Your Ideas for FIFA 09

I absolutely agree with Ruud Van Nisterooy. I’d also like to add that during practice mode to have the option to create new strategies of game .For example 1 strategie the keeper passes the ball to the CM and this one to the ST.
I would like also thet during practice the players could grow their abilityes and I could chose if I wanted to save the new experience or not.
Another thing that makes me unhappy is that in my profile I can’t choose like preffered team a created team. I’d also appreciate if the created teams could be put in a league by repleacing another one. I would also like to know why my players couldn’t grow to level 100 and why my created players can’t imitate Ronaldinho.
And please don’t use terms like hat trick and goalie because I didn’t know what do they mean.
I also want to know why in menager mode I can’t use real menagers like Arragones, Scolari, etc.
Another thing that I don’t understand is that when I select a created team in menager mode some players have 1 year contract , some 2 , some 3and I thought was because of their different levels, but wasn’t this ,nor the nationality, nor theirs age…

At last I want to suggest you to make FIFA WORLD CUP 2010 where could be found every team of the eveniment, not only finalist but even teams like Albania , Nigeria, Fixhi with every registered player. And in my opinion it is going to be a great affair because I think every one wuld like to see is country world winer not only Brazilians. And I think Brazil Will BE IN The SEMI-Final For SHURE!!! WITH GERMANY/ SPAIN AND NETHERLAND !!! Oh, I got really angry when I realized that in FIFA 07 THE Cezech Republic team Was Absent.

Guys, these are great suggestions, but remember that people like Konami have rights to some things like the japanese international team and league, and there is the rights issue with sponsors and logos...it costs a lot for EA...but that's no obstacle in the hunt for FIFA perfection!!

The national netherlands team should have their actual players not "van notenboom" who isnt even a real player
in transfer period no such thing as limit of bids
you should be able to trade players plus money
players should have personalities like if you are not playing them enough the will want to leave the team

I think for manager mode you can create the manager and see him on the bench with the subs.
And make the home shirts every 2 year and away every 1.

1. The crowd should actualy look like a proper crowd as good as the players that would make it awesome!! in fifa 08 for my ps3 the fans look really bad they have blue hair and blue eyes and some look like aliens and others look like frogs FIX IT OR ELSE!!!!
2. As you go through the season in manager mode you should be able to see the players grow older and better like seeing a player with adifferent hair cut compared to the previous match and the old players should show a few more rinkles and may be a couple of grey hairs.
3. There should also be a talk athalf time with andy townsend or gary lineiker and mark lawerenceson and you should be able to watch it at half time they should have there own A.I and talk about what happens and what is happening in the match.

Referees more realistic please and also please look into some vital stats when u decide between Lampard and Gerrard. Lampard has started just over 30 games and scored 20 goals and assisted 14 times. he has more passing accuracy percentage in both EPL and CL competition and also head to head in the semis, Lampard gave a 9/10 despite his personal distress whilst Gerrard was completely lost on the pitch. in fifa 07 it was perfect when u gave Lampard 89 and Gerrard 87. Gerrard is just aggressive but Lampard is more effective. Also look into Scholes who has been good anytime he has played. Dont reduce stats because someone has grown old or raise attributes coz someone is young. Let performance merit attributes. Commentry is a big issue too so look into it and get commentators to speak more like real life about players

Ok, I know Barcelona has that star-studded squad- Ronaldinho, Messi, Henry, and Eto'o are among the best players in Fifa 08- but I'm begining to wonder whether anyone at EA actually follows La Liga. In Fifa 07, EA rated Barca well above Real Madrid, but Real won the league. Did EA learn their lesson? No! In Fifa 08, EA rated Barca even higher. They were by far the best team in the game, and as a result people played them non-stop. They were impossible to beat. However, in La Liga this year, Real vastly out-performed Barca in almost every way, easily clinching first place, while Barca barely made third. Now I know EA will be tempted to inflate Barca's ratings again with all the new players transferring to the Nou Camp this summer, but Real Madrid deserve some ... credit. Here's but one example of how EA screwed over Real Madrid. Ronaldinho, who has done absolutely nothing the past two seasons? 90. Raul, who has been consistently excellent, scoring like 20 goals this year? 79. Really? I understand EA has some sort of contract with Ronaldinho, but based on his poor performance, he should be no higher than 86. Kaka? He had a quiet season, so lower him to 88. Rooney, 90? Bah! Maybe 86 or 87. The one player that EA managed to give enough credit to was Ronaldo, though. Congrats! But if Barca is rated above Real Madrid again, I swear I am switching to PES.

