Your Ideas for FIFA 08

Fifa 08 obviously needs to improve on 07. To do this, maybe consider a superstar mode? i know its been said alot but it would be a great feature to the game. Also add the Australian league (A-league) and the Argentine league. Rights to the champs league would be great to. And finally, why wasn't Maradona one of the classic players? Surely the greatest player of all time should be there.

Thank Ea sports about this fantastic game.And, i have a suggestion about the manager mode why couldn't manager mode be online with my friends they can for example buy a player before me and play against me in an online game.

In Manager Mode If you have a great campaign with different clubs you could get promoted to the National Squad

Have trophy presentations, for example manager of the month, Balon De Oro, golden boot award, and when you win a championship you could actually see Joseph Blatter
putting the medal around the champions neck.

Another reason is if you loan out a player that you don't like make the other team that borrowed the player play the player.

Have under 17,19,20,and 23 national squads

Like in FIFA 2002 you can design your clubs kit,only this time dont take away the sponsors

if Your team is not doing very well in the season maybe the stadium would be semi empty with bearly fans in the stadum.

if you add the argentine league in it then maybe you should add argentine commentators from argentina

Like in the CL game make the other experienced players get jealous of the youngsters.

Make the referee a little nervous in crucial relegation and championship games

In the cover you should have Messi, C. Ronaldo and Carlos Salcido

Make rumors about players arriving into the club that you manage.

Make one player of the squad get angry with the manager and break their good relationship and make the player ask for a transfer request

i think you guys should make the referee a little better and i would also like that if for example someone like ronaldinho that has his hair long when he ran his hair would move like if the wind was blowing on it so it wouldnt look stiff.Another suggestion is that you guys also make the uniforms of the player move when they ran again so it doesnt look so stiff.i think you guys should also include the argentinan league.i also agree with the linesmen improvement.i also think you guys shoulkd also include the following: World Cup

I would like to see the inclusion of a superstar mode in Fifa 08 like that already available in EA's Madden series. The mode plots the player's career from the very beginning. The structure could be something like this:
- You begin by creating a player profile (position, nationality, appearance etc.)
- You could then take that player through a series of training excercises. Based on your performances in those excercises your player would be assigned specific attributes
- The player would then be approached to sign professionally for various teams (the better your performance in training, the more likely you would be scouted by a high profile team)
- The superstar mode would include off the field things like buying and living in an apartment..I know that the superstar mode in Madden includes an apartment and you can take you player to places like tatoo artists and barber shops to alter your appearance
- Once your player has signed for a team, he would train at that club and fight for a 1st team place or play in the reserves
- You would control that specific player in games
- Obviously if you perform well you could be offered a contract extension or be approached by other clubs
- Your salary would also increase if you perform well, allowing you to move into a mansion, and buy better cars etc (like in Madden)

Improve the international part of the game. Add the World Cup, other international tournaments, and international friendly dates. Have an national team coach option as a "bonus" where after you obtain a certain amount of points you can choose to coach the national team depending on the nationality you shose at the begining when you creat yourself. Here should be able to select a player pool of players you want to follow or simply just an international selection where you can keep up to date with their progress. That way you can see if they are worthy of making the team. in manager mode add practises. Have a friendly schedule option in the manager mode. at least during the pre-season. The MLS friendlies against the European teams brought in larger crowds because fans wanted to see a more prestigious match. Add a age search to the transfer market. Age is normally a big thing i look at when i'm signing a player and sometimes i don't want to have to go through 10 pages to find a player that i want to sign. in manager mode make it so that you can change your teams jersey looks and your teams crest. And also do not change the actual gameplay, its fun to play the game yourself it would be boring if you had to the coach and yell at the referee and stuff like that.

i dunno if it will be possible, but i wud lke to see players swapping shirts at the end of a big game or a rivary game. also, 3D crowds wud be nice, and plz no more EA shoes or balls....PLZ!!!!

hello ea firstly i would like to say that its a brilliant game with loads n loads of potential ! now, here are my suggestions:

-i would like to save my replays.

- I would like to see the ref on the pitch.

- The keepers still catch big blasters if its above or at them when they should palm over or punch out.

- It would be nice to have a choice of commentator (clive tyldsley) !

