Your Ideas for FIFA 09

please mak e that when the game finishs you shake hands and champions leauge and when you win the leauge everybody runs on the football pitch

This idea would also be good to fifa 09. When a player is running at full speed or at any time the jersey hes wearing should stick to his body. Add alot of deatail to this game, add alot of what peole are writing these are good ideas to make it better and if you do i dont think 09 will suck like the past fifas

hey i think that a good idea would be to make some sort of competition in which football fans send in chants for thier team, if its good enough then it could be attached to the particular team that its about and is played during that teams matches as if the crowd is chanting!

1. The dutch national team must be with the ordinary players.
2. You should be able to shoot harder from distance without the ball is going too high every time.
3. Be able to do celebrations after goals.
4. More skills.
5. More leagues.
6. The posibility to create a kind of dreamteam in carrer-mode. You should be able to create your own badge, and design your kits. And then you play matches with the team and evolve them to better players.. ..

i think it isnt very good that holland hasnt got the right names! I aint really bothered about international kits, but not to have the right names is stupid. Also, players ratins are stupid! Why are players like for hull city have ratings of 62? players like michael turner, who is an outstanding centre back, has a rating of 63, when players like cacapa have 76? its bad

Concentrate less on graphics (which are perfectly fine) and more on Realism. Its not all about graphics graphics graphics..

There MUST be better crowds!!! The general atmosphere of the game must be improved. Fifa 08's was extremely bland and dull.

1. Estadio de las artes is horrible for atmosphere. I know there cant be every stadium in the game but at least give a specific generic stadium to each region.. Such as a premier league one and Serie a/b one.

2. In finals such as the European Cup, FA Cup, etc. it is very unrealistic to see one team as the "home team". Split it up 50/50. Make the crowd cheer for BOTH teams instead of the one which is named first..

3. MORE DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT - stadiums, crests as gamer pictures, themes.. I can't tell you how dissapointed I was with the lack of DL Content for 08...

4. I recommend bringing back the FIfa 05 freekick engine so that proper spin and better aim can be applied... This will make freekicks MUCH more realistic.

5. Better corners... Give option to allow defenders to join in the corner like in real life.

I think you guys should make the teams hold up the Trophy when they win a major Tournament. That would be really cool!

First of all to Gill Smith - look at how many goals Gerrard scored this season and assisted face it he's well better than FAT Lamps

and secondly to jonny - the reason y the Irish League aint in it is b'cos it's s***e, the League of Ireland is in their on merit - mainly b'cos of the performances of DCFC and Shelbourne in Europe recently by going within 1 round of the group stages in Uefa Cup and Champions League - ur boys r all knocked in the first round in both Champions League and Uefa Cup so shut it.

IDEAS:

- Don't discriminate PSP players put everything that is ps2 etc in our game e.g. create player etc
MANAGER MODE:
- In manager mode we should have longer transfer time etc..... e.g day by day not week by week
- In transfer market you shouldn't be aloud to negotiate with a player until you have a bid accepted by his club,be able to negotiate with players who only have 1 year left on their contract and sign them on pre-contract agreements, players should have to pass a medical before they complete their transfer
- Make it were you can take players on loan who havn't been put up for loan by their clubs.
- Other clubs should be allowed to approach you to manage them but don't start negotiations until you say "yes"
- Have real managers in manager mode (for all clubs) eg Rafa Benitez - Liverpool and Stephen Kenny - Derry City
- You can be approached by International Teams to manage them in major tournaments depending on your prestige
- Put League of Ireland teams into Europe when they finish in required positions eg Derry City into Champions League and Cork City into Uefa Cup
- Champions League, Uefa Cup etc into 1st season on manager mode
- FIFA World Club Cup in manager mode aswell
OTHER:
- Put in commentary pairs where you can select whoever you want. eg Martin Tyler & Andy Gray (Sky Sports), Clive Tydsley & David Pleat (ITV), Jon Champion & Craig Burley (Setanta Sports), Ian Darke & Alan Smith (Sky Sports) etc
- Put referees on pitch along with linesmen
- Show fourth official holding up board when there is a sub being made and time added on
- Be able to create your own image of a manager (like in Uefa Champions League 04/05) and select what kind of clothes he wears eg tracksuit or suit (shirt & tie) and show him giving instructions to players already on the pitch and subs when he is about to bring him on
- When there is a sub being made the commentators could say eg "Steven Gerrard is warming up" and show him warming up
- Commentators could comment on a players performance in the last match
- also for Premier League games have Sky Sports commentators, for FA Cup have BBC & Sky Sports commentators, and Champions League games have Sky Sports commentators for 1 match and ITV commentators the next match and other leagues we select whoever we want
- Have real referees for each league e.g Mike Dean for Premier League and Alan Kelly for League of Ireland

