these international team have been pllaying in several world cups.
As a manager You should have the abilty to change a player's position, both real player and scouted. Their OVR might be increased or decreased based on there attribute like fifa09/10. And it should be listed as secondary position. I tiink its important.maybe after playing 10+ games position might be changed.
and create a team offline like fifa 10 ps2
I would like to see a more realistic FIFA in terms of the feeling during a match. I feel it lacks a lot of autencity in the FIFA-series compared to f.ex the NFL or the NHL-games from EA. When you play those two, if its like youre watching a game on TV.
Here are my elleven tips for the new FIFA 14.
One:
Customise the crowd, like you have managed at Porto games, when one spectator goes "Pooorto" and the rest of the stand follows. Some teams have this, but in a lot of games, you feel that "this could might be in the Premier League, as well as the, say, Belgium league".
Two:
Change the number of fans at a given game. There isnt 80.000 people present at San Siro when A.C. Milan goes head-to-head against Pescara (with all due respect for the latter). But opposite, when Pescara host Milan, it would have been more realistic to have a full house. Change this, and the important games will feel more important, and the big visists from the bigger clubs will feel bigger. Like in real life - there should be a full Mestalla in Valencia when Real Madrid / Barca or antoher top-side, but maybe "half-full"-stadium when you meet f.ex. 3 1/2 star (and worse) teams. Same goes if you play with a weaker team: when big clubs visit, its full house, f. ex. 4 stars and better (or rival/derby games), say Sheffield Wed - Sheffield Utd.
Three:
Change the commentators "build-up" before a game. To much of the same lines over and over again.
Four:
Add more stadiums if possible. I miss Nou Camp a lot so make one that is more similar than the "El Bombastico". You dont want to have Barca playing at the same stadium as Sevilla and Betis (wich is the case in FIFA13).
Five:
When you play a cup final in Career Mode, and you are listed as the away-team, the other side suddenly has the stands packed with their own fans, while your fans are stucked in a corner - UNREAL! 50/50 at cup-finals. Period.
Six:
The "clip" that highlights the player(s) beeing substituted is annoyingly long (and not a chooice - you have to watch it).
Seven:
The intro before a game is fair, but after a short introduction, its completely silent from the commentators - make a longer "dialogue" between them, talking about the game.
Eight:
Why is it brazilian referees in the portugese league, when you already have an Portugese referee present in the game?
Nine: When you sub your captain, make sure that the arm-band is still in the game - on the arm of the vice-captain (wich is choosen in the "player-role" area together with the captain, the corner-taker(s) and so on).
Ten:
Its crucial that you fix an important bug: the schedule (fixuture-dates in CM):
First of all, in the calendar, thursday is called tuesday, so it goes "mon, tue, wed, tue, fri, sat, sun". - really annyoing.
Second, if you play in different competitions, say with an English side, you can risk playing a game every other DAY for a whole week (this happened to me - league cup, fa cup-replay, PL-matches and Europa League). Then, the game should understand that it has to move the Premier League-fixture from, say, saturday to sunday, if you played the EL-game thursday-night.
Elleven:
Make a goal-celebration that is a "no celebration". Useful when a player hits a goal against his former team.
Av been waiting years to see the old lady on FIFA.
Maybe some options when you're captian to command team.
And fix the referees, they are just aweful.
Messi doesn’t normally do skills but he does dribble a lot so I suggest that the AI with the advanced artificial Intelligence that they will be having will be able to do quick moves and dribbles to get pass tight defense for both Messi and Iniesta while Ronaldo should be very pacey with a lot of successful and useful skills move with more powerful shots than in Fifa 13

2. A more realistic crowd. When scoring and when replacing "man of the match" show short clips of the crowd standing and cheering and applauding for the player.
3. Being able to select a sub-captain on your team; so in case of replacing the captain run a short clip showing the captain giving the band to the sub.
4. Improved player-crowd interaction. Having a couple of celebrations as when the player runs into the crowd and they hug him. Cool!
5. How about having the fifth and sixth referees close to the goal lines.
6. Legend players. Having players such as Zidane, Cafu, Roberto Carlos, etc, to unlock and being able to use them in any mode. Not with those ridiculous overall scores.
7. Last for now but something that I guess most of us want to see is the creation of all the stadiums.(Camp Nou)

Let's say you wanna play vs a friend. You can both pick out your players for your team and play against each other.
Create your own dreamteam and challenge your friends!
-add more leagues:uruguay,greece,turkey,ukraine,romania,argentina,israel,leagues in africa and croatia.
-kit changer(the ability home&away jerseys after seasons in career mode
-make the fans look realistic
You should also put active fans in it, because the fans are important these days in football.

there should be interaction between player and manager..
aggressive players should behave in such manner as they behave in real life..
derby matches should be more interesting like managers comment on each other and their reaction on the players..
also transfer period should more unpredictable.. it should also have an effect from real time..
AI should be improved..
1) You could make that you are able to customise and change kits ass it will be an awesome add to it.
2) Transfers seen to be a bit dodgy as it can be easy to persuade to get the best players it should be harder.
3) You should be able just to pick an International team for career as it will be fun and different.
4) The request funds is cool but could be a bit strict as you need the money to renew contracts or improve the team.
5) Have a training mode where you can choose the whole team (even reserves) or one player to just do a big training session it would be a good add to the career.
6) The "news" sometimes it could be annoying it saying the preview and stuff so if it could be reduce them it would be great.
7) As you can go scouting how about you be able to go on the scout and have a play with the players.
6) As it might be funny you could change the commentary like: Language, Mood, Hummer and stuff like that.
Other than those for manager I think it would be AWESOME
Also since it is the 125 year of the FA maybe some of the best teams should be thrown in such as the invincibles of arsenal, the galacticos of real madrid, the 1999 man u squad which can be used in match day like the classic and world XI. Or like what football manager are realising of the original 12 teams in the football league.

- make it easier to change clubs in career mode( ive won every trophy each season for Dortmund for 5 years and every time I try to move clubs I get turned down)
2) more international teams
3 more international tournaments e.g. Asian cup, Asian Champions League
4) More leagues e.g. Ukraine, turkey, argentina,croatia, Serbia, Romania, china, japan, Greece
5) Stadium creation mode
1. adding Stadiums from these respective leagues (I know Mexico and the MLS have 1 each Azteca and BC place) but more are needed.
2. have more player faces as a lot of players in these leagues have generic faces and it is annoying when you buy a player just to find out they look nothing like they do in real life.
3. finally add more more foreign leagues like the A-league and the MLS as it will increase the games fan base worldwide e.g. Argentina, UAE, Qatar, South Africa, Japan, China etc.
1.)Enhance the complexity of manager mode by
-Increasing the difficulties of transferring club's star players
-Reflect different transfer policy of each club in the game
-Increase the role of reserve team
-Growth of players should be more performance reflective and event reflective
-Abilities of players should be slightly adjusted after each season's performance, like FIFA did for each game title
-Growth of player abilities should be more "realistic" and even, strange to have players with 99 vision and 60 short/long pass
-Increase the affect of forms and morals
-BETTER AI with other club's transfer decisions and team selection (VERY IMPORTANT)
-Size and height of youth players should change, they are generally tiny
-Ability/ Performance of aged players handicap mechanism not realistic, should be compensated in some ways, and abilities like vision, passing should hardly be reduced
2.) AI gaming too "robot-like", when compared to playing with other players, AI plays too neat and lack of clumsiness
3.) Auto-marking should be more tight when opponents arrive to the box