i think you should be able to create a player and start on the free agents list on a be a pro seasin and a low club will put a contract in for you someone in the lowest league though and should be able to train talk to other clubs about transfers and build up a social life with your player with sponsors, also you should be able to speak to the manager about things and maybe even do something like autograph signing

more stadiums would be good and when you increase the stats of the stadium you should move stadium. for example you are darlington and you are at the div 2 stadium when you get promoted and do up your stadium you could move say to premiership stadium

have proper sponsers on manager mode and when you chose a sponser then it goes on your shirt. when you sign a player as well then have you taking pictures of him with his shirt

i would like to see a superstar mode where u create a player and start a career where if u play well u might be called up to play for a top quality team and if u excel then the prize is sweeter as a call from YOUR national team is the highest reward.

be the manager before a game on manager mode so you walk around the changing rooms and if you visual sim the match take control of the manager.

Create a player in " Be a pro " SEASON and impress the manager/ coach to pick you for the next match, Train in training sessions + Plan out what you do when you retire.

Add everything that is on PS3, Xbox etc onto Psp, like create player, use the proper dutch team, the russian and other leagues, make the commentators say the created players names, be able to change your teams kit every season and add sponsors to created clubs.

Russian (Zenit St. Petersburg won the Uefa Cup), Greek, Croatian, Argentinian, Ecuadorian, Romanian, Chinese, Japanese, Ukrainian, Chilean, Latvian, basically as many decent leagues as you can guys!!
The following World League Teams need to be added:
Europe XI, Asia XI, Africa XI, North America XI, South America XI, Central America XI, Australasia and Oceania XI...Antarctic XI?...only kidding.

Are you serious? Get real you! With club's like Birmingham, Palace, Both Sheffield teams, and the Mighty Whites Leeds United (Who have the biggest support in England outside the Premiership) how dare you suggest they get rid of these leagues?

Just because you're some jumped-up glory supporter who follows whoever is top of the league, doesn't mean that hundreds of thousands of other people don't support lower league clubs. The Championship alone is far better value for money, and wipes the floor with the Premiership in terms of entertainment. Plus you don't get overpaid primadonnas diving around like little girls and cheating their way to victory.

Leeds United had the 11th Highest average attendance in England last season, just so you know.

-transfers are very bad, you you should be able to make fee transfers if the player's contract is over, you should also be able to exchange players or give some money+player for a big player or also ask for players when other teams are looking for your players

-when the newspaper appears, there should be news of all teams and players

-you should be able to play or skip daily training as when transfer market starts for 1 months,it passes very quickly as there are as if only five gameweeks

-player growth should be more realistic, if a player does well for some for some weeks or if one scores many goals in a season, there overall should increase(e.g torres scores 30 goals in a season his 86 overall should become as if 89)

-some player faces and hairstyles such as torres, voronin, quaresma... should improve

-the hair should be moving when there is wind and when they are running

-a player after injury should be playing less well

-a player should celebrate differently each time he scores, if we choose a player and choose one type of celebration, he always celebrates the same

-free kicks and graphics should improve

-players who don't kick free kicks should be bad at it, in fifa 08 we could score goals with the goalkeeper on free kicks


Please take my ideas into consideration as i really hopes that fifa 09 be the BEST SOCCER GAME EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I think there should be a mode where you create a player (Yourself) as a 17-year-old kid with a pretty low rating to start with, and you have to start by going to trials with different small clubs and impress them enough to give you a contract. You should then have to play for the team (be-a-pro style) and the better you play, the higher your rating goes up, the bigger clubs begin to notice you etc etc. And you work your wawy up through the football ladder until you reach international status and are picked to play for your nation.

I also think there should be a 'create a stadium' mode, and the graphics on the fans need a complete overhaul, they didn't even move in the last version. EA need to take a leaf out of Pro Evo's book in that department.

TO STEVEN JONES- Rooney got 18 goals last season, shevchenko didnt get even over 6-7. u need to look at your facts! and rooney scored even more than him the season before! Kenwyne Jones stats are also about right because hes awful! he does well against derby and reading lol but where is he the rest of the time! If people are going to put suggestions about player stats on fifa then at least know the game!!!

Fifa gets most stats right about players... i do agree with the lampard passing stat, that should be way higher, all you have to do is look at his completed and attempted pass ratio in a season!

i love fifa 08....its juz that the (be a pro) mode should not be only for 1 season...i wuz expecting it 2 b like in a professional football player's shoes...my pon of view here is that at the end of the season in the (be a pro) mode...we could choose where 2 play whether 2 play for the same club or a diffrent club around the world....that would be a great addition to the game....

new career mode were you create player which you play with in a club(pro mode). with this you can get called for your country to play for them. should be faced with real life problems.
