all weather conditions i thought euro 2008 was great when you had the rain lashing down and see the water on the pitch.i come across fouls aswell on legendery every time you make a tackle you conceed a foul.there ia a lack of stadiums as well.on corners get your 2 centrebacks in the box.i was a pro evo fan when it first came out but from fifa 07 and 08 changedmy mind about pro evo ,well done EA. when you play a premiership match it feels like your there with the atmosphere in the games is surperp.

what is the point of having dugouts if know 1 is sitting in then , you should be able to see the manager walking from and back to the bench and see subs,also you should be able to see the officails on the pitch and si

i think that when playing fifa you should actually have the choice of playing a full 90 minutes game insted of the maximum time being about ten minutes. simple i know….so how come fifa keep missing it out !

MANGER MODE ON THE WII VERSION PLEASE!!

You should be able to edit players outside the season and then your changes occur during an already running manager mode. Also, when you get to a final of a compition you should be able to play at wembley and when you win threr should be a prooper presentation video

Right, we all know that Fifa08 was dissapointing. Therefore EA has got to make this one
extremely good. So heres the main pointers to get an absolutely unbelievable game:
-Be A Pro Co-Op Season:
-Make it a career for a player. Start as a young player training hard every day in the hope
of being offered a contract. Obviously you would only get offered a contract by a small club
at first. Then with good performances at your position other clubs would request your availability
and you could choose whether to transfer. Keep improving with XP points but have an option to go
to the training ground and improve yourself. So generally just make it a more complete career
for your player. Make these changes and it will be a great game mode.
-Manager Mode
-You should be able to create yourself as the manager, as in your face and clothes etc. Once done this
choose your club and become much more involved. Be able to interact with the board more.
have more control over transfers and have your own players asking to leave if they are not happy.
Be able to create your own formation within manager mode so you can adjust it for your particular
team at the time. Be given more money as a manger and increase players values because good
players who are worth £25mil+ in real life are valued at about £12-£15mil. Be able to change your kit
during your managerial career and also move stadiums, even if that means building your own.
Also have to deal with the media more often and about transfer speculation etc. Have the club have
interest form russian billionaires and if they take over your at the beginning again with regards to your
job security but it frees up more money. Be able to buy players from rival clubs, it just means you'll have
to pay more because the rival club will make you pay more. Get offered other managerial jobs through
your career and decide whether to move clubs or to continue to create your team and stature at
your current club.
-General Game Play
-Better commentary
-Referee
-More stuff to choose from and create with in your create player/team or even when your creating
your manager for manager mode or player for co-op season.
These stuff happen I will be glued to this game and it will completely out-do PES.
It would be simply amazing.

I think that you should be able to dive like in some of the 'This Is Football' Games and control your player when you score a goal and do your own celebration, this would be AWESOME!!!

In the manager mode put real managers and let them move and make intructions
eg. arsene wenger, sir alex ferguson and many more.
In manager mode let there be a mode so that you can have a training session with your team and in that training session make the managers visible and in matches.

in the settings make the colours bright. not dark and dull

I think u should make it that every four years in manager mode u should add world cup and
depending on which continent there competitione.g. european cup and african cup of nations.
Also you should be able to create a new kit for any club at the beginning of each new season in
manager but have a whether to keep old kit or make new one. Also make made up clubs kits and
emblems more realistic. Finally in manager mode on a created club make it so that the sponsor you
pick at the beginning of the season show up on the kits in matches. Also make real sponsors instead of made up ones.

i also think that actual club and international competitions such as the world cup, champions league, uefa cup, euro 2008, club world cup, etc should be included to add more realism, competition and variety

hey, i think that in the past fifas italian players such as Pirlo, Inzaghi and Zambrotta have been underated, though such players represent fine sportsman as Pirlo is clearly one of the best playmakes were Inzaghi is one of the most prolific strikers of all time and undoubtably Zambrotta is the best wing-back in football.

also referees and linesman should be shown in the game and interacting with players such as when cards are given, there should be the ability to argue the decision and suffer the consequences if doing so...also there should be a diving button as its a part of football thogh i dont accept it, yet players may suffer consequences if caught diving like in reali life football..

i would also like to see players have individual skills and talents.. such as kaka should be fast and agile whilst a midfielder like Gattuso should have an upper edge in his strength and agression, this would make the game more realistic and not so generic as all like all good strikers can perform the same tricks but a player like Ronaldinho is definately more skilled than say Ronaldo..

gameplay should be realstis in terms that, the grass is dug up on slide tackles and freekicks and if it rains the players should get wet and patches of the field should be water logged...

It will be wery good if its going to be Champions League on the game.

