WHEN YOUR DOING A SUBSTITUTION IT SHOULD SHOW THE REFERE HOLDING UP THE BORD WITH THE NUMBERS OF WHAT PLAYER IS COMING IN AND WICH PLAYER IS COMING OUT. IT SHOULD ALSO SHOW RATHER YOU WANT YOUR PLAYERS WEARING LONG SLEEVE JERSEYS OR SHORT. WEN THE GAME IS OVER IN MANEGER MODE THE PRESS SHOULD INTERVIEW THE COACH OR PLAYERS AND IT SHOWS IN THE BOTTOM TWO OR THREE SENTANSES TO PICK FROM LIKE I WRESTLING GAMES WHEN THEY INTERVIEW YOU. AND ALSO WHEN YOU FOUL A PLAYER REALY BAD OR ON PURPOS IT SHOULD SHOW THE PLAYERS FIGHTING BUT THAT MORE REFS HAVE TO COM IN AND CALM EVERYTHING DOWN.
I THINK THE GAME SHOULD SHOW THE COACHES OF THE TEAMS. ANOTHER THING IS U SHOULD GET TO PICK THE HOME OR AWAY JERSEY OF THE GOAL KEEPER. IT SHOULD ALSO HAVE SOCCER SHOES YOU CAN BUY TO EDIT YOUR PLAYER LIKE IN GERMANY 2006 IT SHOULD HAVE MORE LEAGUE CHALLENGES. IT SHOULD ALSO SHOW THE FANS KICK AND SCREAM WHEN THERE TEAM SCORES A GOAL AND BETTER GRAPHICS. THE FANS SHOULD ALSO HAVE PART IN THE GAME. ALSO MORE STADIUMS LIKE EL ESTADIO DE JALISCO. WHEN U CREATE A PLAYER THE PEOPLE WHO TALK SHOULD SAY THERE NAME IF U GUYS CAN DO THAT.
FIFA 08 should show the team holding out the trophy and celebrating like in Germany 2006 when the team wins the world cup. It shoul have the official ball of each leauge like the Mexican first division leauge. AND THE COMENTERIST OR THE PEOPLE THAT TALK WILE YOUR PLAYING THE PEOPLE WHO SAY GOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAL THE PEOPLE WHO SHOULD SPEAK IN THE LANGUAGE SPANISH SHOULD BE PABLO RAMIREZ AND JESUS BRACAMONTES BECAUSE RICARDO FERRETI AND PERRO BERMUDES SUCK.

Please make the random generated results more logical. We don't want to see Chelsea, ManU, Arsenal or Liverpool to finish 13th,14th or get relegated for instance. This might seem possible if you are playing in 2025 season but definitely not in the year 2008 or years to come. Hope you really take this into account more seriously.

Apart from this, there are already lots of sensible feedbacks and suggestion made by people here so no point in repeating them again.

Make it so on fm08 is more precise on multiplayer before starting your season like one person is a youth coach whereas the other one is a first team manager.

yeah add all the national teams, your version of FIFA 07 for 360 is so bad FIFA 2002 World Cup had better gameplay. I like the graphics, it was very realistic but the finess shot has to go it so not realistic, I also like the drivilling, and for gamecube keep everything the same except for the graphics.

AUSTRALIAN A LEAGUE in manager mode
Fifa 08 should show action on the sidelines whilst the ball is out of play or before a goal kick is about to be taken. So show the coach yelling out at his players and the substitutes warming up doing stretches. Fifa 08 must also have the AUSTRALIAN
A-LEAGUE. This would be awesome to play as the australian teams in manager mode.
I consider that in the next seria? creators must to add Russian P. Liga because of a big game's popularity in our country/ We want to see our players and teams in the game!!!
I think the press should be more involved. More newspaper stories and also the odd 'tapping up' of players too. Appeals for red cards would work. More replica stadiums than just Old Trafford, Anfield etc.
I would also like to see better kit changes. More options on the manufacturer and shirt sponsor. The logos, badges and sponsor to appear on the custom kits. TV revenue deals. Merchandising abroad.
The ability to create your own pre-season tournament and be able to invite teams to participate rather than select what you're given.
The international management side needs to be alot more in depth than 2006.

One thing that FIFA Manager 08 really needs is a new GAME-ENGINE!!!!

But here are some other things that I think will be good to have on FM 08:

1. Goal of the week, month and year feature where U are able to watch how the goals were scored (As in the Football Manager series)
2. New kit designs bought into the club after each year as most clubs do in real life.
3. You shuld also be able to see the ref whilst watching the game in 3-D mode.
4. More crowd involvement as in FIFA 07 on the PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360 platforms. If a player is down on goal the crowd shuld get louder or if a player misses an easy chance the crowd shuld start booing or if there is a bad challenge made on another player the crowd again shuld start booing. It wuld also be cool if the player that made the bad challenge is picked on by the crowd everytime he is in possesion of the ball.
I really liked FIFA Manager 07 but one of the most important things that I think FIFA Manager 08 needs is a NEW VIDEO - ENGINE. I also think having goal of the year where u are able to watch how the goals were scored (as in Football Manager 07) wuld be a nice feature. I also think there needs to be more crowd inolvement for example if a player comes in on goal the crowd shuld get louder, or if an easy chance is missed the fans may start booing just little things like these make the game a whole lot better.

