Seventh they need to add more stadiums and return camp nou since that's was a big loss in fifa 13
Eighth they need to get every league , team and stadium licensed to make fifa 14 not the best game of all time but the greatest game of all time
Finally they need to get almost all of the players real life appearances and characteristics lien pea 2013 did with most of its players
Ability to choose who you have in your Classic XI like International squad rosters

1) there should be a system in place where AI managers change clubs and have stats (motivation, man management etc). This would add some more variation and drama into career mode.
2) this is a very important aspect I believe that is needed to improve career mode. I have noticed that due to player growth and the promotion/relegation system, that the average overall of players in the lower leagues in particular increases. For example in the 2015 season, you will almost deffinetely find many players with overalls over 70 in league 1. This is unrealistic, as this will not happen in reality, leagues will stay the same in terms of the standard of players in the league (in league 1 there are very few players over 70 overall). As the game progresses, the average ability in the league will increase further, and you will find players with overalls over 75 in league one etc. This makes it even more difficult for promoted teams to compete.
I think the best way to resolve this issue is to make it that relegated teams must sell some of their best players (this could be done by making teams have a decrease in the wage budget, or making it so the players may want to leave), so that when a team is relegated from the championship for example, they do not have a team full of championship standard players playing in league 1. Promoted AI teams should also buy more players so they can compete better in the league they are promoted to. Often, in reality, promoted teams buy many players. In FIFA, this doesn't happen, meaning promoted teams can not compete, and are relegated almost every time. Another thing is that Older players should also decrease in ability at a higher rate, as currently their ability doesn't decrease by enoughy.
3) This one is something that would be nice to see implemented into the game, but is not a necessity as such: the idea of a youth league, where youth players from different teams will play against each other. This would allow for you to moniter how your youth players are developing easier, and scout other teams youth players (other teams should also scout and attempt to sign your youth players.) the youth league doesn't have to be a playable league, but is just simulated, and the players stats are delivered to you from your youth coach, who can also give you an estimated ability of the other teams youth players) when you start the career, you should already have a youth team in place, which you can add to with players scouted using the scouring system. The youth league should be for under 18's. (it would be too difficult to implement a youth team for all age groups I imagine) Players who are not in the starting eleven of the youth squad stats should still increase with time, not only those in the starting eleven.
4) I think that work should be done on player contracts. If a player is coming to the end of their contract, you should receive offers from other clubs for him, at a price lower than his market value. At the moment it is too easy to just wait until a players contract is almost finished, and then just offer him another contract, which he will accept. If a players contract is running out they should sometimes, but not always, become unsettled, which often happens in reality.
5) interactions with players, fans, the press, other teams players and managers should be in more depth than the current press conferences. The press should ask you questions (a bit like FIFA 06 etc but with more questions as they became repetitive) and you should be able to talk to your players one on one. Other managers should also make comments about you and react to your comments.
6) stadium creator. This would be an awesome feature. This could be done with the creation center?
1) The weather conditions can change during the game, such as a game begins with the rain, at one time continues without rain, ending again with the rain.

3) Artificial intelligence today is very beautiful and well made, but it would be nice to see the teams in the field vary their style of play as a psychological variable, not like now, where the only difference between teams are the values numbers (player stats) of individual players.
For example, the FC Barcelona should prefer the game with the ball low to the ground, preferring to do a lot ball possession while other teams would make long passes.
This in my opinion would make the game more real.
4) I do not like FIFA 13 glides, glides are made much better in pes 2013 compared to FIFA 13.
5) The referee blows free kicks too seldom.
6) The music imported by the user feels too softly compared to when it is heard in the player's dashboard.
7) During the substitutions, the time could continue to flow, and the user can control the player that will be replaced, choosing whether to make it run (for example, when you are at a disadvantage), or if you do walk normally trying to gain a few precious seconds (as in real football).
8) Currently when the ball crosses the line (side or bottom field), or when it is whistled a free kick or a penalty kick, or when a goal is scored, the ball and the players are repositioned sharply (changing position also of many meters) from one position to another.
It would be nice to see the time to stop, and when the ball crosses the line (side or bottom field) see the ball boys launch a new ball, and in the case of a free kick to see the player closest to the ball kick the ball to the point where you stop the punishment.
See a full match without sharply change from one moment to another the position of the players (currently often several meters).
- every stadium in the premier league
- away shorts and socks to make it more realistic eg. man utd black shorts and white socks
- more realistic faces on other players
Take out the robotic goal celebrations in 13.
In a nut shell go back to 12 game engine. Iron out the small creases . Put in new free kick system.
Widen pitch slightly. Put in purpose shirt pulling. experiment with diving ?? controversial but part of the game.
Better classic players/teams e.g bergkamp henry ginola/asprilla/shearer
Its very hard to improve on fifa 12 without impairing the perfect balance between realism and fun

