To make fifa 10 more interesting and exciting, you need to put these things into consideration:
1. The net is like a "stone". I mean when i score the net doen't move following the ball. that looks funny.
2. In the manager mode, when i play for 10 or 14 years, the quality of the players are worse and worse. It's very lucky if you can find a player with an overall of 90 when you play longer time.
3. Transferring happens boringly. Most players are very loyal. That's not real at all.
4. In real life, sometimes clubs may use a player and an amount of money to buy another player they want but i can't do that in fifa.
5. In manage mode, if you play for Premier League, you have no information of other leagues such as Seria, Bundesliga, or La Liga. There should be an interactive mode for popular leagues around the world, maybe just 5 to 10. Moreover, if you can't pass the knockout group in the EEC, you sometimes wont know who the champion is. Why not?
6. Finally, the teams' performance in a league isn't really stable. I usally play in Premier League and in every season there will be at least one big club (Manchester, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool) standing below the top half. I don't really like this at all and i think many other fifa fans dont either.

I think you should be able to make your manager and see him celebrate or be fustrated.

you should be able to view other leagues through out the season to see if when you move to them there in the champions league or promoted.

also a big frustration for me was there were good national teams left out e.g.Ivory Coast , Nigeria , Egypt, Ghana. Basically get more African Sides In it Please And Holland as Holland not made up people. I had to edit it and make it right.

More Nike Boots , well more boots in general and not so many players in the game with fifa's made up ones i want to play fifa with the right boots in it and the right players in teams.

I loved this game so much but there are points were you need improvement which will result in greater ratings and profit.

if you want a new stadium you can make one or pick from a choice and then add to it

but having to ask the chairman.

this adds alot towards it being realistic.

The first thing I have to say is that I love more and more games FIFA! Improvements are always better, just like to see added some details that embellish the game itself...
For example:
-Increasing the changes of weather during the seasons;
-The simple detail of the games of international competitions are the full light of day is also lost "the magic";
-The fact that there is the possibility of fair play when an injured player in the field of play would be a good improvement too;
-I believe that the most whimsical of Fifa fans, me included, would also be happy to make changes in the visual of the players of his team during the course of time regarding the physical appearance, dorsal, boots and other accessories...;
-Make the environment even more intense in the stadium and how to play the most important games such as derbys; decisive heats and finals of cups;
-To finish my list for now, I'd like to pull for my nationalistic side... I would like to see created, again, some of the most important stadiums of Portugal: Alvalade, Luz and Dragão and had added the no less exciting Liga Vitalis and Carlsberg Cup!

Please continue with your excellent work and make me be even more love for your game! As a big fan of Pro Evolution I believe that the Fifa increasingly dynamic and evolving.

1. better weather.. only has bloody sun.. and why is it neva night? playin champions league group stages and it is 37 degrees at 3 o clock it seems...
2. be able to change your players numbers on manager mode.. couldnt do tht on 09
3. be able to upgrade your stadium
4. agree fees with clubs for a player even wen it isnt the transfer window.
5. be able to do more than 2 loans
6. lighting better when it is a night game.. old trafford is pitch black
7. if the game is realised before the transfer window.. have a similar thing to the adidas thing again but with constant updates of transfers.
8. pitch sizes... barcelona's is MASSIVE... and isnt the same as the smallest ground in the game

10. players adapt to the weather, i.e. gloves, under armour, compression shorts, short sleeves if it is hot...
11. players socks, sum have long, short, and with their shirts... like ronaldo always rolls his sleeves up a little.. doesnt have short sleeve but isnt long sleeve either.
12. be able to edit players WHENEVA... and it isnt so hard to do so... always goes back to your favourite team after editin a player... be able to change their boots and stuff wen u are half way through manager mode
13. easy, medium and hard mode on manager mode, so easy u can choose how much money u start with, whateva team, medium, whatever team with their amount, i.e. man utd have loads of money, brighton have not much. and hard mode, your a new manager, only some teams want your services, like the low teams, and theres obviously limited money,.
14. make it harder to sign players, if im a low team it is so easy to sign rooney, i jst need money, but rooney would never leave man utd for a team like brentford... so better morale... could sort of take the thing from PES they have a little luv heart, showing how much they like the club.
15. better mode when u create a player, if u wnt to make him a 99 rating, u shud be able to... have tattoos like on ultimate team, give him gloves for the winter, under armour, etc...
16. give goalkeepers the choice of gloves, they always have the same pair, put some adidas ones in thereor goalies like cech, reina..
17. better fans.. if you are chelsea, sell out crowds that are constantly loud and singin, if you are a low team, fighting relegation, low crowds, and not to loud.
18. when a team gets promoted from the championship, give them the premiership numbers, and the badges on their arms... when a team gets relegated, give them different numbers, the coca cola ones or just basic ones.
19. be able to create your own team, pick your own stadium or make it, choose your own manager.... brilliant in fifa world cup 06 i think it ws.. had the managers.. and the camera would go onto them when there ws a chance or something.
20. have the refs or lino's sometime make mistakes.. in one of the champions league games u made the lino's would sometimes get the offsides wrong.

