Your Ideas for FIFA 09

1.i think that the rosters should be updated more often

My wish list:

1. Make the player movement faster.
2. Please propose some new cameras. I like FIFA camera always as it is far enough to see the big picture. But do you have more variations?
3. Please allow us to save our roster/strategy for online game. It is very bad idea everytime I play Brazil online I have to always setup my formation and line up. Is that license issue? Then play more for license it worth it!
4. Add in game messaging. Very frustating to setup match with mate. Thanks to Messenger that I can still survive.
5. Make the online tournament template like World Cup/Euro/Copa America, etc. Now you only provide online league that is not not not enough! People like to play tournament better than league. Also make the experience more integrated so that we could setup tournament and play the games and communicate better!
6. Damn no more super Barca and super ManU that is just unrealistic!

fifa 09 should have all the cleats out in the fan shop so u can purchase it for players

1.real time weather effects
2.more variation on goal celebrations
3. refs on pitch
4.more cup compertions

u shuld let players fight agaisnt each other n have the people from the audience make them more real

ideas for psp fifa 09

-just like xbox 360 you should be able to take shots and practice skills at the main menu i would love that
-to be able to score off corners
-to be able to buy boots from the fan shop
-to be able to make a stadium
-to be able to make your own player and use him in the league
-be able to choose weather you want to watch the match or play it
-to be able to take control of an international team when you have a certain manager rating
-the nets should be more realistic so like when you score, the ball doesnt hang out the back of the net
-more mistakes like mistimed volleys or poor first touch
-you should be able to dive that would be good
-to have training mode in manager mode
-to have a hole team of youth players to choose from
-for players like kerlon to do a signiture move witch is running with the ball on his head
-to be able to ask the board for more money and wages if you dont have enough
- for your manager rating to increase quicker
-for thingls like bloons to be on the pitch and streekers lol
-to have a target on the net like fifa street 2 so you can take more accurate shots from further
-make a game mode called something like live the life and make your own player abowt 14 years old to get scouted and become a future star that would be great !!

* longer realistic injuries during season mode

make the traineing system better manager on the sideline change front cover better detail

reintroduce commentary from FIFA 2007 on base x box platform for 2009, makes the game greatly more exciting when the commentators are into the game!!!

please add:

1-a ref, linesmen
2-better crowd
3-better comentator like samy who used to be in goal tv, he is peruvian and now his in univision i think, but he is a really great comentator.
4-the game should be like fifa 07 for gamecube or ps2, becuase the next gen console doesn't have the option of lowering the salary of players to make more money or giving a raise.
5-make the players when they quit the match, make them lose and make me the winner.
6-put the PERUVIAN national team becuase fifa knows peru is was better and still better than some of the team in the fifa games. (ex) like ecuador, i know they are good but not compare with peru, i mean they have a good diffence but peru was alway better. Also URUGAY come on they are starting to suck A LOT. PLEASE put the peruvian national team. I was so happy when i bought the fifa world cup and peru was in it. The worst team in fifa is chile ....... please at least take it out and put peru and leave ecuador in the game. My other reason is because ECUADOR doesn't have any COPA AMERICA and peru has 2, and COPA AMERICA is just not any cup is very old and important cup.
7-make the overall of the players more realistic. Like GUERRERO the peruvian player in HSV is the best in the peruvian team with vargas, farfan, solano, churri,acasiete,butron,forsyth,penny. please they deserve to have a better overall and make pizarro the worst.
8-could you guys add some of the best cups like COPA AMERICA one of the first tournoment cup ever made. another one is COPA LIBERTADORES.
9- name the ecc cup the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE.
10- put the peruvian league becuase if you put the polish league or worst the MLS which has no passion for futbol(soccer). fifa should have all the south american league becuase us spanish people really like soccer and we have a passion, we love FUTBOL. I mean fifa puts the MLS but not even the argentine league??????? At least put some of the best peruvian team in the section called REST OF THE WORLD, that would make a lot of fans a lot HAPPIER.
11-for the next gen console( especially the xbox 360) should have practices
12- the next gen consoles should have the ability to creat uniforms for the next year in maneger mode.
13-put PELE , MARADONA, HUGO SOTIL, CHUMPITAZ, CESAR CUETO, CUBILLAS. Especially CHUMPITAZ because he was named the captain of american continents when the american and the european continents used to played each other. That is why his nick name is "AMERICA'S CAPTAIN" ,I mean he had to be really good to be the captain of the continent.