i think that when playing fifa you should actually have the choice of playing a full 90 minutes game insted of the maximum time being about ten minutes. simple i know....so how come fifa keep missing it out !

what i think u should do is make the grass look more realistic make it darker wen the teams are playing during the day. have the refs in the middle of the field were there playing and linesman. have the players have their similiar body apperance . and you should be able to have practic session with any team you want with the real practice uniform. and also when you see players slide tackle , they should have grass stains on uniform. and there should be more options on how you could make the players socks look, like pulled up all the way to knees. and make the goal keepers have more realistic movment ans what a real professinal keeper would do. and they should have all the coaching staff on the bench during a game and have the subtitutes watching, and when its time for them to play they should get up and start to warm up. i just want fifa to become better everyyear and i dont see that at all. make the players have play more realisticly , more passing than shooting, like in legend the cpu mostly does is dribble and its hard to take the ball of, instead of dribbling make them pass more. and make more stadiums not the same ones you have every year. and have different styles of shooting and passing. makes stadiums more realistic and make the crowd look more realistic . if you can make the players look realistic than u can make fans look realistic.

there should be different styles of ankle tape.

More fan chants !! - That would be fantastic.

i think there should be....
1.all the kits unlocked.
2.more realistic goalkeeping i.e so that when a player is running on to a pass the keeper comes off the line quicker.
3.more realistic player posses i.e C.Ronaldo has his gunslinger pose when taking a free-kick also the stop start run up for penalty.
4.players have the same shot technique as they do in real life.
5.more editable things i.e different types of ankle tape so you can have ankle tape like Torres wears or the kind of tape that Rooney wears also glove just for when its raining instead of just having gloves on all the time,also more hairstyles and all players have their real boots.
6.be able to create your own celebration like on euro 2008.
7.have referees and linesmen during game play.
8.be able to cheat i.e dive,deliberate handball,kick the ball away,argue with the ref and linesmen.
9.more weather conditions i.e heavy rain and with this weather condition the ball becomes harder to control and have a shot on target also the players,ball,kit and boots get muddy and wet.
10.when playing against arch i.e man.utd vs Liverpool the atmosphere should be more intense and hostile also certain player like Steven Gerrard and wayne Rooney should go into tackles more heavy.

More atmosphere in stadiums (maybe a webcam in cup finals 2 show the fans arriving and celebrating?), more excitment and tension from the commentators, linesman and reffs on the pitch, see managers screaming instructions from the touchline, easier 2 score volleys, more options from corners, build ur own stadium, more trainin activities(free kick practise with one of those dummy walls), player interviews, see the players walk into the dressing room, more boots available from the fan shop, easier one on ones, different player animations, more stadiums, more skills 2 do when running at top speed, larger text for those of us without HD !!!!, more realistic injuries(maybe stretcher or medical cart comes onto the pitch), handballs, crowd trouble, create ur own kit in manager mode, thank you

First of all I think you should feature to Turkcell Super League...
At that point I would want to see the stadiums in Turkey could be truthful...Especially Ali Sami Yen, BJK Inonu and Fenerbahce Stadium...
You may also add Argentina League...
And finally I want to mention that a critical mistake; during the game, for example, when the rival make goal kick my team is being hold behind the opposite goal keeper...

Fifa 09 on both the PS3 & Xbox 360 needs a real life broadcast angle that is changable. The camera angles on Fifa 08 are a very poor selection.

These ideas would be great!

