Your Ideas for FIFA 08

I know I'll just probably be repeating what's been said, but here goes, in no particular order....

1. include ref and side line officials, including the one that holds up the clock showing extra time
2. show players, managers, on touchline.
3. Reduce the field deterioration. No team plays on a worn out looking field. The grass should be emaculate.
4. Include Champions Leauge in the game. Have uniforms change to reflect the club's "Europe" jersey, meaning the patch on the sleeve changes, and the name/numbering style changes to match reality.
5. If a team is promoted or relegated, have jersey number change to reflect that of the league in which they are playing.
6. More ball design options, including Champions League ball.
7. More authentic boots that can be worn by ANY player.
8. Increase realism of crowd.
9. Have injuries be more realistic. Allow for actual stoppage to see the injury.
10. Have more replays during and after the game to make it more like watching on tv.
11. Have a "Sportscenter" style show that replays highlights from matches around the league
12. Include real managers
13. When titles are won, have some sort of ceremony that is similar to what you might see on tv.

I know I'm leaving out tons, but that's all for now

Another improvement would be to be able to start a franchse with your respective clubs history from the year before intact. like tournament qualifications for champions league and uefa cup.

I think the new fifa should have a superstar like mode like Madden and NBA have. Living the life of a footballer. Also, as far as gameplay is concerned, more control over how the player handles the ball and his choices of what he can do with it (utilizing the entire controller) are also definite needs if fifa wants to compete with pro evo. A more integrated franchise mode would be nice, but im sure ea will add to it like they always do.

Also at the end of the season if the user has won the league, there should be a stand where the trophy is and you should be able to see the team lift the cup up and all fireworks going off and in some leagues there should be a pitch invasion.

The first three suggestions are crucial for a success and a reason why I chose PES7 instead of FIFA07 on the XBOX360.
The rest of suggestions would just make FIFA08 more extraordinary.

1. Be able to dribble !!! XBOX360
2. Light tackle button on the XBOX360
3. When a teammate is passing the ball then the other one is supposed to run to the ball and not wait for it.
4. More realistic crowds
5. Better and more advanced transfer market
6. Bigger player- and club database on the XBOX360
7. More complicated physics from the players(including goalkeepers).
8. Weatherconditions should make effect on the ball for example when it's wet it's harder to save the ball if you're a goalie.
9. More advanced free kick-options. Some kind of arrow or tag where you are shooting on the goal and easier to bend shot on freekick.
10. Disable the over natural bend when pushing X (blue button) on the XBOX360.
11. Better graphics overall.

To be honest I want an much more realistic gameplay.

I hope at least 5 of these wishes are going to be real. If not, then I don't loose. EA does.

i think fifa should delete editing your player and make more space for useful stuff like more commentating and stuff like that

There needs to be a better system of automatic man switching because some times I have lost games because of it.
Also free kicks shouldn't be as easy but not as hard in 06.

5 more sponsers, should be able to put them on your shirt

*have real academy players that come through the youth system
*design your kit every 1-2 years
*in the team management part be able to put your players in the exact area you want
*be able to get your keeper injured or sent off, so you have to use your sub or put an outfield player in net.
*better trophy celebrations and walk up the 107 steps at Wembley
*foreign commentators commentating foreign games (in english) and un-popular commentators can commentate lower league games
*be able to see the managers in the techincal areas shouting at their players and complaining to the 4th official
* african players miss a month of football when they represent their teams at the african nations cup
*be able to choose which players do which type of training
*be able to pick players out of your reserve squad just for one match if somebody is injured
*be able to play in pre-season friendlys and pre-season competitions like the amsterdam tournament
*let your players be able to do deliberate hand-balls
*get straight red for doing professional fouls
*let the linesmen make wrong decisions
*your clubs can get tookover which gives you more transfer money
*get to see who gets man of the match
*have the PFA awards
*players cant play because they are ill or pulled a muscle the day before
*players get angry with their own players and refuse to play on the same team
*players who dont get enough games refuse to sign new contracts or ask for a transfer
*players shout at the refs if they make wrong decisions
*goalkeepers hurt them selves if they dive into the posts
*balloons randomly come on the pitch
*the ability to dive
*make it diffucult for one player to get more then 20 goals in 1 season
*players get golden boots ect.
*get sponsored by lots of different companys to pay for the £100,000+ wages
*make it so that premiership football is the fastest

Fifa should work more on referees, they should make it so they are visable when playing a match! Also when making the xbox 360 version make sure there are more leagues within the game, there where only 5 last time. Put the championship in there and a couple more like 2006. Also work on the graphics on second class players e.g Anderson- Porto and players like shevchenko and saha. i hope Fifa 08 knocks Pro Evolution out of thsi world, i HATE pro evolution games! yeah and make it more realsitic to the modern game, e.g whe you get knocked out of the champions league in the early stages you get entered in the uefa cup. Make sure you use proper names for the cups aswell.