- also if there were to be a well designed league you could enter (on the game) with your desired team.servers could enable there are no doubles by making loads of leagues .

- step overs i think is a must in fifa 08....

- when you shoot (depending on your connection with the ball), there should be a 'thud' type vibration.

-top clubs should have managers

-by the way i know you dont put it all on at once because then there would be no excitment !! anyway,

Be able to set up two squads i your team for use in 'easy' games like the league cup. It will save alot of messing about changing or resting players for these easy games.

I just want to see some latinamerican stadiums and leagues... for instance, "la bombonera" from Boca Juniors, "el maracana" from flamengo and vasco, "el campin" from bogota... and maybe the argentinian league...

Also it would be great if on the creation center, when you're making your own team, you could choose a sponsor, and in career mode, when you pick up your sponsor for the season, that sponsor is showing on yours team jersey... that would be cool...

and please, when playing a champions league game, it would be terrific if the ball was the official one (the adidas ball with the stars) and if the anthem of the champions league plays on the background... and I want to play the "libertadores", but the real one, not that crappy version (the american league...)

i dont know whats wrong with some of you guyz man fifa is the ... pro evo soccer its sucks...fifa keep doin ya thing the only thing i would change is make manager mode more real like every couple of years you can change the way your jersey looks just small s*** like that and please bring back dekes! in fifa 07 for 360 all you do is push the ball in the direction choosen its funner when you could leave your oppenent looking silly

Hello friends of EASports, i an assiduous player of Fifa I need that for the close version of the game they deposit more teams of South America, as the Alianza Lima and Cienciano of Peru or Chilean teams. Beside arranging in the players' creation slippers of luxury like Adidas, Nike, Diadora or Umbro but include them in his game, thanks

First of all what would be great is to include as much leagues as possible, player ratings should depend on the individual and not which team they play for. Get rid of pace control all together, it is the most ridiculous and unrealistic thing in fifa. New tricks need to be introduced with the trick stick and not the usual skills that every fifa seems to have. Shooting needs to be slighty fixed. Goalkeeping needs a total overhaul as the reactions times of keepers are extremely slow and a change needs to be made with the diving as each keeper seems to have the same save. The through ball in 07 was ok but it does not really do much, it is similar to a normal pass and most of the time it doesnt work. In 08 player movements and physical features should be as close to identical as the real thing as so much players in 07 looked the same.
First touch system needs to be revamped so you can turn skillfully rather than hitting it sideways. The most unrealistic part of many fifa's is when a player is running u can flick the right analog stick and it makes them run faster, that has to be removed because no player can just out of the blue have extra pace, its ridiculous.
The stadiums should try to be enhanced to once you are playing you know which ground it is.
Tackling needs to be improved to be able to win the ball from behind and not just stick your foot out to win the ball. Im really not sure where Fifa 07 was going when they introduced the new headering system. Im not sure how a player needs to run to a circle to header the ball us being realistic. Sometimes even when the player is in front he still loses the header. Just get rid of the circle and you should be able to jossle for position to decide who wins the header. Crossing in 07 needs to be improved with it being amost impossible to get a good cross in compared to 06.
One thing which should be included in 08 is the ability to see the substitutes warm up on the sidelines, stretching and so on. At some stages during the game the camera should be fixed to the coaches of both teams to see the reactions of a penalty, free kick, and goal. When a team scores the camera should go to the coach to see him celebrating with other squad memebers. Player celebrations needs to be fixed with no imagination being used when creating them. Each celebration should be unique and exciting to watch.
Commentary needs imroving for 08 to be succussful, it needs to incoporate real life commentary in games and not the same old words each time (eg. 2 goal lead is better than a 1 goal lead) lol.
Season mode was very good but it still needs some work so individuals can really feel like they are controling every aspect of a club.
The scout system is very poor on 07 with the inabilty to search for specific positions and the poor result of quallity being found. Also you should be able to control more aspects of training and the club should have a reserves side to which play against other reserve teams.
In 08 a referee definetly needs to be on the pitch, how can it be ever called realistic wthout a referee!! And the linesman and referee need to make some mistakes from time to time, they cannot always get it right.
In 08 the crowd needs to be enhanced so cheering can be heard, like 'You Will Never Walk Alone', 'I Nill To The Arsenal'. What is a great soccer game without the fans being pivotal.
Hopefully all these suggestions and every1 elses will help Fifa 08 become the greatest next gen game. I'm looking forward to playing 08 with it hopefully being new and improved.

