Your Wishlist for FIFA 11

I THINK THAT FIFA 11 SHOULD HAVE MORE AFRICAN COUNTRIES IN THE GAME. ALSO I THINK THAT THE TEAMS RATED IN OTHER COUNTRIES SUCH AS BRAZIL SHOULD BE RATED A LOT HIGHER THAN THEY ALREADY ARE

The gameplay has always been fantastic for me, it's smooth and plays like a real football match.

The problem I always have with FIFA is the presentation side of it, with FIFA World Cup '10 it improved so much with seeing managers, better cut scenes of substitutions, seeing fans and having a much better competition celebration victory. I think that needs to be incorporated into the regular FIFA series.
Without the gamers, the fans of football, FIFA wouldn't sell, so I think one of the things that EA lack in general is the fans in games, they're never really focused on (except for FIFA World Cup '10). What would make FIFA 11 great for me is to see more of the crowd (better graphics and more cut scenes of them, when a ball goes over maybe they could jump up, when a player scores the fans celebrate etc.).
Continuing with the presentation side, I want to see some sort of pre-match training on the pitch, maybe some pre-game set up analysis, a half time show and maybe a quick post-interview with a manager or just something with the commentators. Madden NFL 10 & 11 have really upped there game in terms of presentation and I think FIFA need to follow suit. Madden NFL have the tagline "Everything You See On Sunday" why can't FIFA have "Everything You See on Saturday"?

Finally although the commentary is good I think it's dull. Listening and comparing World Cup '10 with FIFA 10 there is a huge difference. In World Cup '10 you feel more like it's a game ("It's just gone over! What an amazing goal! etc.) whereas with FIFA 10 the commentators sound bored ("oh, that's a goal").

Just to summarise presentation (fans, managers, players, pre-game, half time, post-game shows, trophy celebrations etc.) all need to be included. And the audio commentary needs to be a bit more exciting rather than dull.

change graffix, manager mode when u search for players search by name, there should be a game mode called fifa street where you play football in the streets which you create your own player and get him scouted try and get him to clubs and tournemants all these ideas for Fifa 12 because fifa 11 is coming out

make it harder when playing as a weak team against a strong team. When playing as a championship team vs a strong premier league team (man utd) it never feels like a challenge or that i am constantly under the kosh (despite playing on world class), the difference in class must be made very obvious-this weekends game chelsea vs west brom was all chelsea, constant pressure, constantly attacking, passing and moving the ball quickly etc, on fifa this rarely happens. make the stronger teams more agressive when playing the weaker ones.

When playing a weaker team as a strong team make the weaker team change their mentality to ten behind the ball, trying for the draw or possibly getting a cheapy goal on the counter.

I think a lot of people agree with me on this when I say the Cup win celebration cutscenes need to be improved. In football winning a cup is a big thing and yet what you see in FIFA 10 is pathetic it doesn't even make sense. Six players from the team gather to have a photo taken with an invisible cup. I mean FIFA has the rights to all the cups and yet they don't even feature in the cutscenes. I want to see the entire team, subs aswell on a platform holding the cup up with music and confetti a lot like the world cup game. And then the team running around the pitch holding up the cup. I know it's not important to the game, but I thought they were aiming for realism and the presentation adds to it.
Also as a Spurs fan they should add White Hart Lane it was in the PSP version of 09 so why not all other platforms?

You should be able to:
1. Get boot updates at least every time a new pair of boots come out, to make the game seem authentic.
2. Also please can we at least have a kit editor, just like pes, because when we start another season we want to feel really up for it and prepared for what is to come in the new season.( so when new boots are added with new kits and possibly a new stadium etc.everything will seem intriguing).
3. Can you please, add at least a few more stadiums to the game or either let us create are own stadiums, because in manager mode I don't choose certain leagues because they don't have at least 4 or 5 real stadiums in them. Most of the time I choose manager mode in the SERIA A or BARCLAYS PREMIERSHIP.
4.When upgrading staff, for example stadium manager can we add certain bits to the stadium like billboards, more benches and a proper dugout, to really make our stadium seem more homely.
5. Crowd participation and anticipation.
6. Can we make Career mode more lively( Board pressure, fans expectations and fan mail to respond to, after match interviews like in fifa 07 but just more frequently, Also in the Club management department make it more useful to us, so we really feel needed.
7. Let us know how players feelings and let us ask questions to players.
8. If we have a bad season, our sponsors can drop us and we have to find a new one during a set time. WE ARE BETTER THAN PES.