2.) International Kits on Ultimate team
- Be able to change the hair style of players like PES.
- When you go onto game setting you should be able to choose seasons like winter and summer so that if you have gone onto edit players you can change wether you want undershirt or long sleeves or short sleeves in winter season and wether you want that in summer season aswell, and the samewith gloves just like PES also
- When they do a slide tackle their kit should get dirty and stay dirty for the rest of the match.
- And when a keeper goes to slide to get the ball the play and the keeper g together and go all wierd and fall to the floor in an unrealistic way so try and make that more realistic aswell.
- And make the players look more realistic.

I am suggesting that there should be some depth in the career mode. I am infatuated with the idea of making the game fully realistic with adding in more features to the Youth Academy option in Career Mode. I would love to see a training option for the first team, the second team, and the youth academy you create. The training would include several objectives based on whether you keep your squad's default way of playing or if you create a new style based on your playing style. This would optimize player growth that many players looks to make an objective while playing Career Mode. Or, just make it a new mode. Make this DLC or include this in the game for free.
Secondly give some importance to who you choose as your captain. There should be a degree of change when your captain is a debutant as opposed to a Tony Adams type veteran.
Finally, an update for the stats section. It would be great to see how long a player has been at your club as well as the goals scored each year or number of cleansheets for goalies. Set-up like each player has on wikipedia

1) More interaction with the players, like talk to them, encourage them or tell them that they need to perform better or they will be on the bench or the reserves, and all that could affect his morale... Also when you talk with the press, i would like that you have something like a press conference, like Football Manager after or before a match or when in FIFA Manager sometimes they hit you with some questions... Talk eabout the controversy with a Player, for example, if theres a controversy with Kevin Prince Boateng, he wants to leave... in FIFA 13 you just sit there watching the News that come up, and you can't do anything... I would love to see interaction with the player and the press, talking about this, trying to convince the player to stay at the club, tell the Press that you will do everything to make the player happy and all the stuff that happens in real life
2) I would LOVE to have a Create a Manager Mode, i HATE to see that pixelated Manager when the camera zoom in the celebrations and everything. Sometimes it looks horrible, all the managers i think look the same, i would love to have some real managers. An example could be the FIFA World Cup 2010 Game, where you could see all the real Manager faces with cutscenes and everything... I would love to see more cutscenes too, because the Manager never appears in the match, just when the Team won a cup or something like that... We want just something like Create a Player, but for the Managers... Because, i want to simulate like Ancelotti or Capello coming back to Milan, i try to make the manager look like them, but then when you see the Manager is a pixelated thing that is standing there, doing nothing... I would like to see the Managers moving, talking to the players, giving them instructions and stuff
3) I want new celebrations, like someone say, theres one celebration that many players do that is the "Kiss the Badge Celebration", is a really great celebration that i don't know why you didn't add that... Instead of stupid celebrations with dances and everything, add some regular celebrations that we see around the world like this one.
4) Another thing that i would like to see is an improvement in Carrer Mode about your Manager. Like, if i choose Sunderland, Wolverhampton or some team like that, i don't want to manage a National team right in the start, you should add some options to turn National Teams off, because sometimes it gets very annoying when you are very focus in your team and every week a very poor National team want you to go and manage them...
5) A better Youth Squad... Is another thing that i was thinking EA would improve this year, but is the same thing... I would love to see Reserve matches, to put my Youth Squad players there, and make them improve faster, and not try to send them on Loand, expecting that they will improve...
6) I will say the same that other person have say... I would love to see the Retired players become a Manager or offer them a position in the club, because is very sad to see players like Henry, retiring and see them disappear from the universe...