- made manager mode day by day like in managerial games would make transfer windows last longer.
- add shirt maker and sponsors to create a club.
- add more real grounds i.e lower league club grounds.
- better create a playertools i.e eye toy for your own face.
- put refs in match not just for fouls
Fifa should had Russian League, for Example CSKA Moskow won UEFA in 2005!
I think that You should remove "peronal life" from the game and create more realistic 3D matches and better grades for macedonian players becouse these ones are very bad

in the next fifa 08, i would like to see a better graphics on the xbox360. all the leagues .all the internationals teams. i want to see the referee on the pitch and the assistant referee for offsides. fifa 08 should better than winning eleven 10.

also to develop more training process: to open more possibilities to work with each particular player..

the system of squad formation should be developed:
1. the direction of each player on the field should be drawn, ie the manager can choose the way the player should run...
2. to vary the formation and strategy menu in general.. it's VERY MUCH PRIMITIVE!!!!! ITS AWFULL !!!!! Football Manager'07 MUCH BETTER...

financial system:
PLS, do smth about MONEY!!!! Let the club to earn some money!!!! Merchandaising system sucks!!!!

i think u should make a multiplayer career mode where u start a career with ur mates with different teams and should be able to buy off of each other for eg: i start off as Barcalona and my friend starts off as man united and i buy ronaldo off of him that would be so gd.

I hate that I can't click on a players name in any screen and get all the options.
When a player is mentioned in an e-mail, I want to be able to click his name and bid for him, talk to his agent....etc.
Now, I have to go look for him in player search or within his team to do this.

Annoying.
i Think the next FM07 should have takeovers etc which alter fundings, sponsorhips etc. Also if you want a new stadium you could do like west ham try to get an olympic stadium. Also when other teams are interested you should be able to change between stadiums. And finally there should be clips of a sports show where they talk about our team, rumors etc to make it more realistic and up to date.
I would love it if on the next fifa, if when your in career mode and your doing well you could manage a international team, that would be great to manage your country and be alot more interesting agree??????
- Make Manager mode more Complex ( similar to fifa manager )
- World class and Legendary levels must be tougher to beat.
- Names of managers who manage their team in real life with their pre and post views of the game,team,trash talks.
- and by far the most important...improve Transfers, Negotiations. We require lots of statistics and information (specifically) on players who have been/are a part of team. ie All club transfer names, transfer prices, bids of clubs, goals,assists,cards etc.

We love the game but i want the manager mode to screw my head up and make it more difficult for me to score vs the computer.

Please set the limit on number of domestic players on the field for non-european union countries!
Full integrated FIFA 2007 or 2008 engine only! 3-D is the worse of all. I don't play in FIFAM07 because it has the worse engine for 3D-mode.
Here my suggestions for FIFA Manager 08:

- Add a feature in order to see the prediction of fans and experts before each match, so manager can see these predictions and make better decision regarding the importancy of the match.

- Commentators could talk more about (live-) standing during the game. For example if your team scores a goal, he says, "if this team win the match, they go to the third place and that brings the chance for participating in UEFA CL ...".

- AS a carrier, a top level manager could be nominated for presidency of a local or international federation or association (eg. the FA, UEFA, FIFA), this would be great.

they need to get the license for netherlands national team!!!
real manager names, assistant managers, scouts, staff, youth team players and the ability to change the managers to different clubs using an out of game eidotr that can be used for saved games.

this would make the game really true to life especially if you get news saying that he has just joined and why.
Add 3D-Training feature (like 3D-Match) to FIFAM 08, where you could see how your team players act in training sessions.
I think they should add Football Fusion in FM 08. That was a very great option in TCM 05.
Being able to change the sponsors on your teams shirt would be nice, I don't like seeing the same things on there for years and years
there should also be some communication between the managers
players should pull off moves that they are famous for, more in depth management choices like player positioning on set pieces, you should be able to apply for team without managers indeed like the above person said, you should have the opportunity to watch internationals, reserves and youth matches, updates and patches should be available online throughout the season
Well FIFA Manager needs a lot more improvement. I don't want to compare FIFA Manager with other managers because it's cheap to do that. You don't have to focus on your opponent. So here are a few improvements for the good of the game:
- when choosing "Play a Career" it's funny to know you'll have to choose from 3 teams; it's more interesting and realistic to apply to teams that don't have a manager;
- improvements are needed regarding tactics;
- a tactical view in the match would be nice;
- give more attention to youths;
- training section... a lot of work needs to be done here.

And are even more. I'll let others tell their opinions too.
