Maybe controlling the game as a referee, creating your own personalized manager when doing career mode seasons etc, acc having all the players on there on time when the game is released, had some troubles last year with Fifa 15 with players. Let Fifa 15 carry over to Fifa 16 like Fifa 14 was! Would be pretty cool if acc having a different manager mode option where you can only be the manager, so when you do games you can stand on the sideline give some orders to your team etc... When players from the league say they are 'homesick' either make them actually meen they are instead of them saying 'im homesick' yet they move to another premier league team/ la liga team etc... Have a wider variety of leagues on there, loads to choose from atm but have lower leagues on there wouldn't be bad also like Barcelona B don't just have them on there if they cant be promoted, i know 2 teams cant play in same league but if they are on there then they are competing for promotion let them be promoted! Boring if not!

In career mode, remove the cup trees, these are unrealistic as you wouldnt know who you would be playing next, maybe add a cup draw that you can watch/skip.

Also in career mode, ability to turn off international management offers, maybe have a screen you can check for available jobs if you fancy taking on an international role.

In career mode you can play reserve matches to develop players and get players returning from injury to full fitness/ form.
Make player compatibility a feature where players take time to gel together if they are not as compatible as others so you can't just win everything by fielding all the best players on the game, this would make manager mode far more challenging and interesting.

Goalkeepers are still stupid. When it comes to pickin the ball up, they should just TAKE the ball... ATLEAST when the ball is about to go out for a corner, and its moving slower than its own shadow... I hate that

What i would like to see :

1) more faces :
from the main teams of each league (As Roma, Juventus, Schalke...)
from the players of tomorrow (young talent players like Rabiot, sud american players, Strootman (captain of Holland before the injury !! ...)

2) More fantasy :
It looks like you can make always the same action, the L1+triangle always pass throught de defense. Also there is problem with wingers ... always covered the striker...

3) More personnalisation :
As an ancient player of PES, what I really liked before was the possibility to change the faces of those who are not "well done", to create a team in a new career, to create your own shirts ... (etc)

4) Change the system of pass.. (you should look after PES for this, it's one of the rare thing they got better than you)
It's just not possible to see that kind of pass during a match. Or too strong or not enought dosed ... it's quite annoying to see Lionel Messi missing an easy control or giving a ball off the ground ..

I know you will not take care of this message but it helps me accepting that the next FIFA 16 will be exactly the same than the 15th ...

BE A REF in career mode

One of the reasons I still prefer PES over FIFA (Which I play both BTW) is become a legend. For me, it's crazay awesome to actually create your own character and see him progress and get better and better every single day of his life until he retires, it's just so awesome, you actually feel inside the pitch yourself, and I am definetly sure EA has what it takes to make something like that, but even better, with things like first person view, having the locker room view before/after game, signing autographs, going to premiations, and so it goes on. There's just so much that could be improved to actually make you *feel* it's your own football career...

I would like to see the conferance league in fifa 16 also like to see sliding in on the keeper better arguements with players like in the real game didnt see to much in fifa 15 also like to see players warming up before the game and to see players training referees with ear peices in there ear players arguing with referees.More leagues like scotish 123 leagues also more grounds

Give more options when customising pro player ! e.g hairstyles, tattoos, etc ....
On career mode add Wales as a country you can scout for youngsters. Bale, Ramsey, Ian Rush all great welsh players and you can't even scout there !
Customise kits each season, playing 6 seasons in the same kit is very unrealistic !

I think you should be able to customise managers more and put the Scottish lower leagues in. And also put reserve team games in.

I would like to see more customization options for pros in career mode like more beard styles and other features like tattoos and scars etc. I would also like to customize managers in career mode. And also new players in the Legends team like Puyol and Olof Mellberg that retired last year. You should also be able to create your own club badge, shirts, ball and stadium in Ultimate Team. And bring in all national teams and more leagues like the brazilian Série A, I really missed Ronaldinho and Kaká when they were playing in the brazilian league.

I would really like to see the create a player section improved a lot
Firstly they should add the option to give them multiple positions on the pitch such having them be able to play LM as well as RM and etc... They should give more role options such as being able to choose whether they are a LM or LW and LB or LWB as they don't have this on fifa. Next we should have the ability to set their own work rates instead of having to always have them as medium which is annoying.

