In manager mode you should be able to take international jobs when offered

1.New leagues (Russian, Argentinian.....)
2.In Czech Gambrinus league and Ireland is no chance to play champions league, uefa cup. You should fix it.
3.Sponsors.....more of them for each club...for example i can choose direct west air and next one
4.In the real football if the get into a Champions league he become very rich. FIFA overlooks this fact.
5.Transfer market looks same in every FIFA. Make something new.....
6.Inteligence of my players is terrible. It looks that i´m playing with 11 retarded men.
7.Player stops when he lose the ball. Why?
8.More real stadiums and more real players appearances.

O yeah consider changing the score boards for each league seperately. It would be really cool if you can feel for example that your playing the spanish league and not seeming that every league looks the same. differentiate the leagues using sponsors , video effects, and different scoreboards for at least the top 5 leagues in the world.

i believe fifas greatest weaknesses occur within the gameplay,graphics,commentary, and repetition of goals.
This isnt just from my point of view many people tell me the same. I hate when my own players get in my way when i want to shoot or pass. Their level of athletic intelligence should be much greater. You need to incorporate a vast number of goal celebrations because when you continue observing the same goals it becomes dull and pointless to even celebrate. You should show the fans in the stands especially when theres a goal.Try to make the game fans feel part of the game as if their actually playing and when making or conceding a goal they should feel it.If playing good with goood results the crowd should get behind and i mean really behind you with loud chanting and screaming. On the contrary if you screw up they should booo you and wave white hankerchiefs.
2009 has to be much different because i honestly felt like 2008 and 2007 are very similar and are differentiated sparsely. 2009 should have many more features .
I think it would be really cool if you you can record your own match and then watch it with cameras changing as if your watching a real soccer match. their should be TOP GOALS of the season or something like that. The graphics need to improve.09 should have more weather options. like soft or hard rain to the extent where theirs puddles in the field and it can stop the ball or be more difficult to deal with as if its really raining and it effects the game play. Snow as well should be treated the same.
Most significantly what you should focus on is the game play and the players AI system. because there are so many mistakes. example , sometimes when you pass the ball to your team mate he runs before the ball reaches him causing an interception from the opponent or the offside when your player goes offside so many times you dont want to attack anymore its as if the players are ignorant or do these mistakes deliberately.Plus the players reactions to everything should show when they miss a huge opportuninity to make a goal or conceding one The goals are mostly the same.\Unlike Winning Eleven ( with all due respect) where almost each goal is different than the other. there should defenently be more stadiums. FIFAs stadiums are limited they need to increase . the commentary isnt very well. Its very limited its like your playing the same game over and over again. the commentary needs to consider much more information precisely about certain players , the coach, the team, and about history. therefore , that pretty much sums it up i believe if these areas are well enhanced you may be formulating the greates fifa game yet.

Game modes.....manager mode-have a youth league being coached by your chosen assistant(all players under 18) and promote some - player growth should only be determined by xp,not over a season,xp can also be given according to the player's match rating like 7.0 = 10 xp - have 3 scouts for the 3 different positions(def,mid,att) and have them only scout players for your youth academy/league.get teams who have loaned players be obliged to play them,......BE-A-PRO--- this should be more in detail and the player should start at an ovr of 40 at age of 15 or something in a club's youth academy or league and grow as specified above.this mode should have all the manager mode leagues,tournaments and transfers.the players must get invited for trials by teams interested in him,and evaluate him,player must get bought or loaned by interested teams,player has an option of not agreeing to terms with interested club.the teams must get relegated or promoted too...the scouts should have a report for a player,match ratings for the past 5 matches and the player's ovr.

Fifa 08 is a great great game, but with few things it will become the best. Here they are:
- - Gameplay:
- The players must be little more quick at the joystick response, game speed is already OK!!!
- Dribbling must be a little bit more efficient.
- Goalkeeper makes miracles on shots from the distance, but they must be improve on the short range shots and on the high shots.

-- Graphics:
- We would like to see platers similar to the reality: I talk about the faces, but also the body. We want to see not three type of body, but a body construct by values about "legs length, shoulders dimension", etc. Copy from PES. Just so we can know players when playing.

-- Game Mode:
- Training, traing, training: free kicks, corners, shots, etc.

With these modification, I'm sure Fifa 09 will become the best game in the world.

-better be a pro like u start of in a youth or reserve team in the lower leagues than train and work your skills up 2 then be scouted by bigger clubs n hav 2 pick where u want to play etc. and hav contracts that u hav 2 agree with like a 3 year deal at a club etc.