Way way way way way more stadiums definately in the premiership.

5 is poor, especially as there absolutely loads of german ones.

It especially annoys me when i have to play a League Cup match in the middle of the day in a stadium that looks likes it in spain.

Alot of the other stuff said on here is correct too.
And perhaps letting us choose what time of day we play at, and perhaps it getting darker during the match for a winter 3pm kick off

Gameplay is good at the moment. But really the only thing that has disapointed me on fifa 08 is the stadiums.

For starters you can improve the stadiums. It would be nice to play in a stadium that actually looks like your teams. For example, if you play as Aston Villa the stadium should look like Villa Park and not the shockingly poor stadium that they have on Fifa 08. Also when you win a tournament it would be nice to see your players with the trophy that they have just won. Also some sort of presentation would be good and realistic, instead of having the players running around and the poseing for a picture.

You could also make the cup and playoff finals at wembly instead of at the home teams ground. You could add weather conditions to comply with the time of year.

Creating a club and kit would be good, also creating a stadium would be great. During manager mode when you improve your stadium, you could choose which part you wish to improve and how. Then see a visible difference to the stadium when you play next time. Also be able to upgrade any players attributtes to what you want them to be instead of getting exp points and having to play loads of games to get your created player half decent.

on the 07 ps3 version while the game is loading you can have a kick around why not on other platforms

When you quit a tournament mode etc. it tells you , that it goes back to basic settings, so that all your transfers, new boots on players etc. dissapears. Change that please. In Pro Evolution Soccer you create a option file, and it doesn´t care about how many times you begin a tournament and then end it. It keeps using your option file instead of turning to basic settings.

i think you should be able to take a picture of yourself and put it on the game so that the players face loks like yours

I think you should be allowed to dive on fifa09 because that is what a lot football plaers do.Also i think you should be allowed to control the referee

Fifa 09 should be next-gen on PC. Many new games is next-gen on PC. EA we want next-gen on PC Fifa 09.

- more stadiums because in fifa 08 there isn't even the santiago bernabeu.
- more international teams.
- the be a pro mode in offline it would be a career mode
- the weather would be random every time.

when you get promoted you should be able to edit the kit and change the kit sponsers

1. please add the conference because i'm sure there are other people like me who support their local team and cant play with them.

please,allow the option of changing who takes the freekicks while in game.i've noticed that this is only for ps2 and ps3, but i feel that it is neccecary to do this for psp,as i feel slightly let down by the differances between consoles.also make psp home screen the same as the ps2/ps3 home screen. also, good work on the intro! but it doesnt really excite.PLEASE MAKE A KICK ASS INTRO FOR 09!

put all the leagues from the rest of the world in fifa 09 please!!!!!!!!!!

1) alllow the ref to be on the field.
2)add more specific features(mud on cloths and hair... etc)
3)Seeing the manager on the touchline.
4)less annoying phrases and less repetative features from the commentators.
5) Change the front cover so that it isn't ronaldiniho.

In FIFA 09 u can add:

* Slovenian League
* Referee and Linesmen
* Actual a-league stadiums like telstra dome nd suncorp stadium
* Yellow cards for wasting time instead of automatically kicking the ball
* Coaches and also substitutes warming up
* The assistant referee holds the board up with the amount of injury time added on
* Flares in the crowd especially for rival games
* Fights in between players on the ground
* Players argue with the referee when the referee gives a bad decision
* And lastly name the ECC the Champions League

1.Argentinean league
2.Russian league
3.Libertadores cup or Sudamericana cup
4.Golden cup (concacaf)
5.Euro cup, African cup, American cup
6.better development at training mode

Also i agree that the to 4 teams should not get relegated. Also teams earn and lose mony if your not managing them because if your Sheffiled United and you go banckrupt then you move to Yeovil town then go back to Sheffield United you get the full starting budget again and it's the exact same as when you were first with the team.

If you get promoted, the board shouldn't want you to win the league it's to hard if you like to simulate all of the manager mode games.

Ideas for FIFA09 for PS2.