22. updates of scores around the league... say its the final day and u have to win and another team has to lose for you to stay up... give updates on screen of their score.. and have the commentators talk about it more.

28. have shirt pulling.. and be able to dive.. players like drogba or ronaldo when they are the computer could dive a bit...
29. free kicks. take it back to 04 how much curl u wna put on it.. and where.. ws easy to score.. but make it a bit harder...
30. have like a news thing in manager mode... so wen a club signs a big player.. have it up so u no... if a team has a 10 match unbeaten run in ur league.. u wna no....
31. pre-season.. when u are a spanish team.. u start when the window has shut.. have it where u always start at the end of may or the middle of june.. and u can organise friendlies.. decide when your team starts to train..

33. have a training kit when it is the arena mode.. and have an online arena... plactice with your mates.
34. when it rains.. make the pitch cut up... goal mouths go all muddy.. and when it is in the summer.. the pitch's are perfect in the prem.. and if ur a lower league team.. they go drier... and much more muddy wen it rains... pitch gets covered when it snows.. and have the orange ball
36. if u are losing towards the end of the match.. ur fans cud start to leave.. and the ground gets a bit emptier

improve on the training mode..so its is possible to physically train with your squad during the season and benefit from it hence be able to learn skills and etc by training as it is in real life. also assign individual training to individual players, for example you want to train a young upcoming CAM to be good enough for the team but by doing that now you increasing the fatigue of all the midfield players.

i played fifa 07 on the ps2 when i didnt have my 360 and it was so much better, you could sim games and watch the game in text form you were able to speed up the game and slow it back down and get involved when your loosing, able to make subs. the basic stuff that you amused would be in the game... were and because they are in there it makes the game much much better, if fifa put more of the basics in the 360 version would be so so so much better
also they should put these in the game

1) You should be able to argue with the ref
2) In manager mode i think the transfers should be higher if a young players is around 70 overall
3) Should be able to make a manager in manager mode and they should be able see them getting frustrated or celebrating when someone scores a good goal
4) When you sim a match you should be able to watch the game in text form and be able to interfere with the game and start playing
5) Bring back the fan shop and have the highlights of the seasons just been like in fifa 06 and 07
6) Bring back training mode for corners and free kick taking
7) Be able to put tattoos on your created players and other stuff
8) There should be varying weather conditions depending on the time of year. Snow and rain should be back, as well as fog.
9) Players should react to the climates and wear gloves during winter and short sleeves etc during the summer.
10) When a player goes down injured and has to come off, the medics carry him away.
11) Plays should react to being subbed like react if he didnt want to come off, the manager praising him for doing well in a game
12) If someone is man of the match they should recieve some sort of bonus like 25% more exp
13) When you get sponserd then buy someone they should be able to appear on the kit
14) Be able to edit the name of your club and the kits and be able to make your own team
15) Be able to see your improvements like stadium changes when you upgrade the stadium.
16) Crowd should be able to chant stuff like players names
17) Better celbrations when you win a throphy
18) should make some sort of easter egg like celebs in the crowns or something
19) when players get injuries it should be more realistic like 2 months not 2 days and players are able to break there legs.... ergh

You guys have done great work with each Fifa Game, although this all mostly -ve feedback i kno tht all of these people have spent hours and hours playing ur games and as part of those people i just hav one simple request:
If u could plz add the Iranian National Team to the game, u hav the Chinese national team and the South Korean yet no Iranian and as a huge fan year after year i hav been let down by the fact tht i cant play with my beloved National team so it would be hugely appreciated if you could add the National team

To add to my previous comments:

More reactive crowd, particularly in the big matches, particularly those that are of importance to the fans. Managers should be able to create rivalries by speaking against other clubs/managers in manager mode.

