FUT Player Cards
Player Cards or Player Items are the items that represent a football player in FIFA Ultimate Team. A player card contains information & stats of a real life footballer and is categorised based on the player's type and quality. FUT player card types are available as Standard (Regular), Rare and Special. They are also colour-coded based on their OVR rating, quality and worth as Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Player cards can be found in the packs and in the Transfer Market. To form a team and play a match in FUT, you need to have minimum 18 player cards in your active squad - 11 cards in your Starting 11 and 7 cards in your Subs.

A player card contains the following information regarding its stats and his real life footballer:
- Name
- Photo (Face)
- OVR Rating
- Nation's Flag
- Club's Badge
- League' Name
- Essential Player Attributes
- Loyality
- Current Chemistry Style
- Number of Remaining Contracts
- Current Fitness Condition
- Bio & Details
Types
Player cards are categorised into the following categories:
- Standard - Also known as Regular.
- Rare - Rare cards look shiny and have a brighter colour on them than the standard cards. These cards labeled as rare because of some reasons such as some high player attributes they have or its real life player himself.
- Special - Special version of a Rare or Standard card that is available as special because of an event such as the player being In-form or selected for TOTY etc.
- ICON - Legend card of a legendary player who already retired.

- Team of the Week (TOTW) - Also known as In-form (IF)
- Team of the Season (TOTS)
- Team of the Group Stage (TOTGS)
- Man of the Match (MOTM)
- International Man of the Match (iMOTM)
- Ones to Watch (OTW)
- Squad Building Challenge (SBC)
- World Cup Man of the Match
- Confed Cup Man of the Match
- Halloween
- Movember
- Hero

Player cards are categorised into the following qualities:
