Your Ideas for FIFA 08

I would like to see a few more leagues added to FIFA.
Also I feel the referee isnt all that good in 07 so that is an area that should be made better. But the main thing to think about is that if it happens in real life i would like it to happen in FIFA. Like for instance: players dive for free kicks and penalties and throw the ball away in anger. Also the one league i would most like to see in the nationwide conference as im an oxford fan and have always played as them in FIFA until 07 as the conference wasnt in it.

add the trophys in the nexy game as you work hard all season but never see the reward please add it to the next game you do it for the world cup games so why not fifa

There are a lot of small leagues from small countries in FIFA 07,bu there is no League from Russia and KAzakhstan while their championships than some europeans. I thik we should have them in the game too.

Oh! And Manager Mode!

Give a face to the Manager. He(or she!?) needs to be more real and should have atleast some involvement in the games. Moreover, just because a Manager finishes his 5 yr season contract with a team, doesn't mean he can't sign with another team with the same credentials AFTER his contract is over?!? Make it more intuitive... you get the idea! -Fair Play-

How about improving on the technical aspects of the game?

Fifa 07 improved a lot when it came to PHYSICS of the ball and GRAPHICS were amazing, i.e. the eye candy factor. I also liked the initial MINI GAME where you can practise with a chosen player before starting off a game. Those were all good.

Let's talk about where the Fifa 07 can improve.

Passing - passing needs better physics and more realism.

Head on collision - you know the awkward sudden delay when two players hit head on? That is just annoying!!! Maybe EA can show the DASHING in a more realistic way.

Free-kicks - While I like the fact that you can do curve shots and shots from far away... the whole free kick process needs rework. First of all, it's not intuitive if there's only one way to score...which is to aim the ball at the very corner of the goal post. You guys need to put a better engine that would use real logic of free kicks... something that would made sense to the gamers and fans of soccer alike.

Tricks - Fifa 07 was less on tricks and styles of real players. We need you to implement more real life soccer style tricks that can be performed to dodge a player when you need that last minute goal!

Indivdual Player Styles - I think this would highly improve the game. Doesn't have to be for every player but if you cover all the int'l superstars who played in the World cup, you're made!

More Int'l Teams Please - Again, cover all the teams that played in the last World Cup. We shouldn't have to purchase another game in the span of 3 months just play with the World Cup teams.

Crossing - get it more fine tuned. As mentioned earlier, theres a lot of room for improvement on the technical sides of the game. Fine tune the PASSING, CROSSING, HEADERS, LOBS, TACKLES, PENALTY etc. Those are more important aspects of the game that gives us gamers the joy of playing fifa. I don't mind if you don't include a stadium or two, but GAMEPLAY is the most important aspect of this game.

Lastly... CORNERS!!! - I don't like the current 07 science behind the corner takes. Make it more intuitive please. It seems like if I kick the ball at the lowest power, there's always a players heading the ball in similar directions. Give us more options to where the ball can be placed... freedom to control the players in the box.... maybe strategize the whole kick, that would be awesome. Same goes for free kicks. Strategy and planning before you make your shot... what can be better than that?

Include Jalisco stadium and have the opportunity to choose your brand for your created team and career mode. Take out the EA sports boots and give every player good sponsored boots.

You sould be able to get the 'real' boots for create players cos the default ea boots suck, also you should add 1 or 2 American leagues like the Argentinian so you could have a Champions League competition for the whole of America (MLS included) you should make the tricks simpler, instead of turning a stick it should be like pro evo wherer you tap R1 for example to do a load of step overs, and there shouldnt be a limit to how many players you can edit, well at least you should be able to edit appearance mabe not change everyones abilities, make MLS better, and the teams money should be miles more, cos in the MLS you get like £600 grand to spend which is nothing, also you should have undershirts, neckwarmers and untucked shirts, and again real boots available for editing like the world cup game, and get REEBOK boots, also make more stadiums like the soccer-specific stadiums in the MLS, a brazilian stadium or 2 and argentinian stadium, ibrox, parkhead nd hampden and Juventus should be able to use the Dell Alpi in career.

2ndly, I believe that you should update players hairstyles and facials so that they look more like the player they're meant to be.
3rdly I believe there should be and wider range of boots to choose from when creating a player and that (on next gen consoles) you should b able 2 take a picture of yourself and upload it as your face.
And 4thly i think there should definitely be a wider range of expressions for players who miss and come close with shots, as well as offical manger faces.

i think player studs and futbols shud be accessible so dat ppl hav fun playing wid players having a variation of studs and futbols. also jersey swapping shud take place at the end of the match. the captains armband shus be sumthin else oder dan the boring white. the pyhysics and gameplays of the top players shud be identical to their gameplay in the real life. awards like top scorer,player of the year shud also be introduced. i know i'm asking 2 much but plz try 2 follow my advise as much as possible.

