Add the Duth Team and make a tournament with national teams for instance the European Championschip 2008 because it's Fifa 2008

Mabey you could add staidum effects! Mabey detailed fans as well! Mabey in manager mode a T.V. show for soccer news as an extra. Costomization of staidums and player voices (costomizeable with microfone).

Make the gameplay much more lifelike. Include diving, handballs, brawls, subs warming up, camera men along pitch, managers shaking hands at the end of the game. improve the transfer system. Be good to include scout reports for other teams. improve the crossing system so that a player can pin point a cross beckham like, more depth to tactics such as which players go up for corners, who stands in the wall, make the training and fitness part of the game much better.

I think that you should be able to put real football boats on the players like nike, Adidas, Puma and Umbro like in pes then your game will be da best in the world.

Oh yer and you should be able to change sponsors and who makes your kit in Manager Mode and make making a playing a bit less fake looking.

When you export the team in MANAGER MODE it would be good if all the players kept their overall rating, instead of it decresaing.

put the netherlands national team,create a new classic xi with players like pele,maradona,cruyff,romario,zidane,platini and other legendary players and new shoes like nike and adidas

have the crowd invade the pitch when a team escapes relegation or wins a trophy after wards the club has to pay a fine and the manager tries to get a fan favourite to talk on t.v about the problem(manager mode). Also when england face brazil make the commentry talk about the last result and who played in that game that won't play in this game and why. In game modes get the euro in their so you can take your team to the final. in manager mode get the F.A to offer you a job fotr the national team when they have crashed out of a major tournement ie World Cup and if you accept you may not get the job and start club managing from the conferance or something like that. animate the the bench when you score or when some one is injured. Also if someone is injured they get carried off in a stretcher and miss the season if it really bad.

oh and can u add more international teams, i prob already implied this, but the top 80 teams at least should feature, 07 was slack with only 40ish...

Add more domestic leagues that are external to Europe, ie. Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Japan, Korea, Australia etc. i really don't care about the Romanian, Irish or Greek Leagues, but the Turkish is worth it.
International and continental competitions too, such as Euro, World Cup, AFC, CONCAF etc.
and Domestic Continental Comps, not just ECL.

Can you make a mode where you make your own player to join as a youth player for a team of your choice and build them up... Also put in better reactions from the crowd in practice mode... Let custom nike boots easier to attain... with the World XI put in some well renound players.. well the more famous ones such as Sir Bobby Charlton and Diego Maradona.. maybe even Zinedine Zidane.. also include more features in manager mode as in more managing commitments Make it HARDER in manager mode.. add holland.. and less known countries such as Iraq... Add more competitions and have their actual names.. Add in the youth players from the teams.. none of these rubbish made up guys.. let us have a player for ourselves no matter what age like let a player be born in 1994 and work in an academy league until they can get into the first team.. i understand FIFA 08 has been made but perhaps these ideas could be used for later FIFA games

I know that FIFA takes more importance to clubs from Europe and the Americas ... but we living in the middle east would love people to know about our famous teams also... for example it would be nice to add Al-Ahly egyptian club in the "other clubs" section ...

AL-Ahly is the club of the centruy for africa, Ahly won Real Madrid and won Benefica two times before .. and played with Barcelona in Cairo Stadium to celebrate 100 year of inaguration ...

Something I've wondered about the FIFA Franchise, why is the K-League available and the J-League isn't? In my opinion Japan usually boasts a better team and they have grown in leaps and bounds recently. Also, I think there should be a draft option, I know it sounds ridiculous because of the number of leagues and teams, let alone players, but it could be restricted to league. I believe it would be the ultimate way to see how a person can manage a team since all of the other teams in the leagues would be balanced.

I'm not sure if this is going to fall in someones lap or on deaf ears...but, its worth a shot.
I've been playing not only soccer/futbol my whole life...but fifa (by ea)...that being said...I have a lot of loyalty and love and...a lot of misgivings.

I'm sure all my rants....all my raves would be covered over a millenia of blogs by other...well, bloggers...but...these are ideas I've had...and said to myself for many years now.

I'm HUGE....let me make that clear...*HUGE* on the manager mode...hence, the majority of my "fixes" whilst reside there.

It should be "owner mode" not manager mode
we should be able to "hire" and "fire" all the world class managers from around the world
great players when they retire should be available to be hired (just like in madden)
should have skill position coaches *ie. Gabriel Batistuta for your strikers*
skill coaches should be able to be promoted and/or fired as well (or, targeted by other clubs)
when addressing the press *advance the ai to a more interactive "chose your own adventure style* with the glits and glam...maybe a cinematic of that player in a suit in front of the media.
that being said *Where in the BLUE freakin MOON is "Player Presentations???"
*ie. unveiling your knew signings, whether he's a top player or not...bigger the player, bigger the buzz.
to that, bigger the player...more endorcements....where are these?

