How about being able to decide how many players are in the penalty area for corner kicks? Deciding exactly which players are there, and deciding whre to place them (to prepare for a near post flick on, or a far post head back into the middle)

i think there you should be the second division of mexican league. In the cover i would like ZLatan Ibrahimovic, Leonel Messi, and Cristiano ROnaldo. I would like commentators in spanish like Critstian Martinoli and Luis Garcia. I also would like that when the ball is in the air that the players react to it better by heading hard. When you win a final that the celebration could be shown. I would like that when im playing with my friends in tournament mode that eight players are to be allowed to play.

i notieced that you cannot take classic xl players and put them into manager mode on the transfer list or a team WHY? this needs to be changed because i would love to have eric cantona and pele on my team so for fifa 10 that is something to think about also. do not take any legues out i heard you were going to take the mls and mexican legue for others... not good idea. the more the better. also it would be nice to have the practice mode back that was really cool. add more celebration because thats really fun. and make the crowd look more realistic. i was playing madden and wow there grafics are amazing like when you start the game it looks like your actually there and the injuries are really nice beacause they have the cart and people go out and help. the last thing is more commentators like in spanish i know 2 other pairs who are better then the ones that are in fifa 09 right now.

I think there should be more realistic fans. Maybe some hooligans running on the field, and the you can tackle him or something like that. And some of the fans have fireworks, and there sometimes are smoke on the soccerfield.

I think being able to use real life managers for real teams, example if you were to pick liverpool you would be rafa and you would have certain qualities that other managers wouldn't have for instance better negotiations then martin o neil or something.
And if you was to pick these real life managers you should have like video press conferences inbetween games where you answer the questions and queries from fans, board members and paparazzi! Just an idea but i think that would be cool.

Also something to do while playing or before games, is setting up what the captain has to offer! For instance if your losing the captain will give them a morale boost or something, more interactive anyway.

1.) bring back player traits (heel passer, ball juggler, through ball, etc.)
2.) overhaul set pieces:
a. the way players stand waiting to take the kick bcz unless they have a signiture style players look retarded
b. players run into the box when the kick is delivered
c. in game player selection on who will take the kick (instead of picking your player to take the kick before the game starts put in a pop up menu during the game where you select who will take the kick)
d. not only a 2nd player but a 3rd player option to take the kick
e. set piece plays such as players running past the ball and the final player taking the kick

4.) weather channel integration like ncaa football
5.) add aspects of the game that are missing like drop balls
6.) when running one-twos players should make more intelligent runs rather than just running straight forward
7.) serious injuries should have a stoppage and players being carted off (maybe not during online, those little asian kids may get frustrated with all the stoppage)
8.) allow edited player appearance to appear on ranked games, just restrict roster changes

c. keep player improvement and experience points, however, it needs to be fixed

11.) dive button and referee desision (if a dive button is added it should not work everytime)

14.) all professional leagues (ukraine, russia, columbia, africa, uruguay, argentina,)

16.) goalkeepers should be looked at: certain situations they are superhuman and others they act as if they have downs syndrome, fix the goalies
17.) kit management: you should be able to not only choose jersey color but shorts color and socks color
18.) no more cut aways when fouls are given or the ball leaves the field of play, that should be time taken off the clock and right now they just stop the clock, ridiculous
19.) figure out the holland national team, when you transfer all the real players onto the team your left with all these fake players as free agents, figure it out
20.) celebrations: make them more realistic, maybe add a dynamic camera to give a more authenitic feel

I think in Fifa 10, possibly, when the clubs walk out of the tunnel,an anthem should be played (e.g.Celtic or Liverpool You'll Never Walk Alone) and also when teams score a song from the EA playlist comes on.


Another idea relating to this is to have a create a stadium mode. This relates to the firts idea as you can choose a song for when the home team score.You can start from scratch or take a model to start with. You can choose your Seat colour and logos in the stadium.The capacity can be chosen by the league and standard of the club.


In Manager mode, you should be able to create a manager just like a footballer. You can choose if he/she wears a suit or wears club merch like tracksuits or kagools.


One last thing is if you could put in the managers of each club in Fifa 10 ,but not all should have it. Most Premier League , La Liga, Bundesliga and International teams should have them (e.g.When a team scores, The camera should go to the manager like if Sunderland Scored Steve Bruce would shake is fist in the air or something and if any managers are sacked during the season, you can create a manager.