- Referees and linesmen added into the game as well as managers along the sidelines, and players warming up when a substitution is about to be made.

- Injuries: When a player gets injured during play, have the medics work with the injured player off to the sidelines while play resumes. Then have an in-game message telling us the severity of the injury, the medics suggestion of is recommended, and allow us to make the decision to either keep them in play to let them play through it, or sub them out to rest them.

- Player Temperament/Discipline: NCAA Football has this where an incoming player who has a bad discipline rating, is likely to to do something dumb off the field during the season that needs attention for a disciplinary action of some kind. Example, a player gets called for a foul and argues with the ref and gets a yellow card.

- Championship and Tournament Wins: Please, please, please, please...please overdo it. Trophy presentation, confetti, etc. It should be a HUGE deal after winning a championship. It's kind of an inadequate feeling after winning a tournament and watching the team just run around the field.

- Stadium and Crowd effects: Add in confetti and flares, especially during a league rival match. Also on neutral fields, there shouldn't be a crowd preference toward designated 'home' and 'away' teams. Example, the crowd reacts positively to both teams when they score if the game is at a neutral stadium. I know, that last part is probably really picky.

- Expansion of the Be a Pro Mode: More depth please. Have club teams compete to buy us based on our performances on the field. If we're not performing well or up to the expectations of the managers, have them bench us and just sim the we don't play. The benching should happen if we fail to meet the player goals that are set for us, for x-amount of consecutive games. And benching shouldn't be upheld for too long, maybe for a game or two but no more.

- The keeper should be able to get a yellow card for holding the ball too long. Don't allow the computer to automatically kick the ball away if he's holding it too long. If the goalie doesn't punt or throw the ball away in time, give them a yellow card for delaying the game.

That's about all I can think of right now. 08's AI is much more challenging than 07's, and I like the separate difficulty setting for the keepers. Don't change that!

1. The refs should be on the field
2. You should be able to set strategies for corner kicks and set plays
3. There should be youth players who you can sign
4. More stadiums
5. More points for creating a player
6. Ability to creatively customize uniform
7. In manager mode choose combination of shirt shorts and socks
8. Get Pele, Maradona and them! NO MATTER THE COST!
9. For the 360 get a practice mode or be able to schedule practices

1. Be able to play with goalkeeper in Be A Pro Mode
2. Add the Bulgarian "A" Premier League
3. Add the Russian Premier League
4. Add Serbian Premier Leage

For the create a club section, I would like to see a generator that creates new players to fill the slots, probably ranked in the 60's or 70's, so that you can add the club to an existing league without removing many of the players. It also adds a challenge to the game because the manager would have to recruit new talent to make the team good.

Not sure if they have already mentioned, but here goes:

1. The player should make an effort to come to the ball, not wait!!!
2. If a user quits online, he's should get a loss, at anytime of the game, and I should get the win.....or there should be NO quit option!!!
3. When choosing 'quick unranked or ranked' match online, the players connection quality & and stats should show, so you know who your up against and especially WHAT THERE CONNECTION IS LIKE!!!
4. There should be a referee and lindsmen in game!!!
5. What happened to 'EA SPORTS, IT'S IN THE GAME' speech at start of game, thats a landmark taken away?
6. Fights between players or between teammates such as adebayor and bentner from arsenal
7. TACKLING IS S**T

PES 2008 is better than FIFA 08, PES 2009 will be better than FIFA 09.

Take Ronaldinho off the cover, we're tired of him. He's been on the cover since FIFA 2004. Put Cristiano Ronaldo, Kaka, Tevez, Messi, Sergio Ramos, Gerrard. Just put someone new and good.
Import tour own pictures for created players like Pro Evolution Soccer did. Create better stadium atmosphere (especially for EPL and Champions League) add more chants.
Add ADRIAN MUTU, Romanian League (or some Romanian teams) Russian League, Ukranian League. Create custom stadiums.
I haven't seen an improvement on PC or PS2 in graphics since FIFA 06. There are lots of people that don't have consoles.
I'm sorry it's a lot, but you've got to make it better, if you don't want to win the battle with Konami in football games. Cheers!

