Add the Ukraine League, Turkish League, Greek League and maybe some Asian leagues. Improve the Australian league to a 2 star (atleast) league and maybe add another Asian League
Add the Ukraine FA, Slovakia FA, Morocco FA and some Asian National Teams.
CAREER MODE
Don't make old players drop in value and overall AS much, maybe include some weekly highlights for the league or something and include more real awards like the golden boot and even puskas award if possible and have real Free Agents like Beckham and if ur a player have the ability to request to play or if manager be able to give reasons y/y not (etc.)
OTHER STUFF
on online games like FUT and seasons have the option to play a random, unranked match and make more real stadiums, real refs, more celebrations and victory dances, maybe a 'create a celebration/stadium/player/manager/TEAM'

Another cool idea would be able to spend your wage and keep tabs on how much you have earned since you started playing (bank etc, maybe reputation as well)
Visuals such as spectators being more realistic, more new stadiums included and of course the most impactful one would be the addition of better celebration scenes as we players love to enjoy the humor and enjoy after scoring a goal.
Another visual improvement would be the injuries. It would be better to be able to see medics come to the aid of the injured players during the course of the game as this is very commonly seen in all real life football matches. Substitution scenes can be improved tremendously such as showing the frustration of the player if he had a bad game or despair of his teammates if he was having a great game and taken off when they are down.
A final visual which can be improved would be the facial expressions of the players. Would be great to find some new technology or improve on existing technology to implement realistic facial expressions such as joy, anger, pain and sorrow.
If these 3 visual improvements are made to FIFA14 i would most definitely look forward to it. Hope my comments would be regarded!!! :D

In your player career mode instead of getting +attribute points for completing achievements (+1 finishing for scoring 1 goal), make it that when you complete objectives set, you get like skill points (nba2k my player) which you can then decide in which attributes they can go in. It would just make your pro feel so much more unique. And also something something like the type of player they are such as 'athletic' or 'mentally strong'or something. Also maybe add more people in which you can communicate with if that makes any sense or for you to make more decisions. like refusing to play, or asking to the manager to rotate the squad if your not a first team option, or be able to participate in training drills which over time will give you attribute points but not a crazy amount. also in manager mode add that you can build new facilities like increase stadium size, improve doctors (like physio), improve the trainers etc. change the beginning scene before the game and make it more tv like, like some season stats, a helicopter view, an outlook to the game with a forecast of the game so that in-game it might start raining after half time. also have that the heat and or cold affects how players perform. when simming matches have it that you are able to set up tactics from the bench and make substitutions and stuff like that. have a more detailed customization of your manger and better press conferences which affect your publicity if you say something stupid or offensive like in the nba2k games. also have this with my player.
and if in manager mode you could also hold training drills for your players to gain attribute points as well would be cool. in manager mode you should be able to apply for any job and it's up to the other club to accept you or reject you instead of having a couple of teams to choose from. another thing would be retiring from managing a club and being able to solely manage an international team. one thing when playing against the cpu is that when the do score they always do the same celebrations and will do this pass around the back for like 20 in-game minutes. it's annoying especially when you have about a 12 minute game.
online-
i'd like to see that you get rid of the manual celebrations and bring the old automatic celebrations back simply because it makes it seem realistic and less annoying especially when online players will be idiots and run around celebrating for ages.and rid of the replays in between half's and at the end of the games because people will refuse to skip all the replays and won't end the end of game replays for ages. also tone down the ability to score near-post goals because it's ruins the whole point of defending because someone can just run down the line and smash it to the near post. bring back online head to head because division 1 gets tough and boring and so do the tournaments so that you can play a game with nothing at stake.
gameplay-
i think you should improve the graphics and atmosphere of the game; pes in my opinion has an incredible atmosphere to it's games and although the player models aren't that great it still looks superb. improve the commentating drastically as well because when they say something like he's got an injury and won't come off, the player has actually had to come off with a broken leg. which brings me to another point, players should be stretchered off if they have a really bad injury. finally add more leagues or more international teams and be able to earn money from ticket sales and able to get a sponsor to stadiums that you create which will earn you more money.

Don't let people hack Ultimate Team ( From personal experience- it is so annoying it is unbelieveable. My team was worth 134k and it got hacked!!!!!!!)

