Do something about the heavy, over-featured menus.
Weak opponents and bottom of the league teams DO NOT play like God on steroids in real life, why do they ALWAYS play like that in tournament/manager mode?
There aren't enough serious injuries or enough variation in players' recovery time.
Otherwise, single player core game play is fine (referees are about right in my opinion and I can generally get through a season without ANY yellow cards simply by playing a careful game).
Simulation in MM is way too random and issues too many red cards cards to players with spotless disciplinary records.
MM would benefit from a re-start match option rather than forfeit.
MM was a far more interesting game in FIFA 08/09, in FIFA 10 it is an absolute shambles.
MM would benefit from sensible design and testing BEFORE product launch.
Customers would be happier if EA demonstrated better product liability and either recalled faulty products like FIFA 10 or offered a trade-in deal for FIFA 11.
It would be nice to have some womens' teams!!
-when choosing boots first choose the design then for all designs be able to choose any colour
- (Maneger mode) make players have international duties and make injuries last longer (more realistic)
-have close-ups on players after a miss
more countries should be on the international roster
also, take some time carefully watching real life matches and focus on the different camera angles they use, like after a good chance creation, or showing the manager and subs celebrate after a goal.
i really like the zoom in celebration from the new fifa world cup game that should be kept.
one more thing, if you could make the on the ball movement/passing/crossing/shooting more life like?
and maybe goal of the week/season competitions in manager mode?
Injuries need to be more realistic
More Stadiums
Improve/Introduce more cut scenes
Whenever you leave a team like Liverpool, you end up managing QPR
Goal keeper should get sent off, injured
Hand ball rule
More Options for free kicks
Improve Cut Scenes
Allow goal keepes to get sent off or injured
makes injuries look more real
professional fouls
referee hands out too many yellow cards
Improve and introduce more cut scenes
1. I am not alone in this request - there needs to be a create-a-team option. Anything from creating kits, choosing logos and crests, ability to pick generic sponsor logos that appear on the jerseys, and also a create-a-stadium option would be nice as well. (The Madden NFL franchise has one look at that)
2. The Manager Mode bug needs to be fixed. I don't think any managers want to inherit a billion pound debt.
3. Big players should have signature moves, styles and celebrations. Much like in NBA 2K10 etc. A player personality would also be cool. Arrogant players would argue referee calls and play rougher while a passive player would help fallen players stand up. Also players should have a morale meter and all the player's average morale ratings would equal their team chemistry.
4. This wasn't my idea but I agree with it. The only difference from playing Barcelona and Leeds is the abilities of each individual player. It's frustrating to see every team play the same in offline modes. When Ronaldo or Messi possess the ball, the only thing I'm afraid of is them outrunning my defender. The computer also crosses the ball 80% of the time. Let's get more diversity.
5. The game atmosphere is sub par. In FIFA WC SA 2010, it improved with the confetti and vuvuzelas blowing in the background, but what about the fans singing "You'll Never Walk Alone" in Anfield? The crowd currently only hums throughout the game and only reacts after goals or when penalties are given. I'd like to see flares at San Siro, variable attendance depending on the team's form, rowdier crowds during big games, and 3d fans would also be a nice touch. A visible bench with manager, 4th referee, and ball boys would bring the sidelines to life and make it seem less separated. The crowd, referees, players, and coaches need to be meshed together work off of each other. The manager should pace the sidelines, occasionally yelling at a player on the field who gives him a nod or a thumbs up. Players off the ball could motion and talk to each other to the appearance of changing tactics.
6. FIFA already has a good number of leagues but the more there are the better the game will become. Football is the world's game, yet there are only 20 teams in the "Rest of the World." The Argentine League, The Russian Premier, Greek, etc should be added at least.
7. Manager mode has greatly improved since FIFA 09, but there's still room for improvement. There should be some media influence in the new game. It could be interviews after matches, player off-the-field trouble like small crimes and controversies, media expectations like criticizing teams after relegation or finishing poorly in a cup. A U-18 squad or a Youth Academy would allow players to grow within the organization.
8. The MM transfers have improved but the media should influence them as well. Other influences like playing close to home, or extra money. If the player personality aspect is added, it would add more persuasion tactics to pull players to the team besides having to pay them un-godly amounts. This could make Cristiano Ronaldo slightly cheaper for teams in Portugal but raise his morale because he's in his home country.
9. The single most important aspect of FIFA 11 should be game play improvements. FIFA World Cup 2010 is much smoother and realistic than FIFA 10 but I feel like it is still a bit jerky. A cool idea would be finesse passing by holding down the left trigger and the pass button to perform a no-look or a back heel pass. THERE SHOULD BE NO CUT-SCENES AT ALL! The quick free-kicks is a start, but every foul, penalty, substitution, goal celebration, etc should be from the "tele" camera with a running clock. The best part about football is its fluidity and no boring timeouts like in basketball. Make FIFA the same way, smooth and break-free.
