1. Show substitutes on the bench and maybe even warming up in the period before they come onto the field. Also perhaps adding a fourth official (maybe asking a bit too much) when players come on and off to further enhance the substitution. I am mostly asking that we no longer are forced to look at empty benchs on the sidelines and players miraculously spawning from nowhere to come on.
2. The ability to create a club and as a result place them into a league for use. This allows players to use CSKA Moscow, Boca Juniors and other big name clubs in Manager Mode for the first time. Not sure this is the most important of features however.
3. More created stadia. I am obsessed with stadium assignments and spend up to 3 hours on a particular league making sure that stadiums and precise and perfect to the real life one. If more created stadia could be added to the game this would further enhance the experience.
4. The ability to edit players' haircuts! I can't stress this one enough as I have gone to the trouble of creating players who have the wrong haircut because I simply cannot stand it. I have sat for hours duplicating a player perfectly in order to make sure they look accurate. I have done this for: Adebayor, Pazzini (he was at my request fixed in the update), Higuain, Milito, Miguel Veloso and many other players. If we were given the ability to edit a players hair style it would save many hours of toil and would enhance the games realism spectrum further.
5. Add the City of Manchester...
A bit of an out of the question request as the likelyhood of you adding a new licensed stadium is improbable. However if you did this stadium would be the go as there are few stadiums that match up to it in the createds. This would be resolved however if you could change the settings and let us assign licensed stadia to a team, eg: Emirates to Man City.
6. Mid way through season add boots as DLC.
at about January all the old boots from the season get seemingly thrown out as a new set comes in for all players. After asking around on the FIFA 10 Forums I found that many FIFA players would happily pay for a DLC package of new boots should they be released. Think about this as an option for FIFA 11. People have also confirmed that they would be happy to pay for stadiums to download.
Fifa 11 shud have proper seens were it shows u sub being taking place with the 4th official showing a board with the numbers on and then the players both shaking hands and swapping places..... Proper Staduims for Football teams instead of having staduims tht dont even look like the actually teams ur playing like the staduim for bolton wandereres thts on there..... Better play on the field and more control on the manager mode.... fifa 11 shud add a training section where u can train ur players to do individual things to improve in all areas
- More realistic player appearances (Pique, Alex, Jeffren, etc. )
- Actual trophy lifted at the end of final.
- Achievements unlocked with your pro in reserve team.
- More realistic young players (Jeffren quicker, Weiss better)

