In order to do this you should add the following leagues
Africa: Tunisia, Egypt, Morocco, South Africa and TP Mazembe (Congo DR)
Asia: Japan (might not be possible), China, India, Iran, Qatar
Europe: Ukraine, Turkey, Greece, Romania and APOEL (Cyprus)
South America: Argentina, Chile, Colombia
Oceania: New Zealand (at least the best teams)
If you could add those it would be great and you could try to add at least one level to the best already existing leagues and license the Brazilian league

- When you simulate games in career mode, make it so that if a player is injured, time stops and you can make a realistic change by hand.

Display birthdays in player profiles (easier for youth squad and transfers)
Drafts for leagues that have them.

The option to invest in new staff (assistant coaches or training squad, medical, etc)
new expenses/income dependant on fan attendance + stadium sizes and expenses (comes with the ability to change stadium size. Doesnt have to change the visual of the stadium)

- More possibilities to make coins i FUT. Maybe a daily bonus? Maybe more offline tournaments. Gets kind of boring when you are saving up to buy a certain player and has to play the same season/tournament over and over.
- Player potential should depend more on how the player does than on what he is “born with”. Now, if a young player does very good, he wont really make large progress because his “fate” is decided by his potential. I am not saying there should not be a set potential – there probably should – but the players performances should have more influence on how he is rated. Furthermore I think players should advance more rapidly when they are 16-24, and then slower after that – would be a bit more realistic I believe.
- More real life game faces. This has definitely improved in Fifa 13, but more players should be “real”. This really adds to the experience of the game and makes it a lot more interesting! Shouldn’t take that many resources and this is one of the few things where Fifa is a little less developed than PES.

Yes make keepers make more mistakes and have a 'bad day' occasionally. Guys like Cech almost unbeatable now.
Add hand-ball penalties - never happens!
Stricter refereeing for pushing off the ball - my players flying off the ball and no free kicks.
Second yellow cards - never happen?
If 3 subs are made I never saw player gets injured and unable to continue to play rest of the game with 10 men.
Zoom onto celebrations, player faces after scoring. Hugging manager(managers look ugly - add proper face).
1.A more interactive menu. That lets you walk around a stadium.You could go to the managers office and play the
different game modes and could go onto the pitch to play an exbidition match. U could also get a bus to the training ground to play skill games and arena.
2.u could also do a similar thing for carreer where you could go to the managers office to do all of the team management things there could also be trophy room to view the trophies that u have won. Go to the tunnel to play next match. Request funds at the chairmans office. Go to conference room to say things in the press and also pick up newspaper in managers office to view footy news. Take a bus to the training ground. Then plan training sessions, sort and coach youth academy. Play/watch/sim youth and reserve matches
3.Could do something similar for player carreer.
4.New career option to make a team and build up from non-leagues to premier leagues.
5. Could also do a player carreer when u start from a small club and build up to play for the best.

I'M VERY HAPPY ABOUT FIFA 13 BUT IN MY OPINION THE LIGUE OF ARGENTINA AND CHINA MUST BE IN FIfa 14 because they are fantastic.

a) Career mode FREEZE!!! It pisses me off SO much so is it possible to prevent this from happening?
b) When a team wins a trophy, maybe the fans run onto the pitch, and see the security men run after them. =P
c) Add in more commentating languages (preferably Greek).
d) Add in the Greece and Cyprus leagues (Idk what they're called). xP
e) Career Mode - Scouting. Add more countries like Cyprus, Japan, etc.
f) Maybe add in 'Be a referee' mode.
g) Maybe at then end of each season (Career mode - manager) customise the kits, kit brand and sponsor?
h) Put in amateur leagues (Blue square premier, North, South, and the Southern league?)

I hope that in Fifa 14 you can add Adecco ligaen (the second best league in Norway)
If you're a be a pro player it would have been cool if you could shout and complain to the refree.
It would have been cool with refree mode.
If you're a be a pro player and you have got red card, injury or sit on the bench, would it been cool if you can see the match from the bench or with the audience.
And a very rare time, you die!
After you've scored a goal you can jump up to the audience or throw away your shirt.
A very rare time a dog or a man jump into the field.
The audience can behave diifferently, depends on where you are.
Kids mode, your just a kid like 14 years old and plays for other leagues.
My ideas for FIFA 14 are:
- Ball Boys
- referees behind the 16 meter area
- More commentators
- can train with your team in career mode
- real face of the real coaches in career mode
- More real negotiations for transfers
- More real live from the players in career mode
Add some real deserving teams like Senegal, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia and Japan to the list. There are better players in these teams and I am sure will bring back something that has been missing from EA's fifa product. Credibility.

- make fans look more real and have the medical staff take a guy with a broken ankle off, he shouldn't have to walk AND make officials make an occasional bad call
- bring back virtual pro
- make a Slovakia FA and PLEEEASE bring in the Turkish league, the greek and ukrainian league would also be good
- have in-career squad updates (maybe not for which club they moved to but more player attribute wise, u guy can do the details :D)
- maybe have some more things like the off-balance kicks, maybe even have something where players might occasionally slip over
- instead of taking our money, have an in-game creation centre, paying $110 AUS min. is enough
- more manager customisation options in career mode and have the option to choose rest-of-world teams when choosing the squads for the Champions & Europa League
- have the option to just play a single game on seasons and FUT without effecting your current progressive season.

Also ball boys would be great i don't know if the engine would hold up but it would look very very realistic and cool, like when the ball goes high and then the ball boy just throws in a new one and avoid using the cutscreen... Otherwise i give you credit for this years edition you have done a great job EA
I had an idea for the transfer system in Career Mode, curiously, it came while I was looking at Zlatan's goal against England last night - for the umpteenth time, trying to figure exactly how he did it.
Anyway, I had the idea that perhaps you (being EA), when you next update FIFA 13 - you could, A) fix the damn Career Mode freeze! And B) Maybe add an option in the Transfer Search Engine, to search for players by numbers of years remaining on their current contract.
So, say if you wanted to find out who would soon become a free agent, then you could search for players by years remaining - and you find that Zlatan Ibrahimovic has only one year remaining on his PSG Contract - now, unless he accepts a new contract, PSG would either transfer-list him in the January transfer window, or let him go at the end of the season.
Your Chief Exec. says in his comments, "Player only has one year remaining on his contract, and isn't keen on renewing it, deal looks like it could happen." Or, "Player only has one remaining on his contract, but looks to renew it soon. Make a big offer and we might be able to entice him." Or something along those lines.

- Improved visual of the grass.(Could look slightly better if possible).
- Chunks of grass that flys up when the ball is kicked every now & then.
- Ball Boys.
- More Commentators.
- Wear on the pitch during a match when wet/muddy etc..
- Improved/Stable Servers.