I want to be able to make my own club again!!!! also on manger mode make it so u can make ur own kits and stuff. also get a boot update during th season because its stupid having old boots for players. Also they take into account each players real movements like different dribbling traits like the fact their certain style gives them better attributes. Also we need more national terams and propre names for the players in teams. it's like the old PES games!! Also the transfer market should have higher prices depending on the form of the player, not just the skill.

First of all i love the Fifa series I have owned every game since 2002. When your palying with a big club ie Arsenal. How about having a reserve team (2nd Team) game for the younger players on your books to help increase there future stats and to be able to play with them other than in the cup games. It could be a schedule game with other reserve teams from the Premier League the day before the First team and it the reserve team could play about half the number of games the First team plays. It would add another managing aspect to the game play.

1.) more boots and the option to change the color of those boots
2.) create own boots, tattoos (seriously tattoos need to be in the game)

they should have a game of online wembley like 10 players in a game and your different players and on it you score like a goal and your through to the next round and if you lose the round your out and the second round happens and while your through you can watch the game and you can only play in 1 half and it goes on for as long as it takes and you get sin binned if you make a bad tackle and free-kicks and penalties apply and corners are taken by the computer and so are throw-ins and there can also be wembley doubles and only singles and doubles are aloud

3)be able to start negotioning with player before transfer season and come to agreements with the club and player on joining your club next coming tranfer season.
4)for players retiring there should be a way to convince them to stay a year more etc.
5)be to practice (in manager mode)with individual player or the club for individual player example raul he would practice finsh the same way as the arena player just having the ball and goalkeeper.
6)make the club be able to experince everything thats happing to he club in real life such as real madrid where a new presedent was be elected and new staff and maybe if the new presedent dont like you as coach he can send you to another club
7)also have the referies make more mistakes on caliing penalites that werent or not caling peanlties that were etc.

FIFA mandates that a team is allowed 18 men on a roster to be available for a game so FIFA10 should do away with the nonsense of only allowing 5 men on the substition list for a game, while then there are 5-8 players if not more sitting on reserves with no potential of playing in a given game.

With regard to the customizing kits i understand the possibility of hesitation of including this feature with sponsors and brand name uniforms advertising on the game and potential league disputes but it may be possible to allow kit designs to change if the teams are locked into keeping the sponsor on their default uniform on the newly designed uniform and are limited to chosing the designs offered by the brand name they are wearing as a default when the game is first created.

have a fan counter/tally so you can know after the match how many fans came to the game in comparison to your capacity so you know whether you can raise or lower prices or if you need to do something else to bring in fans to the match and maybe if there is room have another revenue creator come from merchanise and concession sales.

bring back stadiums that for some strange reason have been removed from the game especially benifca - estadio de luz, sporting lisbon - algarve, porto - estadio drago and the numerous others from EPL and La Liga and basically all the big clubs from all the major european and S.A. leagues should have their stadiums or if this cannot be done then provide a feature for stadium creator allowing users to make the stadiums they want themselves.

more realistic AI for the offisides rule, something should be inputed that indicates to the AI that when the ball deflects off the defender then the offisides rule no longer applies.

manager mode should extend for more years than i think the limit is 15 or be infitinte in time.

finally for the sake of argument, since everyone else is asking, portuguese second division - liga vitalis would be a nice treat.

crowd reactions need ot be more realistic. Like when you score you visually see the crowd jump up and cheer louder. The commentry needs a little tweaking. They used to talk about clubs and players more and in fifa 09 you barely go a game before it has to repeat lines. Manager mode needs alot , i mean alot. i purchased messi and he automatically gets given number 2. kit number managment needs to be brought back. I also think real life injuries are needed like months on sideline not 2 days. I think you should be able to import crowd chants like with pes. id love to hear the liverpool crowd singing the torres song.