Put Parkhead and Ibrox (celtic and rangers home stadiums ) in FIFA 11 and add scottish first division so we dont play the same team every year in manager mode :D

in manager mode, occasionally, when you do good, make an offer from the manager's country for him to manage the national team!

include the old firm stadiums plz its the biggest derby in the world and the game really needs celtic park and ibrox and the stadiums are 2 of the best in europe they deserve to have a place in the game

i think that there should be different referees that have different personality's so all the refs act different to challenges and react differently

I Found that in the big games e.g. Man Utd v Man City. The atmosphere is no where near what it woould be like on a matchday, Fans would roar with excitment if they scored a goal in a derby match but all you get in Fifa 10 Is a little cheer, It makes you just want to turn your Xbox off! I would really look into this!

There should be more that 1 set of comintators Martin Tyler and Andy Gray are excellent but in real live they don't commentate on every game, EA should add the likes of Steve Bayard and Alan Pary and make use of Clive Tyldesely and Andy Townsend as they did in the world cup game. This would really add to the realism of the game especially in premier league a must for the new game.

i wish that it could be champions leauge and many more cups, if that happen...fifa11 will be a very nice game.
And I wish that the referee can get a more exciting part of the game

I would like to see your team sell tickets with real prices or what you think not low medium and high because that mean nothing. I would also like to see throught the season your team be live on telly on the game and playeres contracts end at be able to know before it runs out at another club and see manageres get sent off somtimes.

INCLUDE NORTHERN IRISH LEAGUE

Get rid of virtual pro clubs. Fifa 09 clubs was a lot better when you could play with real players not created. when me and my friends had fifa 09 we constantly played clubs because there were real players with stats that are similar but they hardly made stupid mistakes like a goalkeeper that is 5"3 and cannot save a ball rolling towards him. But now because of this none of my friends play FIFA online.
Also a feature where 2 v 2 would be a good idea because it would enable randomers and friends to play together and use teamwork without having the rabble of a big online teamplay where people decide to mess about because it dosn't affect skill level

Able to create your own team and stadium would be nice. Then i would also like to see a realistic audience.

I think that Fifa 11 should do an official Uefa Champions League and Uefa Europa League mode, which is realistic like the real thing, which can be played in various modes, including manager mode, exhibition and tournament etc. This would be a good feature, because the ECC Cup and EFA Cup doesn't have that atmosphere and feel of Champions League night, this would certainly boost ratings.

Another thing that would make Fifa 11 even better would be to improve the trophy presentations. The trophy presentation doesn't have the joy and the glory of the players, which they would in real life and is also very brief. They should have the podium for the players to collect their runners up and winners medals and for the winning team/ champions to celebrate with the trophy(World Cup, Champions League, Premiership and La Liga trophies), and the confetti coming down and the champagne.

Also they needs to me more International teams included, i feel that the amount of African teams are very limited, you should therefore include the successful African teams. Not just Cameroon.

With these improvements I feel that Fifa will be an expectional and spectacular game. And exceed Fifa 10 and previous editions.

how about some better fans? come on, wouldn't it be brilliant if your winning 3-0 and you make a sub and the fans have a mexican wave going? or maybe you've just won the premier league with Stoke and the fans storm the pitch? or you score a goal and send your player into the stands in cellebration and he gets jumped by opposing teams fans and gets injured... maybe not that last one; i wouldn't be able to help myself... i love to see some fan run from the crowd and steel a penalty.... Honestly, if you make your fans more interesting and you've made a brilliant game... not that the game isn't great already. i hope my words are heard.

I think, in managermode, the players loaned in real life, should come back after a year and not stay in the team they were loaned to. And I think it would ge great if you could take players from your b team without paying for them in managermode, for example now barceloba b is the second division,if Ichose to be barcelona I could take one of b team players for free or the other way put one of my players in the b team, like in real life.

