Easier fouls and bookings to lead to more suspensions.
More stadiums or at least when you pick a stadium it puts team colours, logos and sponsours around.
Harder to make transfers different negotiation techniques.
Clubs try to sign your players in manager mode more often, choice to try and and stop them like pay more etc.
Improved be a pro other clubs contact you during the season, more personal choices that make and impact.
Include training sessions in manager mode so you can focus on improving certain skills free kicks short passing stamina etc

Stop going so arkeidish, Defenders with 90 of overall that can't follow a striker, can't do offside trapps, CAN'T make a tackle (yes, knocking the ball with your foot like you are afraid of getting hurt is not tackling!!!) and controll the ball like a 3rd year old wouldn't are anoying things.
Keepers simply defend the ball ALLWAYS to the direction of the closest opponent and the posts seem to be the best "assisters" of the game.
AI is still very primitive, playing BaP can lead you to suicide. You're team mates do stupid stuff all the time, no matter who they are, you're opponets football is simply based on Free Kicks and defensive breaks(AKA Bugs), etc. Costum tatics work in theory, because though teams like barcelona will play with short passes, their plays will end up in wierd long shots, crosses to Leo messi (I know He's good, but he's not drogba or Adebayor...) or simply the cpu running towards any limit of the field. Pressure needs to be better. In summary, everything on the game engine kinda leads to Old English Football, No pressure, long shots and random crosses.
Bap with two players where both earn exp points or are both virtual pro's (the game would also, of course, allow 2 Virtual Pro's
Classic teams, PLEASE!! Barça of 96/97, Real of 01/02, Barça of Maradó and Crujiff, Benfica of 61, etc, etc
Classic National Teams too.
With all this, The Classic XI team should run like a national team, you can choose from every player on the game to go to that team.
Focus on making a better game, Tired of seeing Beautifull well worked animations ruining an entire play

2. Search for people with good strength connection between you and them, as I HATE lag online.
3. On UT, if you go into an online match try and match the skill level so that a team full of bronze with no chemistry don't come up against someone who has a team full of gold spanish players.
4. Full team celebrations, as it seems unrealistic to me that whilst a man does the baby cradle celbration his team would stand by and watch.
5. Personal music set list, as the music in Fifa is quite frankly awful. More indie rock please.
6. Online bans for rage quitting. Nothing too long, but say someone backs out of 2 games in one night, they can't play online for 30 minutes, then if they quit another one that night an hour, so on so on, but don't be quite as harsh on people who lose connection when it's not their own fault.
7. Better in depth searching on UT. It would be good to be able to search players by name or look for players based on pace or strength.

For example, in FIFA10 the PHYSICS were changed so that there were more physical battles between attacker and defender. Great. I like it. But it needs some tweaking. Lionel Messi for example should surely be able to get past a slow strong centre-back occasionally. However it seems that small fast players have no chance as if they come within 3 feet of an overbearing defender they will inevitably lose the ball. Improvements are needed there I think.
Another problem is FREE KICKS, now this may be my problem but I find it a lot harder this year and feel this is an unrealistic step backwards. GOALKEEPER AI in general has not been particularly successful and one on ones are inexplicably hard after what I thought was a good system in 09.
As for the REFEREES, well now I'm not sure if this was an actual attempt at making them more realistic (i.e. getting a lot of things wrong) but I find myself screaming blue murder at some decisions that aren't given, whilst some that are given are (again) inexplicable. But this is something I thought attention should be brought to. There can be something such as too much realism. We call for technology to be used in real football, use the technology you have to get the refereeing decisions right.
I would say however, that my main problem is with the ATTACKING RUNNERS. It seems that when I'm battling for possession in the middle of the park, get the ball and begin to look for a defence-breaking pass, I am forced to look down the wings, as the wingers admittedly do a good job of runs on this game. However, try to make a pass through the middle and quite often the attacker will either be too deep and therefore not threatening the defence, or else hopelessly offside. It seems as though the attackers are always running either forwards, or else have gone too far and end up on a run backwards which messes up the run of play through the middle. What I would like to see is for the attackers to hang off the defence (They don't have to be running, just intelligent positioning), in line with the offside line, so that they are ready to make the run when the ball is played, or so that if they wish to make a run they can indicate (perhaps via an on-screen indicator) that they want the ball played through. Berbatov just seems to run around like a dummy I've found, and it just doesn't feel right.
My one last call would be to look at the BE A PRO gameplay, which I like as a feature very much, but when playing as a premiership striker, the objectives in season mode were just unreasonable for what was actually possible given the supply from my hopeless midfield (and I was Man united) but i got punished for trying to help out in midfield and create something, and in general was punished with the points for things that did not affect the team or my own player. Occasionally trying to press with the X button (PS3) and I find i've been penalised for calling for a pass. Or when I'm in a good position, call for a pass, the computer teammate passes to someone else and I still get penalised. I shouldn't get punished for wanting the ball! I would have a look at that whole section in general but as a work in progress I feel it is a very enjoyable feature of FIFA.

Fifa 10 was great. however improvement from fifa 09 wasnt that big. there was a big improvement from pes 09 to pes 10. Fifa needs to improve thier graphics much more.
Fifa has great gameplay and thimgs to do with the game play but we should start to do thigs outdside the normal game and matchs like in be a pro after matches players beigh interviewed by the press regarding different situations, like being injured becoming fan favorate or captin or being seletcted for national team. There can also be sometthing like, going to sports awards and reciving awards like player of the world. we should ,ake the game a bit more real life sort of story in the game.
There should also be lots more nations , asain nations africain nations, asain leagues ect.
Add motion sensor.
In be a pro bring out the transfer window in the winter.

when your on the wing with a player why does the striker always come towards you instead of gettin in the box for you to cross that needs to be sorted out

4. Better injuries - the only injuries I get in Fifa 10 is that a player is gone for 1 week with whiplash. Never any 2 or 3 month injuries (even though we dont always want this, it is more realistic)
5. Include Netherlands national anthem. In Fifa 10, it is dead silence during their anthem....all other teams you can hear the anthem
6. Play both national teams anthems during international play - not only the home team - again, this is based on real life
7. Include Champions league and Europa league play
8. More realistic celebrations after winning a major tournament or trophy
9. more diving and calls against dives

11. Ability to have an actual World Cup tourney, starting from qualification
2- Better penalty taking system
3-Better goalkeeper AI, or controlable goalkeepers
4-Players play to their tendancies, ie long shooting, running all over the pitch ect