You guys should put in Manger Mode that we (customers) could be coaches of international teams once we reach a good level of prestigue in the game.

should be Russian stadiums Luzniki or Lokomotiv. in rest of the world Lokomotiv moscow, Spartak moscow, CSKA moscow and Zenit ( if we haven't got Russian Premier-League and First Division)

I AM ONE OF A DYING BREED OF FIFA FANS, ALOT OF PEOPLE PREFER PRO EVO. I THINK THAT FIFA IS A TOP QUALITY GAME AND GETS BETTER EACH RELEASE. HOWEVER THERE ARE ALOT OF THING STILL MISSING. FOR EXAMPLE, WHEN PLAYING ON MANAGER MODE ON FIFA07 I NEVER REALLY FELT LIKE THE TEAM WAS ACTUALLY MINE, I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE KIT STYLE AND COLOUR BUT STILL KEEP THE ORIGINAL SPONSORS AND ARM LOGO'S. I WOULD ALSO LIKE THE CROWD TO BE AS REALISTIC AND INDIVIDUAL AS POSSIBLE, FOR EXAMPLE WHEN A PLAYER BURSTS INTO THE BOX THE CROWD STAND UP IN ANTICIPATION AND AN INDIVIDUAL CAN VOICE HIS OPINIONS DURING THE GAME LIKE THAT OF A REAL CROWD WATCHING THERE FAVOURITE TEAM! A 2 PLAYER MANAGER MODE WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TOO AS A 2 PLAYER LEAGUE OR CUP IS NOT THAT GOOD! I think being able to choose a player and play on a first person view would be great. Being able to develop his skills and manage his career

the goal celebrations should be better. you should have the abilty to preview the clebration wen u edit a player or create a player. the net animations should be better. the crowds should be improved. but over all fifa is a great game that coudl only get better = )

we need more stadiums and proper season so when you play the league you have fa cup in it and proper champions league match with the signs and the badges on the shirts.

get all the teams in the premiership fully lisenced kits and show the proper manager in the game when they score show the fans reaction and at the end show them going back throgh the tunnel.

on the xbox360 there is no championship are league 1 they are better then the dutch 1 could you add the f.a cup and champions league.If your a good manger you should get called up 4 a internatinol job the croud is crap.Get all the stadioums on and make them have the croud singing songs

I think that the crowds and the stadium should be interactive, its gonna be on ps3 and even ps2 so make the most of it, in countries lie Italy, Turkey etc, there should be flairs, toilet roll flyin from the crowds, u the fans should wear the teams home and away jerseys and there should be scenes showing fans celebrating, etc etc, also I believe leagues like the MLS are underrated, they shoud be far richer, for example LA are paying abomb for beckham bu in FIFA 07 unless you sell the whole LA team, you cant afford his wages, also, there should be western and eastern conferences like in the real MLS and players shouldnt be underrated in smaller leagues, and there shoud be more stadiums for top teams in all the leagues, and more real boots aswell and the default boots should be like the 1s in fifa 2004 or fifa 2005 cos the new ones are ugly.

You should be able to punch a defender if they time a tackle on your player wrong

GAMEPLAY GAMEPLAY GAMEPLAY! You have to make a far better gameplay! Where are the tricks - i know that this has been commentet a lot but realy it's needed! Who doesn't love to watch ronaldo, ronaldinho, kaka and so on! these are the players who make football worth watching! And how oftent does ronaldo just pass the ball.. almost never! he nearly always makes a trick wether it's passing ore cheating an opposit defender. It needs more speed as well. Improved AI for defenders and so on. I could keep going but hopefully you know that fifa 2007 for xbox 360 was a blunder! jesper

in Fifa 08 you should add in "Manager" more features

I think that in manager mode you should be the manager of your own country (if you are a very good manager of course).

I suggest more imprtance to the mexican league like more stadiums for example the guadalujara or the pachuca one

put the j-league in the next fifa, i love the games but would love it so much more if it had this league in it!!

graphics are SUPERB...only thing I'd want improved is game speed. just make it a little faster. In 07 you can increase the game speed but the gameclock speeds up as well. I don't like this. Add other tournaments as well: Champions League, World Cup, Club World Cup.

Play a full actual 90 mins on the game

I know its hard and you have enough legues already but my m8 is a confrernce team fan and he doesnt think its fair they dont have his team.Also Fifa 08 could include commentary on the names of the lower league teams : ie Notts county: Jason lee, etc.
Also the crowd could be more realistic. And one thing i would really like is absolute creativity ! Like on smackdown vs raw you can make people with green skin , recreate famous costumed superheroes and even have people with dog heads !!

i think fifa 08 should have the russian and the argentine league and there should also be added some teams in the rest of the world like:
Ukraine: shakhtar donetsk and dynamo kyiv, which are champions league participants for years now
Romania: steaua bucuresti, dinamo bucurest and rapid bucuresti... the romanian league will be one of the mightiest in europe in the next years, so this 3 top teams should be in the game
Russia (if the league is not in the game): cska moskva, lok moskva, spartak moskva, zenit st. peterburg ... also top teams who play important roles in european cups
Czech Republic: slavia praha
Serbia: crvena zvezda beograd and partizan beograd
Argentine: ca banfield, velez sarsfield, gimnasia la plata ... all participants of the copa libertadores
Bulgaria: Levski Sofia... champions league-participant

For Fifa 08 (Playstation 3), I would to see more features for online gaming on Fifa 08. For example: Online Tournments where people can choose any teams including created teams as well, Online one vs one matches (has to face teams with same ratings for fair competition), Online Leagues if possible (say a maximum of 8 -12 teams in a league and matches are only 2/4/6 minutes long).
Have custom trophies for players to win and can defend them against other online players in tournments/matches/leagues.

More selection for created players section like more player celebrations, more choices of style/colour of kits, badges, player appearances, styles of lettering/numbers on kits, etc.