Goalkeepers need drastic improvement. Especially when getting back to their feet after making a save, they also seem to have problems running and throwing the ball over an opponents head. When a teammate runs through your path while you have the ball he should not take the ball off of you nor should he knock you to the ground. Referees should not interfere with play. A nice touch in 10 but ultimately very frustrating. It happens more in FIFA than in real life. Instead the ref should ALWAYS manage to avoid the ball by jumping/stepping over etc. I understand you guys want to create a 'sim' but dont think thats the best thing for this game. The element of luck needs to be removed as a game should be down to the skill of the players (human) not how often the ref gets in the way or how much the keeper appears to have drunk before KO. Also the tendency of players to pass the ball to a teammate who is offside when user input would not have caused the ball to be kicked as such had there been no offside teamate. Also, corner takers must immediately return to an onside position after kicking.I could go on but type on a dualshock3 so will leave it for now. On the positive side, FIFA 10 is, in my opinion, the best football game available and Im sure 11 wont disappoint, though Im also sure it wont,in my opinion, be perfect. Thanks for reading.
P.S. Can we please save formations and lineups that will autoload for online play. You can change it anyway it just means your opponent has to wait.

Ok, probably a bit late in the Dev Cycle to count towards anything, although FIFA 11 is looking like a stunning game already from what I've seen. One of the trends that I am noticing in FIFA 11 and in many games at the minute, is community customisation, with FIFA 11's creation centre looking promising, although I'm not sure if you will be able to create a stadium or not at the this point.

However, it would seem that many fans simply want a stadium that they can roughly recognise as the place the go and watch their team at the weekends.
Now I have been looking at stadiums around the world using various websites, and many stadiums follow a similar plan.
There are Scottish stadiums, Hibs, Hearts, Motherwell, all made up of simple box shaped stands. Easter Road (Hibernian's Ground) Is now just simply 4 of the same boxes, identical is shape, except the fact that the east stand is one tier opposed to the other 3 which are 2 tier.
If you look at Russian grounds they are usually an oval with a roof partially coving one section of the stand
and English league grounds, which usually have on main stand, some old terracing, and a couple of shed stands behind either goal, of course once you are in the championship things are a bit different.

So, I think it would be great to see either a console based or even through creation centre system that has a varied selection of stands found common in football such as the afore mention simple box shaped two tier stand,
Having a system where u select between 1 and 4 stands, their rough distance from the pitch (Close, Medium, Far). Then each stand can be customised, such as whether said stand can be (1 tier,2 tier,3 tier), The placement of advertising boards, the floodlights, whether they are in the corners, or on top of stands. The colour of the seating in each stand, where the tunnel in, dugouts. and finally the designated away support, for instance selecting half of one of your stands for away supporters for teams under 3 star, and having the whole stand for 3 star and above.
So for instance if I wanted to build Easter road, I would chose
West: Box Style #1: Two Tier: Green Seats: Distance, Close
South:Box Style #2: Two Tier: Green Seats: Distance, Close
North: Box Style #2: Two Tier: Green Seats: Distance, Close
East: Box Style #1: One Tier: Green Seats: Distance, Medium
Floodlights: On Stands; East, West
Tunnel/Dugouts: Middle, West
Away support: South; Half-->Below 3 Star

And will everyone stop asking to customise kits at the end of each season, one of FIFA’s main selling points is its fully licenced kits and badges, if they let you customise constantly, then many people would refrain from buying the next installment of the fifa series for a longer period of time, therfore cutting down on the income.

However seeing your team lift the cup would be nice, something thats been asked for for a long time, I can’t see any problems with licencing as in tournament mode you can clearly see the sponsorships and immediatly recognisable shape and for of each trophy along with its name. In Manager mode you play in the F.A. Cup, so can we see just a short animation at the end with the team lifting the trophy, and then standing with it on the pitch behind the banner, saying 2010/11 F.A. Cup Winners
Also, why is there no Scottish League Cup, it is esentially the smae setup as the scottish cup but has never been included in any FIFA title as far as I am aware.
Also licencing the Europa league, and the champions league would make the european experience much more important and feel more real
Lastly budgets, when you are promoted to the English Premiership, your team receives
40 Million in TV rights from Sky/ESPN, so in real life can we have TV money, doesnt have to be real companies of anything, although they might like the exposure and chance to advertise.

