Also, in manager mode, have customisable 3rd kits, and be able to be called up by your country to manage them would be cool.
Also things like manager cut scenes would be cool, and realistic injuries such as broken legs, and have a cut scene of them coming off the pitch in a stretcher or something like that.
-Manager mode actually lasts the full length. As my manager mode can't seem to work anymore once they all reach the middle of the 6th season.
CHAMPIONS LEAGUE instead of ECC
-The fouling system in the game. There are times when the ref calls a foul when all the dude did was attempt to kick the ball and then accidentally hits the player instead and gets a foul called on him.
- Actual Trophy presentation instead of the players just jumping around after winning the title or cup. So that it feels like you really won it.
- Kit editor so that it will spice up the look of the team and not have the team look the same for the next 20 season. Boot editor as well so that we can come up with different colours for the boots that maybe the actual boot company did not think of (helps the creativity flow as well). And the ability to change sponsors of the club during manager mode like going from Nike to Adidas or Puma (Kit will change as well when sponsor changes thus having a kit editor would be nice)
- Have the fans look more real and not so stagnant and plastic. And also for real crowd reactions to the match results. (eg the crowd at stamford bridge booing after losing to their opponent instead of cheering)
- More realistic injury causes, this is because in fifa 10 the video shows the guy holding his leg and rolling on the ground but instead they say it is a whiplash injury and he is out for a week (meaning more real injuries and how they are caused in the tackle, and that injury will equal the real amount of time out injured for the player)
- Have a club youth academy function in manager mode where you can bring in players from the academy that are bred in the club's traditions and style of play.
- A dive button would be cool. haha
- And ECC finals to be played at different venues every season instead of the same one over and over again.
- And that you show the players in the tunnel before entering the pitch and that they enter thorugh the correct tunnel (find it weird when the players at old trafford enter in from the bench area instead of the real tunnel area.
- And player warm ups in the cut screens before the match starts whilst showing the line-ups

So how about giving them the chance. Now be a pro its good and all but really
it gets boring. How about new things like starting in the academy. Buying cars,
houses being in adverts. I mean i became captain of spurs after what 6 games
in the first team. Make it realistic. And the teams at the top of the table in any mode
shocking Man united were 13th in my manageer mode but when it came to
playing against them they were not mid-table material.

in madden nfl 10, they say your created players name, and you don't have to pick from a list. It's good to hear your own name being said by the commentators.

More specialised faces for players, some players have just generic faces.
Also, would it be possible to add an online system where when other players leave the game your ranking still goes up? I have been put off from playing online to verse others due to this.

Also I think that player switching needs improving, I hate trying to switch to a defender on the far side of the pitch to cover the one going for the ball, and when I eventually manage to control him, he stops running.
Injuries need to be more realistic, if a player is crunched in a tackle, perhaps we should the physio running on the the pitch and if necessary, the paramedics stretchering the player of the pitch. I think this would be a bit more entertaining than it is at present.
Off the ball incidents should be brought back in, like how they were in 2001, when you could press R2 and you would chop someone off the ball, perhaps when player morale gets very low, players could fight like in NHL, similar to the Bowyer and Dyer situation a few years ago.
I think that players with low tackling attributes should be the ones who inflict injuries more than those with the higher stats.
Crowds that actually wear the colours of your team rather than just random colours would be good as well, I also think that the crowds should be more intense with louder chants, possible booing of players playing badly and cheers when something goes right.
There needs to be more stadiums on the game, perhaps maybe as a starter at least the stadiums of all the clubs in the top division of their country.

Upgrading staff members is just too easy and simple. Perhaps expand the staff members area?
Add individual training scheme's to training possibilities of your team.
More different lands for international games (now you mostly get England, Spain etc. But a lot of countries never show up)
Injuries are hard to get and players recover fast. (injuries do not really hurt a whole team, since most of the times you only have 1 or 2 players injured and next month you can use them both already)
Expanding transfer possibilities. Loan a player for half a year, bonus for certain goals reached etc.
Players change their favourite position if they play on a certain position for a longer period (longer than a season, at least)
If you play fifa for a couple of times, you know what players to buy or not. Since you cannot influence their progress during their career. I already meant something like this above, when I suggested individual training scheme's, it will make it more exciting because you can train an average player to a higher level. Plus, if you make FIFA do the same but then automatically, just for a select group of players (which changes every manager mode you start), then you always have "surprise" players on your manager mode! At first, they may look worthless or perhaps average. But after a couple of seasons, they were changed from worthless/average to talented/experienced players.
Also, after a couple of seasons, the "new talented players" who replace the players that are retired, are most of the times worthless. So if you start season 1, those players are talented or the best players for the rest of the game. Talented players in season 1 will be one of the best players after a couple of seasons. And the best players will be somewhat less good or perhaps even retired after a couple of seasons.
But you do not have new talented players after a couple of players, so after a season or 5.. You cannot buy any talented player any longer, because the talents from season 1 are all grown to nearly their max and no new talents are in season 5.
Hopefully FIFA 11 will be better!
The media side of manager mode is rubbish. You win the champions league with Kilmarnock and the best they can say is the local scarf salesman has run out of scarves, need some kind of more heartfelt coverage of the event. Even get the Match of the Day lads involved or something.

3.also you should be able to download new boots each time a new pair comes out, by the time the new fifa is releast, players are wearing new boots and ea should ad more nike boots because their are three nike boots but only one color you could pick and all the adidas boots you could pick
four different color for the same boot so they should do the same thing for nike
4.also one cool thing that every one would like is that you would be able to customized your kit like you could in madden 10 that would help alot in manger mode they do that in real life why cant you do it in fifa that would be nice also when players get injured the team doctor should run to the field and attend the injured player