Basically FIFA has a lot of work to do. These are just my ideas to improve the game.
Be able to edit kits for more realistic season mode.
Have part player exchange in transfer.
Have reserve matches.
goalkeepers must defend in different ways, the most famous players should have their own style of play, the more movement off the pitch as ball boys assistants and paramedics at the time of the player that is replacements entar should warm up and stretch, in the scenes cut to show the technical teams’ most famous more famous, more details in the crowd: places for the organized supporters, flags, pictures of famous players who played previously and that were successful. further improve quality in the light. smarter on defense, especially marking, free kicks more authentic and more competitions like “Libertadoresâ€, “UEFA Champions League and World Championship clubs. with more authentic gameplay rehearsed plays during the game. Good luck in the creation of fifa 11
-Freekick taking from Fifa 2005, where you pick how the ball spins & and more accurate power.
-Also, i've played the World Cup 2010 demo, and the celebrations are fantastic! haha. how about some more creative celebrations?
-I think also like the FIFA versions on the PSP, you get asked questions after a match, how about them? with a picture of you being interviewed and pressing the chosen buttons to answer a question.
Adding onto the above point: create a manager?
-easier movements on ultimate team?
Outside of the box shots could also be improved, i.e. to not always hit the post, and these goal keepers are far too good at saving the long range shots.
Trading in manager mode for example. 'Ronaldo + £10Million for Messi'
More realistic celebrations.
A selectable Reserve team in manager mode. Let's say you are playing as Man United and your next match is Millwall in the FA Cup, you may want to rest you Starting XI but if you want to sim it you have to change all of your players then sim it and then change them all back.
i believe we should also be able to select reserve matches instead of just mixing it around.
there should be signature moves for some players like obafemi martins it would be his signature flip or even nani you should be able to do it with skills aswell like for ronaldo it would be a load of perfect stepovers.
fifa 11 should also have more liscenced stadiums and real referees. it should also have different commentators instead of andy grey and his friend all the time and have alot more phrases for them to say.
i believe that fifa should also have a couple more league's like the russian and greek leagues.
u should also be allowed to select your own world 11 and they should have more recognised legends like maradona, pele, platini, banks etc.
customising boots would be a great feature aswell like you could have just nike vapours and you could edit the colour and add your own name and logo's like on nike id .com
1) The graphics engine needs to be improved and the fifa world cup game has the perfect grphics. These NEED to be in fifa 11 if it is to dominate in the football game market.
2) Build a stadium would be good idea, but is not a needed feature.
3) Seeing managers would be great and cut scenes when the ball goes out for a throw-in or corner etc. would be awesome.
4) Add some more juggling moves eg the seal dribble.
5) It would be great if you can see that your friend is playing a ranked match and become a spectator in that game from a crowd-members perspective. Up to 8 people can watch a game from a different perspective.
Next points are all on realism.
6) FIFA 11 woudl be absolutely incredible if it could get lisensing with sky sports. Im talking the sky sports logo in thee top right and the sky sports score graphics and everything.
7) Intros need to be longer and more hyped. See the players in the tunnel. Maybe have richard keys and jamie redknapp before hand talking about the game before handing over to martin tyler and andy grey.
8)More phrases for andy grey.
9) Goal celebrations need to be much longer. I like create your own celebration but it just doesn't feel realistic at all. They should be at least 1:00 long and there should be a MASSIVE variety. They should also change based on time of goal, rivalries etc.
10) Same as Intro after the game. Maybe an interview or so and han back to Jamie and Richard. Maybe even include a few adverts.
all the realism elements that i have mentioned could go towards a mode on its own called super sunday?
Would be epic for all FIFA fans. This could take it to the next level.
Thanks for your time reading this.
i hate the created stadiums get better stadiums in all the top european leagues
get the real uefa champions and europa league
get messi to play better he sucks in the game to weak and all the defenders stop him
make it more realistic.
get the copa libertadores and get the argentina primera division
get the real corinthians logo and kit
get the estadio azteca to play at night
get a manager mode were if ur really good at managin clubs u can manage a national team
do all this and fifa will be the best
Think of it yourself you get payed for it
Also, the lack of injuries and players not being match fit is ridiculous!
The media should get involved more with influencing transfers
transfers should be more realistic! such as cheaper players from less known clubs
More emphasize on the players form! should vary with how the play!
You should be able to train up players better and they shouldn't just automatically become better as they get older
MOST OF ALL, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF A LOANED PLAYER because when you start manager mode, it's like the player belongs to your club, and does not leave at the end of a seasion
players should reject contracts however high you offer them if they want to leave your club
when playing against the playstation, the playstation should have more chances and score more!
give players more realistic abilities too such as wright-phillips fast but weak!
