Your Ideas for FIFA 08

The game should add: - the Romania league( Liga I Burger) or at least Steaua, Dinamo and Rapid Bucharest in the Rest of World because they have an excelent route in the European Cups like Champions League and UEFA Cup;
- make pavel nedved highest ranked player because he is the best player ever
- make more faces to players than in FIFA07, i want to see the face of romania player Adrian MUTU
- fans more realistic and seem like real humans
- Fighting between the players
- I want to see the face of the coach in Manager MODE when , it could be and in the game also........ and this is all.... aaaa and better graphics .If you can make ths thing to Fifa 08 ,the game would be great. Good luck!

I think that fifa 07 is the perfect game but it still needs a little more things to be realistic like goalkepers eing able to take a free kick or come at any point of the game to take art in acorner kick also there should be more leagues like the argentina league the chilean league.Also celebrations should be more spontanoius like the player should run into the croud ore the typical ole when the team is wining by a big diference.also the mexican league if posible to have the actual team chant and be able tu actualize the teams in xbox live so the team is always current and always have the team players.

Oh and i would also like to see bicycle kicks and scissoc kicks. I was able to do them in the older version but havent been able to do them in the recent versions.

well first, I would like to see a change in the way of taking free kicks. In the 05 version it was good and I wondered why that got changed. I would also like to see indoor soccer like in the 98 version. Also try to make the crowd more realistic, you know, have the home fans wearing their home team jersey and when the team scores, the crowd runs down to the edge of the barracks and add noises like drums and include team chants. Also include more leagues, more south american leagues, like the ecuadorian leagues. Include more freestyle moves and other than that, FIFA is an ideal game.

I think if would be nice if yu guy could put the argentina leguage, and maybe some other south american turnaments, like the south american cup and the libertadores cup, it would be good because you could play different cups in the mexican, brazilian and argentina(if you add them) leguages, and maybe add the mexican second division.

The only thing I would like and dream to be is Russin Premier League in FIFA 08, because I really think that our league is quite strong and much stronger than MLS or Korean e.t.c., and I was really shocked when the constuctors of the game did not include even CSKA moscow, the winner of the UEFA CUP!!! Yes the counterfeit problem is one of the sharpest in our country but personally I buy only the official version of the game.

There should be more REST OF THE WORLD teams, for example russian or romanian teamslike CSKA MOSCOW or STEAUA BUCAREST. Not only that teams from eastern europe are playing well in the last few years but they have excellent players who you would like to transfer to your team.A step further would be to have more eastern european leagues like the romanian one, and this is not just for players in romania,just look at the comunities of romanian people in spain, italy or germany.You would open a new market. The game will probably get bigger guwith new leaes but there are always solutions, like selling separately from the game a eastern european DVD{an ADD-on} with important leagues : romanian, russian, bulgarian and ucrainian and single teams from hungary, moldova or lithuania.

Except leagues there would also be the problem of the crowd.I think they have a very important role in football.Without them the phenomenon of footbal wouldn't be possible.They should get more active and animated.

The LEGENDARY DIFFICULTY should be improved .When in pressing the defending player shoots the ball in corner or in the side line when it would be very easy for himm to send a long pass. You should try doing something like the perfect difficulty in the fifa world cup 06(at least that was closer to being perfect).

In training I'd like to have the possibility to play 11 players versus 11 players on half the length of the pitch like players are doing it in training sessions in real life.Also intraining it would be preffered to choose the position of the ball at free kick practice with the arrows or the mouse pointer not by choosing 1,2, ... ,6 position.

It would make the game more realistic if you would call the ECC and EFA, UCL and uefa CUP, and also by the UCL to put in the theme song at the start of the game that we always hear on tv when watching a champions league game.

Make please more realistic grid. Change a cursor, think up something new, it seems to me, that it is possible to pass already and to new video cards. Movement of judges is better. celebrations need to be more involving. Players should run wild into the crowds like we always see on t.v.Pro evo includes signature skill moves, i want to see them in the next fifa. Commentary nedds to be changed it is boring and uninteresting listening to the same phrases from previous fifa games. snow, more realistic rain, Crowds need to be more realistic with team flags and for god's sake sort those 2D cameramen out they look awful.

