2.Better GK AI, less exageratted GK speed, agility etc.....
What I mean by this is, the GK are far, far too good in terms of 1v1s, it is simply impossible to round the keeper for a tap in. They are also far too agile, they seem to be able to stop shots from everywhere. However, the positioning is awful, a simply looping header ALWAYS beats the keepers. They often come for long balls, hesitate at the last minute, which allows a simple tap in. They are quite simply awful in an AI sense.
3. Crowds that make sense. Often I will hear crowd chance like "Carefree where ever you may be....." when Chelsea aren't even playing. I also hear "Come on you spurs" alot, when Spurs aren't even playing.
4. Improve player switching.
When switching to say a defender, the player often continues its AI run, for a split second after you switch, meaning, if you are trying to chase a through ball, the player often allows the striker in because it runs in the direction the AI made it. (Hard to exlplain, I should make a vid.)
5. Make manager mode make sense.
How the hell can my team play 3 matches on the same day, and yes, this does HAPPEN, and quite regularly. Make it more realistic in terms of money and buying players. For instance, regardless of the team I am, and regardless of the league im in. I CAN buy any player, as long as I have alot of money. I once bought Messi for Accrington Stanley.
6. Better Advantage rule.

8.Club mode should be 11 created players, for each online player. ie, you literally create a team of your mates, and customize the kits etc... that would be amazing.
9.No more online cheaters.
Too many players exploit the glitches ie, shoot from Kick Off with the cross button, stand in front of the GK etc.... EA SIMPLY REMOVE THESE.
10. No more random penaltys.
Some of you may not have had this occur, but myself, and ALL of my friends have. Penaltys that are given for literally no reason, no challenge is made, nothing, yet a penalty is given. This has happened in 2 of my 400 matches. Thats still 2 too many.
1. Have a all kits all down, brands, more boot selection, just get all that stuff, its kind of and ocd thing for me
2. more visuals, meaning, see players sitting on bench, the managers but like the real actual managers, staff and that other junk
3. celebrations more in depth, like let you run and go jump into a group of fans, the kind you would get carded for
4. big in depth cut scenes, like press confrences and signings, stuff like that. medical staff when there's a injury, instigating fights maybe at like the big finals. and make the fans more into it, like shooting flares almost about to climb over a fence, ya know
5. a practice mode maybe, just to mess around with the teams
6.more in dpeth manager mode, special view, as the manager looking onto the game, making calls and stuff. practice sessions all that jazz
7. all the great tournaments, the champions league, club world cup, world cup (duh), and the uefa cup.
8. create your own team, lke ultimate team but without all that card stuff... you know what i mean? create your own kit, move players. like the special world XI team.
9. make it like if you were watching an actual game, but not like how PES did it. they sucked, make it actually good!
10. try to see all the players movements, like how arshavin drags the ball, messi's choppy stepping, and also signature moves that can be done with ease. like ronaldo's step overs. maybe you have to hit a certain button in rapid succesion to pull of a certain amount of step overs without moving the trick stick in that direction... back and forth. also the shooting styles of all the big players,
11. more player expressions, i mean really. like the seriosuness.... spelled that wrong and more expressions form any other person, managers, fans.... i think i already said something like this.
12. you know what would be really cool, boot creation, i dunno that just sounds awesome to me. oh yeah.

Long term injuries, like for 3-6 months or something, then little niggles which makes a player doubtful for the game, maybe picked up in training, then u can choose whether you want them to play or not.
a training mode so you can either simulate it or play it and make training more intense, so there is more chance of injury but could be very successful.
Real managers on the sideline, camera from the other direction so you can see the dugout and see players warming up on the sidelines.
Little 2 second cut scenes when theres a throw in showing the ballboy throwing the bal to the player who then prepares to throw it in.
More stadiums eg: Stadium of Light, Eastlands, White hart lane etc.
Cut scene at the start showing fans cueing up and goin to their seats, then the players walking out onto the pitch just for 15-10 seconds, and the choice to skip this as it may get on some people's nerves.
Best teams at the top of the league, on one of my seasons Fulham won the league and Arsenal got relegated! Man U, Liverpool Chelsea and Arsenal should come in the top 4 in england or Real Madrid and Barca in Spain unless you are another team and knock them out of it, or on the off chance a different team knocks them out of it.
Rain and snow in manager mode, due to whether it is winter or summer. Players wear gloves and thermal tops at these times too.
This would improve fifa loads!
2) When you edith players look these changes do not go into effect to the Manager mode. This should be changed for a more customized experience.
3)In manager mode, when you grow your players manually they grow too fast. The grow of players should be more steady so is always challenging to play. Make it harder for players to grow, this will be more realistic.
3) For be a PRO, if you go under certain level of playing, you should be automatically taken subtituted. If you go under certain level of fatigue, you should be substituted. If you are substituted or injured during a game, allow to keep watching the game or quit right away, so the experience is more realistic for those who want to see the whole game.
4) THIS IS TOTALLY NEW!!!!!! If you do good as a manager, you should be some how called to manage your national team, and be able to call players etc.... make it hard to reach this call depending on the national team. If you choose to be from Ecuador will be probably easier than being called for England. etc.... you should also be called into big teams like Chelsea and others instead of just selecting them. This will make it more challenging.