There should be a career mode not like the "manager mode", but you start your career with creating a young player (maby yourself), and you can make hin JUST as you want, favourite team, favourite player off all time, favourite playe, food, how he acts on the field, play style, rund style drink and so on...
And the meaning with all this is to end up at the team you most want to play for.
But in this career mode you have to make some difficult choices with agents, manegers, club and so on...
So maby like a Role Playing Football game, but with the same in-game playing style that EASports have done it before.

And som more teams wouldent have done anny harm, like swdish, norwegian, dutch, and mabe some more divisions on english, italian, spanish leagues:)

i think that the fifa 08 for xbox 360 should have all leagues instead of just prmier league teams beaucause i got this years for xbox and i was suprised wen i saw that ther was no lower league sides in the game all though it is a class game u should add a bit more like put lower league sides in fifa 08 i hope u do for xbox 360 so thats my comment good look on making fifa 08 for everyconsole and dont forget to put lower league sides in the fifa 08 for xbox 360 once again good look on making FIFA 08!

fiffa 07 is a great game 2 play u can play for hours but on xbox live its very anoying when u play a full game and u are winning and the other player quits before the end and u dont get any points. you should sort this out because serious game players who try to get to the top ranks are getting scumed by these cowboys. please could u sort this out for the next fifa, itll make the game a lot better. how long has it been since ronaldo ronaldinho and henry can run 10 times faster than other players???? sort this problem out as well because the same cowboys juzt run faster through all the game. whats the point in playing if the people will cheat all the time?????

We would like to see the PSL League (South African League) in the new FIFA beacuse South Africa will be hosting the 2010 World Cup, it will give users a chance to get familiar with South African Football, Also in FIFA 07 South Africa was not included in the International sides. We already see alot of arguments when a decision goes the wrong way, maybe having a few punches flying aroung, making especially the English Premiership faster and more aggressive. This might be a long shot but mayeb try to capture the real life character of individuals, example: Rooney is a very aggresive player, FIFA should show that in the game. Other thing are goal celebrations, crowd noise and atmostphere, swapping jersey's after the game, maybe involving the manager during play, medical stuff coming on the field during injuries, change commentary words. In other words, having all the above elements would make it more real, and that's what we want and every user wants. Reality
And please add the UEFA Champions League in FIFA with more interactive playing.

* on manager mode you can traning ( if you create a player you can make him better by doing traning) traning like aiming for targets and stuff like that
* before you start your season in manager mode you can organise pre-season matches.
* IF YOU GET KNOCKED OUT OF THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE IN THE SECONED ROUND YOU GO THE EFA CUP.
* HAVE A YOUTH TEAM SQUAD AND YOU GET TO PICK THE PLAYERS YOURSELF.

please make the most improvments in career mode thats the main reason people play fifa.
eg.
- arrange frendlies and tournaments and camps
- have more control over scouts
-in your first season if your team is eg. in the champions league you should be able to be in it two coz in all the series in your first season you cant be in it.
- be able to build your own stadium or buy 1 or even expand the capacity of the 1 you own.
- it should show what you are rated as a team and coach in the world that will be great and give you messages like player of the year etc.
- be able to check on other leagues
- make the transfers relistic because lot of players dont agree on good offers and clubs.
- sponsors more relistic and better paying.
- when you loan out a player you should pick how many months or years.
- special effects in derby matches
- more relistic players faces.
- more news and get to no whats going around the world
- if your doing good in your team you should be able to get called up from a internatinal team and if you perform good in your trial you can get a contract with them to.
- fifa should remove the contract for only 1 year you should be able to negogiate with the club and make conditions.
- maybe be in good relationship with other clubs and do fings lik frendlys with dem 1ce in a will.
- be able to get enemys and rivals.

I THINK THAT IT WOULD BE TIGHT IF IT HAD ALL THE OLD PLAYERS.FOR INSTANCE -HUGO SANCHEZ-OR -RAMON RAMIREZ-.SO WHEN KIDS OR ADULTS PLAY THEY CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN CLASSIC OR MODERN. THAT WAY PEOPLE CAN SEE WITCH SIDE HAS BETTER PLAYERS.

