You start in small games in a leauge you choose, and gradually gets promoted to more important and crucial games according to your judgment. Of course if you make game-changing mistakes you won't get promoted that easily unless you performed very well in other games.
Long story short the point is to start small and become a well-known trusted referee who can be chosen to be the official in the Champions League or the World Cup final.

1) Players should get shown getting medical attention and stretched off if need and have more realistic injuries instead of ones like Bruised Elbow.
2) After winning a competition such as Capital One Cup or FA Cup at Wembley you should see players going up the stairs and lifting the trophy.
3) When Manager of a national team and you want a player to play for you then you should be able to send them a request to change nationality if they are eligible.
4) When at a club in career mode as manager you should have your wage increased as you progress to better things instead of having same wage all the way through
5) You should add more leagues such as the Conference Premier, Brazilian League, Scottish Championship, Greek Superleague and Ukrainian Premier League
6) Should add all English Championship Stadiums and Some notable lower League Grounds such as Bramall Lane (Sheffield United), Oakwell (Barnsley), Ricoh Arena (Coventry), Stadium MK (MK Dons) and Fratton Park (Portsmouth)
7) Also add Pitch invasions on for teams in lower leagues such as league 1 and 2 in England because it is coming more and more common in English football for invasions. Also add Pitch Invasions for fans when there team gets promoted such as Teams for Championship to premier league and league 1 to Championship and also if the teams stays up in the Premier League after a relegation scrap.
8) On career mode make it so that at the end of every season you can change your kit so you don't have the same kit for 15 seasons.
Also add on FIFA 16 Career Mode
1) The Ballon d’Or.
2) Players getting booked for diving and Time Wasting.
3) Make Taking your shirt off a Celebration and also make it so on certain games for certain players you can add a under shirt with a message on it and if he scores he reveals it in his celebration.
4) Also add the Club World Cup.
5) Please also make Press Conferences Better.
6) Make the managers more realistic and more animated on the touchlines.
Add chants for the stadiums, certain teams get certain songs/chants
There are a couple of things with Career Mode (Manager) that are glitchy.
1. When you get promoted from one league to the next, your win/loss and trophy records don't show up under your managerial stats. It's as if your records never existed.
2. Also, under your managerial stats - everything gets messed up if you switch clubs mid season.
3. You don't ever account for winning the Community Shield or Copa Europa. Those are trophies and should be accounted for.
4. International Manager - you don't account for any managerial records for managing an international squad.
5. Have the commentators be able to say the name of more players, especially younger ones.
The bottom line is that if you are doing a managerial career, you'd like to clear know your win/loss total and how many trophies you won on the club and international level.

Editing a player in career mode should give some more options (e.g. – change his position).
Fix the long sleeve jersey glitch in career mode when it’s raining. Why do they alway become short sleeved?
More jerseys for more teams, and the ability to change the colors of shorts and perhaps goalie kits.
2, owner mode either buy a club and invest or build a club from scratch .
3, if you make your own club you should build your stadium , desgin kits ,sponsors club badges . club songs , chanting your team , with a real map of the world and street map where you place your stadium . to name your own stadium .
4, build new stadiums or build on yours if you have the money from owner.
5, all teams in fifa should have the names of the grounds even lower leagues .
for example cambridge utd should be abbey stadium not town park .
6, all leagues in europe in 1st 2nd 3rd leagues if that to much add all scottish leagues english non leagues , belgium , dutch , portugal ,sweden ,poland ,norway ,russia , demark , finland , usa , australia and all south american lower leagues .
7, france , german ,spanish ,italy division 3
8,add romanian , bulgarian , hungarian ,greek , albanian , welsh ,latvian ,leagues as well.
9. bring back edgar david shades .
10, if a player gets injured see the medical staff treat or strecher player off .
11, real club chants and tradions for every club . example crystal palace see the cheers girls on pitch perfoming whilst the song glad all over is belowed out at selhurst park , and see the eagle fly around the ground . see mascots (e.t.c) sense the tension between rival fans in the ground , chanting , fighting .
12, see a live fa cup draw like on tv
13 interviews before and after game
14, seeing player getting off team bus and in changeing room .
15, at wembley loosers should walk up the famous wembley steps first to get looser medal and when the winners go up see them lift cup . as the teams go up fans should hand out scarfs flags to players and see players wearing them like in any cup final.
16, if there tension with fans see fans get aressted police on horse back .
17, see tear gas come from the stands .
18, attendance , if man u are playing a lower league club show empty seat if they playing a derby show packed stadium and alter the astompher .if a team like chelsea are losing at home to fulham by 3 or 4 goals see the fans leave in disgust.
19, start as a player and manger at lower leagues clubs.
20, bring back star players from the past in all postions in transfer market .
these things should be on ps4 and xbox 1 whethever you play online or not .