Last thing... I really, but REALLY would love to see at least two leagues... Argentinian and Uruguay Leagues are the best in South America with Brasil. You could add some South American Teams at least NOT LICENSED, because many people wants to play with teams like River, Boca, Independiente, Peñarol, Nacional and others historic clubs from South America. If you want to beat PES (FIFA already beat PES, but not in South America) You need to add some great Latin Leagues like Argentinian, Uruguay, Chilenian, Paraguay and others... And add the Copa Libertadores, at least without a License... WE JUST WANT THOSE LEAGUES, WE WANT TO PLAY WITH DIFFERENT LEAGUES IN CARRER MODE, WITH OUT LEAGUES! We want to take our favorite club and get them win the Libertadores Cup, the Sudamericana Cup, the FIFA Clubs World Cup and everything. Please, if someone read these, we know many people in Argentina and in South America don't buy the games, but is not because we don't want to waste money... We DON'T have the money, we have other stuff to do with the Money like eat, pay the bills and stuff. I will try to buy the game, but i just don't have the money now. Please consider add some South American leagues Unlicensed with the Cups there. It would be a really important for all the South American FIFA fans
To start i will give thanks to all the EA SPORTS CREW as i do always for the tremendous work done since improving every FIFA version from 1998-2013.One thing that is very subjective and needs to be attended to is the scene that is brought at every cut off in game-play, it one way or the other epitomizes the whole game experience. I think and i know that everything is possible can be achieved if only it is taken into consideration and further worked upon.Now i will start on talking about what is to be down both on the PITCH and off the PITCH.
1. CORE POINTS...
First of foremost, EA SPORTS FIFA DEVELOPERS should be much concern about the movement, walking, reactions, speech, interaction and top of it all actions which is displayed in a form of scene shown. Now hit the nail by the head, i will say that in real life football every action differs even if it is done by two players at the same time. What i mean is when it comes to various actions at the beginning and the at the of every game the actions of the various player on the field of play should differ from each others since they are not with the same faces and stature their movement and actions should not be the same, the same thing is to be applied to every other thing outside the pitch(camera men, if possible spectators at different sides or rows, security personals, match officials and the rest), and by this reality of will be seen at it's best.
Moreover, FIFA 14 should be done in a way where every cut out scene is displayed by the camera that is used in the game play rather the precustomised and preload programmable videos or scene which is displayed by every other team and player at the same instance, on the field if there is any incident, the camera should be some how zoomed to show the that instances rather,that preload scene, FIFA 13 seems to have corrected this mistake somehow by using gemalpay camera for the goal celebrations and the actions of the referees in showing of cards and giving warnings.But i think there is still more to be done as to display real live moments and occurrences by players as a matter of fact every other person that amounts to the field play whether outside or in the field of play. All these i think should done to capitalize on reality and suspense as a real live game does to FOOTBALL FANS watching a GAME...
2. ON THE PITCH....
Watching Scenes while playing is something that i cherish much b'cos it says a lot to how a game can be, in this i suggest that at the beginning of every match as in real life, players should be shown well individually coming onto the pitch through the tunnel with referees and his officials together with the 22 starting players and with the managers and their staff coming out as in some cases of live matches and which also should extend to the even the substitute shown at their rear where they take their respective seats at at bench. Most cases during the end of the season any team considered as a champion even if the season is not over yet should be allowed to pass through their opponent who have already lined up in a column form in two parts on the pitch to show a sense of respect and even on big or rival matches they should be accompanied by kids to show a quality sign of fair play and anti racism campaigned. During line up, players seen with reality and professionalism, thus, cheering of the spectators by fans should be well displayed and moreover(INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL TEAM) should be seen singing the national anthem and i believe if the teams were able to be made, so as should their various national anthems are to be made too and i think each player is to be seen singing. Shaking off hands is perfect thing that is greatly done in FIFA 13 but i think a lot can be by showing most of them shaking themselves with emotions(Emotions to be talked on next article)as they by pass each other. Choosing sides by the various captains should done as i think by a normal toss of a coin(which i suggest is to done when selecting the teams with the home team(player 1) having the first opportunity to choose) and there should be an exchange of the small banners. Group pictures is to be taken by the various teams which can be stored in FIFA 14 gallery in my documents since the whole replay can be saved. Some players in the same team can be seen interacting with each other to sign to implement tactics and other maneuvers. I think a case of time wasting can be filed against me but i say that if this is all these are done manageably FIFA 14 will explicit, it is all a matter of giving the player(s) the will SKIP it or not.
Moreover, to start the there shouldn't the case as in FIFA 13 where the ball zoomed backwards before we start playing it, there should be various ways of doing it, most of the must come scenes should vary, like combination of camera view from fifa 08-13 can be used if new ones can't be made and i believe all taking that that camera view changes nothing b'cos commentary and other scenes in FIFA 11 are still in FIFA 13, and i think a database increment in the scenes is needed b'cos those shown a familiar. At the beginning of the second half players should be seen coming from the dressing room, through the tunnel onto the pitch but not lineup as at the beginning of the first half, by this the managers should come first or last with his staff and the 22 players starting the second half may come with the referee and his officiating staff.
During game-play, players should been seen putting up their real behaviors on the field, as in fight, attacking referees against some decisions which they think is to given in their favor, nasty and kidding behaviors as FIFA 07 where opponents catches the ball to even if he is supposed to do so, throwing or playing the ball to some distances to delay play, or even to some extent tearing of jerseys where a players has to get a new one form the touch line, lasing of loosen boots, tightening head,wrist,arm and finger bands after a tackle and missing of chances through struggling and even holding the pole or net and making some nasty actions to show frustration and anger, even during celebration players should be allowed to hold the pole at the corner line and even to some extent twisting it in different angles. All these can be done without cut off the scene but the player doing his action whiles play continues.
To add to it, officiators should also involve themselves in play like and i suggest this time FIFA 14 is to involve female officiators, taking hasty decisions, going to his linesmen to get any information if he had no good sight of the incident(mostly when there was a misunderstanding between two players), showing off cards and writing on the with pen as real game,various actions done based on the kind of actions to performed by the players is to be done well like, when making substitution the lines man is to hold his flag, and in manager mode, there should be instances where referees judgement and decisions are wrongly taken and even a commentary is to made on it whether wrong or bad, by this managers react to it and be sent off if in case he showed up a rude behavior(Jose mourihno). I think the behavior to be shown can be performed by the player as a skill can made by a player or even using voice recognition assistant to get harsh words from managers as it is in FIFA 13 for players during unfavorable decisions towards them.Also in case a player is injured the should be a scene indicating the referee attending to the player and if the injury is serious, ordering the first aid staff for immediate assistance (they should come either with a strech or a cub based on the stadium and the team playing), and even the at the first aid staff may be seen helping the injured player out of the field on their shoulders and giving him medications outside the pitch. During Substitutions the fourth referee should be seen clearly as in real live matches showing his digital board and how the scene to how the players get off and on the pitch should differ made different.
At the end of every match, players should be seen shaking hands with joy and frustration at both sides, and if possible changing of jerseys can be made showing players skin with tattoos.Players that score hat trick should be seen taking their ball or even throwing their jerseys to in the fans, managers shaking hands before entering the tunnel with the subs and all officials passing through the tunnel at end of the game.

