be able to edit your team when simming a match instead of having to go into squad and have to fix it after. also being able to create a team in the game instead of going to creation centre would be great.

in manager mode: to have a reserve team where youth players can gain experience but also a place where reserves of the first team can get rhythm or where young bought players can begin.

And it would be much better if we can create our own stadiums and teams and we can use them in Career Mode . As a manager , I don't like a thing that a manager can control two teams at the same time like in FIFA 13. Gameplay and others are fine and the last thing is that when a player get an injury , I want to see that medical team come into the field and treat him or take him away with the cart if he can't continue .
More leagues = more fun !!
in international managing you shoul be informed of the form of the players so you can change them if they are in a bad run
trensfer markets should be realistic with messi not going to real madrid if hes unhappy.

send agents to watch players you are interested in and they tell you how is he playing and developing.You can change some details of your team's kit and you could change day to night in the same match,scenes of ballon d oro,and more trophy wining scenes,more leagues like argentina's first divition or mexican second divition,original Champions and Europa League and that the world cup is available when you start your career mode to classificate your country to Brazil World Cup and that they put more stadiums such as Camp Nou.

players like walcott should left back almost every deffence.
get goalkeepers more realism, they stop shoots at the other side of the net and dont even get close to ones beside them.
the introducing scenes should be longer
you should be able to talk before and after every matchanswering questions, not only saying good or bad things about something.

• Better quality youth players. The youth players which come through the ranks on FIFA 13 are laggy/big/stumbley.
• Update the Division patches/numbers. When a team gets promoted from e.g the championship, they're numbers/patches should be changed to the Premiership's official numbers on the back of the shirts and the patches on the sleeves. Also the patches should turn gold when they are crowned champions. (Turning gold for next season)
• International teams should be included: Croatia, Serbia, Ghana and Montenegro.
• Official international kits should be back on. For example; Brazil and Italy.
• To be able to have an official youth team (E.g under 16 team) and to play with them. Doing this will improve the youth team and get a better understanding of which player you want to promote to the first team Squad.
• To be able to update players hair styles and facial hair. Players like Ronaldo and Ballotelie change they're hair all the time. So it could be a good idea to keep up to date with these changes (similar to the changing of boots)
• Players who are older wrongly have they're Attributes deducted. For example, if I'm playing well with Lampard he STILL gets his attributes deducted because he's old. It's wrong.
• Players should retire at a later age. Not 32 or 33 like FIFA 13. Probably at 37 or even 39 or 40 if its a goalkeeper.
• To be able to SKIP some content when your playing a game. For example we don't want to see some random players warming up or about to be Substituted, we should be a able to SKIP.
• To be able to play Arena mode STRAIGHT AWAY when you start the game. Just like FIFA 12.
• Realistic transfers. For example players who USED to play for that teams rivals shouldn't be bought by that team. For example, mascherano being bought by Manchester United. It'll NEVER HAPPEN because he played for Liverpool once.
• Create your own celebration. ( you've probably already implemented this into it but I didn't know if it was for real or not. It'll be great idea tho.)
• improving the commentary. For example on FIFA13 if you're 2-0 down and then make it 2-1 they sometimes say they have taken the lead etc...
• Gary Nevile should be the 2nd commentator.
Diego Maradona, Pele and Ziddane should be in the classic 11. No one has ever played as Maradona and Pele, they are world class players so it'll be great experience to actually have the chance to play with these once great players.
• Improving the international management. I was really disappointed with this in FIFA13, it was boring and really annoying when you get requests to be a manager. You should be able to see which players are performing good and bad for they're club teams to see if they deserve a place.

It would also be great if there were more features off the field, like looking for different shirt sponsors, to have a different shirt every season.
Training options? When you have a young player which is very slow or needs more power, you can let them train on those specific subjects so that they will improve faster on that one.
Stadium upgrades
- From FIFA 12 to 13 on carrer mode you made some improvements in order to have new players, but not enough. I can see some young players with 80 of overall and NO ONE want him? any club? other clubs should be more aggressive in order to contract players.
- On carrer mode, again, young players from own searchs are not fast. I have a lot of them and all of them at most have 70 on speed and acel. I think that some guys are faster than that.
On career mode, you should be able to change kits every other season or so. There should be a few kit designs which you could choose for the game to then apply the correct colours. Perhaps sponsor development every few years too. Better sponsors who offer more money but also require a higher finish in the league. Failure to meet these targets means the sponsor cancels their contract and ultimately, receive less money.
Just like "Be a GM" in NHL 13.
It would be good to have impact substitutions, like players who would come on and be game changers, similar to the way certain players have big effects in games in real life. One more point would be to have a more interactive crowd that react to goals depending on the situation, an example being if a late winner is scored, the crowd cheer extra loud or if the goal scored leads to winning a final or the title, for the fans to react like this.

1) Usually I start a career with a lower league team, for example I'm playing with Preston North End this year. One of the problems that keeps bothering me i with the emblem on the shirtsleeves, it doesn't change when you are promoted (nor if you are relegated, for that matter). I know it's a small thing, but it just feels silly to see your players lift the Premier League trophy in shirts from League One.
2) I think it's already been said, but customizing the manager you are playing would add a bit of depth to the game.
3) INTERVIEWS! Being able to talk with the press or a player would be a great addition.
4) Stadium improvements would be great. Again when you are in the top of England's best division 24'500 seats just isn't enough. Of cause you can always choose a bigger stadium from the beginning, but what if you decide to change club? And then again it wouldn't really be Deepdale if had a capacity at 45'000+.
5) Improve the player biography. It would be great if you could read about the player in his bio, stuff like his history: which he has played for, how many games he has played, goals scored and so on.
6) Relationship with the fans. If you for example sold a club legend (without any reason) it should harm the relationship with the fans.
Gameplay:
1) Stadiums should have an effect on the players’ performance; so that it would actually mean something weather you played home or away.
2) Playing dirty. I know this one might be a little controversial, but I do miss the possibility of making hazardous tackles, and diving in the field (don’t get me wrong; there’s nothing I hate more than seeing a falling after a clean tackle, just to get a free kick, but it is however a part of the game). This would also give the players a bit more personality. And I think I would survive if the PGI was raised from 3 to 7, if it meant the game would feel more real :D

2) Fifa 14 Must include Champions League !! PES 2013 is a great football gaming cuz it includes Champions League .. It would be great to add it in Fifa 14
3)FIFA ULTIMATE TEAM : (Badge - Kit Designer Program)
Would be great .. Imagine you can make you're own badge for you're own team .. it's better than being copied from popular teams like RealMadrid-Milan-Manchester-Dortmund and also the kits designer
4) Popular tracks : Chris Brown - Lil Wayne - DJ David Guetta (Or add you're own playlist from PS3 OR XBOX Gallery)
5) Avatars instead of Club Logos for Users!
6) Arab Leagues ! (Egyption League - Qatar League - Jordinan League - Tunis League)
A lot of people end up creating incredibly strong teams and winning the league easily, but with this game mode, your friends will also be developing great teams and that competitiveness will keep going.