2.Make the undershirt option or the tight shirt option like for Eriksen or Robben available in create player and if you edit a player his gear in rain or snow should not change to just short sleeves.That annoys me.
3.Put more celebrations-running and finishing-in Fifa 14.Like the kiss of the wrist or Ronaldo's claws or Ronaldinho's running celebration or the 1 finger point for Jack Rodwell.More and better celebrations HAVE to be in this game.
4.Players should be able to express desire to play for a particular team or in a particular league.
5.Put more boots in the game and more goalkeeper gloves in the game and cut down on the amount of EA Sports boots.I know many FIFA players who dislike EA Sports boots.Cut it down to at least 10 pairs.Put more Nike and Adidas boots and even Umbro or Puma.
6.Create a team should be in the game like older titles but this time you can pick a kit designer like Nike or Adidas or Puma or Umbro and put a sponsor on either front or back of the shirt or even both.
7.Make referees better and put in some realistic referees like Howard Webb or Mike Dean and make the referees uniforms realistic to the league.
8.You should be able to pick between ESPN or EA Sports when playing a match for presentation instead of just ESPN for BPL.
9.Put long sleeves undershirts in the game like the ones that Yaya Toure wears and make the collar undershirt or collar long sleeve shirt option available in create player.
10.Nike ID should be in the game for virtual pro and create player as to put their name and number on their boots.
11.Kits should be customizable after the season is finished and the kit designer should be able to be changed.
12.Give the gloves for snow actual brands like Nike or Adidas or Umbro and even show the team emblem like how Chelsea has their gloves.
13.If a team is promoted their kit number and name font should be able to change to that of the league that they are promoted.This annoys me when I go through seasons with the same kit.
14.In Career Mode the news should say if a manager is sacked and show who his replacement is.There should be a highlight show for the week of action in Career Mode and put talk to press days before and after the game and you should be able to see the interview with players AND managers.
15.In snowy weather the ball should not always change to the orange ball there should be balls for snow and rain in the game for the specific league and PLEASE add more weather effects and make the snow to build up on sidelines and by the banners and also make the rain to cause puddles in the match.
16.For the ESPN presentation the half time highlights and post match highlights should be available.

FIFA 13 is a great game but there are improvements to be made like for referees and cards.Also put 2 footed challenges in the game.
FIFA 13 is a brilliant game but FIFA 14 MUST include these improvements and much more.

If these get added then this would be the best game in the world..
1. FIX THIS FREEZE EVERYONE KEEPS EXPERIENCING ON CAREER MODE.
2. Make the croud more realistic, they all move at the same time.
3. Crowd again - If there is a big rival match, have fans fighting in the stands, stewards trying to calm things down,but they dont always calm it down, in the video it has fans can interupt the match, thats will be awsome with maybe balloons, flares, bottles or anything it will be good when taking a corner or whenever.
4. On the touchlines managers can have bust-ups, and make the managers looklike themselves, and players sat in the dug-outs, warming up, clubs mascot around there also.
5. Create a stadium and a team which can be aloud to play in career mode.
6. Have handballs, elbowing, pass backs like you see in the real game now and again.
7. Have a youth acadamy from the ages of 10+ it would be awsome to see what players are already in there and have the youngsters who are actually at the clubs in real life, like i see the other day david beckhams children are now with chelsea academy, it would be awsome keeping an eye on players at that age and then sign them up when they are 15 - 16 years old. The scouting idea at the moment in Fifa 13 i dont like as they find players who are not actually real people.
6. In career mode, i am chelsea. Josh McEachran, Oscar they dont look like they get older as im in my tenth season, ageing in the skin is needed.
7. DONT BRING WOMENS FOOTBALL INTO IT, THAT WILL RUIN IT.
8. Kit Sponsers, you can choose sponsers after a certain amount of seasons, e.g at the moment chelsea are with samsung.. after 2-3 years after a contract with the sponser you have a choice whether you want to stay with the sponser or find a new sponser deal.
9. Clubs going into liquidation.. and maybe fold as a club, you can help a club out with money or loan players free of charge.
10. Tranfers - you can offer maximum of 2 players for a trade + cash.
11. Referee's to fall over now and again.
12. Career mode to go on for like 25-30 seasons.
13. Commentry, they repeat the same things, have loads and loads more things to say about every club.
14. Create a Manager or use the clubs current manager in career mode.
15. Buils around your stadium. build statues, like john terry, lampard, scholes, giggs, gerrard, carragher, messi retires, have a statue of them because they are legends or do it with any player thats has been at the club for 6+years and also old players like di matteo, wise, cantona, best..
16. Expand the stadiums decorate them how you want them in career mode, how wide or how high, set ticket prices also for each game.
17. Talk to your own team in the dressing room at half time.
18. Managers and player have press confrences's and interviews after a match.
19. Players and managers (yourself) also can tweet on twitter and upset others or cause speculation for the media.
I'll leave it there, add all this and FIFA 14 will be the best game ever.
- When you play a be a pro game it would great to ask another player the ball having the choice between ground or air pass.
- It would be also great to have referee's behavior changing by the league he's working in. (stricter in Spain, France etc... and more flexible in great Britain)
- When we play and international exhibition in career mode we can only change 3 players but the number should be 6
- In career mode it would be great to apply to choose teams you want to play against during the season debut
here are my suggestions :
- It would be great to see the face of the coach during some break he could be calm or upset by the situation for example.
- In career mode, it would be more realistic to make the choice between a great (and expensive)training center or buying great players from elsewhere. For example great training centers will provide great enhancement for young players and and give little stars whereas little (and cheap) training centers will give more ordinary young players as the differences we can observe between REAL Madrid and FC Barcelona.
- It would be great for friends (on psn for example) or members of a club pro to be able to download GAMEFACE of their friend's pro and then be able to see their real face during a game in club Pro
- EXTREMELY IMPORTANT : Since FIFA 09 We cant play a be a pro game with local friends I think that'd be great and easy to insert that possibility as it's already possible in career mode but not in exhibition yet
- In career mode when a young player has a preferred position on the pitch it doesn't change event if the coach uses him in a different position for a long time. It would be great that when a player is still young he can adapt and get several preferred position as he's being used.