The price of new fifa games are ridiculous. Many fifa fans are young kids or students who want some fun in football. We are not millionaires who pay 30 pounds for a new game every autumn. I know companies try to compete for the best price, but it is not about beating other companies. It's about the buyers...........it's about us. REDUCE THE PRICES!!!!!!!!!

Indoor football in fifa 08 would be great, also the games need to be made a bit trickier than previous ones. I mean trickier ball control, simple touches need to be made trickier. To make the game more realistic,Deliberate dives and player face offs should also be included. In practice modes players should be allowed to use the facilities that are used in real life football training such as cones. In cup finals the trophy should be layed pitchside. I know it may sound a bit too much, but if possible the game should involve the managers aswell, if cameras can focus on the reactions of managers during gameplay then the game would become alot more realistic a lively. Finally the graphics on some players need to be improved to their present looks.

I think that fifa 2008 should make the crowd go crazy when you win a premiership in manager mode ie. the fans run onto the pitch and the showing of the trophy being lifted like you really have won the premiership.

Also that in manager mode you can pick which year you star in ie. 1999 so you can buy Wayne Rooney when he was young so that you know who's the next star

I hope that FIFA 08 has everything that we all be looking for that when you play it you feel like you in the game that when you see the players they can look so real that you feel like you playng with the real one not only the players the grass, stadiums, balls, weather, fans, coaches, everything you see in a real soccer game just let us play REAL FOOTBALL thats the FIFA that we been waiting for.

i would like the egyptian league come on they are doing good they are one of the best league they beat club america and real madrid come i buy this game for the egyptian league i have all fifa games and no one has egypt,african cup of nations,egypt the national,egyptian league,egyptian cup,arab cup.

In my opinion you should have a game mode where you pick one player on a team and you play with just that player, but your teammates have to be good. Also, I think the free kicking is fine it is medium hard but easy. Then make it where if you play at home you have a slight advantage. This isn't a big problem, but if you could make a camera angle where you can get as close to the players as possible so they look real. Please add some more tricks when I play I can only do some, and I do the good one's over and over again. Also, this probabley wouldn't be a great idea bu an option if you could have a goalie's view when there are penalties. Mabey, a couple more formations would also help. Please, make it where if you control a person hat your other players (computer) stay on the open men. That way it is more challenging and you have to cross them to get by them. And keep the gameplay the same when the game is fast like it is right now in FIFA 07 it's perfect. Like everyone else said include a superstar mode, but where you control one player, like the goalie or a forward or a midfield person. Finally, make penalty kicks avalible for two players. And practice mod for two players. And for music please add all differet kinds like hip-hop,rap,country,all from different nations. Last, make it where people can hear the music in the game if you wam instead of hearing the commentator.

I love FIFA 07 and I think that it's the best FIFA yet, I play it all the time on my PS2 but this is what I would very much like to see for FIFA 08 on next-gen next year.
As the game will be on next-gen systems (PS3), you guys should be able to add tonnes of stuff in.
- The graphics are great at the moment, but they should be able to improve for 08.
- A Superstar Mode like in Madden NFL 07 would be great where the player gets to pick what position they plan in and how their lifestyles pan out.
- The crowds have been 2D for a long time now and the graphical power on even today's systems could easily handle 3D crowds so why not next year make interactive, 3D crowds, this would work well with the current crowd sounds you used for FIFA 07.
- Even more leauges! You can't have enough of them. I loved the Turkish Leagues this year (even though I'm English...) How about teams from the Conference, and Conference North and South in England?
- I loved it in FIFA Football 2003 where the calendar for games was exactly the same in real life as it was in the game for the first season with your club. This should be brought back as it's really great to play the same fixtures as your team, but offline this time, not online.
- The ability to actually witness your players in training, and also control training, like in Madden NFL 07.
- Having more sets of commentators. I love the pair you have at the moment and it's sometimes scary how they get things spot on, but having another pair to commentate as well on different matches would be great, just so you could get the real feel of match day from your own home.
- Having post and pre match analysis with Gary Lineker and the lot. It would be cool to see them analysing the game from the 'box' and talking about your perfomance at half time and at full time.