My ideas for manager mode.
• Injuries – More impact on a season is needed. A classification of minor injuries (e.g. injured for 1-3 games) and major injuries (months-a season). Fatigue should come into this more to help squad management and make tactical decisions more important in matches (as opposed to just selecting your best 11 players for each and every game). Fatigue could come into it where; the more you play a fatigued player the more chance they have of injuring them self. This would mean that you have to rest players so that you do not rely on the same ones for each game (emphasising the importance of squad/fringe players). This would also mean more planning is needed throughout a season e.g. ‘I have an important champions league match on the Wednesday, do I play X player for half the match, the whole match or rest them for the entire match?’ Managing injuries would also be important e.g. after a player comes back from injury make it more difficult for them to be played straight away (e.g. have them yellow on the fatigue meter for a few games or weeks dependant on the injury. If you rush them back full time too soon then they pick up another injury).
• Transfers/loans – More time needed for transfer negotiations e.g. not just between games in pre season and Jan transfer windows. Would also like options such as; player swap, player + cash, buy and loan back to team, loan agreements (e.g. player must play in 50% of games or he comes back), loan agreements for 6 months, loan agreements where you can bring them back whenever you want. Also cup tied and can’t play against parent club for transfers/loans. More realistic fees and also the more successful and richer a club, the MORE they have to pay for a player.
• Player impact – Players accrue team points. This dictates how well they play in a team and your particular team. This means that you cannot just go out and buy 90+ players and win every game. The more a player has stuck with a particular team the more points they get (e.g. Ryan Giggs would have a high point rating; Nicholas Anelka may have a low rating). This would add a further dimension to game play and enforce the dynamics of a team.
• Team impact – The impact of the above point would be how the team performs, e.g. a bunch of 90+ players just purchased may not be on the same wavelength (e.g. wayward passes, off timed runs). The team rating would be enhanced and would mean much more and would again influence team selection (e.g. I am playing Everton who have a good team rating, meaning individual rating is enhanced – a player at 75 rating would be increased to 80? If the team rating is 80+?). Also picking an appropriate captain would influence this (e.g. a player with a high team rating would make a better captain than someone with a low rating and would also influence a higher team and therefore player ratings). This would make picking the captaincy a lot more important and meaningful than it already is.
• Trophy celebrations – Some effort needed please! Going through all that you have needs to give a payoff doesn’t it? Otherwise....what’s the point?! A cut scene would be very good e.g. the game where you can win the league has a rundown of how you got to this point and what you need to do in this game (e.g. a draw/win is needed). A cup final should have a rundown of the games that lead you to where you are. Neutral fans too at a final (e.g. not booing the team that are classed as the ‘away team’). Possibly a goal recap from some of the games? Then cut scenes of lifting the cup and celebrating. Basically it needs to be more extravagant than it already is and actually mean something!
• Sending offs – More impact needed e.g. a straight red = 2 games missed, accumulating yellow cards means a one game suspension etc. Also would be good to have certain impact on player discipline e.g. in a game if a player is about to be talked to by the ref you have a mini game appear where you must press a button as fast as you can to cool the player down, failure to do so will mean they are carded. If you do not sub/fine/rest ‘hot headed’ players than the harder it is to ‘cool’ them down in a game.
• Presentation – Just tidy it all up a bit please e.g. while playing a game have updates from other games in the same league or cup/league standings based on current scores etc. Also competitions need to feel different e.g. premier league and ECC. Commentary needs to reference things in game AND the bigger picture (e.g. ‘that yellow card means he will miss the next game’ or ‘if they win today then they will go top’ and also; ‘they’re doing well, 2nd in the league, through to the quarter finals of the FA cup and top of their champions’ league group’. Maybe a little of; ‘they’re struggling. I can’t see where a goal is coming from’ or ‘failure to win will see they drop closer to the relegation spaces. This really is a must win game’). Reference to the previous season would also go a long way e.g. ‘defending their premier league crown’ and having the announcer announce you as ‘the premier league champions’. Also at the start of a game, I dislike the ‘flashback sequence’ which means nothing. I would rather have a showing of the league standings or cup games being played.
• Maintenance – For the different club staff factors (e.g. stadium, scout, medical, etc) pay maintenance each season. Failure to do so would mean you drop down a level next season. This would help give depth once you have maxed out your different areas and stop the easy accrual of income to high earning clubs. The higher the rating the more you have to pay each season (e.g. a 10 rating would require £5 million maintenance fee; a 2 rating would only require £5000?)
• Realism – E.g. a team with players that are mostly 80 – 90 rating and a high team rating should be challenging for the title and cups, not mid table or facing relegation (which is ALWAYS the case with the FIFA games). I would not mind if it happened in a realistic manner e.g. teams acquire a few high rated players and/or the team rating goes up through players who have a high team rating. Also AI teams play in a certain manner e.g. defensive or attacking while using players in a realistic manner (a RWM/LWM would be played out on the wing more) and 90+ players having a better solo impact (Torres able to run at your defence and score difficult shots with relative ease).
• Miscellaneous - Change player positions (e.g. a winger who is getting older loses speed and so you change his class to CAM ala Ryan Giggs) depending on success rate determines player morale. World club cup included. Fair play league (to get into Europe), lower league teams have ‘sloppier, smaller’ pitches making it harder to play against them at home in a cup match, preseason tournaments, morale effected by playing out of position too often (unless player team rating is 75+)contract negotiations breakdown, games not happening on the same day (e.g. cup and league games, reschedule the league game), no games two days in a row, player fatigue setting in between a mid week game and weekend game, the game not imploding if you have a squad larger than 30 players, players naturally want to play in their home country or close country (e.g. Ronaldo Portugal/Spain) making it harder to hold onto foreign players long term, option to play manager mode as a new manager (having to start from the lower divisions and build yourself up) or starting from any team you want (e.g. champions league teams), players more choosey about who they play for e.g. a player may not sign for you if they want to be playing in Europe (and you currently do not) or do not want to sign for you because of lack of first team opportunities (if you are a successful team and there is already 2+ other players signed for that position – highlighting the need for the development of youth team players), need more of a challenge e.g. in world class difficulty I still win the league by a huge amount of points with the closest team with 20+ points below me (how boring!), teams play harder in the last 15 mins depending on the score (e.g. a team losing pushes on for a draw, a team winning or drawing tries to hold out for the draw) plus at the ‘business end of the season’ teams push harder to get results (e.g. teams in the top 4 play harder to win).

