Players should also be given descriptions, for example target man, goal poacher, clinical striker, Attacking midfielder, playmaker, holding midfielder, box to box, wing mid, wing backs, stopper, sweeper. This would help you balance out your team as you wouldn't want to playmakers or to target men or two holding mids.
This would give you 3 options in attack, 5 options in midfield and 3 options in defence
1.More mexican stadiums, like Universitario.
2.- we need more cups for american clubs, like interliga, copa libertadores, etc.
3.- i like to see de mexican inferiors (ascense leage)
4.- check it out the other leages and dont put all the atention in european leages, the mexican teams are not rated correctly, and the names are not written correctly.
5.-i´d like to see friendship games in manager mode (preseason) games before the leage starts
6.-Put international tournaments like
copa de oro, copa america, the international teams doesn´t have much participation in the game, add an International Manager mode thats something cool.
7.- in manager it doesn´t take the players for a world cup or something like that
8.- the players sometimes doesn´t look like they really are, in real life a player with large hair, are put with short one, and sometimes one player from one leage is exactly like an other in another leage, you only perfectionate players like ronaldinho, cristiano,rooney, gerard etc.
9.- add an option to make the goalkeeper go to attack in corner kicks that are in last minutes
10.-make the players have voice, for example, hear a voice of a player asking for the ball, or the goalkeeper give instructions to the barrier, players screaming goals

I'm hooked on FIFA Manager 07, but there are certain things that annoy me. As a perfectionist I'm not happy with your database. For instance it annoys me that young talents end up with hairstyle 13. (the bald one), and also that less prominent players in clubs like Paris St. Germain and other French clubs have a completely false appearance. For example a player named N'Gog from Cameroon is white in the game, in reality he is a black African. Also missing badges and "fake" names annoy me, Materazzi and Adrian Mutu have fake names in the game. This is probably because of these respective players being idiots not letting you use their names. Also there are missing badges for clubs like Carlisle, Accrington Stanley, all the Russian clubs (which are actually good teams now) ,Steaua Bucharest and other prominent teams. Emile Mpenza is not in the game, Augustine Okocha is let out because he plays in Qatar. For me to enjoy the game I have to spend hours on editing the database.
other things I want to see changed:
-opposing clubs should use their youth players/ young talented players in friendlies
-it should be easier to loan out young players
-easier for (for example league 2 teams) to loan young players from premiership sides.
-All teams should have a reserve team that plays in a league. (Generated if necessary)
-Add the Adeccoligaen (comes after Tippeligaen).
-I noticed, being norwegian that many of the generated names have errors + there are too few names. Examples are Antonisen, Grodas, and so on. Correct for these are Antonsen and Grodås. This might be the same for other languages too, but I would not know.
-Give information about when the managed team is set to play european matches or cup matches at the beginning of the season, (this information should also be available in the game before cup draws.) This would make it easier to plan the season.
- Remove the personal management, this is just annoying and meaningless. (At least make it optional)
-Add real manager names to the game, (as in earlier games)
-Make sure not all skills are much lower in weaker teams, for example physical skills like strength, speed, acceleration and so on. People can still be physically strong even if they play in league two.
-Assistant manager should be more involved, give you hints on what the team should focus on in training to reach optimal effect from the tactics/ formation that is used.
-Wages should not only be reflected by how good a player is. I know for sure that players in Tippeligaen (the norwegian top division) make 20.000 £ a week even though the same player would have in another league.
-The generated stadiums could be much better.
-You should add the possibility of changing your shirt sponsor, negotiating it and so on.
-Add player photos of all players in the major league systems: (English, Spanish, Italian, French and German) This cannot be too much to ask for.
-Make manager level optional
-Make hairstyles, hair colours etc more dependent on etnhnicity. For example no red head hockey hair cuts for anglo-africans thanks!
-Add a function that you can edit the appearance of generated players in the team you're managing.
- More people watching the games of big clubs visit small clubs. (friendlies)
-Everyone knows that Everton and Liverpool FC have the best youth academies in England, and definitely not Arsenal. Arsenal barely has a single English player!
- Include Ice hockey games
- Include player deaths, plane crashes, and the ability to kill a player if your board won't approve contract elimination.
(last two were jokes;p)

I'm tired of having the same old youth camps game after game, so my suggestion is for you to be able to pick the specific country you want the youth camp to be built in within the geographic region. Each geographic region would have a set number of potential sites, probably like four per region. maybe more in Europe. It just would be in interesting, in my opinion, to build a youth camp in our country of birth for example or to have youth camps in smaller countries like San Marino in order to try and build up their national team.

-Add player presentation when club buys a new player
-Add more things witch around football: banners, team flags, fan songs, teams before game, more players talks.