I think you should give us free fifa ultimate team packs once a week or month and put in more In Form Players because I have not got any inform players in my fifa life and I had enough of it so that's why I gone of fifa Ultimate Team at this moment

And you should use goaline techlonolgy for any goal that nearly gone over the line and use thw techlonolgy for proof it has not gone over

FIFA 16 should have lobbies again! I miss that

For this fifa 16 there should be Licensed Tournaments like Champs League, Europa league, Copa Libertadores, Copa sudamericana, Recopa etc The Fifa world cup with the concacaf gold cup and Copa America ( Worlds oldest tourn. ) South America should be Star of Fifa 16 why because without south american players and talent europe wouldnt be as it is now. Also there should be Custom All star teams the ability to create a team. I really wanna do South america all stars vs Europe etc

Create a kit is also priority
Mp3 music library is also needed to listen to your favorite jams and songs

Create a stadium is nice since fifa wont license all stadiums, ability to import images to make stadium real at our own imagination.

Another thing i would like specially for pc is the ability to go offline permanently on fifa Computer because its annoying to keep logging in origin if im playing offline.

Compatibility for ps4 and 360 controlers should be added or something like that

hi , just like to ask if its possible to bring the manager mode more realistic than what it used to be,LA NOIRE game wich u can press O or X example to interact with the people can you implement that with fifa 16 , let the manager talk to the players half time or end of a game as well attend a press confrence like on f1 games ,take a walk around the training ground or set up the training method for the week,or travel with the bus as,clim out of the arriving bus or fly to madrid to scout a player in real hd video , like a free roam ,please that will make fifa16 more exciting . let the manager celebrate or can talk to the oposing managers team or the ref or assistants and medical staff or even the subs to make a warm up or entertain the crowd like most managers do.please please if anyone feels like it can work please comment or changes

Add reserve games to career mode so you can develop young players and fringe players for the senior squad.

- Make goalkeepers prevent corners, instead of them standing still while the ball rolls over the line 1 meter away from them.
- Stop letting players run half the stadium towards a trow-in ball, just cut away to the actual trown-in sooner.

Actual youth teams and systems, real youth players that you can choose from and promote to the first team.
New kits, when a new kit comes out fifa should update to play in the new kit
Hear fans reaction, if you looke of play poor, less fans at the next game

-Be able to have training sessions
-Be able to pick what type of training depending on what style you are trying to implement on your team
-Be able to interact with players during training
-Be able to have options for either individual or group training
-Players wearing their training gear no shin guards just like real training or training pants and jackets if is cold weather
-Training should be able improve your players abilities and ratings
-Be able to see players arriving to the training camp
-Training camps will be different depending on how important the club is
-Be able to have big team training camps. The rest of the teams should have generic training camps
-Manager should be responsible to pick training sessions. Should have the options to do light training or more intensive
-Pre season training should have different options like beach or mountain etc.
-Be able to pick where do you want to train on pre season
-Be able to pick your pre season tour. Have different options to pick depending how big the club is

-Pre game live commentary
-in depth analysis from other team for example which side they attack more, which side of their defense is weaker etc have stats to support manager decision about which player to use in the pitch and strategy
-Show players getting of the bus wearing suit,ties,headphones etc just like real games
-Show some animations from fans outside of the stadium and going. inside the stadium
-Showing players walking into the dressing rooms
-ShowIng the players walking thru the tunnel to their warm up
-While all the above is happening they should be live commentaries

Introduce FIFA World club/national team rankings into career mode. They should use the same system FIFA uses to do the rankings, this will have more an added bonus drive for the national teams especially (I.e if you manage a team such as Wales and do well with them, winning all your friendly fixtures, qualifying for tournaments and doing well in them you will go from 46th in the world rankings to 8th).

I think this idea will encourage you harder also making you enjoy career mode to a further extent.

Transfer your fifa 15 team to fifa 16

Ea sports should add the national team of Iran and Afghanistan, this is unfair they should add them i want to use them, if you dont add iran national team i will never buy fifa16, also i recomened to that ea sport should give a team for anyone who plays ultimate team.

eg; the option of if it is snowing they automatically wear gloves and long sleeve and then when it is a clear day they automatically wear short sleeve jerseys.
also when playing as a pro, the ability to start on the bench when you are just starting out and sort of watch the game from the side like in nba 2k15. that would be so cool.

It's always great to have a fifa night with your mates but we have always said a referee mode would be fantastic. So if 2 players are playing each other then a third player can be in control of the referee and make all the decisions such as penalties, free kicks, play on, goal kicks etc. Would make for some major talking points!