All players attributes should be updated weekly and be more accurate 2 resemble there current form. The info should be collected from officail sites that collect football league stats n player stats. Also I feel that alot of players that don't play for good club teams but perform well for their country don't have good stats on the game, for example the world cup showed a lot of hidden players that hav started 2 get snapped up by big club teams because of their form in the cup but if u look 4 their name on the team listings or transfers u can't find them or they have poor stats. Manager mode could do with a few tweaks, make it more realistic or intresting to make the game last longer and more entertaining, with plenty of rewards or unlockable items to keep players happy

Can you make pace count for something? I'm tired of an extremely low speed rated player like Puyol be able to catch UP to and hold on a speedy 90 rated striker. It's like unless I use the trigger run to pass, the opposition, no matter how slow, is able to catch up to my fast players. There are also erratic tackles. Little ankle clips when players go to shoot the ball, and stabs at the ball which cause the player to do all sorts of tumbles. Which is another question: why does every tackle result in the player being pushed to the ground or stumbling?

I am reading that AI is improved, which is a great thing; also that keepers aren't as incompetent anymore.

I'm tired of playing my hardest and then conceding goals because my defensive AI falls apart. One game I'm on fire, and the next it's like my team doesn't even show up.

Can you still tweak the tackling mechanism? Players will shoulder barge other players over for the ball and sometimes it's a foul, other times it's not. I'll expect a foul to be given and it's not, and other times I'll see a perfectly clean tackle and it being called. Smaller players shouldn't be any less vulnerable to shield against bigger players. For example, Xavi: he is 5'7'' and he can shield the ball from ANY player. His technique is incredible. But in this game, if a bigger player runs into him, Xavi is thrown to the ground and the ball is stolen. I guess the aggression needs to be more balanced.

The momentum needs work. When one team is doing well, the other team starts playing worse: bad passes, no aggression, no determination, bad touches, etc. I don't think there should be any momentum. Games should be based on player skill, not what the AI is in the "mood" for.

Can't wait till FIFA 11 come out. Ping pong passing will be gone and the REAL football can be played!

You Must add where you havee a starting 11, then makee a reserve team next to it, so when you want to use your reserves you dont have to keep changing it over for the starting 11, havee to team areas basically PLEASE!!!

I think that when you create a club you can put it any league you want instead of rest of world.
Also have an opshin to play the fifa world cup

more tournaments for the north american region and include the argentine and japanese leagues

I have a couple of things:

1) Handballs
2) Seeing players getting strechered off the pitch instead of hobbling off (and seeing a physio coming on)
3) Being able to save replays
4) Make the keepers have an actuall kit that goes with the team he is playing for)
5) Seeing teams lifting the trophy when they win it.
6)When it shows all the results in manager mode, make your teams match be one of those instead of being last in the corner.
7) Being able to arrange friendlys of your choice on manager mode instead of them being picked for you.
Having a feature where you can be the refferee or the linesman (if you cant do this im not that bothered)
9) Seeing the manager in his area giving instructions like real managers do.
10) There should be an academy for the team that you are in manager mode so players can be brought up from the academy into your team.
11) Have a chairmans appionion and chairmans (clubs) confidence instead of the ‘Board’ because i dont like the board.

improve cup/trophy winning film shots, (more than six people- make it more frantic etc fans on pitch, increase volume, banners, medals etc) improve manager mode- eg swap deals of players, have like player personalities in transfers like greedy who demand extorsionate wage, player personalities gel with team and team moral etc, reallly improve injuries- no more sprains or whiplash have ruptured ligaments, broken metatarsels . side line action with managers moving, animated also players warming up. Not only this but improve crowd chants visuals instead of whole large sections just standing up. i lovvvvved fifa 10 and all fifa games but this could just take it to the next level :)

add more leagues please! that and make the manager mode better as well as playing against the comp team harder. whenever i play by myself it is boring because the cpu players never take u on one vs one

just finished watching man city and tottenham good game then i noticed that when the statistics came up there was a ea sports logo next to it does this that fifa 11 will have similar things to sky sports?

I think you should add a wider range of nike, adidas, puma and umbro boots. By adding all the colors of those boots. And to let the players be able to choose when they would like to wear long sleeve or short sleeve..

1. If possible all premier league stadiums so big clubs won't be playing in tiny grounds.

2. When you get promoted I'm manager mode, the npower badges become premier league badges etc.