1) While the ball is outside the pitch, maybe before a corner it would be magnificent first to see the player waiting and searching for a ball looking into the crowd, then getting the ball, then a different angle from inside the net of the goal is shown where you se either players rest, attacking players arive or even the goalkeeper telling the defending players what players the should mark.

2) While players make throw-ins they usually walk along the sideline, a similar animation would be great!

3) New celebrations like jumping into the croud

4) New skills like two-footer or whatever it's called (have a look at Aliaksandr Hleb during Arsenal-games and you will get it), kicking the ball over defenders who are slide tackling and finally a "trick" which includes an animation where the attacking player kicks the ball over the defending player (sometimes you'll succed, sometimes not)

5) An animation where the referee speaks with the linesman while being unsure about a specific situation

the swiss international league is the best league in the world, so you should include all the towns of switzerland . i also think you need to add college teams

realistic funds for clubs
real refferes in the game
more celebrations
choice of commentators (not just andy gray and martin tyler)

be able to hire own staff
arena player should be able to have two or more players against keeper
have a weekly show in the game like soccer am

I want that when I play with a created team I could see my crest not just a ball.
Make the people in the stadium more realistic.(for excample when I win the cup everybody should be jumping and screaming and coling my team name)
I want to hear my created team name, I think computers can read it in a English version)
Re-use songs from fifa07 like LaCatena Doro, O va sa misa,Blackhole,Oh My...
Use more type of referees.
On menager mode I would like that my players could get the title best attacker , best keeper, best coach...

the only thing i would enjoy and i believe all latin american's would enjoy
would be in having espn latin american comentators fernando palomo and mario kempes
narrating the matches. instead of having mexican narrations espn would be
a million times more productive and commercially beneficial for ea. that's it..

what would make fifa 09 that little bit better than PES is a Captain your Club game mode which is feautred as captain your country on euro 2008. and make it you start off in the reserves/ youth etc and there are scouts at your games.. you can get promoted/demoted in the playing ranks... (first team, bench player, reserves etc.). Also, you can receive offers from interested clubs and your manahger has a choice to sell you or not. it would be more realistic... it would be great if it can take you to grassroots level all the way to retirement

i think they need to improve on stats for the players, scholes speed is in the 60's or 70's, cmon, he aint slow!
ronaldos mentality is s*** on the game, which annoyes me when ive got a break but ronaldo just stands there and doesnt make a run, also there should be a stat that you can upgrade called 'first touch', pass speed, and for the keepers, 'set pieces'.
when you get a scouted player there names should match where they come from, i got a played 'robert ford' and he was from netherlands. and they shuld also make faces for the scouted players instead of a blank head, more like fifa 07

when you trade big name players such as drogba and c.ronaldo, random division 1 clubs shouldnt be bidding for these types of players its ridiculous, big clubs should be buying big players.

this year on the fifa 09 i hope it is better then ever i hope you can have to players on the arena mode and more opicans to have a shot on goal by taking a free kick on ground shots and every player in the fifa 09 game is lisenced and they have there real atubiets and how much they cost in real life and the wages are real to an i hope they have ther real boots on every player

CREATE A PLAYER AND JOIN A YOUTH ACADEMY OR LOWER LEAGUE TEAM AT FIRST THEN BUILD YOURSELF UP TO EVENTUALLY PLAYING FOR A TOP CLUB.
BUT HAVE IT YOU CANNOT CHOOSE WHAT CLUB YOU PLAY FOR JUST HAVE A LIST OF OFFERS FROM CLUBS AND YOU MUST PICK THE BEST CONTRACT THAT SUITS YOU. SO IF YOU PLAY WELL CONSTANTLY YOU WILL GET OFFERS FROM A TOP TEAMS IN THE TRANSFER WINDOW.

the whole holland team is made up and you have to put people like van nistelrooy and van der vaart on the team on international selections.

CONTROL YOUR OWN KEEPERS INSTEAD OF COMPUTER DOING IT.
WHAT ABOUT THE IRISH LEAGUE, I.E GLENTORAN, LINFIELD, PORTADOWN ETC, NOT FAIR THAT LEAGUE OF IRELAND ARE IN IT BUT NOT IRISH LEAGUE.
WHY HAS HOLLAND NOT GOT REAL NAMES? THATS PATHETIC
