5. when the game is actually played there should be more fouls against the player, and the graphics could use some touching up.

The stuff you should have for fifa 09 is better graphics for the ps2. becouse it is almost the same as fifa 07. and if its the same i aint buying it. and also better graphics for deportivo toluca in the fmf becouse they are as good as club america.

Also Have Argentine Players like Batistuta, Maradona, Passarella, Kempes, Ruggeri, Goycochea, Pumpido, Redondo, Amadeo Carrizo and Distefano in the Classic 11 its sad that no Argentines figure into your Classic 11 even though their contribution to football has been immense.

Have the Copa Libertadores its ridiculous that you don't have one of the most important football tournaments in the world. Have other South American nations and clubs also to make the Libertadores and Sudamericana work.

Have continental competitions, I understand you have to make the world cup and road to the world cup games, but at least have the continental cups Copa America, Euro, Confederations. Have famous south American stadiums like La Bombonera, River's monumental, Maracana, El Campin (Colombia), Chile's monumental, Uruguay's Centenario things like that.

Also you should have great South American players from other countries in the Classic 11, like Higuita from Colombia (the scorpion anyone), Enzo Francescoli guys like that.

Please make player ratings commensurate with real talent, the best players in the game should be Cristiano Ronaldo, Kaka, Messi, Riquelme, Robihno, Tevez, Rooney guys like that, not Ronaldhino because he is the poster boy he is having a terrible season and is losing his magic and flare.

Also add International team coaching that would be cool, specially if you add the continental competitions.

Make the commentators recognize rivalries like Argentina v. England, or Argentina v. Holland, France v. Germany, Germany v. Argentina, Argentina v. Uruguay, Boca v. Real Madrid, Boca v. Milan, Inter v. Juventus, Independiente v. Racing, England v. France.

Allow you [the user] to choose your own version of the national team in online play not the preselected version.

Allow for player development to be transfered onto your normal game file i.e. you make Messi or C. Ronaldo a 99 then you can use that player in the normal game.

Allow for language switching in menu and give the North American market another Spanish version other than Mexican the Spaniards from way back fifa 05 or 04 were much better.

Allow us to replay classic matches from world football, like the Real v. Boca intercontinental cup, or the first Boca v. Milan, or the first Milan v. Liverpool champions.

Allow the player to take quick free kicks not reset the field same with throw ins. Sometimes when the play is allowed to continue but a card has been given the card is later erased or something from the player who got it.

Have the crowd wear the team colors in home games i.e. Man United at Old Tratford the Stadium should be red, Boca v. River at the bombonera should be blue with confetti everywhere and even some flares. Inter v. Milan should be amazing looking at the Meaza or the San Siro whatever you want to call it.

Allow for under 20's tournaments like Under 20 World Cup, Under 17 World Cup. Have all South American Fifa member nations so have all Conmebol, and you should have all Concacaf.

Allow for offside call to let the player shoot at goal and if it goes in even let him celebrate, adds to the emotion a lot more.

Have more team chants.

Most importantly have Argentine Primera Division and Copa Libertadores and more South American teams or Leagues.

Rest of America and Rest of Europe would be a nice touch if you can't get all the leagues everyone wants but Argentina Premier is a must.

Have the Greek, Russian, and Ukranian leagues from Europe also, but Argentine Primera is a must (cannot stress that enough) same with Libertadores.

Have Maradona, and Pele have a challenge where you play as one and challenge the other.

FIFA 09's Road to the World Cup should transfer onto your copy of 2010 World Cup so if you qualify Guatemala, and Bolivia, and Estonia, and Kazakhiztan then in your 2010 file they would automatically be in the cup as your qualifiers transfer over. Ties in the games much better.

Finally have the Golden Ball, Silver Ball, and Bronze Ball recipients on the Cover.

Kaka, Messi, C. Ronaldo have one worldwide cover everyone will respect that, the 3 best players in the world.

please put these national teams VENEZUELA AND JAPAN PLEASE AND Real Madrid Stadium please

you should be able to create ur clothing in create a club with a wide variety of options

1. European & Cup Games In Season Mode
2. Better Enviroment Feature I.e (Rain,Snow And Downpours)
3. Better And Louder Chants. So it makes u feel like your watching a european Game.
4. More Stadiums ( Bernabau,De Kuip,Amsterdam Arena Etc.)
5. Get Rid of Gray & Tyler we hear them enough On Telly.
6. Better Crowds

2.Expanding the transfer market to allow trades, real loans ,and real contracts as used in the real world.
3.Able to managea team in Manager Mode more in depth, like outside the field

*Goalkeepers; they should get injure when running into other players or own goal. Also, I think keepers should be allow to do free kicks, corner kicks and penalties.
*Weather; what happen to the rain? Be nice to include snow...of course, all weather conditions apply to the region where the league is located. It would be disappointing to see snow in Brazil...I seen this, but not in a FIFA game yet.