- More players in classic XI (Diego Maradona, Johan Cruyff, Pep Guardiola,, Zinedine Zidane, Classic Ronaldo)
- Big name AI manager mode transfers.
- Ability to buy players from rivals (must pay more though)
- Bigger build up to bigger matches (Cup finals, derby matches)
- More, longer injuries.
- Maybe handballs and diving.
- Boots from previous season.
- Specialist training schedules (Speed, Crossing, Dribbling).
- Playable training sessions.
- Ability to see more (Managers on touchline, players warming up).
Still an intrepid FIFA 10 player and loving it, keep up the good work.
(a) They are still terrible; with 4 defenders to contest the strikers, the keeper DOES NOT have to come off his line so much which gives the player a cheap goal via chip!
(b) A keeper does not punch the ball out for a corner or back into play when the ball is travelling at 5mph! They have arms, hands and a pair of gloves, they are fully capable of catching a ball even when a ball is travelling at 40mph!
2) Defenders
(a) Why, oh why do they run out of position?
(b) I know defenders aren't always the most agile, but they still have enough skill to do a decent turn with the ball without coming to a complete stop! Even Rio Ferdinand can perform a Cruyff turn and exit with some pace!
3) Midfielders
(a) During a goal kick it should be them who are on the half way line and not the strikers!
4) General Gameplay
(a) Only slide tackles which lead to a foul inside the box count; however if I trip someone up with a standing tackle WITHOUT taking the ball, its play on!
(b) Tageting system occasionally messes up. Meaning, when you have possession in defence and there are two players, you target the one closest to you with minimal power, why on earth does it not go to the one intended, and sometimes not even the other closer player, but one which is near the half way line!?!?
(c) I know Lampard has scored maybe 1 or 2 30 yard plus screamers, he does not do it every game, especially when he shoots from 45 yards! Realistic outcomes please; more often than not, its high, wide and not so handsome!
(d) During corners, lets say I am Barcelona. Whose genius idea was it to put Iniesta, Xavi and Messi in the middle of the box whilst Toure, Pique, Puyol, Ibrahimovic and Abidal are rarely ever controllable. Honestly, its common sense EA, use some!
(e) Slide tackles from any player on another opposing player without possession sometimes does not warrant a red card. Please explain the logic in a malice action which would probably result in criminal liability deserving of a yellow card???
(f) Slide tackles with the last defender in the box which deny a goal scoring opportunity will never get a red card. I'm sorry, am I missing something here??
5) Commentary
(a) Please get rid of Andy Gray, I actually can not stand the sound of his voice anymore!
(b) Enough of the huge shouts of a certain player i.e. Gerrard when he has the ball surrounded by defenders! There is no possible way he can score when he is near the corner, so don't shout his name!
6) XBox Live
(a) Ban those stupid custom formations! No manager in their right mind would set up 6 defenders with 2 sweepers, 1 midielder and 3 strikers. People who have to resort to cheap tactics are poor players; I usually quit as soon as the game starts when I have access to their formation. No loss? No problem!
(b) I don't want to be matched with a player whose latency or connection to mine is so bad. Just block those IP addresses whose latency is above 50ms!
(c) The points system. I beat someone, even if they are level 3 and I am level 30, I should have more points than 2!! They chose to challenge me in the Lobbey's, now give me my full reward!
(d) People who quit! Winning or Loosing, I always aim to play to the end. I quit only when a connection is so bad, there is no point in playing unless you enjoy all your players being cursed with Parkinsons. Harsher punishments for people who quit, or conversely, the same rewards to the winners i.e. the non-quitters as they would receive if the game was played until the end. This includes the XBox achievement of 100 ranked wins; I had to win 173 games before I received this achievement. So that means at the most, 73 people quit on me during the first 100 wins!
Bring back fifa 09 clubs where you actually play as the team you selected, not just have there kits.
The ability to have tournaments on clubs, much like the tournaments on ultimate team.
Change the commentary team for England PLEASE ! Andy Gray and Martin Tyler are boring...
When players have been selected as a substitute get them warming up until the ball is out of play.
As on pro evo give us the ability to have auto subs meaning the assistant manager selects players he thinks should be subbed and automatically sub them on.
Players get injured far to unrealistically on the game! change this please.

Manager mode - it would be great if you could choose your pre-season freindlys for example fifa 09 on ps2 you could offer clubs a percent of ticket sales to accept you freindly request.
More official leagues - greece, russia ect.
Team badges and colours on all default balls for all football league clubs.
Unlockable classic kits - England 1966 world cup, Millwall 1940 ect.
More lower league official team stadiums - such as elland road, the den ect.
Manager mode league logos on kit sleeves - can you please make it so that in manager mode if you get promoted from the championship to the premiership that your team has premiership logos on their sleevs.

Definitely need to update the World XI and Classic XI (get Maradona, etc).
Make it so that you dont have to spend ridiculous sums of money on players even when the negotiater is upgraded in manager mode.
Improved free kick system is needed (too easy atm).
Change in shirt sponsors as manager mode progresses over different seasons.
A better celebration for winning a trophy eg. see the team lift the trophy in the stands.
PUT ON CLASSIC MATCHES/SCENARIOS eg. play as Argentina and perform the hand of god, score with Beckham from the halfway line, etc. It needs some sort of classic scenarios mode.
Make players have well known celebrations perform them eg. Tim Cahill punches the corner flag

More control over the finances, ex, including with being able to change the ticket prices, maybe control over shirt sales, food, other investment opportunities, because taking a lower league club to the premiership its hard to end up with a huge budget in relation to the likes of man city, arsenal etc

Also, oppositions corners are always bad cos they either pass it or play it near post.
A thing that needs to be improved also is that stadiums should only have a few seat spare because even if its a low league team their fans will still be there in real life. p.s I dont think old trafford is ever half full!
Can low league teams have their official goalkeeper kits cos im playing as leicester and the goalkeeper changes his kit every game.