I want much better graphics on fifa 09 and that Zidane is in the game. And that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is going to have more then 90 rating.

I think in fifa 09 there dhould be a referee. I also think that you should have teamplaying styles like Arsenal and Barcelona's would be passing game. I also think in manager modes you can create your managers face or you can just play as the teams actual manager. I also thimk that it would be good if the crowd sometime threw stuff at the players. There should be music after you score. EA should also take more consideration when making the overalls for rangers and celtic. Rangers made it to the uefa cup final. You should also have the proper champions league and uefa cup.

I think proper players in holand and you can create as many teams and as maney players as you want!?

fifa 09 really needs 2 player manager mode.... goalkeepers can be sent off... if you win a competition there needs to be presentation of the trophy..... celebration with the supporters etc not jus for a few seconds either

on FIFA 09 there definetly should be more leagues like the Maltese or Argentinian leagues, and better facial graphics on players and fans and being able to see the managers, and calling cups like the ECC the Champions League and EFA the UEFA cup, players interacting when they get subbed,when you win a trophy you see the players getting up on the podium and see them lifting the cup! (which happens on PES) better transfer and negotiations where you can choose things to say to persuade them to transfer or stay at/to your club. thanks Luis

please make reserveteams. like if havard nordtveit(arsenal) is on the reserveteam, during the season(or pre- season) you can promote him to the first team! and nasri, fabregas and van persie should keep their skillmoves. eduardo can you upgrade....walcott aswell

FIFA 09 should have better use of fakes. for example, all the stepovers and jukes should be able to twist and break ankles, otherwise, its just a stupid looking dance move. also, id like to see more use of the player's body. in real soccer, body strength is keen to good ball control so without it, you ruin some of the best player's greater attributes. also, EA keeps increasing the offensive engines to the point they overpower the deffensive stuff. please just do something about it, cuz its just an inconsistent mess.

1) First and foremost the gameplay is better than Pro Evo but still needs to be more fluid and responsive, especially players receiving and giving passes.

2) More customization of players, clubs and stadiums (this is one area in which PES is clearly superior to FIFA).

3) Add a few 2nd tier Mexican clubs such as, Veracruz, León, Sinaloa, Querétaro, etc. Also bring back promotion/relegation of the Dutch, Portuguese, etc. leagues.

4) Include more Latin American national and club teams so it can be possible to play a Copa Libertadores type tournament. For example Atlético Nacional, Colo Colo, Peñarol, Olimpia, LDU Quito etc.

5) The Argentine league is long overdue, Russian and Japanese leagues would also be nice.

6) I agree with everyone who wants their local european league/national team. If it's not possible, then at least include the top clubs from each country i.e.
Russia: Spartak Moskva, CSKA Moskva, FC Zenit,
Ukraine: Dynamo Kyiv, Shakhtar Donetsk
Romania: Steaua BucureÅŸti, Rapid BucureÅŸti, etc.

Lastly, I would also like small adjustments such as easier to navigate and faster menus, improved be-a-pro mode, enhanced manager mode, a ref on the pitch, etc.

FIFA 08 was a really good game, but 09 still needs alot of improvement. My thoughts are:
- Crowds need to be better. Louder, more responsive to action (like groans when shot just missese, ironic cheers, boos of e-players etc.). Maybe when showing the replay of a goal or close shot you could show the reaction of the crowd. Plus they should all be wearing team colours and hold up scarves and banners AND SHOULD NOT BE CARDBOARD CUTOUTS!!

- Shooting form distance is really too hard. Its almost impossible to rocket one from 30 yards past the keeper. It shouldnt be too easy, but it should be possible.

- Commentary is pretty poor. It needs to be up to date with the play, accurate and should vary depending on the state of the season and game. If one player is scoring alot of goals, they could mention that. If a star player is struggling they should mention that. If a player has just transferred from another club that could be mentioned. All of this adds to creating a more realistic game.

- Simple things like passing, dribbling and trapping are not realistic. This should be fixed. The goalkeepers could use an update also.

- Recieve offers from other clubs at the end of a seson as a manager, and be invited to coach your national team.

- On the subject of national teams, please include a world cup, Euro, the Asian Cup and African Cup of Nations. This can give you a chance to coach one of the teams in these comps if your good enough, and if not may lose players to international duties. Its not realistic that you go through an entire season without losing a single player to their national team.

- MORE STADIUMS. Please include at least Goodison and and at least one (if not more) Australian grounds so that the A-League players can play in a real stadium.

-The refs and linos on the parki. And make them animate. Have them wave away cries for a penalty and charge over to a player getting booked. Again more realistic.

