa 08 is an awesome game graphics second to none love all the kits and replica boots etc you dont get on evo, the only problem i have is the goal keeper, i have played alot of games online and also in the harder modes vs cpu, the goalkeeper will come out for the ball against the attacker and back off!!!! why does he back off?? also when shooting, most of the time when you score a screamer of a goal it's because the keeper is two seconds behind the play which is very unrealstic, the ball is in the net then the keeper starts running back then dives, i played my firend last night and scored with paul scholes from just after the half way line against liverpool, reina ran back after the ball went int he net then dove to the ground.

sort that and fifa will be king for years to come!!

Have different weather conditions such as rain and snow which would therefore effect the way the ball moves on the surface, such as surface water slowing it down. Finals of the league and FA cup should also be played at wembley as in fifa 08 the final is held at the home teams stadium in manager mode. The ability to change boot colour as well because in fifa 08, the mercurial vapors are only 1 colour.
There should also be more national teams and more licenced foorballs, such as the champions league and FA cup. A wider range of goal celebrations should also be included.
PS3 FIFA 09 IDEAS
1)Play the english cup finals at Wembley. (ps3)
2)Have more grounds from lower leagues like Hillsborough.
3)have more weather conditions like snow, rain etc.
4)More premier league grounds like white hart lane, villa park, city of manchaster stadium.
5Have more control over goalkeepers especially on be a pro.
6)have a season controlling one player in be a pro season, and you have to face real situations where you desicions influence if you get played or not.
7)Make more grounds available on the ps3 online store.
8)In manager mode i would love it if you get approached by INTERNATIONAL teams and other club teams instead of choosing at the end of the season. It would make it much more realsitic.
9)more game modes online. e.g fustsal and 5-aside
10)take control of training and you can see what your players are doing.
11) not as many teams should be 5 star, there is always room for improvment. For example england are 5 star unfortunately this is simply not true and they are overated.
12) in local derbies have a faster tempo with more tackles flying in.
13) have handballs and diving to make it even more realistic.
14) manage teams playing in international tournaments like world cup, european championships and african cup of nations for example.
15) have managers that look like the ones in real life like on euro 2008 game
16) make less teams available at the start of manager mode instead haveing the option of choosing teams like man u, barca, real madrid, inter etc
put sub warm up and coaches during gameplay
I think Fifa 09 should have:

1. More relistic Champions League, UEFA cup, Fa cup, League cup etc
2. More African teams (also an African cup of nations)
3. To see the manager of your team e.g. Alex Ferguson, Avram Grant etc
4. For players to play longer on manager mode like, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, David James.
5.A choice of comentators (and also better comentating)
6. More stadiums
7. More real youngsters
8. When you do well on manager mode for a few seasons you can be given a international job like England, Argentina etc
9. Better ways to take freekicks and easier ways to do better skills.
10. And to see the ref and his officials.

put the correct kits for Kaizer Chiefs Orlando pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns.
put the kit selector which allows us to mix away kits with home kits. like fo chelsea home jerseys with away shorts............. or vice versa.
since the very historical 2010 worldcup is coming to africa it is about time we see more african national teams and clubs in fifa 09. put al ahgli the best club in africa. put the south african premier soccer league all the teams. so that the world can start knowing about us before the fifa confed cup next year. put commentaries for all players representing their teams. we oonly hear Drogba, McCarthy, Eto, Essien. what about the others? what about Mohammed Abutrika? What about Teko Modise? think about it MR Honourable FIFA 09................... wouldn't it be nice for us Africans?
Might be obvious but little details like referees on pitch and linesmen, hand ball would be a good addition. More types of weather change to give matches a different feel everytime you play.
developing home grown players is the best!!!
I would really like to see youth development programmes or anything in career mode. we can develop players and also add affiliate clubs as well. This would be awesome!! I'm a big fan of youth deveopment, instead of just buying players and my team lose money
am i the only 1 thats noticed the ref gives away a freekick weneva u tackle even when u win the ball its pathetic, stadiums is also an issue altho it doesnt affect gameplay it would feel more realistic. U shud also b able 2 change the way a play takes a freekick, corner or penalty, u dnt see ronaldo sidefoot a freekick do u. Keepers r crap at freekicks as well they react wen the ball is in the net!
As an answer to Dale you can make you own team on PS3 XBOX 360 and PS2!