1.In manager mode you cant change the weather condition, one time the pitch had snow all over it and the ball was white-not a good idea-CHANGE IT.
2.Make the keeper more urgent-When the opponent is one-on-one with the keeper,i bring the keeper out yet sometime i scuff the save and the ball is loose with the opponent with an open goal, the keeper takes walks ridiculousy slowly and doesnt care, if they were more urgent they might perhaps make a save.
3.When i play the league cup i use my youth players, everytime i have to go through it and change the entire squad-its annoying, maybe be able to create 3 different squads and selecting which squad you would like to use, but you wuld also be able to mix em up. for example with Arsenal squad 1 would have players such as Almunia, Clichy, Fabregas, Nasri and Van Persie. Squad 2 would have players like Fabianski, Jack Wilshire and Bendtner (the subs and back up players) and squad 3 would have youth players like Sachez Watt or Suno, Scezeny, Gibbs and that.
4.More interesting animations, so when a playeris injured a stecther could appear and you could see fans reactions and manager reaction. After a goal has been scored you can see the manager or other things, when a cup is won something other than the team taking the photo.
5. Goal updates through a match so you know how the other teams are doing
6. Bring back the interview thingy for manager mode, it was more exciting and interesting to answer questions and stuff.
7.Bring back create a team.
8. Use the proper names for champions league or carling cup.

Mostof the time on FIFA all i do is manger mode, and get quite far, i have never yet finished a manager mode but would like to, i am currently trying to get Barnet all the way to the premiership, im not very far but would like to crry this on, i am desperate to the new fifa and know when i do i wont bother paying fifa 10 please make a way to export fifa 10 saved files to fifa 11

ADD TOO CHAMPIONS LEAGUE WITH EUROPE LEAGUE REALISTIC LIKE: THE SYMBOLS, THE SONGS, THE INTROS, THE CELEBRATIONS OF CROWD MUCH MORE EXCITING, SOME TRADITIONS LIKE THE BALL WITH STARS AT THE MIDDLE FIELD AND THE MOVIE OF DRAFTS OF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE AND EUROPE LEAGUE AND DO THAT TOO FOR THE NATIONAL COMPETITIONS LIKE: EUROPEAN CUP, FIFA WORLD CUP, AFRICAN CUP,AMERICAN CUP AND ASIAN CUP ADD MORE NATIONAL TEAMS!!!!!!! AND THE CONDITIONS OF GRASS OF STADIUMS REALISTIC AND ON THE BRAKES OF 45 MINUTES OR BEGINING AND AT THE END OF THE GAME PUT THE VIDEO OF THE LOCKER ROOM DISCUSSIONS EVOLVING COACH AND PLAYERS TAKE OFF AUSTRALIAN LEAGUE,IRISH LEAGUE AND SOME OTHER WEAK LEAGUES BUT ONLY THE WEAKEST LEAGUES

Transfer issues...would Barca really sign Phil Bardsley?...would United put Vidic on the transfer list?
Fans that actually wear their teams colours..and go mental when you score!!!!...and pack them in more, although the stand is full at OT it looks half empty 'cos theres a mile gap between each row.
Better weather...just 'cos it starts off raining doesn't mean the whole 90 minutes have to remain like it.
More leagues...Russian, Greek, Japanese and ARGENTINIAN...think of the quality youth players that come out of that league Boca and River Plate isn't enough.
More stadiums (Amsterdam ArenA, White Hart Lane, Phillips Stadion etc)... more varied range of generic stadiums
I don't know about license issues but what about being able to create a new club kit every few seasons...rather than playing with the same kit for 10 years. Keep the badge and colours etc but change the style and design
Stadium upgrades that are visible, for example, extending a stands capacity...or even a complete relocation. If a league 2 team gets to the EPL they have to stick with their 9,000 capacity stadium?...should be able to build a new 30,000 seater.
Better commentary...if i score a screamer from the edge of the box in the 90th minute to win the game, i want it to sound as if i have ...and not scored a tap in when my teams already 5-0 up (like Mr Tyler screaming..."ROOOOOONEY"!!! or Andy Gray "Tick a boo son!")
Better trophy celebrations...and not just the same one over and over and over again...it doesn't even show the players with the trophy! Show them walking up the steps at Wembley or dancing on the pitch...but more variety.
Finally, can we see some dugout action...see the manager or players warming up at the side of the pitch?