have a be a pro career so start off by a free agent then some rubbish team askes you to join them in a l 4 then get higher and higher and higher but dont get to pick ur team in the begining cos thats just boring

before the match dont just ask for home shirt or away shirt also ask for shorts please cos sometimes i play wid a different shirt but the same shorts as the other team and it makes me confused
make ball controle easier for example in pes if i dicied to go left during a sprint my player will nerly go all the way left in fifa u have to wait after 6 pushes slighty on the left to finally get there
in manager mode when u play in the f.a cup get the f.a cup ball or in champiuons league because have the premier league ball in the f.a cup is unrealistic
get new commentators i love andy grey and all but add other peoiplke like in one match andy gray in the another match some one else etc cos its always the same things they say and i know them by heart make offside a bit more realistic for example when im playing a match and im really really slighty offside it counts as offsides but thats not realistic cos its not like that in real life and oooo if u do put the diving button and i swear not alot of people asked for it but TRUUUSSSTTT me i asked every one in my school if they wanted to they allllll said yes well anyway when u dive add the dive is obouis dont always book the player cos thatll be crap when it really looks like a fowl have a free kick or even better a penelty but when its obvious dont always book the player sometimes give him a warning etc... thank you i hope u really will listen to my ideas but i swear to god these ideas arent just for me i serioucly asked thousands of people these suggestions the all said yes this will bring u more money

FIFA 09 has to be much more realistic, there are so many things that can be done to make the game fantastic!!!
(Cant be bothered writing them down though!)

I find it very unrealistic when great clubs like Manchester U and Barcelona lose all the time to poor clubs.

Fifa 07 and Fifa 08 both had a dull menu screen it just is to simple and doesnt put you into a football mood. In Fifa 09 you could make a cooler looking menu screen and even maybe a better intro video.

You could improve the fan shop and add more bonuses. In Fifa 06 you could buy players and cleats and that was sort of cool.

I feel you should put a African club in Fifa 09. I know allot of Africans would appreciate to have a African club. You aready do have the Kazer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and the Sundowns in rest of the world but it would be cool to just put the rest of the teams into the PSL League. Their are lots of people in South Africa who like FIFA and they would like even more if they had their league.

I wanna see more about the international side of football in career mode, updates and even becoming an international boss. and there should be more things to do as a manager, like organize training schedules and so forth, maybe set actual ticket prices, instead of high medium and low. it would also be nice to to see the whole of the summer transfer window, ie may june july, instead of the season beginning the week of the first match, so when the season is finished you could be asked whether you would like to play 'transfer mode' or continue to the following season, transfer mode being skipping day by day or week by week, and be able to quit your manager job when ever you like. staff upgrade could do with being a little more indepth. also i find it realy unrealistic that player can always walk off the pitch after injury, and that there are no referees during game play, neither are there lines men, also ive noticed youve taken the 'export team' function away, i always enjoyed exporting my career mode team in fifa lounge. pro evolution soccer have always allowed any editing to be made and be shown on your career, after it had been created. i understand that a lot of the requests would mean turning the game more into a manager game but it looks like your going in that direction, maybe you could find a way allowing the player to select options for career mode, turning certain parts on or off. thanks for taking time to read.

first, add in refferees, and medics when a player is fouled, and bring back the bernabeau, add maldini in the classic 11 and make it so we can transfer FROM and INTO the classic 11, and add in personal lives of players, like girls and family and stuff, and lower rooneys overrall, and make robinho into and ELITE early bloomer and make it so when we edit players, the commentater still says their names, and the official shirt number and name styles of lower leagues, and in manager mode transfers, STOP MAKING NEW SIGHNINGS WEAR THE NUMBER 2! MAKE THEM WEAR THE FIRST NUMBER AVAILABLE, BUT IF THEIR GOALKEEPERS MAKE THEM WEAR THE FIRST NUMBER AFTER 11 (12 OR HIGHER) AVAILABLE! and add the argentine and chilien league, and the english conference, and do some reasearch into international numbers, their all wrong, since when have some players like mexes, swp, ronaldo and others worn numers like, 35, 46 and 30 for their national teams? and give holland their official kit, and make volleys easier and more reallistic.

There should be a sort of "match of the day" style thing after every week on manager mode so that you can see all other goals in the season at that point, and see all of the games that were played then.
The same goes for FA cup and english cup matches in manager mode.