Referees!!!! Where are the refs in the games? The referees should be real people and be just like them in the real life. Also, a range of commentators should be introduced throughout the game.
For the weather, therer needs to be snow, and other forecasts.
Like I said yesterday, we should be able to see the managers, ( Sir Alex Furguson, Avram Grant, Rafael Benitez, and Martin O'Neil must have his Fanny-Pack during the games). When you see the manager in the 'dug-out' you should be able to see the substitutes sitting down or warming up with their bibs on!

i was playing UEFA EURO 08, damn better then fifa 08! easy controls same as fifa 08 but better, when you really tap the X or O player reacts fast and keeper to, it is not takeing long time when you push O in fifa it does... so next fifa 09 please more better controls that players really reacts fast when you tap the button. and bring back Rain like in UEFA Euro 2008, and when a player makes the slide tackle its is really good feeling in UEFA 08, rain makes player glide long and longer because rain.. and when you whant to do some dribbling make it easyier plz, the buttons in pro mode is not the same as normal camera view, it is the same but more ... in normal camera view then the pro mode camera.. so fix that.. Bring back training mode, this time better training mode, example: freekick training = you self can put the wall but like in real life the fake made of paper or wood, fake wall then the player can practice shooting over or bend or curl... better freekicks this time plz really smooth it should be, better curl and bend on the ball when you do freekicks.. not some s***i curl it sholud be A REAL ONE that it looks amazing when you shoot and watch..! and bring back referee and linesmen.! and as wish from me: Croatians divison 1 and 2 =)

Whilst the lounge system has come along way since Fifa 07, a few humerous cheats would add to the fun of playing against your mates. Here is some that I think could be added:
- Two left feet. Basically your player's attributes for their strongest foot get set back to 1.
- Brick Wall. Make a quarter or half of the goal covered by a brick wall.
- No offsides. No offsides for the team who gets this cheat.
- No outs. This was in fifa 96 I think and the ball could never go out!
- Extra man. Basically the reverse of man down!

Make Taking free kicks easer like in fifa 04 and 05 taking free kicks was fun and the Ref's less Bioest and make the commentators more barble and during rival matches for example the Old Firm Celtic v.s. Rangers you could have a brawl or two

you could have mascots at the start of the games have supporters sing team songs and make the stadiums look realistic as well as the fans because when ever you score and it shows a shot of the stadium it looks like carbored and the fans are just a bord and maby you make you own formation could be pretty cool

put in more clubs!! like south american clubs ie colombian ecuadorian Argentinean dont keep it all the same. also in be a pro being a gk would be awesome. seeing the refs would be good. crowd going crazy when a goal is scored. goal celebrations. and if using national teams. their national anthem

and i think that when there is a game and you are going to shoot there should be the little blue spot on the meter that tells you exactly wen to stop i tink it will help alot in this fifa 09

i think you should put a referee on the pitch but make him like a ghost, so the ball does not hit him and damege a play, make a kit selection like this, first choose the shirt, then the shorts, the socks, so you can mix em up and we dont need to use the same old kits, create a team option with nice kit selection, the goal needs to be more flexible, referees more consistant on plays, on fifa 08 theyre a*******s, improve game speed, fifa 08 is just to slow, that all that is needed to make a good fifa 09 game appreciate your help, thanks

i think it would be cool to be able to coach a national team during carrer mode.

Likeing RIxx list, i hope u wd add this as 51: During january have a update that puts all trasfered/loned/retired in the right places. Change the abilitys of players if they have improved. Ie. Fabregs or torres or yabuku improving alot from their previse season as well.

if think they need to work on the players body. In fifa 08 the players have fat bodies and a small head. It looks really awkvard. I think they should add champions league to manager mode.

fifa 08 was the best fifa ive played and the graphics were awsome howevr the through ball could be better other than that the game play was spot on in my opinion
the atmosphere of games could be alot better with more crowd chanting especially when you score a late winner or against a rival a bigger choice of stadiums would also be great. season modes are good but there should be a choice of weather select and wat ball you would like to choose. it would also be good if fifa could you a pes feature by having short and sock changes. third kits should not be a an unlockable they should be there from the start and more celebrations. fifa should use cut scenes like the ones in euro 2008 games they work well and give a more realistic football experience.

when i am playing it , if i cross the ball in and then volley the ball, it just goes real powerful in or over. what if when the player connects with the ball the play stops and like a slow motion cinematic mode kinda circles the player then watch the ball go in or wide

MY 3 IDEAS FOR FIFA 09
I thought 08 was brilliant, I'm still playing it infact, however, I think 09 should just be the same only with some things changed and added. Not to be critical or anything as I loved 08, its just that it couldve been better. The main thing in particular that I have to point out, are the commentators.