- Instead of adding more leagues (as some people want Egyptian League etc), maybe work on creating more national teams to cater for nations that leagues are not included in the game
- Include a few more stadiums. For example, Sunderland's Stadium Of Light and similiar grounds should be included. Maybe all 5 and 4 star FIFA rated stadiums should be included?
- More fan interaction, fans wearing club shirts, flares in Italy etc.
- Include a larger play database, for example, if say the Croation League isn't included in FIFA 09, then still have the Croation League players on a database so managers can still purchase these players.
- Improve the ball physics. The ball feels as though it is stuck to your feet. Improve this for a more realistic feel.
- As others have mentioned, mini games such as futsal. It could possibly be an expensive unlockable?
- Design your own stadiums. Would be a huge hit among FIFA fans. Possibility of VIP boxes, terraces, number of levels etc

maybe showing famous celebrities at the games if possible


making the stronger teams like man utd liverpolol arsenal chelsea barcelona pretty much dominate the league and if u are someone like say sunderland you have to play the harder matches and try win instead of quick sim or visual sim

mor famous teams from other lagues so that we can buy them from the smaller teams for example put dinamo zagreb in so that maybe someone could buy luka modric or mandzukic or other teams

when creating teams that the teams logos would appear if u pause the game


umm in manager mode let there be better opportunities to buy players and in fifa 08 there is this buls*** thing where wen trying to buy players it says not enogh players but when i go check they have 25 players or something that should be fixed.
To People that are saying " i want this league and that" it cant happen unless that country has a huge fanbase. The teams may be better than some out there. But unless you have a hugue fanbase it wont happen
What ive wated to see since Fifa 06 was create your own team! and make it so you cant have all your players the top in the world! this will be geart for live! and a chance to make manager mode a little more exciting as you can pretend to be your own local footbal team competeing in the big legues!

Make Manager mode longer. 15 years is way to short. Most people like to play the manager mode as a manager not a player so they sim through it! and it goes so fast.

In Manager mode add in friendlies for pre-season and also make it so you can manager an International team! And add Asian Champions League to the manager mode. its the asian version of the UEFA

You should be able to create your own team and race them from the streets until they go pro. It would be great if yaw cuold make that happen!!!
oh and for spanish commentators u should get pablo ramirez and jesus bracamontes from the univision network
i think fifa 08 is the best football game ive played! i've been playing football games since fifa 95
and pes1 i love football always will but ill never get to play in the big games life got in the way! and
living in australia didnt help! any way i like the idea of just controlling one player in the match. you could
let the player make them self's.
Then the player start's in a small team, as a young them and has to work their way up the ladder to bigger
club's and better boots and kits football nuts love that stuff

also in fifa 08 there are few errors ..like when u shoot towards goal ....and even if doesnot touch the goalkeeper then also the commentator say ' a very good save by the keeper'....(commentary mistake) should be rectified......and also creation of own stadium like features should be there....
on penalties i think there should be a nerve bar or somthing with timing or vibration

Also, make the crowd more realistic. Im not saying have every fan do something different but have them more realistic, not just a repeting image. Also make the stadiums more full when the game is a rival game and when its not have the stadium less full, more real life.

I think that they should add more tournaments in the manager mode in the American continent leagues. Like for example, the Copa Libertadores and the Copa Sudamericana. Thouse two leagues are like the Champions league but in the Americas. They should also have the players that go to there countries team when they play friendly games and world cup games. Also to be able to choose players from the youth squads and bring them up to the big leagues. And to not have the big teams like Man.U and Real Madrid to have 5 stars, I say to start them of at 3 stars or something and when you choose them in manager mode to be able to let you bring them up to a 5 star team.

fifa shud definently shud show the real coaches for the team during game play.
I think that they should have more international teams in the game like El Salvador and i think that they should have american stadiums in the game
I think that they should have the league from argentina and also they should have Madrid's stadium because its not in the fifa08 I also think that they should allow you to be able to change your kit in manager mode each season

more realistick manager mode with alot more otions and real interviews were u get to do the talkinand u have like 4 options as a response to each question you must choose 1 0f 4 training all kits for each team and boots without unlockables
more realistic goal keepers and to be able to change kits at the end of each season in manager mode and also be a pro season mode
more real premiership stadiums like white heart lane, city of manchester stadium, goodison park etc the finals of the tournaments like the fa cup semi and finals to be played at the proper stadium (wembley) and other tournaments like the champions league to be played at the real final ground for that season and uefa cup aswell etc
In the Australian league, there shouldn’t be matches on Tuesdays, because they only play on the weekends, and doing this will make it better because the player’s stamina will last maybe for another match. And also youth teams should be in the game!!
Might sound a bit stupid, but a bit like on Fifa 08 ''Be A Pro'', but, You can have a first person view of a player of your choice and can play like you would actually have the ball, so you cannot actually see yourself like in real life.....