1. I think it would be cool if you could play small field soccer, like 4 on 4 on a smaller field.
2. Create-a-team mode.
3. put the MLS teams in the game.
4. you should be able to unlock classic players or players that retired. Zidane and pele for example
5. more than just those 2 lame commentators.
6. Franchise mode, kinda like #2 but a little different.
7. mini games like in madden 07
8. multi player free roam arena.
9. better graphics on the players.
i think those things would make FIFA 08 be a terrific game, way way way way better the pro evolution

playing a full time position like goalkeeper or a striker

well im writing from guatemala were fifa is a great success mi suggestions for the new version is more stadiums like the argentinian stadiums (bombonera, monumental etc etc).
Other suggestion is, well i know that the soccer in guatemala is not the greatest in the world but it would be fun if you can include our league theres is only 10 teams in our 1st division is not much, and it would be nice if all the nationals teams are in the game.
A other suggestion is to make the game more real, with the referee in the field running with the players. The coaches of every team would be a bomb in the game and show how the substitutes warm up in the game.
My last wish jajaja is that the spanish version of the game have as narrators luis omar tapia and mario kempes no enrique bermudez and ricardo pelaez, they doesnt put feeling in the game

1) We should be able to modify or edit the appeareance of those players that have a generic look. And for those players you had already personalized, we should be able to change their looks (change hairstyle and color, add or remove facial hair, add accessories, etc) - This would help the game look always up to date.

2) You added the chip-shot....what about a razor ground-shot?

you should be able to create teams and be lower Teams like carslise united and Low Teams like that lyk you can for the xbox and the ps2 one but you should be able to do this on the xbox 360 one

- I realy want all Premier League stadiums. White Hart Lane SHOULD be there!!
- Referee and linesman.
- Some people on the bench and some of your men on bench warming up on the sideline when the player tell them to do that.
- Let players run to the fans and celebrate when they are in touch witf them.
- Let us see some players take of the shirt when scoring and then get a yellow card for that celebration.
- Make it possible to fight whit other teamplayer when a freekick given. So we can make a choise of how the situasjon will be selfe.
- Make it possible to place the goalkeeper where you want on freekick.
- Make some spesial effects on derby matches.

Well let's put it this way: I am still playing Fifa 05 on playstation 2 as I never found the same level of gameplay and ease of passing in Fifa 06 or 07 on Xbox 360/PS2. Ok maybe 05 plays more predictable to its newer versions but it is just more fun since you can pass the ball around as quick as you want with high accuracy.

I think Fifa 08 should have more resemblence on 05 for passing, but obviously should come with improved graphics and unpredictable gameplay supported by a new emotion engine for better crowd reactions. I hope EA Sports won't let us down this time. Thanks.

in the commentary in spanish change the people put the guys from telefutura channel 830 on dish.every 4 years on manager mode there should be a world cup.also put a copa toyota libertadores every year in manager mode including world cup of teams not international,uefa,superliga,copa oro,copa sudmericana,in manage mode.the estadio jalisco.the gameplay should be more intense make the camera shake when someone makes a goal because of the shouts of GOL in the stadium.or when someone almost makes a gol.in areal intense gae i latin america when the goalie kicks it off the croud should go PUTOO like in real life would like to see better celebrations when a club wins a trophy, so like them drinking champagne, receiving the trophy and medals.

Also i think there should be different levels of injury, so fro instence players can have there legs broken or just get a black eye.
another good aspec would be being able to argue your point with the referee. Give the player a couple of speech bars to choose from. This would make the game much more realistic.
Also in manager mode i think there should be trophies for great managering skills.

For games the away teams stats should be slightly less because they don't have the fans behind them. Also be able to edit the current players hair because some (like beckham) change every five minutes!!

and also on my PSP I had two games on the same day and then one on the next day . . . my players couldn't cope

Drop some foreign leagues, have better graphics for lower league players and have the English conference

i think you should add some more detail into the fans, make them react to goals instead of just constantly moving

When you make a foul and the ref calls you over, you should be able to use the d-pad to choose your response, like if you press up, you protest and either get a yellow card or get off the hook. And if you press down 3 or more players crowd around the ref like chelsea do and make it so you can dive and if you think someone is diving do the signal with your hands

I reckon when a team gets promoted or relegated, the numbers on the back of the shirt should change with them. e.g. at the mo, when a team gets relegated from the premiership, e.g. chelsea, their numbers on the back stay as the premiership numbers. if they get promoted from championship, e.g. sunderland they still have4 the championship numbers, plz change these

i think that fifa is a brill game and that it is the best football game. it should have all of the premiership stadiums including teams like derby and sunderland. i also think that the gameplay should be improved such the goalkeepers can get sent off during a match and when a player is injured they should be taken off in a stretcher. games like pro evo have that but fifa is still the best. i belive that the graphics should be improved because some plyers just looks stupid such as steve finnan and joey barton even to class players like nani for sporting lisbon. i hope you can make thease changes to fifa 08. i will be getting it the day it comes out.

my oppinion is that fifa 08 more details need