I think, you should have career mode where you start in a normal team in the streets & get promoted and get hired by bigger teams, also i agree with almost all these comments and for me champions league most important

i think that you should be able to build your own stadium like on lma and also that on transfers you can swap players with or without money with other teams

It would be great if u could create a team for manager mode
also the following changes NEED to be made:
-who needs FOUR english leagues???, get rid of 2 of them and put in a second scottish league and a second american league.
-change ecc to champions league, and efa to uefa cup
-when you win a trophy show a cinematic view of the captain receivng the last medal and then lifting the trophy.
-create your own additional stands for the stadium upgrades.
-if a bigger club comes in for your player, then make it harder for you to keep them at your club, make it harder for smaller clubs like wigan to sign players like ronaldihno (it just wouldnt happen in real life).
-louder cheering from fans after scoring
-on pitch referee/linesmen
-team banners in the stadium
-players stats more individual, keepers seem to be just as fast as midfielders in fifa 08.

Switch keyboard controls in PC version back to the classic ones from fifa 07

'08 is the best fifa ever!

Some things i think '09 have is:
1)Greek super leage
2)Player movements must be a little more realistic
3)Be a Pro with more than 3 players (5 or 6)
4)Custom formation on Manager Mode

I think you should include more online playing upgrades. Such as when you go online instead of playing a match you can go into the arena with friends and play such games as:

1. Wembley singles
2.Headers and Volleys
3.Crossbar Challenge
4.Freekick Challenge
5.Penalty Shootout

These additions would knock PES out of this world as I think many people would buy Fifa 09 for its online abilities aswell.

the graphics side is getting alot better, id like to see better commentary though and have it so every now and again you can have updates for extra commentary like they do with kit and rosters, maybe see better animations and calling for the ball, getting into space abit better, also a multiplayer mode where you can have someone else online playing on your team i know this maybe limited to internet connection speed but still should be available.

i think indoor. and fix the commentators.
i hate how they always say (in fifa 08 specifically) what a save by the goalkeeper when you mis by 5 metres. fifa 08 is really glitchy. ive scored through the post b4 and when ive kicked it in the net i get a corner>

It would be nice if Adrian Mutu wouldn`t be called Andrei Murgu and if Holland`s national team would have the real players in it. Also I can`t belive Romania`s championship isn`t in the game yet (or at least Steaua Bucharest and Rapid Bucharest) and instead there is the Danish or the Ireland ones....what`s up with that?!

Other cool things that could be added:
- World Cup
- National Team in Manager Mode
- Not such a mechanic development of the players (skills should develop based on actions. If a player passes a lot his passes improve; not all his abbilityes at once. So you could grow a Striker into a Deffender)
- A way to fire players when you get bankrupt.
- More clasic teams (Like in Fifa 2000)

we should to be able to play fustal!!! that it would be nice!!! and i think we should be able to do trensfers in the trensfer window as well!!!!

having a half time analysis like they do in real life, people can talk about the teams, then you can choose to view certain passes, key moments etc...

interviews after the game, or half time...

Actual stadiums would be really cool, manager mode more like football manager, giving team talks etc....

few things to add, as a few people have writin before about ref on the pitch, linesmen more relistic injures. could add a ball top of the screen when a player shots at goal you can see where the player as conected with the ball, this should turned off and on at pause menu. also have other clubs try and buy you. seasons finished have ofters made to you the manger. bigger and beta sponers deals. thats it for now....

I think you should be able to play as conference and conference north n south teams as well as reserves and womans teams and play in the fa youth cup and every player should look like themselves as well

Ive played the PS2 version, and not the next gen PS3 version, but for FIFA 09, and from what I've seen from the PS3 version, I'd like to see:

1. Villa Park and some more EPL grounds. Villa Park is a 4 star UEFA ranked stadium and used often in British cup semifinals. Why can't it be in the game?

2. Make the atmosphere more intense; at Villa Park for example, you get people cheering VILLA! VILLLA! etc. Same with places like Old Tradford. More cheering, banners, etc. Also, the referee and linesman. To have them moving around in the game would make it feel more authentic.

3. 11 on 11 multiplayer. That would be VERY interesting. Like Be-a-Pro, but multiplayer. That would be an interesting feature. Lobbies, etc.

Any more, and I'd become a horrible nagger. Ive not played the next gen version, but what I'd mention would be interesting.

I think the manager mode should be a bit different, they have been VERY similar in the last few years. they are great fun, but they get a bit boring and old.

