Your Ideas for FIFA 09

Should have more stadiums and more choice of boots. And in Manager Mode you should get to control your player off the pitch aswell.

allright here is a thought, you should use the kind of 3D that the movie beowulf has, that would be fantastic, everyone would like to see it that way, its much more realistic, much much more, also the movement of the players, if it looked just how they do in real life.that would be cool, each player has a style of running with the ball

I would like to see some improvements in manager mode. Teams that qualified for ECC or UEFA cup last season should play those cups in the first manager mode season.

I think there should be a mode called FIFA life where you start off as a junior player as in an organized junior leagues like Under 12's and under 13s and make your way up to youth teams of Man utd or a second league club like Watford or something (depending how good you are)
and then work your way up to being captain for a big club and all this should be Be A Pro and you should be able toname your player and make your youth teams name and jersey,

you definately need to get the rights to all the african countries. if any of you have ever played fifa 98 you should see the set up for picking your country, it is brilliant you pick the region e.g. south america asia europe and it has every country now if you could do that 10 years ago why is there no african countries or asian countries or south american countries come on just get them

yes please put it out on ps2 please if you only bring it out on ps3 i think you wont make as much money more people have ps2's than ps3's

i think there should be a lay off button. when your on the edge of the box you cant really lay it off to someone to smash so that would be nice it would create more classic goals

when a team plays at home in real life it gives them an edge on fifa it does nothing i think there could be some morale boost or something when playing at home

there should be a national team manager mode with the world cup every 4 years and you could go to the asian cup or euro and have qualifiers and friendlies this would be a lot of fun

i think you should be able to comprehensively beat the keeper like in real life. like when a ball curls into the top corner and it is unsaveable keepers dont even try and save it in real life and i think this would be really cool on fifa 09

I am a FIFA man through and through, btu I'd love to see the ability to dive that is present on Pro Evo. Get caught, get booked! That would be brilliant and the icing on the cake of an amazing game.

1ST OF ALL I USED TO LOVE THE WAY U COULD BRING A MAN IN AND FAKE TO TAKE A FREE KICK . THEY SHOULD BRING IN DIFFERNT WAYS OF TAKING FREEKICKS AND OR CORNERS WITH YOUR MEN. THOUGH IT IS GREAT THE WAY THEY HAVE IT KNOW WHERE U DONT SEE THE BALL BUT THEY NEED TO BRING IN MORE WAYS OF TAKING FREE KICKS AND SET PEICES MAYBE EVEN PENALTIES.

2ND FIFA IS A GREAT GAME SO FAR BUT IT IS MISSING CERTAIN ASPECTS OF THE GAME LIKE REFEREES ON THE PITCH AND THING LIKE HAVING YOUR GOLLY INJURED OR SENT OFF BECAUSE PEOPLE TEND TO JUST SELL ALL THERE GOLLYS ACCEPT ONE.

YOU SHOULD ALSO BRING BACK THE YOUTH GRADE TEAMS WHERE YOU COULD BRING PLAYERS UP INTO THE 1ST TEAMS WHICH WOULD BE GREAT.
YOU SHOULD ALSO HAVE PRE SEASON GAMES AND TRAINING SESSIONS WHERE U CHOOSE THE DAYS YOU TRAIN WHAT LEVEL AT AND WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING WEVER IT BE GYM WORK ETC.
YOU ALSO NEED MORE LEAGUES BECAUSE WITHOUT THEM YOU CREATE ERRORS IN TOURNMENTS LIKE IN THE EFA AND ECC YOU ARE MISSING TEAMS BECAUSE U DO NOT HAVE THE LEAGUES THAT THOSE TEAMS ARE IN.
WITH STAFF UPGRADES THERE SHOULD BE A CLUB PHYSIO AND OR DOCTOR AND WHEN YOUR PLAYERS GET INJURED U SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE A CLOSER LOOK AT THE PROBLEM.
THE PLAYERS SHOULD HAVE DIFFERENT REACTIONS IF YOU DONT PLAY THEM . AND WHERE ARE THE REACTIONS LIKE WHEN I REFEERE MAKES A WRONG CALL, THERE NO PASSION OR SPIRIT IN THE GAME.

ONE THING I WOULD LOVE TO SEE IS TEAMS OFFERING YOU A POSITION INSTEAD OF YOU GETTING A JOB AT MANCHESTER UTD OR REAL MADRID ON YOUR FIRST SEASON .
JUST I THOUGHT TO FIFA'S GAME MAKERS IS TO HAVE A GAME WHERE U HAVE A CARRER AS A PLAYER AND U BUILD HIM UP AND PLAY I N MATCHES JUST LIKLE IN BE A PRO ACCEPT U HAVE TO DO VARIOUS THINGS LIKE TRAIN AND EAT THE RIGHT FOOD AND PROGRESS IN YOUR CARRER OR MAYBE BUILD THAT INTO THE FIFA GAME.