-Fix the reffing. At times the decisions are a joke. My players can get hacked from behond and not get a foul but one bump on the opposition and it is an instant free kick.

-Try to make running and all those little things look real. Have a jersey stretch and move like a real jersey. Perhaps alternate the style of nets used, and provide a better and more accurate range of balls. Have the players wearing the right boots ie Ronaldo in his orange boots.

I think thats all i can think of for now. I really hope EA listen to our suggestions.

I thought FIFA 08 was a disappointment compared to FIFA 07. Anyway I have a large list of possible improvements for FIFA 09.

CONTROLS for PS2:
Switch player when your team doesn't have the ball should be x instead of L1 because it is inconvenient. The x to switch players on PS2 was like that since at least FIFA World Cup 2002 and for FIFA 08 it changed

CREATE A CLUB:
-Manager mode - MORE MONEY to start- If you have good players on your team with high salaries- debt
-We should have more control on custom crests and kits like FIFA Manager
-CRESTS SHOULD APPEAR ON JERSEY AND SHORTS
-KITS should have REALISTIC DESIGNS of Nike, Adidas, Puma, Umbro with these logos appearing on the jersey
-Manager mode- the SPONSOR- T-mobile, etc. SHOULD APPEAR ON JERSEY and change when you change sponsors
-longer space for large names for created clubs and players
-YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO CREATE STADIUMS- like FIFA Manager
-Manager mode- The player should be able to choose rival teams for created clubs
-You should be able to choose the CITY OR LOCATION for where you want your team to be
-Start menu should not have a soccer ball replacing a created clubs crest
- You should be able to customize FAN BANNERS AND FLAGS for created clubs
-Manager Mode- WHEN A CREATED CLUB REPLACES ANOTHER CLUB TO JOIN THAT LEAGUE, THE CREATED CLUB SHOULD HAVE THE LOGO OF THE LEAGUE THAT IT IS IN ON THE KIT.

Celtic Park should be in it because it's so frustrating seeing small stadiums in it and not one of the biggest stadiums in britian.Also the fans would have to sing real songs and wera their teams colours.

I think that the General Manager mode should be more complex. On FIFA08 they removed the option to watch as the game simulates itself, I think that as a general manager it is important to see how your team can perform without you controlling the action and make adequate changes throughout the game. Also, I'd like to see other tournaments within the league, such as Copa Libertadores, the Club World Cup, and other club cups like that, and finally, in some countries, the clubs who don't do very well descend to a secondary division and the champs of that secondary division ascend to the primary one. I'd like to see some of that, and it's also about time that JLeague is included amongst the various leagues.

hi i think dat there needs to be refs on the pitch and possibly linesmen too also there should be a pre seson and pre seson cups on manager mode plz more stadiums like reebok stadium

The main points should be:-
1) 2 player manager mode. (How much better would this be if you could build a squad against a rival manager, aim to pip him/her to the league title or cup). Also an add on to this would be so that you could select the opposite team to play against the managed team, so like 2 player manager mode you could play all the fixtures against you opposing manager and attempt to get them relegated :) ....
2) More than 8 human teams in tournamet mode, this means if u want to create a tournament with your friend for exapmle you could have 16 teams each make up a knockout tournament of 32 teams... Much better multi-player mode.
3) EA Online needs improving a lot, at the moment it is basic, you join a room play 1 game get kicked out of that room (Pointless/boring/annoying)... it would be much better if you could enter a room and wait for a certain amount of players for example 16 in a room then start a knock out tournament, u pick ure team win progress to the next round to play a better standard of player (in theory)...
4) can we please sort out the holland national team, it annoys me that their the only ones who havent got real kits/names/players...

for fifa 09 i think they have handballs, show the officials in actual game play, not just when a decision is made. also, when a goal is scored, show players running off and celebrating, and then go back to the official showing offside flag.

wider variety of commentary. for example if u are playing a game with spanish clubs, hav a commentator who is from spain but stil speaks english.

online teamplays- make them ranked
possibly make an 11vs11 option so that everybody has a random position and u hav to play in that position.
captain of the team has option of kicking someone from their team if they are annoying them. i.e. wont pass etc.

It would be great if you could do a practice session with: Attacker vs Keeper and defender, this way you can get better with skill moves!

i cant stop thinking of more ideas . make the players form of running moe realistic , have them move their body more when running.. grass should fly up when making a sliding tackle.

. have the players look good in the uniforms and make the uniforms look realistic on the players.

. different types of weather

. more atmosphre in stadiums .

when you are playing a game in the evening it should turn to night as the game goes on. and the the weather should change through out the game.
