The pack project refers to a player’s strategy or effort to strategically gather and open packs in order to increase their chances of receiving valuable or desirable player cards.
In order to maximize the chance of getting TOTY players, some FC users try to save their packs from before and start opening them during the FC 24 TOTY once the event is started.
The TOTY pack project is also a good preparation for the TOTY event every year. The chance might go even higher when you save more valuable packs, such as 85+ chance packs or Rare Mega Packs.
There is no limitation for saving packs in the Ultimate Team, so you can save as many as you want to. However, the peak hour might affect the chance of a pack opening.