COMMENTATORS FOR 09
Martin tyler didnt really capture the FIFA experience that I've known all these years, it was superb with the new ball dynamics that the game didnt have for ages and finally it got it and what FIFA games needed, 08 had and what FIFA games have always had, is now needed. The game really slaughtered PES2008. But the commentators really pulled it down. I'm not going to suggest commentators that fifa09 should have, but I think Clive Tyldesley was one of the best commentators FIFA have ever had in their games, he really made you want to score cause you wanted to hear GOAL!!! being screamed in the commentry box in his tone of voice and accent as it really captured the experience but with him doing the EURO game it may be hard to get him to commentate for the game straight after it (FIFA 09), john motson though had to be one of the best as he made the game realistic as your so use to hearing his voice in a real match, and I think he would be brill for 09 along with the brilliant thing that FIFA can do now where the commentator reads out the name of the goal scorer. it would be excellent but Clive Tyldesley really was great, motson is the best but he may not want to do it again, either one of the two would be great. another commentator FIFA haven't used is jonothan pearce, he's pretty good and would be great for a FIFA game, I'd say if Tyldesley and motson can't do it, then he's the guy to go for.

THE FREE KICK SYSTEM
the other little things I think FIFA 09 needs is a training mode, on 08, I really wanted to practice free kicks, corners and crosses, but I couldnt do them, I know theres the arena mode but you can't practice those things listed above, at all or properly, the hardest thing I found with 08 was free kicks, I just couldnt score them, I've scored around 10 or 12 in total and thats it out of about 50 and whenever I scored, they had to be spot on and they were usually lucky shots, I had to bounce it in off the bars or I had to make it just out of the keepers reach (which is incredibly difficult) where as on other FIFA games like 07, it was more realistic in the term that you could shoot over the wall. on 08 I couldn't, not even with ronaldo or ronaldinho, some of the best free kick takers in the world, I think some sort of mode should be added so that free kicks are actual possibilties to scoring goals. and some sort of technique on a turtorial that gives you the basics on how to clear the wall and its up to the player if they can master it, but not so that they score it everytime, so that its a 50/50 chance as with 08 it was like a 2/10 chance that you were going to score a free kick.

CINEMATIC SEQUENCES
The one last thing I would like to be BACK in 09 would be the cinematic sequences, in 07, it had the real effect. but in 08 there were these aquad blank pauses between each cinematic clip like when a player goes off the pitch for a substitute. FIFA EURO 2008 seems to have the original things back in place, the commentators, the camera cinematics and the commentators, and it has more, like you can see the managers on the side of the pitch trying to encourage the team, and the cameras looked like they were filming from the side of the pitch where as 08 unrealisticly homed in on the players like it was directly above the players which never happens in football matches. where as on 07 (the ps2 version), it zoomed in on thierry henry or whoever when he complained about being offside or missing a shot. I hope the cinematic sequences in euro 2008 are kept in 09 or even better cinematic effects, like try watching a real match or two and study it as 07 you could really tell the EAsports and the other creators of the game, really did their homework and it would be great to see it again in a game with everything a football game needs, I am not saying that the creators do not do enough work, Its only recently that I've found out how much needs to be done for a game especially like FIFA, but its just these are parts of the game that have already been in FIFA games are need to be in the upcoming ones as its what made the past FIFA's great, its just the things missing were the ball dynamics which couldn't be done on past generation consoles but now they can and I wouldve thought that when the ball physics had been mastered, I would have thought that all the important bits would have been included.

CONCLUSION
If all these things could be included in the game then it would be the best FIFA game ever in the history of FIFA games. Please take all these into account as some of these things people have put on this ideas list are pretty over the top, like stadium creator, maybe for the pc but I can't see consoles doing it, its an idea but I could not see a console being powerful enough for it. I'm sure it would just be perfect with these things added with a few other things that may be included by the creators of the game. but this would be perfect. This is what I would love a FIFA game to have as Its so realistic in terms of its gameplay, this would be amazing if it could be done. (if youve read it) thank you so much and please do these things, it would be fantastic, particulary the commentry problem as thats what pulled 08 down the most. but 09 I'm sure will be fantastic as you've probably already took these things into account anyway, so thank you for reading and make FIFA 09 fantastic!!!!!!! I have recently tried the Euro 2008 Demo from PS3 Online shop. I think the power of the pass is a fantastic idea be it a through ball or pass to the players feet. This should be included in the new Fifa as it is more realistic when real players do bad passes and they get intercepted.

