FIFA 11 should have the following new things :
STADIA : ibrox(rangers), parkhead(celtic), hampden(scotland), eastlands(man city), nou mestella(valencia), jose alvalde(sporting) da luz(benfica), dragao(porto)
LEAGUES : argentine league, russian league, greek league, scottish irn bru 1st division
NATIONAL TEAMS : serbia, ghana, japan, ivory coast, wales
CREATE/EDIT PLAYERS : better/unique hairstyles, tattoos, set piece stance, set celebration
REST OF WORLD TEAMS : cluj,unirea urzeceni, stueua bucharest, dynamo kyiv, shahktar donetsk, fk patizan, hapoel tel aviv, dynamo zagreb

2. i think in pre season you should be able to take part in cups like the emirates cup etc.
3. there should be champs leage/europa league.
4.there should be an interviews after the game with the man of the match, i thinnk that would be awsome.
5.i think the linesman shouldnt be so acurate with there decisions becauseif you are an inch offside then its a freekick.
6.and if say rooney was doing bad for man u and had went 5 matched without scoring it should come up in some sort of way and players should be criticised.
7.i know this is very ambitious but if you sign a player they should have a press conference or have a picture taken with them holding the top of the team they just signed for

i know most of these are very ambitious but would make the game sooo much better and entertaining
sing proper songs like glory glory man united If man utd are playing. Better graphics snd gameplay. And finally improve the online pro clubs I love it and wish u would make it even better. COME ON EA - DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT
2.Making players look more realistic for example, the games animation on fifa 10 for Jermain Defoe looks nothing like him.
3.There should be interviews at the end of games to make it more realistic.You could also get certain rewards or punishments for the answers you choose.
4.Players overall ratings should be more accurate.Fernando Torres is extremely over-rated he is definately not 88.And Van Persie is under-rated.
5.Better soundtrack in the game,with more known artists.
6.Maybe have cutscenes in the match where it shows the managers and the crowd like on fifa 2010 world cup.
7.The arena stadium for the United Kingdom sets a bad image as no where in the UK looks like that.
8.More privilages for non-xbox live users.
9.Better keeper diving and shooting techniques.
10.Add more reserves to teams with a low ammount of players such as Torquay United because in career mode all the defenders run out of energy and no one else can play in their position.
11.More ways of players falling down when they get fouled.
12.Better headers.
I would appreciate if this got read and took into account and helps to make the game better.

year after year people put fantastic ideas to improve the game and every year fifa ignores every single one and just goes with the same old, "crappy croud" no singing no jumping, crap commentators, for godsa sake , fifa! you put these sites up to see what people think and you get thousand and thousands of brilliant ideas, yet you dont seem to listen or read any of them. sort it out. and i do not expect to see the same game as fifa 10 but with a different name on the front! "fifa 11" .

make better player faces becuase alot of people in the game do not look realistic for psp and put teams like dinamo zagreb estudiantes swap deals for manager mode be able to create players better body shapes in the game because some people look chubby mostly better graphics more money to buy players a reserve team for teams that have them.

Leagues: Fully licensed Serie A (with all fully licensed kits etc.), it deserves it as italy is the second most successful footballing nation on the planet and a half licensed league is a crime.
Add another licensed league or 2 such as the argentinian league and the russian league.
Stadiums: Bring back the stadiums of benfica,porto,sporting,anderlecht, valencia and ajax aswell as add a few more like ibrox,celtic park, sevilla's stadium(sanchez pijuain i believe it's called), hampden park , elland road, artemio franchi (fiorentina's stadium) to name a few.
New Features: Create your own Stadium rather than just choose 1 and name it accordingly with your chosen manager mode club. Realistic budjets in manager mode e.g. Schalke 04 only have a budjet of 6 million euro's, im sorry but they are a wealthier club than that.
But, more to the point, here are some suggestions:
1) The license for the Russian Premier League was purchased too late last year to be in next-gen consoles, so I'm assuming that it will be in FIFA 11 across the board.
2) Looking at the coefficients for Europe's top leagues, one should definitely include the Ukrainian Premier League (7 as of the beginning of this year, now number 6). I don't think exclusive licensing for Shakhtar Donetsk and Dynamo Kiev applies (Serie A, the Eredivisie, and Ligue 1 are fully licensed (almost) for both PES and FIFA). More leagues such as the Greek Super League, the Romanian Liga I, and possibly A PFG from Bulgaria.
3) Add more national teams. I tried making a World Cup in FIFA 10 with all the appropriate slots (13 for Europe, 5 for Africa, 4 for Asia, 5 for South America, 4 for North America, 1 from Oceania) but couldn't. There aren't enough teams from places other than Europe. FIFA is the name of this series and the WORLD football governing body. PES has far more national teams than FIFA...
4) I think that the FIFA 11 preview might handle it, but individual and local crowd chants are a must. EA, I mast say, with Seattle Sounders FC being in your backyard, I will be most disappointed if you don't include their signature chant...
Alongside the crowd chants... include more detailed celebrations for winning a cup or league. Sure, if you win a cup, there are 6 to 7 players celebrating. Show the whole 11 plus some substitutes running amok in ecstasy. Maybe some manager reactions, too. (Maybe just include 4 or 5 generic managers- older guy with a tie, older guy with athletic gear on, younger guy with tie, younger guy with athletic gear on, old/young guys with polo on, etc.). And the players hoisting the manager!
5) Other world leagues are a must. The Argentine league and the Japanese J-League are my top choices, but with PES being from Japan, the J-League may never show up. The Saudi League or Chile’s Primera Division would be strong choices as well.
6) I think it would be cool to include more “Rest of World†teams from leagues that aren’t already licensed (and assuming that leagues from Russia, Chile, Ukraine, Greece, Argentina, Japan, and Romania are licensed in FIFA 11).
So, more succinctly:
1) --More leagues- Russian Premier League, Ukrainian Premier League, Greek Super League, Romanian Liga I, Argentine Primera Liga, Chile Primera Division, Japanese J-League, Saudi League.
2) --More national teams- Egypt, Chile, Serbia, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Slovakia, Nigeria, Japan, Algeria, Gabon, Israel, Peru, Colombia, Honduras, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Iran, Tunisia, Bolivia, Belarus, Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Iceland, Morocco, Wales, Kuwait, Angola, Uzbekistan, El Salvador, Canada, Senegal, Syria, Benin, Togo, North Korea, Thailand.
Of course, all current FIFA 10 national teams should stay in.
3) --More “Rest of World†teams from leagues not licensed. Maybe just a few to think about-

