first off manager mode needs to be more realistic, including a higher budget, training grounds to improve players development, and much more smooth transfer deals. the national teams definitely need to have licensing deals so that we can actually play as real national players and teams. there should be improvements to the speed and reactions of players in real games it depends on the players timing and speed of play in FIFA everyone seems to react about the same if not any different. In Manager Mode there should be higher budgets for richer teams that reflect there average wealth now for instance Man. City should have an extremely high one and Arsenal should have about average.

there are lots of thing that need to be changed for example:
1. There should be varying weather conditions depending on the time of year. Snow and rain should be back, as well as fog.
2. Players should react to the climates and wear gloves during winter and short sleeves etc during the summer.
3. When a player goes down injured and has to come off, the medics carry him away.
4. The simulation should be better for substitutions. You should see the two players embrace and the player coming off be congratulated by the staff. Or if he feels he shouldn't come off then he should storm down the tunnel.
5. There should be a new meter. The anger meter. Each player is given an anger rating. For example Wayne Rooney's anger point would be higher than that of Brede Hangelenad. And when the player is irritated (poor tackle made on him, or his team is losing) then there aggression gets higher. If the anger meter gets too high then they act out. As the player you have no control over the acting out, and your player could well be sent off as a result.
6. Managers and staff should be visible from the game field.
7. You should be able to edit any player on the database.
8. more premership teams stadiums.
9. create-a-club has to return, but with better crest and kit choices, as well as sock and short choices. Maybe have so many basic designs from real brands and then edit them. A few more options in terms of created player accessories would be nice, especially for keepers (more gloves/colours). And I still think classic teams would be good.
10.A create a stadium it is verry good on madden and should definately be used on fifa.

All my ideas have been backed up by others on other websites and i ithink they yshould be used because fifa 09 was not brilliant.

you should be able to beat players more easily, not just through skill, just a change of direction or a quick players often runs past oppositions like there not even there.

i heard someone speek about a new meter, an anger meter sounds cool.
players being stretcherd of, and more interactin between players, manager and so on.
whather condition and effecting the plyers, rain players could slip, get muddy, ball skips of the turf.

I wanna see a new be a pro for example you have 2 start in a youth club as a young player and be scouted and you can start on the bench... substitutions should be left to the coach and not the capitan so you should be able 2 start on the bench. training should be a part of the fifa 10 be a pro also a dorm for the star so he has 2 live on site and train with the club.. it should be somthing like a simulation with age and lack of training being a key factor. before the games team talks by coach's should be introduced. injurys on the field should be shown and also medical personal should come on the field during a brake to assist the injured player.

1- we need to divide the national team into group like france in section of europe

2- the egypt national team is not found and many asian national team is not foun like saudi arabia and oman etc .
3-add stronger teams on asia because fifa have very bad in asian compartment at all

1- the keeper is bad in case of Artificial intelligence.

Put Uefa Champions League and Uefa Cup and when you do "be a pro" make it longer, when you create a player make it like pes when you can get better boots earings etc.... hope you sort it out

Before i start talking about the fifa 2009 , i want to say that its the BES0T fifa i have ever played its even better that PES for the first time , and thats not only my view its my all friends view about the game ... and i realy want to see it even better .
and ill talk about the negatives :
1- the long rage shoots dont give u the real feeling that they should , i mean the fast strong shoot , something like PES , if its fix that would be damn nice.

2- the second thing is the headers , its realy hard to score with a head or even get the ball to a prof heaer player like Klose , and that goes for the corners , to be honost i have played since the game release and i scored 3-4 goals with heads . so plz fix it

3- i have an idea , why dont u give a signature move for the 5 stars players , for exp : fishing touch for some players like Ibrahmovite .

4- finaly , try to make classic teams , old germany old england france , we reall like to play with our hero players like Zaidan or Pele ...etc .

i think they should Add controls to make the game more aggresive. For example, u can add controls that make players push, hit, argue, or even curse or insult other players(ofcourse red card would be the penalty) and it will be completlety up to the person playing the game.

You should be able to "organize" the players at offensive and defensive corners.
Ex. if you are Boro, you´d like to put Huth, Wheater and Pogatetz in the box when you have a offensive corner, but you cant.
And if you are Man City and you have a defensive corner, and Hart gets the ball, you´d want Ireland, Robinho and SWP to be around the halfway line so you can throw/kick the ball to them, and then counter-attack and possibly score (City are really good at this IRL too).

1- the graphics are great but the gameplay isn't. try comparing it with PES 09 and see the difference.
2-Add controls to make the game more aggresive. For example, u can add controls that make players push, hit, argue, or even curse or insult other players(ofcourse red card would be the penalty) and it will be completlety up to the person playing the game.
3-Put some tears in the eyes of the players if they lose the match, miss a penalty or a free in a final or semi-final match to add more emotions and mood into the game.
4-Add more options in the Create Player mode and the Edit Player mode. Like maybe add more styles.
5-Adding more commentors with new lines really helps.