i would like to see in fifa 09 better graphics in gameplay and you should be able to train your team on trainin days like on NFL 08. you should add the manager on the sideline and and subs on the bench. i would also like to see more stadiums like elland road whats a big ground and well known round england but yet not getting on a game like fifa which dont make sence and add the confrence league. i would also like to see the proper names of cups like champions league and UEFA cup and let us see real cups when you win them e.g. instead of players jumpin round like idiots show them celebrating with the trophy lol.

in FIFA 09, We would like to see the manager reacting to the match, and see the subs warming on the sidelines, and in manager mode, we would like to have more time to finish transfers, like no just on matchdays, we should get to buy and sell on each day of the transfer window. Plus, there should be the real UEFA Champions league and UEFA Cup not ECC and EFA, plus add the intertoto cup. And the Russian League Could do good to the game, as teams like CSKA Moskova, Spartak Moskow and Zenit St. Petersburg should be present in the game. Plus add Shakhtar Donetsk and Dinamo Kyev in the Rest of the World teams. Plus the Egyptian, Ghanian and Côte D'Ivoire national Teams should be present as well. Especially Ivory Coast, I Mean All of their superstars are present on the teams included in FIFA 08. Plus we want the real Netherlands National team, a lincensed one, the one thing that makes me chose FIFA over Winning Eleven and PSO, Is the fact that fifa has more lincensed teams. So Plz Fifa Hear us and do something.

could you please add the Australian A league stadiums like Hindmarsh stadium in Adelaide, and could you have the AFC in career mode. Could you have the J league, vietnamese league, Greek super league and the chinese league

Add more stadiums in the game. Add the Blue square Premier League (Conference )and the Womens League

i think that you should add more european leagues lik from the balkans like partizan belgrde and red star belgrade.....i alo think that you should take some teams out of international teams like slovenia they arent any good put in serbia they have tp class players that play in man united chelsea valencia hertha berlin..........they should be in the game...thank you

For example the menu style in 08 is very odd looking go back to the kind of menu that 06 or 07 had. Also EA Sports make this game dont they because if they do make the creation central where you make players like the 'create a player mode' in EA Sports Tiger Woods or something because that is really well done. Expanding the amount of leagues that are able to be played in with a team in manager mode, plus international teams also available to manage would also be cool. Mini games that could be alikened to Fifa Street games would be a great add-on like juggling with players from your team or 5 on 5 practice matches. Finally I think celebrations after scoring goals should be able to be mixed up such as they dont always celebrate the same way and for a hat-trick there is an extra special celebration. the players the scout find should have pictures. you should be able pick excat pos your looking for eg cb, cdm, lb, rw instead of just midfeild, stricker nd defense. nd there should be a rumor page in the transfer season

FIFA 08 is a great game but it lacks a lot of things from rival KONAMI. i would love to see more international teams and more gameplay improvements, the gameplay seems to dead and waaaaaaaayyyy to precdictible, the commentators reapeat the same words over and over again, they only say a few player names not for the entire team, basically only key players and known players. that shud change. they should do something for the celebrations, i mean the celebration after winning a cup is the same from fifa 06. the team runs around like crazy , few players fall on the floor and then they show u with the team ball. that is just bull s***. they should make fifa 09 like the current ps3 fifa 08. enable tricks n s*** while the game loads, more realistic shot angles and realistic shots. i have never seen a ball C-U-R-V-E in FIFA till now. i would like to see a ball curve like it curves in real and fly into the net. when a player shoots the ball just goes in the same way everytime. in real that does not happen the shot is unpredictable they shud make it that way.also the gameplay is nothing like how a real game is played, its more aggressive, game speed picks up and drops in an instant, in FIFA 08 the game speeds remains the same.u cant feel it when u score a goal. the fans dont do anything, the players dont swear, in the prem they swear constantly.wheres the manager gone? i dont even see the manager yelling at the players in FIFA 08. the jerseys look fake they look like they are stuck on the players, in manager mode when u choose a sponser u NEVER EVER see their logo on your team jersey or on the sides of the stadium.when you create a team the logo never shows up in the game, the team logos are all fake and look fake no realism to it. during the game when playing with ur created team a ball shows up in the player name area which takes all the life away from the game, the created team jerseys are fake they dont even sport a logo of the team on it. i think FIFA should stop created teams if they c ontinue this way. the players never miss a throw on or a volley like KONAMI where they miss headers,throw ins and volleys though even that game seems largely fake since it feels like the players are running on train tracks since they are not moving freely same goes to FIFA the players never move freel like they do in real. they need a new camera angle like on tv where it changes automatically. (i think this will be added in fifa 050 since EA is greedy for money). add more international teams UAE,israel, etc, also they UAE league, the isreali league, israeli state cup,AFC or at least make a new GAME on that EA if ur so greedy for money. finally the pitch and crowd need to die. the pitch looks way too fake. it reamains the same, the crowd should die i mean here we see the players in 3d and the crowd looks like stuffed crows where do u see that in real? if FIFA 09 is going to be the same as FIFA 08. i give up on EA and i'll just stick to patches. i bet EA will do something to stop patchers

Hi, Things I would change are....