I have been a fan of fifa for many years and i think fiffa gets better and better as the years go by so hopefully you can make 09 the best one. I think my suggestions can improove your fiffa and make it the best one.

the pssing system dont work the players dnt turn quick enough the crossing aint as god as it woz a coupl of years ago the game has dissapionted me i bourght pro evo 08 coz i got fe up with the game u need 2 make the passing easy and the tricks easier 2 do

Basically fifa 08 was very good but it didnt feel authentic enough. I hope my ideas are really listened to as it really put a downer on the game for me.

Firstly game play was good but it needs to be sped up- cristiano ronaldo, robinho, ronaldionho jus dont have the edge. The premiership does not play a style of football like in this game. its got to be more fast and frantic, while not letting it become unbelivable like pes 2008.

Secondly beleive it or not all games are not played in the day time, it takes a realism affect off the game when you dont play your champions league games at night its just makes it pointless and boring. Also a thing about fifa which has bugged me for a while, when you get to a final and play it at your home ground, not only that but when you win a trophy the video sequence is simply awful. Put some effort into making the captain lift the trophy and zooming in on fans for a proper reaction winning something would then be fun :D. Seasons mode should be much more in depth rather then the same boring questions and newspaper articles. Put some more video sequences in their if you sign a player or new paper stories, it will feel alot more authentic. To fix the problems of the day time matches and cup final games simply let the user chose wot time of day they want to play and the stadium kits ball weather etc before the match like they can do in exhibition. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LISTEN IT REALLY WRECKED MY FIFA EXPERIENCE AGAIN THIS YEAR.

I like the idea of starting off as a created played and controlling only him and earning awards such as player of year etc. But theres not point attempting this mode if you dont go into it full. Their must be sponsorship deals, training, socialising- focus on the real life of a footballer.

Commentary and fans- Wot another bad point, they just are so casual it needs to be more exciting, the fans should react on how youre playing, if in season mode and the pressures on and you keep losing you should get boo'd, however if your winning they should cheer. Rival matches and key games should have a better atmosphere to and the commentators should establish this.

The commentators should also not state past facts, like saying liverpool are the most sucsessful team in europ if their not anymore, or manchester united are the dominant force in the premiership if there not.

Also teams should make more signings im in my third season as liverpool and man utd have not signed 1 player this is simply not realistic.

All these things require a bit of effort which would make the game far more enjoyable.

Instead of goin through dull questions an finals played at anfield where u win and players dance around for seconds.

How about a season full of media and things to deal with- rival clubs after your transfer targets- rival managers commenting on you and your players. video sequences of bringing the cup home, training lifting the fa cup trophy at wembley. Please take fifa to the true next generation

*be able to get rival club players

* make the gameplay a bit quicker
*more animations when you win league or a cup
* champions league instead of ecc
*more hairstyles in create mode, include headbands, create clubs, edit kit in manager mode every year
* have medium sleeves ie cristiano ronaldo, have ankle tape like ronaldo nani and quaresma have in real life, also with just the strap of tape like u have.
* better faces because they look like ther made out of wet clay,
* more boots to choose from. eg pick a boot then go through they colours that they have
* have tatoos when creating a player.
*be able to make ur created player to 80 then they can grow from there

Different Weather effects!!!! There's no rain!!!! At least get some rain, and overcast weather in there!!!! Keep all of the skills, they're cool!!! Develop the manager mode more, variation in outside situations. Have the referee actually in the game, on the pitch, and not just in cut scenes. Online: Don't allow it for people to quit mid-game, when ur giving them a thrashing!!!!! Put these in, and you will have a brilliant next-gen game!!!!!!

Include Serie C1 and C2 in the Italian league. I have so much fun playing with a team in the English league 2 and making it to the premier league. I wish I could do the same in the Italian league. I know there is Serie B but it would be nice to start in a lower league.

2. International Manager mode would be a great success.
3. If u could get different commentators for different regions would be good (Paul Mitchell for Scottish games etc.)
4. Be-A-Pro Mode, but it would be good if it was more detailed. say u were playing in the english league u would start off with a smaller club like chesterfield. then u could receive transfers from teams, and if u like the offer but the club rejects it u can moan at the manager and stuff.

be able to customise the original kits so for man u instead of always playing with a red shirt white shorts and black socks why not white socks aswell

allow every boot on the game to be purchased instead of just the red nike boots add refs make it easier to score from long range create better models for free kicks or make them all unique make through balls easier to complete

I think you should create russian leauge and please create normal(not like russian international team in Fifa 08).

i think there should be weather in the next fifa not the same boring dry conditions,it would be great to see what effects the weather would have on the game if pro evo can do it then theres no doubt it can be done in fifa also id like to see linesmen and refs in the game and why aren't they any great stadiums like celtic park or ibrox?i dont agree with that knob end john sturch who says the scottish leauge is rubbish when scottish teams have a much better record against english teams and the only reason we aren't in the english leauge is because they know we'd end up winning it.