you can use the extra time to intoduse new things in the next title to make it interesting like,
1. in be a pro, the AI just is not good enough. b,coz whenever you ask for a pass(when you are nera the far post/goal chance) the computer passes it to the nearest player even if he can't score.and the ai just plays wiht itself for most of the time without passing and lossing possession.have different buttons for dif passes like lob, cross, ground pass etc.
2. in be a pro we should be able to get a chanse to play at the senior level by going through or by getting promoted from the clubs youth team instead of being singned and being sent on loan immideatly.also we should be able to play as subs in the ongoing game instead of being left out for the entire game,and also the computer should play us in different positions other than the position we select during creation.or we should have the option of selectin multiple roles like CAM/LW or RW/CM or ST/CF /AM or CDM/LB or RB/CB etc during creating a pro to make it more realisting and also we should be allowed to fight for positions we want.
3.we should be able to select atleast one trait or skill for our pro during creation like for eg:free kick specialist or long shot taker etc.
4. provide more customisable options in be a pro.
5.provide new negotiation options. there should also be an option for the current club to extend contracts or increase wages instead of just transfering to a new club after on year or mid-way. make be a pro more like a life story of a player instaed of creatin multiple pros.make it more realistic.
you can take ideas from MLB,NBA 2K in order to improve your be a pro.
Other things include,
. introdusing live press confrences where new players are signed unveild, or pre match interviews etc.
. developing the passing in the game instead of just concentrating on attack and defence.
. ability to customise the manager in manager mode and let the manager be more animated in the game like in real life football, like when there is a bad call or free kick or penalty or a bad tackle etc.
. bring back the sponsor system from older fifa titles.
. let us have the option of customising the kits instead of playing the same coloures year after year, also the option to have the logo of the new sponsors on the teams shirts.
. let there be an option to customise the stadium.
.introduse rumours systems surrounding in be a pro and manager mode to make it more interesting.like if our manager in wanted by other clubs or if he is going to be sacked or something like that.even in be a pro, if our pro is going to be sold to increase funds or if he is not playing well etc.
.introduse better graphics, make the players look real, hair movement, fluters or movements of the players clothes, more detailed crowd.
.for gods sakes change the commentators an introduse new ones and allow them to complete whatever they are saying and not cut it short for something which is unimportant.
. have different broadcasting system in different cubls or atleast different leagues, like ESPN, SKYSPORTS ets.
with the recent development in gaming software and hardware i think it is possible to put all these in the game(maybe not all at once but little by little) in order to make interesting and allowing the gamers to enjoy it for a longer period of time.....
It would be awesome.