Improvement with the atmosphere in football stadiums. Eg playing Man u vs Chelsea and the atmosphere was very quite despite the game being very interesting and tactical.
6. When international duties are in place your player leaves the club before the game and returns when his duties are all completed.
7. improvement with players. Eg when 1 player is running up the wing the player in his team in front of him shound run in the centre as support instead of running along side of him or in most cases stops and allows the player with the ball just to run by.
8. Improved goalkeepers. Eg. Reaction should count towards who fast the goalie can get back up and how fast he can react to saving numerous shot attempts.
9. Improve free kick taking system Eg. player defending has option to place players at the posts and position the wall.
PLayer attacking has the option to roll the ball the to side via a second player or has option of the dumbing the shot with a second player, improve the short free kick option as players are to easily marked and the option to choose the player before taking the free kick.

free kicks need to be easier and more reactive like they are on pes although fifa is now an all round better game than pes thanks to fifa 09.

and i would also like to see teamss on international like Albania and Montenegro cause i havent seen them in one fifa game yet besides world cuppp so hopefully you hange it thanks..
For the first, I wan't to say that I really like and really enjoy to play fifa 09. I have played fifa since 1998,
and I think it's amazing how great the game is now.
But there are some things I would like to see in the Fifa 10:
1: I really liked the training mode. There was a training mode in the game, for few years ago (I don't
remember the year), but I really enjoyed it. And it could be very nice, if it will come in the 2010.
2: A thing I would like to see in the new game, would be to have the possibility for playing indoor. I think
it was nice, when it was in the game in Fifa 1998 or 1999 :).
1. First off obviously i know the graphics will be better, and the movment ecetra.
2. On the sidlines it would be cool to see the coaches, like for all the NT's and in manager mode , ur created manager should be able to be seen on the sidlines, and during the cinimatics exetra ;).
3. i know this isnt a biggg one, but for the classical team, i really think Ferenc Puskas and maradona should be included.
4. Medics should com onto the feild to carry out an injured player.
5. All NT's should be licenced. it looks nice and more realistic!
6. Under rest of the world. thoes leugs that r not included , there should be at least 1 club team from each country.