EA, you have Adidas, Nike...all over the game, I'm sure they'd throw a few more dollars at you to be that "popular company".
Teams should be able (owners) to sign endorsement deals autonomously.
Players should be able to sign deals themselves (either in owner or superstar mode).
*ie. name rights to the stadium - ala. Sony-Ericksson Stadium, etc as we see in Madden.
Youth Academies should indeed develop "actual" talent....why are there austrians in my youth academy in Brasil? ha...what??? Should be Regional, ala. MAKE SENSE!

if you treat a club real bad "ie" tap up a player....they'll report you to fifa and or never do business with you again.

if 97% of Portugal watches my Man U matches (possibly cus C. Ronaldo, a portugese is on the team) then they are more than likely to want to play for your team.
to that...the more he plays within conjunction with his "marketablility" should effect your viewership.
to that....if you employ more foreigners in your domestic league...your international appeal should sore while your domestic farm units should lax.

Players "spoken" language should come into play....quite simply if they dont speak the language of the club and or country....they're going to struggle....ie...Diego Forlan, now put that player in a country where its the spoken language (spain, and presto)
having multi-lingual players and staff should increase "global" appeal and recruiting as well as player development

Players should hold out and force sells...ie Bosmon(sp) rule, etc
and or just quit a team

Domestic officials should monetor the leagues....a good example of this is NCAA football, where as a coach if you dont punish your players accordingly and or recruite sub par acedemiens....then the NCAA levies suspensions.

a Grand Theft Auto layout would be suitable....ie, total navigation and control.
from getting tattooed (furthermore, increase the library of designs past generic) to hitting the gym....to doing photo shoots....or, hitting the club and maybe getting in a fight...maybe your a playboy with fast cars, women and problems....or a famly man and a consemate professional...these should all be options.

Another great option to cash in on some games that actual teams "do"...would be "friendlies" or "tours"

i`ve benn hoping for a “legend� mode ( a single player , create a star and rise with him mode) since the ncaa football and maddens have had them. A comparison to “Campus Legend� mode in NCAA football, and “Superstar� mode in Madden. You would create a footballer and start as a free agent, you would also do a preliminary training to be rewarded points to assign to your attributes. Then you would recieve offers, once a team is chosen you could continue smaller training sessions and be rewarded limited points per session to assign to your players attributes. Continue through your season and,if your skills are graet enough, be selected for international and world cup play. also with options of press confrences, interviews and sponserships where you would have to select your best intrests, each selection would have an effect on your fan base and popularity.(ex. you start and interview and a question is asked, their are multiple responces to choose from, each with a diffrent possotive or neggative effect on your popularity, which maybe could even be measured with a meter) as your proise rises you attain new status`(rookie, hot-shot,veteran,legend,etc.) and i think that the incorparation of jersey swapping at the end of a matchwould be great, the better your legend gets, the more recognisable the player is that he swaps with.

also, new celebration which react to a situation(better celeb. for better finishes, more clutch finishes, goals in championships etc.)

some ideas for leagues that you could add would be: the argentine clausura/apertura, the iercom irish premier league. Also, the scottish second division. Maybe you could also add a mode where you can select a ball that you want to use for the match from a list. For example, lets say that you are managing aston villa, and you are about to play chelsea. You would select your kits and squad and then you would select from a list, which ball you would want to use for the game. instead of always having the official prem. league ball, you would have the world cup balls and tournament balls too!!! Also, i also want the net to shake and move a different way every time a goal is scored. Fifa 07 was really good for this, but there could still be 5 or 6 different net movements adde

i would love to see an efficient system where dribblers can beat defenders smoothly especially in cases of a 1 on 1 situation and plz let the computer AI mark all your players all parts of the field and not just when your close to their goal....y cant yall jus watch football or even watch some clips on youtube and imitate that..its that simple

i think u should upgread van der sar because he is underated as u seen in the community shield but on this new fifa 08 u should put manchester united and chelsea worst enermys and have alot of fighting of the players and players diving and fans booing and see ref having ago at them and managers having ago at each other as they do in real life. i think in career mode you should be be a manager of a club and manage a internacinal team. and have champions league on there as well and have a manchester united celbrity team with the players who won the treble in 1999. and make nani , anderson , hargreaves and tevez as mint as possible becos there mint and on the career mode u should be able to manage your club and country and have a personnel life where u can walk around and have a wife and car and kids and drive to work aka football play match and it will beat all football games of all time ive always wanted a game like that but no 1 makes it but hope u read this and do it becos ea sports and fifa 08 will be the best football game in the world so please listen thank you hope you do it good bye

I think you should add new leagues like the Greek, Russian & Argentinian for such clubs as CSKA Moscow, Estudiantes & other various clubs from these leagues.
Add more International teams like Holland, Japan and other international squads and have international selections.