1.Have actual referees that can be seen during gameplay
2. On Manager Mode have More realistic time on Injuries
3. Brinkick taker when taking the kick9ps3)
4. Bring back the ability to watch instant replays by pressing triangle.
5. Be able to see subs warming up
6. Let you be able to build a new ground or improve your current ground
7. Bring back Pre-season friendlys
8. Make local derbies more realistic with fansg back the ability to change the
9. Able to see your manager on the side line

I want that the next version of Fifa include more real game.
For example, things that pass during the match like fightings or players that celebrate goals quiting their t-shirt, or when a player shout to other to correct him.

I want that the next version include excellent graphics but that dont need a expensive video card.

I think that the overall gameplay is great, it could use more fluid one two runs and a little more last minute flair type passing. Mainly what I would like to see is manager mode made more realistic. For instance, add a certain amount of international away duties for big players who are likely to be used by their national squad, also, make the injuries more realistic, like add some tat last the majority of a season and add some that are nagging and if you don't rest the player they continue to affect their performance or get worse. In the player transfer area, add things like players wanting to come to your club to play for a winning side, or maybe because you made the Champions league and they want to play for a club in the league. Make the contentment of a playeer more accurate, like if you don't get any silverware, make big players want to leave your club. Add manager salaries and different team control options under different contracts, maybe if you are just starting you don't control who you can bring in and loan out, or stadium upgrades or scouting, you have to progress in prestige and re-negotiate or go manage for another side to get full control of the teams decisions. Add a time when other teams make you offers to come manage their clubs. Add a single payer campaign for a manager, where you start off with a nobody side and work your way up to one of the big four and win the league cup, fa cup, and the champions league to finish the campaign. In the manager mode give you a certain amount of experience points at the end of the season you can spend on any players, so you can "work" on things with a player to get better during the offseason. Add an option to define how your workouts and training look during a week, so if you need a player to gain exp points to get better they could spend the week in specialized workouts, but that would affect the amount of chemistry they have and their level of energy for the week, or if you want to work 11 guys in a new formation, you could and actually increase their momentum and chemisrty in that situation. They could do a ton with manager mode, those are just a few thoughts.

i wud luv fifa 09 2 be on ps2 coz i dnt have any other console, be able to design boots, update top players, make free kicks more individual (e.g. Ronaldo takes free kicks and penelties in a unique way that i can't manage on fifa 08). i wud also prefer it if Ronaldo looked less like a vampire and cud u plz update Old Trafford with the new quadrants.

One of the main things i would like to see in FIFA 09 is an actual League table in Be-A-Pro-mode. It's a bit boring to play it as it is now, because you dont really get the feeling that you help your team progress.

Another thing i would like so see is player trading in manager mode. Instead of paying alot of money for a player you could for example trade a player to the team in exchange and then pay a smaller transfer fee. It happends in real life, so why not? :)

have more freedom in the tricks u do. i dnt like the way u make the tricks. its to difficult to do half the time and when u do the trick you end up losing the ball anyway. MORE FREEDOM please. be a pro should be like manager mode, manager mode is boring now be a pro should be ur main focus. start off as a young player (16 yrs old) in a big team - youth centre or a small team and work urself and ur team to the top leagues. it would be really fun if u could do that. more celebrations and fans should react more!!!

have players take shirts off when celerbrating and have old total 90s ect as some players still wear them in lower leagues

get the commentators to say your name when playing with created players

i think that you can be able to see a player come off and tag in the sub and footballers who do tricks should have automatic tricks when there on the ball, the champions league should be on manager mode instead of the ECC also more features on manager mode such as when it comes to transfers you should be able to switch players and have emergency loans there should be a youth league in manager mode like be able to manage youth football team like man u or chelsea youth team and same for woman there should be a womans league and you should be able to manage a womans team like Arsnal womans team

- more skill moves
- less complicated gameplay

it would be cool to have colombian teams on there, and see the manager on the bench and the rest of the players to look more realistic.

it mite only be lil but on freekicks i think u shud be able to put the ball wherever u plz in traing off course. and be able to make more created players and bring bck some legends in a special team like ian rush.

fifa 09 needs decent, realistic celebrations...some of which are individual to particular players and teams. e.g. at arsenal all players in a group huddle. and update the player faces that have been around for tha last few years.

add some realistic features in create player mode..like hair styles and that kind aof thing. make the commentators say the names of all the palyers of at least the big clubs..and give all the players in big clubs real faces.

Okay - I know there's a limit to how much you can put on. but...
1) make the orange and red vapour boots available to unlock
2) have the ankle tape go from the boot to the ankle, and make it noticeable in the Manager Mode.
3) Allow teams to buy players from rival clubs, and have fans "boo" or give good receptions. because it DOES happen in real life. I'm sick of not being able to get Deco to join Real Madrid, or Nani to join Man City.
4) Make fans more realistic when it comes to ref. decisions.
5) Make the players like Obefemi Martins and Kenwyne Jones be able to flips, in goal celebrations.
6) finally, make "BE A PRO" a single player game, too. You start off as a young talent, at a League 2(in england, as an example) side like Notts County, then work you're way up to the prem. for teams like Man City, Man Utd, Liverpool Arsenal and Chelsea.