Well, I hope you take these things into account guys and I think that the power of such systems as the PlayStation 3 should aid you in getting more stuff into the game. I love what you've done so far with every FIFA game, and by the way, don't bother with those Pro Evolution Soccer guys... :)

I hope that the next version of fifa games will be more realistic......such as in manager mode.....the transfers should involved trade negotiations.....that would be even better.....as reflecting real life rules.........such as transfers between gallas and cole.........but anyway.....thanks to every single employees working out day and night to build the best for fifa 2007.........congratulations........as the movement of players and ball improved a lot......it still can be improve.....many gamers complained about the gameplay.......which leads them to winning eleven title series as it is famous with its realistic gameplay......even myself.as a fifa game supporter......admit that W.E. is even better then fifa....i hope more tournaments will be added soon later........if it is really difficult........just two.....intertoto cup and world club championship......thx for improvement in faces of players as same faces were used in the previous version even there were some changes in several players.....and also for using real money value and currencies in replacing of points and ridiculous money such as low ticket price in fifa 2006......it is also more convenient as player who takes a kick spot can make a sudden change in last minute..such as penalty taker......there is a major problem since i played fifa in 2002...the player who held a ball was taken away by defenders cannot make a sudden tackle after his ball was tackle by other defenders....and the player whose ball was stolen takes too much time to get back to the match........it is completely computer control the game as it can do whatever trick whenever they want.....while the players can't.....there is a fair play no more......i hope this problem can be solve as soon as possible.......however.........thanks again for every ea sports employees for their hard work towards the game......keep on going........i would like to see the best from all in the next version......SEE YA!!!

The game should add
- non fixed formations so u can do what u want
-show player of the year, euro player etc
- make home field advantage for of an effect
-indoor football
- maybe try a superstar mode like in nfl 07
- smarter AI cause i can draw penalties too easy
- dont restict what we want to pay players
- dont make wayne roneey highest ranked player because he is not
- fix the glitch that causes double headers in the EPL where i play 2 games in one day
-regenerate new players on teams
- allow you to upgade your youth coach to allow higher ranked youth players

i wish the following to be included in fifa 08

1-the egyptian league and the african cup of nations 2006 in egypt and egyptian stadiums.
2-the option of custom ball creation.

Dribling is most important thing in soccer games. In me opinion EA sport shoud improve dribling in fifa 2008 game

hi every1. i enjoy playin fifa alot and still it has many things missing.
1. More stadiums eg. sevilla,besiktas,tottenham,bayern munich,boca jnrs, river plate ect.
2. fans more realistic and seem like real humans.
3. ability to organise friendly's and tournaments.
4. be able 2 manage club and national team.
5. more lockable items eg. boots, balls etc.
6. more better creating player like more, hair styles etc
7. while managin you can see awards like player of the year etc and be able to see the ladder of other country leagues which will be great
8. more rest of wrld teams eg. dinamo kiev etc
9, more leagues eg russian,argentinian, ukrainian, czech and mostly the A-League :)
10. and with create club you should be able 2 make logos on ur kits and etc.
11. contracts are also anoyin players dont renew there contracts that easy.
12. avability 2 attend camps.

If fifa 08 has all these things trust me it will be the best game in history. but the most thing i hat is that when fifa make a new game there are only few things new and that isnt reall cool. plz plz stop consantrating on england ok the premier league is cool and and also championship league but com' com on 1st n 2nd league its a waste of fifas time and money for it make more good leagues let the fifa fans enjoy the game wich they enjoy playing.

In manager mode ,while playing a game,show the cinematics of the manager signalling the players.And let there be two options in manager mode :1)Creating a manager 2)Selecting a manager like alex fergueson.
And when a player scores an offside goal let him celebrate and then get shocked by offside decision and argue with the linesmen.Please include more freestyle tricks in 08

How about more real stadiums? By real I mean all the Premiership (and foreign equivalent) and perhaps some of the better teams in the second tier. Also perhaps making the crowd more realistic, e.g. getting angry at the ref, booing or whistling at free kicks and penalties etc.

I want you to add Russian league; also, I want you to increase IQ of goalkeeper and I wany you to add an opportunity of an independent choice of accommodation of players on a field.

to add on in carrer mode you shoud creat your own couch every four years if the couch you have is popular enough he should get drafted by the national team. make him pic your own players and practice or creat international friendlies. If you dont get drafted by youy nation your players could too. make them leave the squad for a month and when they come back they are ether better ar worse because of their moral of the national team.

For Fifa 08 there are things that should be done. First you need to get the crowd in the game. If your popularity is low make the crowd not as big every time. As you grow and become more popular you should gain more and more people. This way it seems real. Also make the anouncers say somenthing about the crowd. Make them say like " We have a wonderfull crowd" or say "what a poor entry" Somenthing like that. Second make the better and unike celebrations also when you win a cup final really make it feel important with confetty and the entire staff of people out there celebrating from the couch to the fitness, doctors and the press. To all the doctors when there is an injury they should come out on the field with a stretched and pic up the injure player. Next the referies shoud really be in the game. running and chaising the play. If the ref gets hit in the head make him fall and take a wille to get back up. when ever you are making a change of players have then fake they dont know whats going on and make some time. there is where you need the ball returners have them return the ball to you dont stop the game when the ball goes out have a person return the ball as quikly as posible depending on the score of the home team. this way you could creat a surprise play to get the team of gard. At the end of the game for added time have a little screne in the bottom left hand corner or where the radar is at. have the 4th ref come out on the screne and show the aditional minutes added. the career mode is fine its the in the game that needs to be adjusted. hope this comes true or at least someone reads it.

I think that when you do a normal career and you use a made up team you should have a set budget to build a stadium. When you progress through the game and get money you can add bit onto your stadium. e.g. say you have 2 million pounds to start with and you can only afford 2 goals, nets, floodlights and 1000 seats, when you get more money you can add to it and make it bigger and make the stadium circular shape or rectangular and have tight or losse nets so you end up with your dream stadium.

You should also have goal of the months and seasons and if you win it you get an extra money bonus.

i think you should have a mode where you can make up your own player and get him scouted into a team by playing in the players sunday league team which you should make up. when your player gets scouted then you have too go to training to show that you are as good as the scout says you are. then if they like you then you should work out a contract with them..thats1of them

in reallife you have team talkssooit would bee guud if they had that on fifa like you can tell thekeeper too stay on his line more or your players on the pitch too play in a certain way like your right winger 2make a lot of runs or tp stay backand helpin defence thats it really soo gimme an e-mail if ya think my ideas good or not

We need the (Australian) Hyundai A-League!! Football in Australia is really taking off..

Also, with the transfer system, sometimes you spend ages searching for the perfect player for your team, and then put in your offer only to find out that the other team doesn't have enough players on their squad! So I suggest that you should be able to trade players and include them in deals and that teams with not many players should always be trying to buy players during the transfer period.

Also I suggest a lot of work be put in to make goalkeepers more realistic. They should be more attacking. It's sorta hard to control the keeper yourself sometimes, especially for long balls in etc.

It would be fun and good and beneficial to be able to control the goalie when the ball is near the 18 yard box.

I think you guys should guys focus more in making Fifa 08 more like Football manager. What i mean by that is, there should be more free agents more players in each club. Fifa didnt even have a brazillian 2nd division league, I mean if they know anything about soccer, then they should add somemore leagues(btw Internacional from Brazil beat Barcelona 1 - 0 to win the FIFA Club World Cup this year, and Sao Paulo beat Liverpool last year). Which this brings me to another point, the stats of some of the players in Fifa are horrible. I mean just look at the stats for Internacional who beat Barcelona. I think that Fifa needs a lot of work to be done. Anyways i think that this game would be awesome if management part of the game was more in depth.

And where Russia? Why in voting any China, Chile, Czechia and Israel. Why is not present in voting the command which have gained the championship of the Europe and a cup of UEFA? Except for that Yashin everyone know that. Well or even Mostovoi with Karpin or the same Smertin?

Has any noticed how many Aussies like myself want our A-League in FIFA08, or at least Melbourne Victory and Sydney FC in the Rest of World and to have Tim Cahill or Harry Kewell on the front lwith Fabio Cannavaro and Ronaldinho seems not much to ask and it will make us aussies bloody happy after all we beat Greece 1-0 and England 3-1 a few years ago we drew with Croatio and beat Jpan at the World Cup this year I think we should have a cover star form Australia and a feew A-League clubs.
We also just lost to the evuntual world champs. 1-0 so I think were a pretty good team.
I think Artificial turf soccer would be good too you could have 5 on 5 battles like FIFA street...If any one agrees with me please come onto my Myspace and see what i think FIFA08 should be like and if you want you can come and put your opinions on the game too....Also it would be incredible to get a internet game develepor to get us a free copy of this game...