16:lines men that you can see giving offsides and show the refaree on the pitch
17:have the option to change the kits during manager at the end of the season and choose your make like (nike) (umbro) (adidas) (reebok) etc
18:have the crowd help you in games
19:better weather contidions to were about you are in the world
20:a new free kick and penalty system
21:being able to do overheadkicks
22: you can choose to take your two central defenders up for corners or if it is an important game you can make the keeper go up in th dying minutes
23:keepers more realistic and not letting in goals that are two inches away from them

like many footy/soccer games there are no conferance!!!! you should make them and be able to set the Price instead of "Low" "medium" "high" like : £2 £45 and set the season tickets!!! mainly get York City!!! and Please make like a soccer A.M style thing after the match and when its WORLD CUP make it so that you can be that manager or go and be a spectator/Supporter!!!

IMPORTANT!!
1. Make A "Rise above it!" option where you can be a young boy/girl at school playing for their school team and then as their age grows, if they are good enough, (eg. amount of goals, speed, agility, Top speed, Dribbling skill, goalkeeping skill) they could go pro!! making cash and transfering teams and buyin a house and car ect. and BOOTS lol.

i think an option for a match analysis at the end of the game and also put all stadium at the top league of each country... have an option to change the kits/ team crests in manager mode of each season... create the manager.. have a ref on the field and you can choose option of what to say to him which results in maybe yellow cards etc.. have the referee be wrong (but no very often).. i manager mode you can choose what your stadim look like and you can change it.

another thing i think should be improved.. is another commentator and improved lines. m sick of andy gray and them crap lines he says. also i agree with the referee and linesman improvement. iv ben playing pes lately and atleast their officials looks realistic.
i think you could change the offside rule abit. the linesman is alwaysright ? is he/she always right in a real game?

i think u should be able to do defenders attacking. im bored of scoring with strikrs and midfielders on the break. wingbacks should run up the wing alot more. i run up the wing with ronaldo and heinze is in his own half still making no attempt to run forward.

At the end of the season on manager mode you can sign a contract with a make like nike, adidas or umbro they give you designs of a home and away new strip and training kit you can watch your players training you could maybe even make a strip and choose players to model it and choose when it is goes on sale another idea is you can create a player then play for little made up teams and try and get scouted with a scout and become a pro and try and become the best in world try and win awards.

just a small thing really, but when you get your team to the final of the EFA of ECC trophies, it would be nice to play in a nuetral venue, it makes it more realistic! And regarding the 360 version, PLEASE sort out the replay mode- only being able to watch it once (without toching any buttons) sucks! cheers

I think, it is possible to make a mode of one player. Well, to begin game for the certain player, or to create itself. To operate in a match 1 player.. It is possible to begin from the very beginning, as the player of the lowest league.. At creation to choose appearance, characteristics, for example you will be attacking, the defender and even GK. And on the sly to become a star.. Offers from different clubs and so on Will come.. I think you understands, about what I have in view of.. Forgive for bad English..

Footwear!
you guys should give more players, (not just the big ones) real official shoes. not that EA crap. You should also allow created players to wear real shoes. They either should be free or they can be bought in the fan shop.

I think that more animations should be added to the slide tackle sequences. It should be made more realistic.
When the defender goes for the ball he should slide across the ground, get the ball and continue sliding till he stops. This goes for the attacker, if he gets taken down he should fall and slide across the pitch as well, instead of just falling down and just getting back up.
-also, if the pitch is wet, the players should slide farther, and should send up water. and takling should be made harder in the rain.
- you guys should also add more animation when a player gets tackled badly. He should get angry and confront the defender or he should lie on the ground injured.

I think fifa 08 should give scottish football more consideration as alot more ppl will buy it for their team, like:
- Add other divisions
- Add Celtic Park, Ibrox and Hampden Stadiums

I also agree about playing music when a team scores as it makes it more realistic
- like when Celtic score they play Chelsea Dagger