Colour the crowds in the team jersey colours, have majority wearing the jerseys etc(this needs to be dynamic if the player changes colours of jersery, if indeed that option becomes available).
Pre-game and Post-game ceremonial actions, if there is a real-life tradgedy that has a minute's silence or cheering then this should be shown in manager mode for games held on the same dates etc.

Offside should have a degree of chance, they get it wrong many times in real life and so should wrong decisions be made in game, same with corners vs goal kicks, in manager mode you should have the opportunity to speak out at the press conference and gain fan support etc etc.

Manager celebration should be an option after player celebration :-).

Would be nice to have further notice than one season of when a player is going to retire, except where injury forces early retirement.. would be excellent to factor in player unrest and have certain players that voice their desire to leave the club etc.

More newspaper feedback or a "what the papers say feature that generates dynamically from the player's game and those results that were simulated.

1. In Manager Mode, make it so that one is able to have two or more formations ready to tackle the next match. I often like exchanging formations and players according to the team i'm going to play next. It would be nice if I could just save two preferred formations, and just switch between those two without having to exchange players manually.
2. There should be a way to change the player's preferred position on the pitch.
3. In world cup years(2010,2014,etc), players who get called up to their national teams, and return after the tournament is over, should collect more experience (some more than others), thus increasing their value on the market.
4. Please include at least the best three teams from each South American country, so that we can finally assemble a "Copa Libertadores" Tournament, and
5. Please put in Argentinian League. C'mon Brazil and Mexico are there, but Argentina is not?!?!?

-1- Display and Menu Graphics: Menu, meaning menu bar before the gameplay and display bar during the game that displays score, time remaining and player names should be changed because they have been about the same since FIFA 06 to up until FIFA06, just with different colors (Very simple gray or white bars). It makes me feel like I'm playing the same gaver all over again. Something Fancy not boring bars like how they have been. Make it more like FIFA 06 Menu graphics, it seems to be the best in my opinion. FIFA 08 and 09's graphics menu was just terrible. So please change them so I feel like i'm playing brand new game

-2- Cut Scene of Before and After Football (Soccer) match: It seems FIFA 08 and FIFA 09 has almost exact same Cut Scene from before and after the matches. Change it please so I don't feel like I'm playing FIFA 09 when playing FIFA 2010.

-3- Editing players while on Manager mode: I don't know why FIFA 09 don't have the option to edit players kit numbers when previous FIFA games did. Also, I like to keep up with player style in terms of outfit. So please add the option to edit players outfit that they wil wear on the match DURING Manager mode.

-4- Fans: Compared to the previous FIFA games FIFA 09 did not have much fan chants and songs. Please add more on FIFA 2010. Also, louder fan chants and reactions during a Derby match like Chelsea vs Liverpool should be added.

-5- Realistic player apperence: Some of the players that are in big league that are at least a sub or a starter don't look like them in real life at all. e.g. J.S. Park from Manchester United.

Manager Mode:
- Bring back the ability to change the kits of your team... this was available back in 06 if i'm not mistaken... gets a bit boring with the same kit for 10 years etc.
- Ability to request more funding from the board and to argue your case.
-Emailed/Phones offers from other clubs to manager during mid season would be nice, and more metrics for Manager ratings, earnings, worldwide reputation etc.
-Ability to sell and price merchandise, or direct it to be done to gather more funding.
- Stadium Upgrades:
More options needed, ability to request different actions from the board (pitch upgrade/relay, extend capacity, new stadium completely) and more success = more sway on board decisions. when you upgrade stadium and it is a big jump in $$$ then a bigger stadium should be shown in game... spending $200mil on Stadium upgrades and having same one still with crappy pitch is not nice! Be nice if the ticket sales increased with stadium capacity and we could request capacity upgrades, set the pattern mowed into the pitch etc. Much more customized feel to the home stadium and something to differentiate your stadium from your friends.
- Ability to have a Manager Mode playoff online, so that your handiwork with the team, the kit, the stadium can be seen by all who visit.

- Be nice if there was a news roundup towards end of season, with relagation battles, title fights, more feedback from other leagues... so you know who you will be facing in the european tournaments etc.

Game:
- Ability to dive and referee's decision potentially affected by it depending on position etc.
-Commentry, add more team and player names, right down to the lower divisions.
- Alternative commentators, so if you are in a lower division you hear appropriate commentators from that division.
- More training, the ability to practice set pieces from corners and free kicks.
- The ability to create Set Piece tactics and movements, give directions to key players, set target men etc and apply these in game and take them online against real opponents.