Another recomendation would be the implementation of argentinan league because it is as important as other leagues. they should consider to include greek league as well.

EA developers should think to give mid-fielders more protagonism, the game is too centered on forwards. If they upgrade mid fielders game, fifa 08 will be better than winning eleven. shooting has to be upgraded too. It's important to have more shooting control and aiming. shooting shouldn't be a matter of luck. you should decide where you want the ball to be headed to.

please make fifa 08 on ps2 because ps3 and xbox 360's are so so expensive.and on the asian version of fifa 08 on the cover please put tim cahill, harry kewell and ronaldinho.and please put the song new york minute and make the training like pes a bit

I think that FIFA 08 should be the most espectacular game of FOOTBALL in the world, it should really look like the NEXT GENERATION, so we all can feel that we're really playng FOOTBALL the players, balls, uniforms, fans, coaches, weather, grass, stadiums, tournaments, make it all this things look realistic PLEASE let us play REAL FOOTBALL.

One question: Where is Holland? Can't have World Cup without Holland! It's okay though! I went in the Create Clubs mode & created Holland & Czech Republic! But I also would like to see Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Japan, Saudi Arabia & Nigeria (you can get rid of Finland & Slovenia). These teams aren't exactly good but they're consistent in World Cup Appearances. I also would like Retro & Commemorative Uniforms from 1966 on of all possible teams & World Cup squads. But what I really want is if possible to unlock World Cup Squads like :

I think FIFA08 should have some new cover stars...FIFA06 Ronaldinho and Rooney FIFA07 Ronaldinho and Rooney...and that is BORING! The cover stars should be.....

-INDOOR FOOTBALL
The inclusion of Indoor Football or Futsal would be great it was in FIFA '97 so why not the latest version even if you have to unlock the game mode or buy it in the Fan Shop.
-DOMESTIC LEAGUE XI
like Premier League, Serie A, LaLiga, LFP, Bundesliga and Euro XI and World XI and Classic XI..and the Classic team must have Pele and Maradonna the greatest players ever!
-EDIT KIT IN MANAGER MODE
Changing the kit in manager mode would be good, because a team change there kit evrer 2 or 3 years and dont keep it for 15 years and the kit sponor like Nike, Adidas, Puma and reebok also changing the sponsors from Samsung Mobile or bwin.com to MATY or SharkTEL (FIFA07's make-believe sponsors)
That would be rather splended!!! If the changes i have said or the things other people have said dont appear in the next edition im making a new game with Fabio Cannavoro, Ronaldinho and Tim Cahill on the cover with all these fetures in it the game will be called really cratively........Football 2008 or 2009.....

fifa i strongly reccomend you make your fifa 08 like pro evolution soccer if ur even gonna get near it. like when u strike the ball make it realistic, the ball should swing through the air and the stiker when he has a shot should really have a follow through u should be able to fight

The features that I would like to see in FIFA08 are....

CREATE A STADIUM, You could choose things like if you want you're advertising board's to be digital or normal, the different types of Stands and the stadium name.
HYUNDAI A-LEAGUE, I think that Australia's national league should be included in the game, If the A-league is too much of a big ask at least have Sydney FC and/or Melbourne Victory in the Rest of World..
DESIGN BOOT'S AND BALLS: I would LOVE to be able to make my own boots and/or balls.
BETTER CREATE A CLUB/ FRANCHISE MODE: This years edition was pretty good i had FIFA06 and the only real reason i got 07 is because if this feature, you coukd use your created club in Manger Mode and as a franchise as you begin your sponsor and star-less club in the bottom division you make it up to the Top-Flight and you gain more sponsors and money along the way the when youve finally won the league in the Top-Flight you get more Big-name players and you can use the Custom Stadium mode to change your old 9.000 seat stadium to a 100,000 all seater and you get sponsors such as Nike, Adidas, RbK, MasterCard, McDonalds, T-Mobile, Vodafone, Fly Emirates and so on.....