Bring in lots of new leagues, the scottish 1st,2nd and 3rd divisions. blue square, russian, an african league, ukranian, greek, argentinian. Better online play punishments for quitters and stop freezing at the match card. in manager mode be able to boss your country, be able to create stadiums and kits, more tournaments in be a pro mode. realistic injuries not jus out for 1 game. more passionate crowds, national anthems before international games, recognisable songs from recognised clubs e.g you'll never walk alone, follow follow, etc. player trademark celebrations and movements. A new game mode idea player to manager, be a player working his way up to eventually take over as manager.

what I think is needed for this game is more leagues such as argentine, russian and the ukrainian leagues.that would help alot. they should also try to make the faces more realistic...... nobody is always that angry. in manger modes after we pick the answers you supply u should be able to have a little video of the press conference or something of that sort. everything else i guess would have already been said.. thannx and I'm expecting a great game.

i think that like NBA live 09. Before the match there should be a scence where it shows a POINT OF VIEW CAMERA ANGLE, AS YOU WALK OUT OF THE TUNNEL TO THE PITCH. I ALSO BELIEVE THAT THERE SHOULD BE THE SONG CALLED " Pendulum Vs Fresh Feat. $pyda & Tenor - Fly Tarantula ". It is an amazing song which will suit the menus quite nicely i think.

I would like to see an option to upload part of a song off your PS3 or Xbox, etc so that you can set a song for if a particular player scores like in real life. This would kind of be like what some other games are doing. E.g. on som wrestling games you can choose background music for entrances. Anyone agree??

Players also have their own unique dribbling in real life, they need to resemble that on fifa 10 like Ronaldo's dribbling is quick and close controlled, ronaldo on fifa 10 doesn't do it

it needs club reputation on manager mode, on mine i can buy cristiano ronaldo for shefffield united , that would not happen in real life, ronaldo ould only join clubs with high reputaions to player and club reputations needs to be introduced for example, messi reputation 98 barcelona reputation 100 , therefore messi would not join any other club, where as if barcelona's repuation was 70 and say manchester united's was 90 there is more chance of him joining manchester united if a offer came in, this will make fifa manager mode more realistic.

I support Inverness Caledonian Thistle and ALWAYS play as them but now they are relegated they are in Division 1 which is NEVER on the Fifa games! PLEEEASE!!!! i know its not a good image for the game but i personally would like to see a dive button or something for the game. giving you the abillity if you are suck to make defenders dive in (if you have a good enough player) and draw a foul. this is done many times in actual matches and i think it would make the game more realistic. Also the goalkeepers need to be punished for bringing down players in the box they seem to be invincible. there are never any pens given in 09 if you tap it around the keeper to get a tap in and the keeper just smashs you and then dives on the ball.

arena - more players in it, on xbl have you and your group in it. And stop that stupid keeper from running with the ball up to the half way line and booting it into the stands!.
music - more choice, change tracks.
team roster is very impressive, there's always people moaning that they don't have teams from astroasia or micronesia or some boring country but they should be gratefull for what they've got, pro evo has 2 english sides......TWO!!! and these people complain 'cause they've got all 4 major english leagues....let me guess...they want the welsh premier league now....
Graphics - not much wrong there if you compare it to rivals, there's the odd remedial on the pitch sometimes...but Rooney can't help the fact he has ugly parents. Bless.
Gameplay - better focus on fatigue, if player runs to much then they lose their footing whilst running. Individual animations(not all players too time consuming), every player is exactly the same. There should be clear differences between players like kaka and ronaldo compared to players like dean windass...surely they dont all handle the ball the same way, shot the same and pass with the same animations.
Long balls, they are about as real as Jordans breasts.
Through balls have a problem of being attracted to the other teams defender. Placing a perfect ball is far too hard for the casual gamer.(right stick is such a gimmick)
shots, unrealistic physics and animation. ball curves definately need a look. I hope the dev team knows that if you kick a ball with a certain part of your foot, at a certain part of a ball it wont always curve towards goal. Player pressure when the attacker is taken a shot should realistically affect them.....but it doesn't.
Off ball, OMG how linear is the A.I's-man-made-mind, all these guys can do is run in straight lines most often into the opponents arms.

Play as one of the sides in international friendlies
Balls going through crossbars must be fixed (bug)
Relistic crowds and crowd chants
Player growth must be sorted (it jumps too much in the off season)
New commentary (I've been listening to the same commentary since FIFA 06)
Also some Banter between the commntators would be nice, not just strictly commentating on the game.
Realistic sponsor details (a measley £2 mil for winning the EPL is unrealistic)
Ticket income should be way higher
Match facts appearing during the game every now and then
Realistic linesman decisions (like offisides being onside and so on)
SORT OUT THE DUTCH INTERNATIONAL TEAM (who the hell is Noteboom? I want Huntelaar, Sneijder, Van der Vaart, van Persie and so on)
