For career mode beable to make your own team and start in the bottom division and work your way and also U could add the option to save the team to use in kick off mode and make the transfers more real
More interactive actions between player and manager
And the injurys are the biggest part of FIFA that's fake such as my player breaks his leg and simply just walks off the pitch ever herd of realism.
playing with old teams and players would be REALLY nice, like Madrid in 2006 or brazil in 2004 THAT WOULD BE A DREAM!!
Also to have a more built physique option, so their pectorals, and muscles stand out more. like on hulk, Ronaldo and option for virtual pro’s
also we should be able to use our ultimate team in kick off, also we should be able to use our virtual pros for ultimate team.
also you should put Ghana in the game. and Brazil’s official kit.
Much More promotion money when you go from championship to Premier League, much More money for winning Champions league and the league that your in. (career Mode)
another thing we should have much more of a variety of free-kick styles that we can choose from. the average weight size should be a bit smaller because it is too exaggerated.
we should have a monthly updates on boots, kits players, balls, etc so that they are all updated, like PES no offence. also we should be able to have the option of the size of Ankle Tape; Ronaldo’s type and more. The game should have the Nike, Adidas, under armour, umbro base-layers, and you should put in Nike field player and other Nike,UNDER ARMOR, PUMA AND Adidas gloves.
when you are in the arena the player should be in the clubs training kit (training jacket, shorts white training socks and boots).
Also on the game the football boots don’t look that real, the colour doesn’t even match the colour of the boots in real life for example the blue Nike vapors are too light blue when they should be turquoise if anything. and for the adizeros you should have both leather and synthetic versions. and you need to make the sole-plate of all boots MORE REALISTIC. please add Brazil’s real official kit as well :)
WE SHOULD HAVE THE OPTION OF HAVING A BASE-LAYER ON ALL THE TIME!
PRESS CONFERENCES IN CAREER MODE. AND WHEN SOMEONE IS HOMESICK THEY SHOULD ACTUALLY GO TO THEIR HOME COUNTRY! AND WHEN YOU WIN A CUP SHOW THE TEAM LIFTING THE CUP, NOT JUST THEM RUNNING AROUND IN CIRCLES.
in addition could you have more hairstyle especially Black people type haircuts (Drake type Afro, fades, level 1, level 2, level 3, etc.), maybe option for Shape up or No Shape up. furthermore, add more facial hair styles as well.
also please dont make the kits look so baggy.

Addition of Uefa Champions leagues, Uefa cup, Super cup. Mangers should show reactions to matches and usage of Quick-tactis should be adjusted. like Pes when tactis is changed you can see the Coach shouting and stretching his hands stuff like that should be done in Fifa 14.New skills. Competitive AI as basically the AI in Fifa 13 are just weak, so improvement of AI QUALITIES MAKE THEM SMARTER AND MAKE THEIR DEFENSIVE SYSTEM REALISTIC. New defending system. More intelligent Attacking style. Variety of jersey for the Goalkeeper. Fans reaction exicitment during Trophy celebrayion, roit. PLayer Injury style must be improved. STAGE A- PLAYER INJURIED BUT NO SERIOUS, PLAYER GETS UP. STAGE B- PLAYER INJURIED LITTEL BIT SEVERE MEDIC SQUAD RUSH IN THE FEILD AND GET INSTANT TREATMENT LIKE FIRST AID AND PLAYER GETS BACK UP BUT IN THIS STAGE B, PLAYER IS PERFORMANCE AND STAMINA WILL BE DECREASING AND MORE TACKLES WILL LEAD RO STAGE C- WHICH IS THE SEVERE TACKLES THIS TACKLES GET PLAYERS CARRIED OUT OF THE PITCH IN A STREATCHER. I think that would make FIFA better than it already is
Making the tension of the goal nets much tighter than usual like in real life
Making the players and fans more realistic
Creating more real stadiums especially in the premier league for underdog teams
Renaming the Champions Cup into ‘Champions League’ and inroducing the theme song for every Champions League match

Creating real boots like tempo, CTR’s etc..
Creating more real commentators such as: Alan Pary etc
Making the commentators much more active ie. shouting when theres a chance

Shakhtar Donetsk need to be in Fifa 14 as they are not in Fifa 13. Please listen to what ive said and suggest it to EA SPORTS developers.

please add the ID all players in fifa 13 run and act in the same way. every player should have his own way of contoling the ball.
ATTACKING INTELEGENCE
the attacking intelengence in fifa 13 was very good but it should be improved more for example having the left backs helps in attacks and in winger help in defence and change position freely in the field with an organized way like in real life
-Tattoos (Meireles, agger...)
-Diving (It's not fair but its part of the game)
-Interviews (be a pro or as a manager in career mode)
-Editing stadium
-Awards (best player of the season, best young player, best keeper and best team of the year)
-Introducing a youth league so that players with a rating -70 can play games instead of sitting on the bench
-Realistic weather (the rain looks like sperm :D)
-Realistic crowd (now its just some pixels)
-If there is a derby or a very important match, now and then the match has to be posponed because hooligans where fighting or the field was to wet or there where racistic songs...
-When a player is injured, you should be able to see the medical staff come on the pitch
-Sometimes when you do a good tackle, the referee sometimes say its a fault and I get booked (yellow or red) it should be fixed
-When you have a player in your squad who is just bought (for ex. marin from Chelsea, you should be able to sell him at the beginnig of the first transfer deadline, now you have to wait for the second one)
-Shirt editing (some small changes every season but the sponsers should be the same)
-More leagues (ex. Turkisch, Ukrain...)
-Everything licensed (champions league,europa league...)
-If the cpu makes an offer for a player in career mode, you should be able to say: I want that player from your team +10mil and then you will get my player (ex. I am chelsea, the cpu (Inter) wants to buy mata for 30 mil, than I should be able to say: give me ex. sneijder +10mil and you will get Mata)
-At the end of the season, you should be able to change a players main possition. (ex. walcott is a RW, but if you play him as a Striker for the whole season, than and the end of the season a screen should pop up and asks you if you want to change the players position from a RW to a striker, and if you reject, he still is a RW)
I thinks thats it, but I would be very happy if they just fix their servers

1. The pitch size and proximity of the pitch to stadium were accurate ( I.e.Old Trafford is the bench mark)
2. All Stadiums included have accurate goal nets, shape, colour and net tension as in real life.
Two very simple changes that would dramatically increase realism.