Oh and one more idea:

Classic matches. Scenarios that you have to complete, rather then the, sometimes tedious, Fifa 07 Challeges, this classic matches format would allow you to play in matches to determine the result. eg. 'You are Liverpool agains AC Milan in the Champions league final, its half time and you are 3-0 down' Come back from this scoreline and go on to win. and as you start the game, your players would be demoralised.

Fifa 07 is absolutely amazin, the new ball physics may not be to everyones tastes but in my opinion, they add a new, deeper dimension of football, making fifa more realistic and lifelike. In comparison with fifa 06, 07 has vastly improved as now (as with real life), you cannot hit a volley with 100% accuracy all the time and also the differentation between players dominant and weaker foot is amazing as it is far more realistic. It makes player playing fifa think more before attempting a shot.

WHATS AMAZING??:
- New keeper animations, with them spilling balls and taking nasty deflections.
- Free kick system. More realistic and involves more skill
- Crowd chants finally bring some atmosphere into the match
- Ball physics. because not every ball moves the same when it is hit. Any person who has ever played Sunday league football will understand and welcome this new feature as it brings a whole new level of realism to the game.
- Graphics. Have been pretty spectacular since 2002 but 2007 takes this to a whole new level. The majority of players finally look life like, rather then just the odd 50 players

THE PROBLEMS:
There aren't many but...:
-Inconsistency in referees. Now i know theres alot of debate on referee inconsistancy in the real game but fifa takes this slighty too far- Refs will often blow up on a foul when it is a shoulder barge but not pick up on a professional foul, nowhere near the ball, in the area. This, for me, is a huge flaw in what would otherwise be the perfect game.

MY IDEAS:
1- Having a 'Moment of Inspiration' Shot of some kind. Slightly like the EA-BIG games GAMEBREAKERS but this could be where, once your team build up enough momentum and is in control of the game or the crowd is right behind you, you could press a certain button combination and the same would slow down considerably and you would enter a first person camera mode for about 5 seconds. In this 5 seconds, you would have a small red dot, this would show where the ball will go and the red dot would move around the goal in a random direction, with the speed of the dot depending on how far out your plaer was. After the 5 seconds, the game would speed back up to normal pace and your player will unleash the shot. Just an idea.

2. Fifa where you control only one player. Seems a bit crazy but could be a good game. Where you are one player, starting off from the school football matches as a youngster, and slowly develop your skills and trying to make your way up 2 the best team. Has the potential to be an absolutely fantastic game, taking on board instructions from you manager you may be told to drop off, push up, cross deep, run into space, offload, shoot etc. and depending on how you perform you could get subbed. This would be a bit different and certainly original and would involve the player looking at new elements of the game like stamina, confidence and you wouldnt have 100% control over how your team performs as you would only be controlling 1 player.

Regarding Manager Mode:
*There should be a dedicated "off-season" to negotiate transfers before any of the games start.
*Promotion and relegation should come with more substantial financial rewards and punishments. A slight increase in ticket prices isn't enough. What about broadcast rights? What about "parachute payments?"
*Sponsors need to realistically reflect team accomplishments, not how many stars the team is rated or your prestige ranking, though those should be taken into account as well. Same with board expectations.
*A wider variety of ways to produce money for the team.
*An occasional buyout of your team with accompanying infusion of cash would be nice. Not often, but once or twice in a fifteen year cycle.
*There should be more of an incentive to switch teams. Other teams should recruit the manager with some kind of incentive.
*Approving a stadium design (and budget) would be nice. You should also have to wait more than one game for it to be built.
*Automated reserve team play, so that you can cultivate players without having to put them in your lineup. They shouldn't grow as fast, but they shoud still grow.

In sum, I think a goal of manager mode should be turning a one-star team into a four-five-star team in less than 15 years. In 07, that's difficult. I'm in my sixth seasoon (prestige level 8) with a one-star English team that started out in the bottom division. Yet, despite winning everything possible, I still get about $15,000 in sponsorship money per game. It's difficult to actually grow (aka MANAGE) the team with those kinds of unrealistic constraints. Right now I'm at 2.5 stars.

My major source of income right now is signing free agents that I can't afford and selling them right away.

Other recommendations:
-Re-use sound files for all players of the same last name in the game, and record the names of all the teams.
-Why are there sound clips for extremely unlikely events (like one player scoring seven goals), but not for more likely ones (like the names of each invididual cup)?