Die Stadien von Galatasaray, Napoli, Monaco, Benfica Lissabon, Porto, Vfb Stuttgart, Rapid Wien oder das Maracana Stadion wären auch sehr gerne gesehen.
Ich komme aus Deutschland und finde die Idee gut, alle 20 Stadien der Premier League ins Spiel zu integrieren. Nun würde ich mir das selbe in Fifa 16 für die Bundesliga wünschen.
Ich finde in der Primeira Liga, sollte es mehr Spieler mit Real Face geben. Viele dieser Spieler spielen in der Nationalmannschaft und es gibt dort hervorragende Spieler wie Quaresma. Überhaupt sollte man die Gesichter der Spieler öfter aktualisieren. In Fifa 15 machte man einen großen Schritt in Richtung Realität, das sollte man beibehalten. Andererseits gibt es noch immer Spieler wie Lampard oder Diego Ribas die noch immer ihr selbes Gesicht haben wie in Fifa 12.
Bei den Welt und Europameisterschaften könnte man ein Land auswählen in dem sie stattfinden. Einem Land in dem es viele original Stadien gibt. Zum Beispiel in England, Deutschland oder Spanien. Vielleicht könnte man auch ein bisschen mehr Atmosphäre und Vorfreude auf diese Turniere machen.
Das Spiel sollte einem realistischer vorkommen. Man sollte nicht nur auf das beste Ergebnis hinstreben, sondern man sollte den Fußball genau so wie im echten Leben genießen können. Vielleicht könnte man die Fans, mehr ins Spiel miteinbeziehen. Die es kaum erwarten können, ihre Spieler zu sehen und bei ihnen sein möchten. Vielleicht könnt ihr Flitzer ins Spiel integrieren oder Hooligans. Es darf auch gerne vor einzelnen Spielen kurze Videos geben, die mehr Lust auf Champions League oder Weltmeisterschaften machen. Oder man erstellt ein Video zur Ballon D'or Wahl wo dann die 3 besten Spieler im Spiel im Finale stehen und man den Moment abwarten, welcher Spieler nun gewinnt. Inklusive Sepp Blatter natürlich. Realistische Pressekonferenzen mit Journalisten wären auch cool.
Es wäre auch schön, wenn es die Klub Weltmeisterschaft in Fifa 16 geben würde.
Es sollte mehr Kommentare geben. In Deutschland hört man andauernd den selben nervigen Spruch "Ein Ball 2 Spieler, wer kriegt ihn?". Das geht einen wirklich auf die Nerven.
In Fifa 15 werden ältere Spieler nicht mehr so schnell schlecht. Das ist gut. Allerdings ist es nervig das ihre Fähigkeiten mit der Zeit immer besser werden, während sie Mental und Körperlich nachlassen. Ein altgedienter David Silva hat irgendwann Dribbling 98. Oder Xabi Alonso hat später nur noch eine Übersicht von 75, während seine Pässe noch bei 90 liegen. Wenn man einen älteren Spielmacher nicht sofort kauft, passiert es das er nach ein paar Saisons zwar noch seine alten Fähigkeiten hat, aber seine Übersicht liegt dann nur noch bei 60. Man sollte die Spieler länger auf hohem Niveau behalten und ihre Leistungen gleichmäßig verringern und sich nicht nur auf das Körperliche und Mentale konzentrieren. Nacho Monreal wird übrigens schon mit 28 immer schlechter, warum ist das so?
Oh und könntet ihr die Trainer im Spiel zeigen? Wie bei den Welt und Europameisterschaft Spielen von euch.
So nun fällt mir erstmal nichts mehr ein. Ihr habt reichlich Verbesserungsvorschläge von mir bekommen, vielleicht übernimmt ihr ja etwas davon :P

-More realistic weather dynamics..I think you must use another software for that because it is really not realistic maybe you can put some puddles and ball can't move in the puddles.And also wind can show before the match or in the middle of the match and the ball can move with wind side.
-And I think dribblings can be more realistic than that.

To all football lovers. I believe you all have that jaw dropping, lips dueling for "Uefa."
This seasons franchise has been a blow job do you agree? Year after year there has been
comments for the adding of Uefa and the real theme that goes along with it. How sweet will it be
to have the real deal Uefa in seasos/all modes. I think Ea gets a bit cheap, for example, FIFA 15 has no
Brazilian league, that is a license that has to be renewed. What is next seria A? La liga?. I remeber
I asked two years ago for the entire team to celebrate a goal instead of only two players. Finally they added that on there own terms. The game is so much more exciting with it. And its about time that we get better commentary so many people have been begging. I played online and someone repeated everything they said. Then quoting "Ridiculous commentators, FIFA come on".
I think they do not listen to us, they make the bulls*** they want. Honestly they don't even look happy playing it. Might have to do with the fact that different teams makes each franchise, which is rushing
something that needs to be perfect.
I think it's time we protest on social media for the leagues and reality we want. Its about time we should even see players coming off the bus. Madden does it why can they not put that type of time into the most popular sport in the world. After all they make so much money world wide for FIFA.
I also think that if you spend 3, 4, or 5 years at a club and consistently win the league or have great success, then you should receive job offers that are realistic upgrades from your current club.
I think that an owner mode should be added to the game, maybe one that is similar to the last few madden games. I think the owner mode would give the user the ultimate control of a club and how it grows and operates.I think the user should have the option of picking an existing club or creating a new club. Also have the option of starting from a low level club and building it up, building up a stadium, a budget, a fan base, and you should have the option of moving the team to a new stadium in a new city. The owner should also be able to hire the coaching staff with real life managers and coaches.
The youth academy should keep players with high overalls for longer, rather than their potential dropping before we even know their position

after retiring from player career,in all the fifa series a sudden fullstop is there i.e we jump to a manager career where no value is given to what a good career we had as a player.it should be a continuous career.
and it will be good if you can give a real life like environment to the career mode
there should be a real life like experience in career mode like the way we want to spent the money we earn and all.
Career mode should contain some records like the top scorer in the history of the league, history of cub,nation etc.
career mode should be continuous, in all fifa series when we retire as a career a sudden fullstop is there to our career. after our player career when we become a manager no importance is given to what a good career we had as a player.
then in career player mode options should be there to attend an interview and state what we feel about the club ,manager,fans,teammates etc.
ballon d’or should be introduced.
manager mode should also be made interesting.usually we start a manager career at a small club,a small club will have only a small stadium. so instead of selecting a new stadium before we start the career, we should be able to build up the existing stadium into one of the biggest in the world and the money for this should only be available by winning leagues,cups and also by help of club owners.