Can you guys add top 12 Leagues from uefa rankings and drop the other ones and add some teams/leagues from Argentina, China, Japan, Uruguay and maybe from South Africa
If not can you PLEASE add one or two teams from Turkey, Ukraine and Argentina in the rest of world pool.
-include many more league like turky league and Indian league
- create a stadium option in career mode
-more expansive youth squad where u can have more options to work with the youth
-more cutscenes in game to the bench where u can actually see the manager and bench
-kiss the badge celebration , this is a very common celebration in real life was surprised it wasn't in game
-better match making in ultimate team, if I have an all bronze team I don't want to find a person who has all gold 100 chemistry meaning I have pretty much lost without match starting
-in match have weather change like in real life eg if cloudy it could start raining in middle of game or if match starts in evening the sky gradually gets darker
-put in more national teams easy way to pick is just put the top 100 in world ranking , if u are the official game u should have these teams
-AND PLEASEEEEE CONSIDER THIS put an option where we can replay old matches scenarios with legendary players eg pele maradona cantonna etc or even in ultimate team have legendary cards :D
- Fully Licenced UEFA Champions League, Europa League, Super Cup and FIFA World Club Cup
- Create the manager, i.e. face, clothes etc..
- Options on whether you want to take on both International duty or Domestic duty, because in FIFA 13 you do both, you should have an option whether you want to take on both roles or you want to leave club football to join an international side.
- Managers from other teams getting sacked, for example if your Liverpool in career mode, you read about Reading sacking their manager.
- Retired/Ex-Players becoming managers.
- More realism in the transfer market, i.e. prices, loaning player etc...
- Reserve games in career mode, so youth squad can develop quicker
- More options in press conferences, i.e. comment on other things, i.e. controversy relating to players, owners, status of the club
- Pre and Post match interviews added
- Please do not take out anything from FIFA 13, just add more on.
Another cool thing would be to delete ANY's on Drop in matches but keep them for clubs, but delete in public. Or having a chance to vote with the majority to kick players that are not passing the ball or ANY's playing horrible. Also improve clubs by choosing the style of play you like on your virtual pro for (example) able to fine tune your player by removing sprint speed and raising strength or stuff like that making your pro unique. Removing or raising different type of stats will always have positive and negative impacts but taking clubs to a whole new level and add more hairstyle please.
Also you can improve career mode with a youth squad were players come to you and improve scouting by having a chance to do something with the money you make. For example I have 200 mill after a couple of seasons, with that money I am able to build a new stadium or improve the one I have while you can improve your youth academy from a ranking of 1-10 like Barcelona would start with a 8 or 9 while teams like Real Madrid have a 5 or 6. Improving your assistant coaches to improve your youth squad or heal player faster like in the older FIFA's I don't know why they remove things that we all like then they problably add it back in the future to say they did something new.