MORE TRICKS,HAVE THE SKILFUL PEOPLE USING ROUGHLY AROUND 15 TRICKS IN THEIR ARSENAL.

also i agree with chris and the brawls...if it is a rival game or an important game when tensions are high...let there be brawls VERY RARELY...and also if players r known to have a temper like rooney...maybe they should be up yellow cards for pushing down players or back talkin the ref...if the ref continues to make calls against him...again...rarely...

the music is fine...keep doin what ur doing...have interviews with star players...and managers after the games...have interviews with player of the matches and if something happens to a player in manager mode...if an important player gets injured, have the manager speak to the press...put GHANA IN THE GAME...

1.I think that you should have the option to change the sponser on the jersey when you change your sponser and if you want to be play as man united in manager mode you should be forced to use AIG as your sponser and fly emirates if you choose arsenal etc.
2.Headers should go wide or get saved more not always hit over the crossbar.
3.The opposition should foul more
4.STOP players from using their bad foot when it is easier for them to use their right one
5.Show a refs stats i.e. his vision and his strictness.
6.Let there be brawls. Give us the option to how frequent they are
7.When you when you win a cup show them celebrating
8.When a player gets an injury that they can play on with but you decide to take them off for safety don't have the commentators say that it is because he was playing poorly
9.When you upgrade your stadium change the stadium a bit instead of having the same one the whole time
10.You should be able to see the ref and linesmen and the managers and the subs warming up during the match
11.You should be able to create what your manager looks like
12.If a player is injured slightly or majorly and you take him off you should be told in the corner what has happened to him and after the match you should be told how long they're out for
13.Free kicks should have a ball in the bottom corner and you decide how to hit it e.g. curve and height, but DON'T have a crosshair to where you want to hit it
14.You should have more celebrations and be able to create a team with great detail
15.Get rid of EXP when creating/editing a player BUT KEEP it for the player growth system because that works really well.
16.Offers from other clubs wanting you to be their manager
17.The man of the match should come up onscreen being interviewed but you cannot hear him.This should happen when you make a new signing, the manager and the new player should come onsreen shaking hands or something.
18.You should be able to go into more detail with training your players
19.You should have more time to make transfers and there should be pre-season friendlies.
20.Players should have international duties to attend and get injured in, and to get better in e.g. during the summer the world cup or the african cup of nations or the EURO cup.
21.Have the other teams buy famous players and have them find new young made up players that will become the next Ronaldo or something.
22.Have a youth squad full of made up players maybe mixed up with the reserves.Be able to upgrade a youth players coach so that your youth squad is better
23.Instead of having a scale of one to ten for upgrades have made up names and give them different stats as seen in the LMA manager games.
24.Have set messages to send to your board of directors e.g. more money for transfers lower their expectations etc.
25.Have players wanting to leave your club and make negociations more detailed oh and if you get an offer you should be able to reply with something like no but maybe if you raise the price because I found that once you say no to a team they never come back.
26.If you play a player with a poor rating but still score lots of goals or make lots of tackles with him more teams should want to buy him
27.You should have a shortlist as this made things so much easier when buying a player.
28.I would like if you kept reseve players morale the same that they will be happy if you don't play them as long as you win as that makes things much easier.
29.You should be allowed to assign the tricks that you do to whatever right analogue position that suits e.g. to do step overs instead of sliding the stick you can change it to push the stick in the direction your running or something.
30.Your Goalkeeper should be as good as the CPU's one because their goalkeeper seems to save everything but your one never does e.g. van der sar (87 I think) concedes easy goals all the time for me but in a match against AFC Bournemouth N.Moss (55) saved shots from all different angles headers, volley's, outside and inside the box and chips aswell. so could you fix that
31.The crowd shouldn't always fill the stadium, it should be +2 fan support for winning, -1 for losing, 0 for drawing and +10 for winning a league/cup and +4 for beating a team 2-3 stars better then you.
32.The crowd should wear the colours your team is wearing and the goes for the opposite team and whoever has greater fan support has more fans depending on if it is home or away and should celebrate accordingly to goals scored and conceded.
33.PLEASE PLEASE give more upbeat songs that suit the pace and greatness of football not rubbish rappers and terrible dance beats please bring some good music into the game

Fifa 08 is great but its too simalar too 07.