4) --More detailed celebrations- cup wins, league titles, etc. Include more players and substitutes with their warmups on. Maybe include managers being hoisted. A podium celebration would be cool.
5) --Localized chants- “You’ll never walk aloneâ€- Liverpool; “Seattle! Sounders!†duel between each side of the stadium; chants for certain players, etc.
Though these requests might be a little late for FIFA 11, maybe they could find their way into FIFA 12! Thanks for reading; looking forward to the release!

WEATHER: Needs to be more realistic, e.g. all european games to take place at night and the majority of league games during the day (getting sunnier as the season goes on) etc...
OWN CLUB: Design your own club, e.g. new name, made-up players/kit. Start the skill level at average and personally increase like in FIFA 09'. Have an online league/cup(s). To make it fair, you can only have made-up players and not players from the actual game, e.g. Messi, Ronaldo etc. Have the option to buy and sell your players.
SORT GLITCHES: No need to state all of them. Pretty much all the glitches that everyone has posted on the net.
PICTURE/SOUND QUALITY: Make it 1080p! Have a bigger selection of music (the music in Fifa is quite poor and so repetitive). Adjust the commentary better so it fits in time with the actions more. Maybe add more commentary so it doesn't get too repetitive.
LICENSES: For cups, leagues, stadiums etc.

on fifa 2009 on PS3 you could create your own teams and manager mode was more detailed than that on xbox 360.Make the games even!

Everytime you buy a player the squad somehow gets totally mixed up and you have reserves in your starting 11 and so on.

GET PROPER LICENSES FOR SERIE A! It's embarrasing that you don't even have teams like Palermo and Napoli being genuine. This goes for other leagues as well.
Champions League/Europa League?
Include Russian league. It is nowadays one of the top leagues in Europe, it has to be on Fifa 11.
Serbian and Bosnian national team should be included.
More stadiums, and bigger crowds! Even if you are top of the league or playing a cup final with the cheapest tickets, you still won't be near filling your stadium.
also in fifa 10 manager mode under player stats/ seasonal performance the goals and assists were only for league matches hence he goals scored in cups and tournaments were not recorder anywhere this shud b corrected in the new career mode .
. also you shud be able to choose your pre season friendlies and there shud b more all stars teams like on pro they have regional all star teams
also the quit/ restart match button shud also b included in all offline game modes because if a player really wanted to quit a match he easilly do it by pressing the ps button to quit the game
also on fifa 11 u shud b able to train with manager/career mode team to create set pieces or jus to practice the abilities/skills ov your players .. u can do this on fifa 10 only with the original team in the arena
perhaps at the begining of be a pro / career mode - player .... there shud be a cutscene ov your pro doing something impressive like scoring a nice goal or performing some skill moves or nice cross that leads to a goal or something
another thing that would interesting is that in be a pro / career mode - player u shud choose whether you want to get scouted first or to start normally from the reserve team.. if u choose to get scouted then there shoud be like a series of challenges the teams scout wants you to achieve for example score a series of penalties or a long range shot or pull of all 3star skill moves ... the more challenges you achieve the higher the scouts level ov interest in you is and then finally after u hav done enough to impress the scout you get signed to the team with a little more experience/reputation than a normal start