Thanks
Musics: I think you should be able to upload your own musics and songs also add songs from fifa 09 for e.g soprano, moving wallpaper etc.
srry 4gt 2 add: Would it be ok if we add our own names to the commentary, so while we’re playing with our created player we can hear our names being called out.
PS. My name is Sahabi
>Dont give freekicks so easily! - every time i win ball its a freekick to opponents!
>I would really love to see ALL 3 SCOTTISH DIVISONS IN THE GAME aswell as the SPL
Thank You for reading please send this to game makers, i would appriciate it very much :)
Have The Champions League So You`ll Be Able To Play It In Tornament Mode!!
1.)They replaced the last scouted players naming system with a new one.. a pool of players names from within the game, that gets randomly assigned to new players. this is simply not good enough! Sometimes the most promising players that are scouted appear nameless.
2.)In real life, how many of you had heard of Amauri before he had a good season with Parma and got his meal-ticket transfer to Juve and the same with Adebayor to Manchester City or Berba-Sloth to United? Or how many had heard of Arshavin before the Euro's? Before these players had a good season/tournament.. They would have been at around 75 OVRL on FIFA.. What im saying is.. a players stats and form should have more of a bearing on their final OVRL at the end of the manager mode season season. Obviously the other way too with their stats going down or not moving if they don’t play or loose form... Why the hell is berba sloth still in the 80's with his form being so poor?
3.) After testing the 2010 World cup game, I like some factors of it. Some of these should be included in FIFA11. Such as being penalised more for awkward challenges and the better dribbling ability of better players and the shooting and heading differences. Also, the players movements felt more sharp. The new penalties are rubbish as they don’t correspond with real life movements. If you move the stick left, the keeper should move to stage left etc.
4.) All the messy bits such as– Goalkeepers appearing to have a ball in their hands when they dive after a deflection that sends the ball in the other direction – if a player starts falling over as they score they pop back up as if they have bounced their back on a trampoline without touching the floor – some of the commentary says “just under the bar†when it rolls along the floor or when they say some shots are close; when they’re miles away and vice versa.
5.) The price for staff upgrades aren’t right. They need to be more in context to the upgrade.. upgrading your fitness coach wouldn’t cost a million quid per stage, the gradient is too high. The stadium upgrade one does absolutely to the match day atmosphere. It should.
Those are the absolute essentials for the game.
The following would make a good game.. a great game.. (obvious not all will agree.. but these are pretty broad theories)
1.) There should also be a thing if you scout a player, you get their projected overall from the scout in a line graph for the next 5-10 years (obviously; the better the scout, the more realistic the estimate)
2.) Being able to edit and change kits obviously isn’t going to be possible, with the clubs copyrights and merchandisers, but being able to make your own teams, with your own stadium and make it all your own would be good, we’ve had it before.. not sure why its gone now. (Including making your own boots, or just a colour sampler, instead of the EA sports standard ones because they are rubbish.)
3.) More stadiums. I hate the fact that nearly every team in the championship plays in the stadium that looks like Fratton Park in real life. It
4.) More realistic negotiations with players such as bonuses and sell-ons
5.) Using the media to convince players to join you or to play mind games
6.) More international teams
7.) And the Champions league licence!
That is all.

*champions league, europa league and world cup tournaments - in the exact same format as the realistic tournament, aggregates in later stages etc.
discard "the rest of the world" - actually put the leagues of which these teams are from on the game so you can be them in manager modes etc.
*descent - have the option to talk back or argue with the ref and even fight with players.
*crowd - more atmosphere at certain points, such as: one on ones, bad tackles, great passes etc.
*transfers - more realistic transfer budgets and wage funds.
*create modes - option to design a kit, more realistic and in depth options for designing players (tattoos, piercings etc.)
- I'm sure this has been mentioned loads too but the chance to have the Blue Square leagues would be great .
- More national teams, such as the minnows of the world!
him but he is not visible.
2.Bench? What about if you could see the bench with all those substitute players, the
coach and those substitutes that are about to warm up besides the pitch (including
emotions if their team scores during their warm up).
3. If you have heavy snow during the game the area around the stadium is not white, not
even the roofs of the buildings if you play in a small stadium and the area around
is shown
during player changes.
4. Why not the TELE camera during substitution, to see how players leave the pitch
and maybe have a short talk with their substitute. And first of all the 3rd referee is
waiting together with the player who is about to be playing and the if the captain
leaves the game he maybe could pass on his armband.
5. Manager Mode: if you pick a certain sponsor why isn´t its logo on the shirts of the
players, it will always remain the presetted original
-More different stadiums ( example: in the Italian serie A there are many teams playing in the same stadium)
-Youth academies, where you can see the age, overall and form of the players and promote them to your first team. You should also be able to upgrade your youth academy and it would be nice if you could include some well-known or alreadfy very talented young players
- The rights for the Champions league and the Europa league
- The ability to insert players into deals(also on loan, co-ownership)