You should get rid of Polish League because unfortunateley it is of no real significance anymore. You should still include players that are in the international squad but are not playing for a club in FIFA like Jay-Jay Okocha, Denilson, Agustin Delgado & other players you should put it in team managerment section and put missing favourite players and put it in a club you like to put in.

You should have the boots to edit people like the FIFA world cup game, you should have more than one-hundred challenges, you should have two caeer modes one for manager mode and one as a player. You should be able to design custom teams to design and choose what sponsers they would like, such as adidas so you can design kits like Real Madrids, change the Newcastle one or have like others sponsers like nike. Also aswell as the manufacturer kit sponser a collection of main sponsers such as Samsung, Emirates ect. Some more of these should also be avialable to be unlocked, ( kits, boots, footballs & ect)

And please change the Classic XI add new players like Zidane, Pele, Maradona, Best, Charlton and other Legendary players. Players should get their names right like Materazzi. You should keep FIFA 06 & 07 the same and add new stuff this should be available and alike on all game console such as PS3 and Xbox 360 and you should have FIFA 08 on PC with the same quality same graphics as on Xbox 360 and PS3.


And please give fifa 08 some harder diffiliculty levels than found on 07 because after getiing used to the gameplay it does become alot easier over time.

I feel that all player graphics in main and important leagues should be fixed because in FIFA 07 Michael Carrick and Kieran Richardson looked nothing like them in real life.

I think holland and ghana should be in the international teams why has nigeria been on there for about three years in a row when they have not achieved anything special. I also believe gamers should be allowed to change players boots without completing challenges because why do you have to spend ages completing challenges just to change a players boots. FIFA 08 should also allow the gamer to change players hairstyles because take beckham for example he changes his hairstyle alot and FIFA 08 is supposed to be realistic isn't it..I also think when gamers edit new club transfers they should be edited in your manager season automatically because in FIFA 07 it only affects the teams being used in kick off which for most gamers is only used when playing with friends. I feel all the suggested changes above should affect manager mode e.g. changing players boots, hairstyles. And finally I feel that in manager mode you should be offered a shirt sponsor that actually changes when your playing the game in manager mode. e.g Manchester United's sponsor AIG changes to Vodafone or to Virgin Media.

Another great feature would be if you could play National Team European and World Cup Qualifying games during the regular club season. For example, if you are playing with Liverpool in the Premiere League, it would be awesome if you can choose to play the England European qualifying games during the international break to help the national team qualify.

I am looking forward to the new Game Mode..."Be a PRO". I hope that in the mode you can start as a youth player and can get recruited to a youth program....then to the second team...first team...and then eventually play for your national team. Your player gets older over the years and you can sign for new clubs, get an agent, get sponsored and more!

Hopefully you can "load" your profile into future versions of EA FIFA including the next World Cup.

Totally agree about that goalkeeper thing said by Marcko Antonyo. Goalkeepers are more than just leapfrogging in the air and punting balls down the other side of the pitch. The team I support has a goalkeeper with great ball skills. He's juggled around an oncoming attacker before. And he's brilliant at taking penalties. Please give Matt Reis and others like him the talent they have beyond the box.

Also, though it saved my butt a few times, keepers SHOULDN'T be able to save the ball off the line with their body magically passing the the net and post.

And, do goalkeepers ever get injured? Breakaway saves and coming out to catch/punch the ball on corners are far more physical and bodycrunching then the game makes it out to be.

Do I sound like a critic? My bad. I really did love the game. Honest. :)

Just an add on Jaime Alberto Martinez comment; in the Real Life Experience Campaing as a coach, you should also be offered to COACH an international team if you are doing Good in a club, and be able to select from all the list of players of the nationality the ones you decide and of course have to deal with injuries that they might have had in their leagues season. Of course you can keep a track on your players that are of that nationality you are coach of, how they are doing in their leagues, their stats. Of course this wont be like FiFa Manager, you actually are going to play the games, and move the characters, but you will know that you made your choice and have basis on choosing those players.

Argentina have 2 world Cup.
